Filipino Chicken Chain Jollibee Purchases the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf | Eater

"A highly popular Filipino fried-chicken chain with a devoted fan base, it has been expanding via acquisitions as part of a diversification strategy: after buying a burger chain in 2018, it recently paid $350 million for a California-based coffee chain to gain access to a large, profitable network of locations—especially across Asia—aimed at accelerating growth and increasing revenue outside its core market." - Tim Forster

Was craving for fried chicken and thought of Jollibee since I haven’t it since Asia couple yrs back. The place is easy to find since they have big signs and plenty of parking. Very clean and welcoming upon entering, but it’s abit cold since the inside temp is 64 and outside is 65. Friendly cashier and staff. I ordered via app so easy and convenient. Well decor if different arts throughout the spacious place. Majority of staff are Asian (Phllippinian) and I understand why some folks have issue of understanding them due to thick accent but you got to understand that Jollibee is from Philippines so they do want their people to run the store and prepresent them, just saying. I see some customers are very understanding and some are just simply rude and abit demanding but the staff and the manager(s) are very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate them. Kudos to them all. As for the foods, it goods, the gravy or dipping is great…I am just a okey with the fried chicken, nothing special and not spicy at all (I am Asian so I love spicy). Fries are great, even with dipping with the gravy sauce. The cheeseburger is packed of all goodies but for me, it just aok. The buns are soft but abit sweet for me but well combine. Overall it was a good meal with great services and clean but cold (temp) place.

Google
1st timers and it did not disappoint. We had the KBBQ and the regular. I think the Korean was a bit too sweet for me and preferred the original but both are amazing! I was hesitant to try the spaghetti but when I did, we had to go back and order more! Delish! It's definitely a comfort meal! Omg the mango peach pie is amazing, reminds me of the apple pie from McDonald's back in the day, but much better!

Google
The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy, tender inside. The original flavor is great for kids, while the spicy one has a nice kick for those who love heat. The chicken tastes even better with their signature gravy, and the prices are very reasonable. Don’t forget to try their spaghetti — it’s a must! 🍗🍝

Google
Talking about a popular place, and for good reason, this place is good! I had the aloha chicken sandwich with adobo rice. We went here because my mother-in-law is Filipino, and I think this is a popular place in the Philippines. We came in from out of state to go to Disneyland, which was a choice we made to eat. The sandwich had a sweet and savory taste to it. It is easy to eat, and the chicken was moist with a good crust. I highly recommend going here. They also have a vast selection of delicious ube pastries. The bathroom situation is a little weird, but that could be due to loiterers.

Google
Our favourite in the Philippines so it was a no brainer when we are in LA that we had to come and eat at Jollibees as we don't have a store in Sydney. The chicken joy is our go to with their delicious gravy and spaghetti and adobo rice. Added bonus is having red ribbon right next door!

Google
Filipino fried chicken gives American fried chicken a run for its money. The chicken has crispy skin and moist, tender meat, putting its competitors to shame. The Jolly Spaghetti is sweet, cheesy, and delicious. And the mango peach pie is so yummy. Some may disagree with me, but I think the Yum Burger is really good too. Sometimes when I don’t want fried chicken, I will order the Yum Burger. The service is hit or miss sometimes. Most times I will be able to just grab and go, but a few times I will be asked to park and wait a long for my order. They are always apologetic when this happens and offer additional free items as compensation, which I appreciate. Vibes are good. A respectable Jollibee with honest employees and good food.

Google
The last 2 visit was great but not today, Grab some take away order and Venessa is such an amazing cashier helping us out with our order and we asked for some modification but she did asked the manager named CLAIRE which is I think not well trained enough how to talk in a polite way and professional way. We can literally hear her being rude and talking bad about making us look stupid with our small request. Unacceptable!

Google
The food itself is good but I’ve been 5 times now and EVERY time they’re out of something I wanted to order. Whether it be frozen drinks, chicken tenders, spaghetti, or ube pie I’ve never been able to just order straight off the menu. Kind of hard to crave Jolibee when you’ll probably get there and the meal or side(s)you want aren’t actually available at the moment. Definitely don’t risk ordering online either because it won’t show you if those items are out of stock or not

Yelp
I really like Jollibee for two reasons; the taste of the food, and the fact it's very different from the places most of us are used to. I've tried almost everything on the menu - the chicken sandwiches, the tenders and, of course, the fried chicken itself. I just now enjoyed an order of Jolly Spaghetti. Some folks compare it to Italian spaghetti that they're accustomed to. Big mistake, as Jollibee's version is supposed to have a completely different flavor profile. I happen to like it a lot! I visit both the Anaheim and the Artesia locations. For me, this one holds a very slight edge. It's clean and bright, and the employees are friendly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Yelp
TIP: Refuse to park your car to wait for your drive thru food. My order came in 5 minutes when I refused to park my car. It took over 20 minutes when I parked my car. They try to bring out multiple orders at a time so their employees don't have to multiple trips. That means the first couple orders will wait longer and food is cold because employees are trying to consolidate multiple orders to take out to the cars. Their drive thru system is problematic especially when parking is already packed with customers eating in. Now you see employees walking back and forth trying to find your car. So next time you do drive thru, refuse to park your car to wait for your food. They will try to insist but I wouldn't budge if I were you. They won't stall the line because you don't move. They would try to give you your food faster.

Yelp
At first, the cashier's behavior was very rude, simply because my English isn't very good. The French fries were honestly good, and the one star is only because of the fries. Second, the coleslaw on the side was completely spoiled and had an unpleasant smell. Third, the two pieces of chicken were extremely low quality -- very dark and undercooked. Overall, I regret my purchase entirely, and I recommend that anyone who respects their own digestion not try this place. For context, I'm 55 years old and I've tried fried chicken in many different countries. The quality here was so poor that I felt forced to install this app just to leave my feedback.

Yelp
I wanted to try this place because everyone always raves about it. The cashier was nice and informative but I wasn't a big fan of the food. The chicken was too greasy and I didn't like the mashed potatoes. It didn't sit well with my stomach at all.

Yelp
This was a wonderful addition to my work's Thanksgiving potluck. Everything was fabulous. There was a mix of regular and spicy. The chicken is so flavorful as well as the sauces. Everyone loved it and it added happiness to the overall vibe of the party.

Yelp
If you're craving some tasty Filipino comfort food, Jollibee is definitely the place to go! I can see why this chain gets so many positive reviews. It has a familiar fast food vibe like other fried chicken spots, but the gravy really sets it apart rich, flavorful, and perfect with the chicken. The fried chicken was hot, crispy, and incredibly juicy flavor to the max! My daughter absolutely loves their Palabok and sweet style Jolly Spaghetti. Personally, the spaghetti was a bit too sweet for my taste. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Yelp
Can never go wrong with some Filipino spaghetti and fried chicken. I tried the chicken tenders for the first time and they were ok, but im going to stick to the fried chicken. Also this location has a drive thru!!!!!!

Yelp
First timer here. The staff seemed excited to know it was my first time. They recommended the chicken & the spaghetti to try first & that's what I did & I live with no regrets. The chicken has such a crispy outside & the chicken was soft & tender & juicy on the inside. Definitely had an amazing taste to it. The spaghetti was a new flavor to me but it hit the right spot. Definitely an a fan of this place & will be coming back here soon after a Disney trip.

Yelp
Recently, the staff has been very welcoming and friendly. Tables and floors are always kept clean. Food very consistent, hot and flavorful. Chickenjoy is always a family favorite

Yelp
Crispy chicken with gravy, yummy spaghetti... Drive thru experience was good, friendly staff. Ordered 12 mix fried chicken and a family size spaghetti. Chicken was soo good!

Yelp
Got the 10 piece chicken bucket. Got 5 spicy and 5 regular. It didn't come with sides. So I got spaghetti and mashed potatoes. Came to almost $40. Went to park and had picnic. Regular fried chicken tasted better than places like Churches, KFC, Louisiana (one on Normandie & Manchester), and Popeyes. So it was good. Spicy was too hot. So i will never get that again. Spaghetti had too much sugar in it. So I wont get that again. I did like the hot dogs in it. I barely could understand drive through worker. English must be her third language.

Yelp
Haven't had Jollibee for a while so I ordered it for delivery. It arrived nice and hot. Chicken was perfectly crispy and had great flavor with and without the gravy. The rice was amazing too. The coffee was pretty good too! I can't get enough of this chicken! It's so good!

Yelp
I love Jollibee! I have only done takeout or delivery, but last week I ate here with my husband. He asked what I wanted for lunch on my birthday and I wanted chicken! This place is really clean and the employees are awesome! I had my usual, spicy 2 piece ChickenJoy meal, with mashed potatoes and Adobo rice, which is an upcharge. Their chicken is literally the best fast food fried chicken around, it's soooo flavorful, juicy, and not too spicy. The skin always has he perfect crunch to it. I LOVE their gravy and rice. Seriously obsessed with the rice! My husband got a burger, which he had never tried. The Angus Deluxe Burger was also one of the best fast food burgers we have had! I know I will always stick to chicken here, but good to know the burger is equally as good! Fries aren't anything special, but the other items make up for that.

Yelp
Coming here when I've got a craving for fried chicken has never steered me wrong. Staff is always very nice and welcoming. Service is quick, and the food is always served hot. There is plenty of indoor seating. The interior, including two single stall restrooms, is kept clean. The immediate parking lot is small, but there is a larger lot surrounding the building they're in. They also have a drive thru. Even when busy, the noise level remains moderate. They have plenty of food options, including fried chicken and rice, Filipino spaghetti, and burgers. Tip: dip the skin of the fried chicken in the gravy and eat it with rice (with your hands of course!), and you'll never go back. Everything is flavorful and not too oily. I don't recommend the palabok, as it is a little more watery than what I am accustomed to at home. They offer fountain drinks and some specialty drinks as well. Prices are fair for meals, but slightly expensive for singular sides. If you want something sweet, definitely try their peach mango pie. Or, you can visit the Red Ribbon Bakery that's inside the restaurant.

Yelp
We had chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, spaghetti, and the dessert pies. Everything was really good, and I have to say that chicken joy might be better than Popeyes. The service was quick and thorough. The restaurant was crowded, but we managed to find seating. They gave balloons to the kids. Definitely stop by for lunch or dinner. The drinks are good too. Refreshing in the summer.

Yelp
I can't help but just love Jollibees chicken. Between this location in Anaheim and the one in Irvine, I just simply go there for the food. Their chicken is always tender inside, and crispy outside and I just can't get enough of it. The 10 piece bucket is a great deal since it comes with 3 sides and the delicious gravy. I usually always have to get the adobo rice even though it's a premium side it's worth it. Fries and spaghetti are usually the other 2. This location has a large seating area and a drive thru as well which is a plus if you're in a rush to just grab and go. My rating is solely on their delicious food. It's definitely one of the best fast food chicken places and if you haven't had it, you're missing out. I like my chicken usually spicy here but I always get a mix of the original and spicy.

Yelp
Great service and considerate workers!! The food is fresh and delicious, a wonderful place for fast food option.

Yelp
I went through the drive-thru around 12 pm yesterday with just one car ahead of me. When it was my turn, the employee politely asked me to hold for a moment. It wasn't long before he greeted me warmly and thanked me for waiting, which I really appreciated. I ordered two spaghetti plates, a side of fries, and a pineapple quencher. The spaghetti is my absolute favorite -- maybe I'm a little biased because I'm Filipino, but it never disappoints! And that pineapple drink? Addicting. It's so refreshing and always hits the spot. The only small issue was when the employee repeated my order back -- he missed the second spaghetti, but it was quickly fixed and no big deal. At the window, I paid and got my food without much wait at all. Everything was delicious as always, and it just reminded me why I love Jollibee!
google avatar

Yelp
It's like being in a toxic relationship. I know they will get my order wrong and yet I keep coming back hoping that they will get it right this time. I've tried 5 times and every single time something was wrong or missing. The last time I went I ordered spaghetti. Just spaghetti. I said spaghetti, the cashier repeated spaghetti. I get my order, what do I get?? Pancit palabok. Will I be back to try again?? Probably. Will they get my order correct?? Probably not. At this point I have lowered my standards and won't expect anything so maybe on the off chance my order is finally correct I will be happy, but when it's not correct, which I already expect, at least I won't be let down.

Yelp
It's good great spices 10000 times better than kfc drinks good food good everything is good there clean not dirty

Yelp
I saw they're advertising the new katseye jollibee collab meal so I wanted to try it. Came to the establishment and was told they're sold out and will be sold out for awhile and they're not sure when they will return. So that was disappointing. I settled for a 2pc and rice meal. The establishment was packed and had a small line out the door only to be told they're katseye is out of stock

Mitz T.

Yelp
This location is extremely disorganized. There's clearly no system in place. When you order ahead through the app, they provide a pickup time -- but it's completely inaccurate. They mark your order as "ready" even when it's not, just so it doesn't show as late, and then you end up waiting all over again once you arrive. Drive-thru isn't any better. They constantly ask customers to pull into the parking lot, and the wait is still ridiculously long -- yet they also mark those orders as completed on time. Even dining in is stressful because you can hear crews yelling from the kitchen. Overall, the chaos really affects the customer experience.

GG L.

Yelp
Terrible drive-thru order management! I placed an online order and showed ready in 5 minutes. However when I went to their drive-thru I was told to park outside--yet they don't allow you to wait inside for your order. After 45 minutes, I discovered my order had been sitting inside the whole time, completely ignored! No matter how good the food might taste fresh, cold fried chicken is awful. This was the last straw--I won't be giving them my business again. ZERO star!

A N.

Yelp
Service: 6:00pm on a Wednesday. No spicy chicken for the day. 15 minutes for the fried chicken to be done. How tf is this possible? Made a detour and they didnt even have chicken ready nor the spicy version i wanted.
google avatar

Megan N.

Yelp
First time trying Jollibee and I've always heard how Filipino food is very flavorful and wow for fast food it was surprising I ordered online for pick up and it was very quick and easy the spicy chicken joy is soo good I've ordered spicy fried chicken at fast food spots and the chicken has never had a kick like this 10/10 ! The spaghetti was really flavorful but next time I'd get it without the cheese and the palabok fiesta was good but I think it's more of a side dish overall I'd definitely come back and try more items if you've never been id recommend trying for sure
google avatar

Danielle L.

Yelp
Every time I come to california I wanna grab some jollibee. The fried chicken came out so hot and crispy. It was pretty packed so it took us a while to get the food. Yet, I would prefer fresh cooked chicken instead of anything sitting around under a lamp. Lots of families were here. So it was pretty loud but it was fine.

Yelp
Food always great as I remember living in OC area. However I'm not sure what manager / shift leader they changed to at least for day I went, but I arrived 20 minutes earlier than pick up time and talked with an employee showing her my receipt(logged onto the jolibee rewards.) The employee seemed to understand the situation as by then it was 15 minutes before and started making my order. But later this shift leader I'm assuming- came out saying no because I cancelled an online order I placed prior to this (5 minutes before second one was placed), which was because I accidentally added a wrong item. Whats most ridiculous is that she just stopped the employee from making my order when it could be made, wait for it to print and handed to me. Her attitude was just not it for front of store employee. She even took my phone to the manager in the back(who never even came out to front) and said no. Order receipt for online was printed on their POS 6 minutes before the actual pick up time. Why allow drive thru if your orders print so close to pick up time? Do you expect us to take a circle around to get into drive thru until it prints? Not sure what to say. Definitely same food but not as great customer service from online orders. FYI- I picked up my food 4-5 minutes after the scheduled time when I even arrived 15 minutes earlier. Going to different one after today. I hope either their online order POS prints earlier, or dont even do it. Whats the point of scheduled when it waste my time more

Yelp
Love jollibee, their fried chicken is always so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The crunch factor goes crazy. Had their mashed potatoes and spaghetti as well which were pretty good (mashed potatoes were a bit watery today). Ube pie is tasty as well. Best fried chicken chain!

Yelp
Danger. I almost swallowed a sharp, pointy plastic shard. I was directed to Cerben Notar (Restaurant General Manager). He did not offer an update on this dangerous health and safety consumer incident. Considering my appropriate response, and rightfully so, I am now furious and submitted a complaint to the local health department about the lack of care and communication response of the restaurant manager. Case Number: 104341 Updates to follow.

Yelp
Filipino fried chicken gives American fried chicken a run for its money. The chicken has crispy skin and moist, tender meat, putting its competitors to shame. Yelp
I came here for the new KBBQ collab today and I asked the employee, Mayete, if they could put the sauce on the side instead of mixing it in because I don't want the chicken to get soggy once I get home. She told me that I can't buy the sauce by itself, which isn't what I'd asked. I tried explaining it to her again and she became defensive and passive-aggressive as she continuously repeated. "No, so sorry, no, so sorry, no so sorry." That got me very annoyed. I decided to order the KBBQ 6 pieces bucket and the KBBQ sandwich and ate there instead. The foods are certainly much better eating it there right away, the crunch was still there, which is one of the top reasons why I and many people like Jollibee. Without the crunch it just isn't worth it. On the upside for the service, when I got my foods, the employee that gave it to me, Anthony, was great in asking me if I need plates, utensils, and ketchup or hot sauce. He even gave me extra napkins because of how saucy the chicken is. I think Mayete is a manager or at least a shift manager, I've seen her ordered the other employees around before, she can really learn better customer service skills from the other employees. The interaction with Anthony and the foods is definitely 5 stars, but the interaction with Mayete dragged the rating down to 3 stars. It would have been lower if it wasn't saved by Anthony.

Yelp
Still great fried chicken and quick service. I used the drive thru today. Just 2 ahead of me and it didn't take any time. The ones ahead must have had a quick order like mine

Yelp
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent order from this restaurant. I ordered fried chicken, and to my shock, I discovered what appeared to be WORMS inside the chicken after taking a closer look. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices in this establishment. Not only is this a major health hazard, but it also shows a complete lack of quality control in the kitchen. I've lost all trust in this restaurant and will never be returning. I strongly urge management to take immediate corrective action to ensure this never happens again. Cerben the Manager from this location reply to my feedback: A refund has been issued. "We are using pressure fryers for all the chicken with temperature of 375 F and we follow standard operating procedures to ensure food safety at all times." It seems like its just a bunch of excuses and I have not heard anything back from corporate when I sent them an email and it has been already a week. The photos below were taken July 21. If you care about your health and safety, I recommend avoiding this place until they can prove their food handling and cleanliness standards are up to par.

Yelp
The chicken here is delicious don't get me wrong BUT I really wish they sold some type of coleslaw, salad or steamed veggies to balance all the heaviness of the family meal. I need some veggies on this menu our meal had no color on the plates when we got home to eat. Now the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. My lord. This was so delicious. No changes needed. Top three chicken sandwich spot for real!!! The chicken is utterly perfect and I wouldn't change a thing about the seasoning or prep. The mashed potatoes were solid and I basically drank the gravy. The adobo rice was not it, it made everything too salty and I will be getting the steamed rice in the future. The pineapple quencher was very fresh and not too sweet. I recommend taking out and eating this all together at home since they already package everything in Togo containers for dine in. It also gets crazy packed here!! It's a fast paced vibe inside. Service was great and fast and honestly for the amount of food we got it was only $35!! Can't beat that for the quality of food. Can't wait to come back for those chicken sandwiches. I'm still waiting on the ube pies!! Haven't tried them since they're out of season I think. The peach and mango was surprisingly delicious and I immediately regretted not getting my own to have instead of share lol

Yelp
Don't come here if your looking for something in specific because they're either closed or they are out of certain food items. Food is ok not my preference, I've only been here because my husband likes this food.

Yelp
OMG this store has terrible service. They canceled an order online without letting you know!!!!What era do they still follow ? You acknowledged you're working with the order. But you cannot send a message that the order was canceled ?????

Yelp
Every time I drive to San Diego this tends to be one of my rest stops. Its pretty clean and there's plenty of seating. The parking situation is nice too. My favorite item on the menu here has to be the Burger Steak Meal and then I buy a side order of fries to place into it.

Yelp
We ordered on the app and we waited for awhile in the parking lot for our food for almost an hour. It's a thanksgiving day and these guys are working hard. We understand it's busy but we wish the app online ordering will be functioning properly (Like it did before). On the app our order said it's ready but it was not when we arrived. This was the 2nd time it happened and we had to cancel our order because we wouldn't wait 55 mins. If it wasn't a thanksgiving holiday which most other option are closed we really wouldn't choose wait that long. When we came home our order was incomplete. We didn't mind much about the french fries but we can't have the delicious chicken without the gravy! So we had to come back. I talked to supervisor/manager Cyndee and she was on top of it. She set it as a priority to get the missing items in a timely manner. She has kind and helpful that we didn't mind the mess up on our order.

Yelp
First off, this was my first time at a Jollibee. I knew they existed but never felt compelled to go but recently POVHusband picked Jollibee fried chicken as the best in a blind taste test and then Joshua Weisman rated them super high as well, and both over Popeyes?!? That put them on my radar. Today Weisman released his video of him working at a Jollibee and I was really impressed by what was happening in the kitchen and the food that was coming out and I decided it was time; I had to try it. Plus Uncle Rodger has a cameo as a customer. This was the closest one to me but was still over 5 miles away. I had to take 2 freeways to get there. I order online and create a new account and BONUS, get a $10 of $45 coupon. I'm ordering for a family of three and want some variety so I hit $45 pretty easily. Ordered at 6:50 pm with a pick up time set at 7:30 so I'm all set. Im in route and at 7:21 I get a text saying order is going to the kitchen and I'll get a text when it's ready. In the Weisman video he had 8 minutes to have Uncle Rodger's order ready and did it in 7 so the timing looks perfect. Sweet. 7:30 despite not getting a text saying my order was ready, I go to the counter to inquire. The kid says it's gonna be another 15 minutes because there are a ton of orders. And there were. The machine just keeps spitting out ticket after ticket. The poor kid was doing his best. Everyone was. So I say ok and sit and wait. 7:45 I go back up and ask if it's ready. Same kid tells me it'll be another 20-30 minutes, tickets still pouring out of the machine. I get a little aggravated and said 15 minutes ago you told me 15 minutes, now it's another 20-30? Ann behind the counter hears this and grabs my ticket and starts getting my order together. The kid apologizes and tells me they'll get my order right now. A few minutes later I'm out the door with my food and many more apologies for the wait. Let me be clear: everyone was working their butts off making food and preparing orders. It just seemed like there needed to be some process refinement. The people ordering at the counter and drive thru seemed to be getting their orders timely so I'm not sure why the mobile orders were so delayed. Maybe have every working on all the orders at the same time or turn off mobile orders or have a realistic ETA of when the order will be ready. There is something not working in the procedure. But damn it if POVHusband and Joshua Weisman weren't right: their fried chicken was amazing. So crispy and flavorful. I also got a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and cheeseburger after seeing JW make them in his video and while they didn't look as big as the ones he made, they were pretty darn good. The hamburger steaks were REALLY good, better than the actual Angus burger so not sure what's going on there, think it's the gravy. Adobo rice and mashed potatoes were great too. Chicken tenders, meh, can take them or leave them. Pass on the peach mango pie, that's something you love because you were raised on them, I think. If it weren't for Ann and the food being really good, this first visit might have been my last. These problems should not be hard to fix, they just have to put attention to them. Until then, order at the store, particularly during peak hours, is my suggestion.

Yelp
Uber pie was sooooooo good. The chicken sandwich did not taste to fried! I was so happy! The people were so sweet to use too, we had told them it was our first time and they let us take our time ordering( there was nobody behind us) the food was greasy the chicken sandwich was not overcooked or dry it was great! We got the $11 combo definitely good price for the amount of food .

Yelp
It was on a Tuesday late night. Hubby had a random Fried Chicken craving so I quickly thought of many available options here in Yelp. This one was still open. For me personally, it has been YEARS I haven't eaten Jollibee. Hubs never tried it before so am here playing with my cards. This fried chicken has to be the greatest, has to crunch. KFC had disappointed us before so you can imagine how scared I was. So I drove and got here at the drive thru, as soon as I start ordering I get an apology that they ran out of their chicken but I will have to wait around 35 minutes if am still interested for chicken. In my mind, what in luck to get the freshest fried chicken ever to go home with me? So let's put it up to the test, let's see if it's true. The fresh made fried chicken crunch. So I did wait and got home in a jiff! That was the most beautiful bucket I've ever seen and smelled so delicious. I kid not, looked like a tv commercial. I made my hubby to take the first bite. Super hot and crunchy (original recipe none spicy) I was so happy, my drive to Anaheim was not a waste. The first time I had tried Jollibee was years ago and in a different location, my experience wasn't that great as in there was no crunch and just got small pieces, was still hungry after that meal but this one was far greater and was worth the wait. Thanks to the team that made this happen!

Yelp
Portions are really tiny. I got the spaghetti, not the family pack (because I'm not a family) and they don't even fill the cardboard container. Like there's still empty space on the sides and top. It's spaghetti that costs like $1 trust me for $8-9 you're still gonna make money!! Then the side of rice.... $4. It's barely enough to just feed one person, definitely not enough to share any for two. Waste of money, not going back. Paid $15 for tiny basic stuff

Yelp
Food was amazing. Better than KFC! Service was great! This was our first time there and the ladies at the cash register were so helpful. The restaurant was huge with tons of seating. Very clean. There is a Jollibee mascot out front. Kind of hard to get in and out of though in the parking lot. Their spicy chicken sandwich was the spiciest I've ever had. I love the sriracha and the jalapeños. Prices were fairly reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Do not order ahead because they will make you wait 30+ minutes anyway. Why have that option if it won't be ready at the designated time?
