Visited around 2:45PM on a Sunday and it was slow.
We came in for lunch and ordered a bucket of chicken with sides, a burger, and a pie. Customer service started off strong. The girl at the counter was really helpful and friendly while we all placed our orders. We sign up for the rewards system, which gives you $10 off $45 — a pretty easy spend here, considering the prices.
But from there, things went downhill.
Cleanliness:
The biggest issue was how dirty the restaurant was. Every single table was dirty when we arrived. I had to wipe one down myself just so we could sit. The floors were covered in debris and sticky spots, and even the walls and windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. It felt like a party had just ended and no one bothered to clean up afterward.
The restroom situation was even worse. The men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting — no toilet paper, black footprints on the floor, and a nasty odor like a porta-potty. One of the workers even walked in while we were there, saw the mess, and walked right back out without saying anything. One of the sinks outside the bathrooms had food in it, and the air dryer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. My lady said the women’s restroom was just the same…just makes you wonder how is their kitchen up to par?
This place gets a lot of foot traffic, so I was surprised they didn’t have someone rotating every half hour to clean. With how many staff were in the back, it seemed like a scheduling issue or just poor management.
Food Timing & Quality:
We waited over 20 minutes for our food, which feels excessive for a fast-food restaurant. Eventually, we went up to check and were told they were waiting on the burger. So we asked to at least get the rest of the order — which they gave us — but when my girlfriend asked for ketchup, they said they were out. That was disappointing, especially since when the burger finally came out (about 25 minutes later), it had ketchup on it. So clearly they had some — just not the little packets?
If they don’t have packet ketchup, they could at least offer to squeeze some from a bottle. We had asked if they could pour us some of the side for the fries but by then our fries were cold and we tossed them. I think they had them sitting while waiting for the food they weren’t hot at all. Plus, they were out of other drinks like the guava quencher, which was another letdown.
And honestly, that burger? It was sad. Flat, bland, and not worth the wait.
Management & Staff:
It didn’t seem like the place was understaffed. There were plenty of employees around, but most seemed to stay in the back. A manager-looking guy with a clipboard kept walking around, but didn’t seem to actually manage anything. It wasn’t until a lot of people started arriving that someone finally came out to sweep. That should be happening consistently, not just when a crowd shows up.
Final Thoughts:
Jollibee usually delivers on flavor — their chicken is solid. But this location needs serious attention when it comes to cleanliness, organization, and communication. We left feeling disappointed. It’s frustrating because this place could be great — but when the dining area is filthy, bathrooms are nasty, and basic requests like ketchup or drinks aren’t met, it ruins the whole experience.
