"In May Fairfield became the newest inheritor to the fried chicken phenomenon that is Jollibee. Now the Mercury News reports the Bay Area’s newest location of the Philipines-based fast food juggernaut opens in Brentwood on June 25, making it the 31st location in California. This one has a drive-thru and takes over a former Kentucky Fried Chicken at 6371 Lone Tree Way." - Paolo Bicchieri

Jollibee is more than just a fast-food chain; it's a taste of home for Filipinos and a delightful food option for everyone else. One of the things we love most about this establishment is its spaciousness. With tons of parking and a drive-thru, it's easy to grab a quick meal without the hassle. The indoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal, although we do wish the air conditioning was a bit more regulated. It can get a bit too chilly sometimes. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the food! We're huge fans of their bucket treats, which are always a hit with the whole family. The chicken, burger steak, and spaghetti are all top-notch, but the real secret is the gravy. Whether you dip your chicken, fries, or rice into it, it's a flavor explosion that's simply irresistible. If you're looking for a refreshing beverage, we highly recommend the pineapple quencher. It's the perfect way to cool down and complement your meal. Overall, Jollibee is a fantastic addition to the North California food scene. With its delicious food, friendly service, and convenient location, it's a must-try for anyone looking for a taste of the Philippines.

Google
Service is great. Food is amazing. Clean dining room and happy red bee at the front. Confused as to how this place got a low rating because it’s definitely deserving of a higher rating. Only gripe is a 2pc + palabok with no drink or peach mango pie cost me $15! That’s not their fault though inflation catching up to Jollibee too I guess.

They look so busy and there is a lot of customers in line. I think they need more staff in this store. We waited not too long eventhough they said to wait for 45mins for the chicken. i love my jolly spaghetti 9/10, the chicken joy is not the same taste as in the philippines but what can i say its still Jollibee and filipinos will still eat it no matter what 😀 kudos to the staffs who are working so hard.

Google
We didn’t dine in. We ordered the chicken joy with spaghetti, 3 piece chicken with two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and chicken sandwich. The meals came with a drink so we got the pineapple juice. We also got mango-peach pies. The juice tasted so fresh, the chicken was crispy and the spaghetti was nice and hot. The mango-peach pie was crisp on the outside and ooowie gooey hot inside (so good)! The lines were long outside and inside. But, I was surprised how fast we got our food. We took our food to go and everything still tasted so good. The parking lot is a bit crowded. The service was fast and friendly.

First time eating at jollibees and the chicken is amazing and the new restaurant is warming and wonderful!

Google
It's a nice chill place. Good food and a different style of fried chicken than the usual. The 2 pc joymeal deal is perfect for the quick meal for one.

Google
The food presentation is so cute and fun to look at. The chicken and the bucket is so artistic that the crunchy texture of the fried chicken looked like their drawings and the fried crunchy breaded chicken tasted so good with their dipping sauce. The side dishes of spaghetti tasted so good and it sure tasted like the classic sweet pepperoni pizza. The side plate of Salisbury mushrooms and gravy over fluffy white rice was a perfect combo with the fried chicken tenders. The Jollibee French Fries tasted super good, because the fries are the perfect shoe laces cut potato fries that are soft mashed potatoes inside and super crunchy outside. And. They have the purple UBE flavor pies and the golden orange PEACHES MANGO pies that are so delicious to munch and eat with PINEAPPLE fruit juices and MILK.

I'm happy that they opened up in the Brentwood area. Saves me a 40 minute commute to their Concord branch. Just opened less than a month ago so they're still working out the kinks. We went through the drive thru on their 4th day and it took us 30 minutes to get our food. Now, the drive thru line is much shorter and an average of 10-15 minutes. The order taker had a friendly positive attitude and that makes a big difference after waiting in the drive thru line! I wonder sometimes where everyone is. I guess they were so excited the first week Jollibee opened that everyone came all at once!

Yelp
We Love Jollibee Fried Chicken ! It's one of the better tasting fried chicken out there. The gravy is smooth and delicious ! And goes with everything ! The pies are great ! You'll need to order like 10 of them and eat it at home ! Bring it to work ! I recommend Jollibee Fried Chicken ! The Brentwood location is clean and the staff is Awesome !

Yelp
I absolutely love Jollibee! Everything I've tried has been fantastic. The chicken is the best, especially with the gravy--it's a must-try! I ordered the Ube Pie, and it tastes just like real halaya, especially delicious when warm. I also got a hamburger with extra sauce, but I was a bit disappointed that it didn't seem like there was any extra despite paying for it. The place was nice and quiet when we went, probably because we arrived two hours before closing. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about my experience, and I can't wait for the Stockton branch to reopen! Jollibee never disappoints!

Jonathan M.

Yelp
Don't have a problem with the food. It's jollibee, it's good for sure. But why does it take 15-20 minutes to build an order. Been here maybe 8 times since it opened and always go in to order. The place is usually pretty empty but why is there always, always a long wait? I can see the items are right there but for some reason it takes foooooreeever... and god forbid you have to order a burger or any sandwich, the waiting time is a huge deterrent for me ... EDIT: Appreciate the response. I'll definitely try it again and circle back to this review. Thanks

Yelp
The best part of this fast-food eatery was the counterperson, she was sweet and friendly as well as another person behind the counter. Not sure if it was too soon till lunchtime but, ordered their double cheeseburger with fries, and my life partner ordered their 2 piece fried chicken with fries. She received her order almost right away and we both received our fries. Then came my double cheeseburger. It was lukewarm at best the fries were plentiful almost shoestring fries, but I think I've had a much better double or single cheeseburger at 7-Eleven. I barely made through 3/4 of it till I gave up. It was flavorless and not hot enough where the cheese was hardly melted. Her fried chicken was mostly batter covering dry chicken. Her first bite exposed a cavernous gape between fried batter and the leg. I Googled that they've been here in Brentwood in June 2023. My partner was more curious than I was since I had tried them when I lived in Daly City almost 20 years ago, they are on Mission St. and just don't have much memory of how it was. Must not have been eventful. I don't know anymore about these fast-food places! Wendy's was my all time favorite and they continue to let me down. The mishaps regarding their app and how each franchise seems clueless, its becoming a major disappointment.

Yelp
Ang Sarap Talaga Dito Sa Jollibee Puede ko kumain dito pa lagi Jordin is really helpful and hardworking, He knew what to recommend and I don't regret any of his suggestions. If i can give more than 5 stars I will The dine in area very well maintained and very clean from tables, chairs, and bathrooms' I will be coming back with my jollibee lobers

Maria M.

Yelp
We drive all the way from Lathrop because we really love this Jollibee branch. Service is always great! Their manager Mylene serves with smile and she's very helpful to the staff that's why there isn't a long wait in getting our food. Fast service and everyone is nice

Sher K.

Yelp
3.5 stars. I cannot believe I haven't done a review of Jollibee. Their chicken tenders with honey mustard are one of my fav things! I love that I can get fried chicken with white rice (or fries), but I am half Pacific Islander so I love the rice option!

Win L.

Yelp
Not so fast food here. A bit of a hot mess. Took over 30min for us to receive our order. Granted it was during busy Memorial Day weekend with fruit pickers descended upon Brentwood but given annual trek, I doubt it's a surprise and overall there were many workers standing around looking confused. I also saw the supervisor taste drinks from the fountain machines - sip it then pour the rest back into the catch drain - gross! Location looks fairly new and the furniture is in good shape. Restrooms were new but strangely sized (aka it would be hard to turnaround in one of the stalls if you're remotely above BMI). I did like there was a hand wash station outside the restrooms. It was too hectic to enjoy the food, which took over 30min! No thanks!

Nice 4.

Yelp
All these dang flips man taking up my fried chicken they so flippy and like they keep shoving their gravy into my mouth bruh. MAKE KFC GREAT AGAIN!

Erik W.

Yelp
On 2/8/25, I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up-when I arrived 10 minutes later to pick up, I was informed all food orders would be delayed by 45 minutes without a reason for explanation provided. When I asked for instructions on how to cancel my mobile order, I was told "you will need to figure it out from your side..." The worst service ever!!

Darwin P.

Yelp
I've had Jollibee a couple times before, but never in this location in Brentwood. The food, as always, was amazing. This Jollibee has plenty parking space. You can order online, you can takeout, use drive through, or eat indoors. I ordered take out Service was smooth, and for a Monday, very few people inside. I ordered 3 pc combo, with mixed spicy and original chicken. The combo comes with 2 sides, (I got jolly spaghetti and mashed potatoes), a mango pie and a soda. 10/10 with flavor and portions. I even got extra gravy for my potatoes. Ambience is tranquil indoors It was a jolly experience at Jollibee PS: Don't talk to me if you don't like the jolly spaghetti

Stephany M.

Yelp
I'm so sorry the review but the chicken had no flavor was disappointed I know alot of people love this place, but it just wasn't for me. I will give this place another go around one day and try the spaghetti. the service was great nothing wrong there. It was just a personal taste preference.

Meme. R.

Yelp
I just bought an aloha chicken sandwich, fries, and 3pc chicken tenders, everything else was fine but the chicken tenders were the most disappointing I have seen. I waited for 15 minutes and paid 9.49 for the tenders expecting them to be long strips like what I used to have. Very disappointing

Verna K.

Yelp
Used the app to order ahead of time and most of the time, it's easy but there is a challenge of being greeted right away because people are focused but it comes across as being ignored. The food has gotten better in the last 2 visits, the chicken tastes fresh and moist, as opposed to over cooked like when they first opened and the palabok is better now too. The inside is clean and usually not as busy as the Union City one

Fred R.

Yelp
Food was delicious, fresh and hot. Service was friendly. Everything was great. I would visit this location again.

EllenMarie S.

Yelp
The lines are not as long now. The original fried chicken is on point. I still like this fried chicken over the other fried chicken fast food places. It was crispy skin over moist, juicy and tender meat. I like my fried chicken to crunch. The drumsticks were pretty big too. Mashed potatoes and gravy were fine. I got the spaghetti with hot dogs slices again and this time it was better because it was not as sweet as the first time I ate it. This I would eat-last time it was disgusting and toooooo sweet. Biscuits still hard adn not fluffly kind, but good. Macaroni and cheese was creamy. Peach mango pies are still the bomb-I love mango and I love peaches-eat it when hot or warm. So everything I got this time around was on point so they must have worked out the kinks in the beginning. It is not gourmet food of course, but for fast food and whenever I get a craving for some fried chicken, Jollibee will be my go-to. Still just wish they have some vegetables like a cole slaw or corn?

Marc C.

Yelp
Great Filipino staple that is a MUST try. Don't expect authentic Filipino food though. Think of this as the McDonald's or KFC of the Philippines. People often come on here to complain and never post the good stuff. Well, take this as the good side of things. Service is great, they're fast and friendly. There are times where there may be a wait, but that's understandable considering the numbers of people they serve plus the large quantity of chicken people order. I think this is where most people's frustration come from, but there's only so many fryers working at the same time. I appreciate the drive-thru and how they ask people to park as they wait to relieve drive thru congestion. Food here is a set taste. Shouldn't be any different than what you would taste from other locations because it's a chain - besides comparing this to the Philippine branches. Glad this location opened as the nearest location was Concord.

Trina G.

Yelp
2 Pc Chickenjoy (spicy) w/ Biscuit 1 Side, no drink (~$11) The chicken was pretty big, delicious, juicy, & spicy. LOVED IT! The service was friendly and the place was spacious & clean. - a Vietnamese fried chicken-loving reviewer my

Jonathan S.

Yelp
Ordered through drive thru, was told to park. Walked in the store anwaited 10 minutes then the manger gave me the order and forgot to give the gravy for the order 10 pieces chicken joy bucket. Steamed Rice not filled when compared to the Adobo Rice. Clean restaurant but service was bad due to the missing gravy and rice portions. Food was good but would have been better with the gravy that they forgot to give me.

Diana H.

Yelp
It was my first time visiting a Jollibee location and I was very pleased with this one. The service was friendly and fast, food tasted great, we came back the next day for more before we left town. Very clean restaurant also. Jollibee definitely lives up to it's hype and I definitely recommend trying it if you haven't!

Daniel M.

Yelp
I wanted a reason to give a one star review here because I'm mean and I finally got it. Chickenjoy, even the spicy that I was complementary to, simply isn't as good as it was during the debut week. Barely any meat on the bones, too much breading in an attempt to cover up for it - and to make it worse, some of it was undercooked which gave the breading a floury taste. Undercooked food is unacceptable and automatically warrants a one star rating, no matter what nice things I might otherwise say. And the one nice thing I've got to say is that the hype died faster than I thought it would. If you love this place, the line wasn't as long as it used to be. At least if you opt to not be lazy and go inside the store instead of the drive thru. Or it was when I went on a Thursday evening. Your mileage will probably vary.

Michael N.

Yelp
Ever since moving here, I never thought in a million years Jollibee has arrive! My wife and I came to Jollibees after a week from the grand opening. Sunday morning wasn't crowded. They even had a drive thru which so I drove up. It was taking a while so we decided to just come into the store instead. When we walked in, a staff greeted us "Welcome to Jollybees". Luckily, we were 2nd in line. I ordered the chickenjoy family bucket with sweet spaghetti & 3 mango pies. First time they had the coconut pineapple pie so we wanted to try it. The order was ready in about 10 mins. The chicken was very crispy and the coconut pineapple pie was amazing. Next time wanted to try the burger steak.

Allister D.

Yelp
It's great that we finally have a Jollibee in town! Being from the South Bay, we're spoiled with many Filipino eateries so after moving out here, I couldn't wait to see the growth. Everything is as perfect as what you'd expect from a Jollibee. I've never seen Mac n cheese being served so I was excited to try it; it was creamy and delicious. Because this location is new, there were orders being mixed up or wrong but nothing out of the ordinary. Seating is definitely limited with only a small handful of booth seats, 2 person tables and a community table. I'm not a huge fan of their drive thru layout. I don't think Jollibee prepared for such a long line of cars. People's cars including mine, got blocked off from the drive thru line so cars had to slowly back up for me to leave my space. The formation is packed and unorganized. I kind of wish they didn't implement the drive thru system because it causes chicken to run out in which people have to wait 10-20 mins for a fresh batch. That's a problem and will back up the lines. Other than that, my wife and I are super happy this is finally here. This is great to order a bucket of spicy chicken and take home to eat with hot steamy rice! This is a game changer! We'll be back again!!

Chaye U.

Yelp
Quite surprised of the low rating reviews here on this recently opened Jollibee especially coming from some people who already knows how Jollibee tastes or from those unforgiving guests about long should-already-have-been-expected long lines due to grand opening day/week or to unforgiving fellow filipinos. It recently opened so of course there will be wait times especially if you came during peak times. Not sure how guests who had jollibee before thought this jollibee location will be different from the norm. I came on a Sunday before 11am, about a week after their opening. I order 2 buckets of Chickenjoy and Spaghetti. Same quality as their typical chicken and Spaghetti. No surprise there. The wait was not long. I am thankful that their closer. I am satisfied.

Shinozaki A.

Yelp
If you are looking for a: * A filipino fastfood staple and trending crowd favorite. * I am not sure if it was just because the place is just barely a year old but mostly of the people working there are just way to many at the back and just kind of avoiding eye contact. This is just the reason for losing a star to this review. It definitely needs improvement. * Place is new so definitely clean looking and great but a side note their ac to is way to cold. * Well my all time favorite comfort food will be their spaghetti and 2 chicken joy (preferred: spicy and regular) and the pineapple quencher. You will never go wrong with that combo. If you have a problem with it. WDIC?!?

Jemellee S.

Yelp
We didn't dine in. We ordered the chicken joy with spaghetti, 3 piece chicken with two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and chicken sandwich. The meals came with a drink so we got the pineapple juice. The lines were long outside and inside. But, I was surprised how fast we got our food. We took our food to go and everything still tasted so good. The parking lot is a bit crowded. The service was fast and friendly. It's a bit pricey but so is every other fast food places now, nowadays. The interior is plain, but clean, and nice and bright.

Yelp
Peach mango pie for the win! Love that now we have this Brentwood location available rather than going to Concord. Grand opening today, June 25, 2023. Love their chicken, gravy, and peach mango pies. Hope this place stays nice, new and clean.

Reggie S.

Yelp
Had to go check it out since we finally have a Jollibee close to us. We got spoiled having one down the street when we used to live in Union City...but ever since moving to Tracy, we've missed our beloved Filipino Bee. It wasn't crowded when we went on a Saturday afternoon...but there was still a line at the drive-thru. The dine-in area was clean and had a good amount of table seating. We ordered the 2pc chicken with spaghetti & palabok for dine-in, and the 6pc chickenjoy bucket, peach mango pie, coconut pineapple pie, and the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich for take-out. They didn't have the spicy chicken option at the time...not sure if they ran out or it just wasn't available yet. But they had it for the chicken sandwich. Service was pretty good and staff were very friendly. They seemed to have more than plenty working there probably to avoid getting backed up. So service was fairly quick too. The food was good, usual Jollibee stuff. You can't go wrong with chickenjoy anyway. I read one review of someone mentioning they didn't want "pork" on their food but still got some. I'm guessing whoever took their order wasn't familiar with Jollibee's good items because they ordered 'palabok' which is a Filipino noodle dish that has pork in its sauce...so there's no way you can order it without pork...that'll be like ordering just noodles/pasta with nothing on it. Overall good experience. It'll definitely get lots of support from the community. I'm sure the Filipinos from Mt. House, Tracy, Lathrop, and Manteca are glad to have one that's much closer now.

Melissa A.

Yelp
It's funny that my original review was removed by Yelp. I will repost it, removing words that they've deemed offensive and the reason for the removal. -- The most aggravating thing about this place is how slow their service is. Can y'all move any slower??? I've been to all the Jollibees in the Bay, but the employees here are twice as slow. Also, there is nothing when ordering online or signs outside the store about needing to go inside to pick up your order. Some of the drive-thru workers just seem to be particularly lazy. The day I went there...there was one person in the drive-thru who was already at the window. At the speaker, I tell them I'm there to pick up my order. According to the app, it was ready 20 mins ago. I give my order number, and they tell me to drive up. I get to the window and the guy tells me to...PARK AND GO INSIDE FOR MY ORDER. WHAAAAAAAAT?! I ask him why and he says my order may not be ready yet!!! WHAT THE F----CK??? I tell him the app says it was ready 20 mins ago!!! He says it is not, and I have to park and come inside. I walk inside and I see TWO BAGS sitting in the area for pick up orders. I tell the cashier my order and she hands me one of the bags!!!!! Literally, seconds after I left the drive through!!!! WHY IN THE HELL COULDN'T THAT GUY WALK OVER AND JUST HAND IT TO ME???? There was one person ahead of me in the drive-thru who left when I was still at the speaker, and one person behind me who got to the speaker after I was already at the window. Anyone ordering at the speaker while I was at the window would have to wait for a while to get their order and this guy couldn't hand me a bag??????? He really got on my nerves and this review is based on the overwhelming lack of competency of their employees. The food tastes the same as all other Jollibees. The location just has a bunch of slow incredibly incompetent people working there. I refuse to go back until they have improved or replaced their staff. I would rather waste my time and gas by driving to alternate locations.

Yee W.

Yelp
I come here a lot, randomly, for their pineapple mango drink and their peach mango pie. Those two are my favorite items off their menu. The restaurant itself is always nice and clean. Never really crowded. I was watching the employees and they're all on task and very efficient. One woman stood out to me because she was taking orders outside to their cars and would have like 5 bags of food. She was really on top of things. Customer service is fairly quick here. The staff always seem nice and friendly.

Wesley W.

Yelp
Jollibee has taken over as the most bought fried chicken in the US, surpassing KFC. The service is very good. The staff is well trained and directs the flow of traffic to minimize wait. This Jollibee in Brentwood just opened 4 days ago. It was very busy at the driving through and take in orders. The interior has bench and table seating. The ambiance and decor is basic and the interior in clean. The fountain drink dispenser is not the new high tech computer dispensers, but the old school dispensers. Fried Chicken (Chicken Joy) - 5/5 The fried chicken breading is seasoned, crispy with a robust crunch and very delicious. The thighs or drum sticks were very tender. Not overcooked and dry. Jolliebee's fried chicken is one of the best fast food fried chickens I've tasted. Definitely a winner. Jolly Spaghetti - 3.5/5 This review of Jolly spaghetti is very subjective. A lot of my friends (albeit Filipino), love Jolly spaghetti. It does have a different flavor than what you think of spaghetti to have ( tomato with Italian herbs). Jolly spaghetti has a flavor that I cannot describe. I do know the sweetness is from the banana sauce that in incorporated in Jolly spaghetti sauce. It alright, not bad, but not my favorite. Would I eat it again? I definitely would. But I most likely will not order it by itself. Coconut pineapple Pie - 4/5 The coconut pineapple pie is pretty good. You can taste real pineapple and the flavor of coconut really well with the pie filling. The crust is good, flakey, but a little cakey. It is defining better than other fast food pies. Mango peach pie - 4/5 You can only taste the peach in this pie. But it isn't surprising because peach and mango flavors are a little similar. The pie was not overly sweet. If you love peach pie, you'll love this pie. I would order this Pie again. Overall, I would say the Brentwood Jollibee is off to a great start. The prices are not inexpensive. The cost of eating at Jollibee will cost you a little more at comparable fast food eateries. That being said, I would recommend giving Jollibee a try.

Tara L.

Yelp
Grand opening of Jollibee in Brentwood! Long line on opening day. Seating was also limited so we had to be quick to grab seats when a table was vacated. Kudos to staff for managing line control. I wanted to order chicken tenders, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Too bad, so sad for me :( I ended up getting the 2 pc Spicy Chickenjoy. I wasn't expecting it to have too much heat, but oh boy was I wrong! It had a good amount of heat and it was pretty tasty with gravy. I also tried the Coconut Pineapple pie and it was okay. Nothing to write home about. Best to stick with the Peach Mango pie. One thing I noticed was that none of our meals came with biscuits as advertised on their menu. What's up with that?! I was also expecting to see Jollibee's iconic mascot, but he was nowhere to be found - the statue at the entrance doesn't count! Was hoping to see him bust a move on grand opening day. Anyway, I'm sure I'll be back again since this is the closest location to me. Have a Jolly Day :D

Chester V.

Yelp
Service crew here are so bad,.. I ordered 12pc chicken and a spaghetti family pack... order was sealed so I assumed it was correct,.. but when I got home it was only the chicken in the bag,.. So I went back to tell them the item missing, they just gave the item and they went back to gossiping, no apologize what so ever,..

Stefan G.

Yelp
WHAT HAPPENED!? After a long day of work I just want some good fried chicken. I've been to Jollibee's all around here and around Philippines, their chicken was HELLA GOOD. This one's was straight up TRASH. No seasoning, I done put a whole in and out salt packet left over from weeks ago just to have taste. I'm glad they have gravy cuz it made the chicken they served in this place from trash to bad. I heard they got a new chicken manufacturer or something? Like dude you tryna save prices but your customers are gonna drop. Fellas, do yourself a favor and just drive to the Jollibee in concord where they have the good chicken rather than this fake ah ah Temu version of chicken joy. No Jollibee, my day is not Jolly after eating this. Even the dog won't eat it! Thanks now me and my fam and friends are just looking at four half full chicken joy buckets of blandness. Gonna have to turn it into sisig or something. Embarrassing.

Daniel L.

Yelp
Fast service and delicious food. We got a 10 piece meal for the family. The chicken is juicy and fried nicely. We got mashed potatoes with gravy and the spaghetti. Both were tasty. We also got 1 peach mango pie which was good. We got 1 taro pie. We didn't like it; it was dry.

David A.

Yelp
The one in Concord is way better and the one in Daly City is the best. Ill leave it at that.

M G.

Yelp
Sharon my great experience with Jollibee's timely delivery through Yelp and the excellent service from Lina!

Ron A.

Yelp
Stay away from here. Food is not good. Chicken tastes like it's been in water all day. The fries are gross. And service is slow

Ellyzha A.

Yelp
Great service. Kind workers. The chicken could be more crispy though. But they're doing the best they can. Rooting for you Jollibee Brentwood.

Yelp
Is it really like this now in the drive-thru? You go to the drive-thru, order there, pay, they hand your drinks and tell you to park in the front? It isnt the drive-thru that i remember. Maybe I just didnt like the fact that we have to drive and park in the front and wait for them to deliver our order. I dont consider that a drive-tru, its just like ordering online and doing a curbside pick up!

Yelp
Still consistent! Each time I come in, whether it be inside or drive thru this location consistently provides excellent customer service, clean dine in area, and my order comes out hot. Sure sometimes it takes longer than normal, or they forget to add a condiment or side item, but that's why I ALWAYS check my order before leaving. And this isn't exclusive to Jollibee or this location, all restaurants I've been to have forgotten to give me something I've ordered or asked for at some point. Not a deal breaker or a reason for a reduction in stars.

Yelp
I am so happy to have a Jollibee in the area! For many Filipinos, Jollibee is a big part of our childhood, and culture. Having a Jollibee nearby makes it more convenient whenever I feel homesick and need a little taste of home. Besides the food, one thing I appreciate about this branch is their staff. Most especially Leanne who's always pleasant every time I pay a visit. Also s/o to one of their supervisors, Mylene who was very helpful and communicative when I had an issue w/ my order. I could tell the employees have been working hard and trying their best to provide their customers a better experience. This branch isn't perfect so I understand some of the critical reviews. But I hope that does not stop you from giving this location a chance. They have been open for about a year and a half now, and they have IMPROVED A LOT since then. Regardless of the negative reviews, I'll be here to support my local Jollibee anytime I can. :)

Yelp
Glad they finally brought back the spicy chicken! 4 stars because there's always a wait even when ordering drive thru.

Yelp
We love jollibee if it didn't have 72,495 calories, we wouldn't mind eating it everyday! We usually order doordash, to-go or drive through. Haven't had the chance to dine in yet. Food is always on point. Their spaghetti always has a generous amount of sauce and cheese. Their chicken joy is always crispy and happy. Their spicy chicken sandwich is also my husband's favorite, which he said the best fast food chicken sandwich compared to others! Peach mango pies are bussin' Staff is friendly. So why did we knock off 2 stars? We have ordered several times here since it first opened, and without fail the service is just slow. So we tried different ways to order: Drive through: They made us park to wait for the order, no problem, then it took forever. We had to follow up and said they can't find the car, and we were literally in front of jollibee. By the time we got our food, it was already cold. They gave us some free coconut pineapples pies to compenate, thank you! But of course it wasn't the same as peach mango pies. We tried to order inside, to-go, asked our usual combo, nothing to crazy, and also took light years for the order to come, we had to follow up several times. Several people who ordered before us, were served before us. And expect the wait as well, but it's worth it! Do we recommend this place? Absolutely!!!

Yelp
I have been a patron of Jollibee since childhood so their coming to our town was an exciting time. I did go to the grand opening and I felt at that time that service and quality of food was good. That is why I continued to patronize the business. But as of lately, I feel like the quality of food and service has declined. With the price increase of the food, the food quantity became less. The majority of the time I go to the drive-thru and I would expect that the drive-thru is quicker than inside-the-restaurant service but it hasn't been the case. I would be asked to go park in the front which is usually already occupied by the other parties who are also waiting on their food. Along with the waiting, they've been forgetting items that were a part of my order. I've had to end up going inside to ask for my missing items which defeated the whole purpose of going to the drive-thru.

Yelp
Lousy service! It took 20 mins for our takeout on a Sunday afternoon. It was not even crowded or busy! AND THERE WAS A MISSING BURGER! good thing we checked IN THE CAR before we left!!!

Yelp
I knew and kinda of expected a little wait for my order on Superbowl Sunday. I placed my order on Friday for pickup on Sunday at 1:45. Two 10-piece chickenjoy buckets with gravy. We arrive, go through the drive thru to pick up our order, and are asked to come inside to pick it up. Inside is a mess. Over a dozen people are standing around waiting for orders. Almost every order has an issue that needs correcting (missing items, incorrect items). The staff are unfortunately disorganized, losing order tickets, attempting to attend to incorrect orders, yelling back and forth about different things. It's chaos really. Long story short, we finally get our order around 2:30. It's correct, but doesn't smell good. (I've had lots of Jollibee and the smell of the chicken wasn't right; it smells like old, old oil. We actually opened the windows during the drive after because the smell was unappealing.) I worked in very busy fast food places in the past, so I know how difficult it can be. This place was really unprepared for what would be an obviously busy day that was made significantly worse by the compiled mistakes of almost every order that went out.
