"Local Jollibee fans, the Filipino fast food chain has answered your prayers. Culturemap Dallas reports that an outpost of the cult favorite fried chicken chain will land in Dallas. Find it at 4703 Greenville Avenue in a former Jack in the Box location. The hope is to open up the Dallas location with a mid-summer timeline. The Philippines-based fast food chain is expanding rapidly in the U.S., with plans to open up 500 more locations in North America in the next five to seven years. It’s certainly a hit locally: when Jollibee opened its very first DFW location in Plano in 2020, folks waited in the drive-thru line for more than four hours to get fried chicken, sweet spaghetti, and mango-peach pies." - Adele Chapin

Caleb, was very energetic, and that's about the best experience. I heard about Jollibee watching @MikeyChen who does food reviews all over the globe. So when I saw Jollibee finally came to Dallas I was so excited. We got spicy and regular, the Mac and cheese, french fries and I wanted the spaghetti. We waited till we got home to find the order was wrong. We had no spaghetti 😡, but sticky overcooked rice. The Mac and cheese was gluey, and we had two containers of mystery gravy water. The spicy chicken wasn't really spicy, I liked the crust but both were super greasy. I was disappointed, and plus it was pricey. I guess I will stick with the local chicken joints, because Jollibee didn't leave me too jolly! ☹️

*CHECK RECEIPT PHOTOS* If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. I decided to try Jollibee for the first time because I’ve heard the food is good but the experience I had yesterday was horrible. I will not try Jollibee ever again. I was at this location for almost an HOUR. Placed my drive thru order at 6:18pm. After paying at the window (at 6:25), Christina asked me to pull to the front of the restaurant and my order will be out in 4 MINUTES. I was perfectly fine with that, no big deal. After 30 minutes of placing my drive thru order, I was still waiting for my order at the front of the restaurant so I went inside of the restaurant and witnessed dine in customers who came in after me to place order and receive their order. So I asked for the status of my order and I was told they’re STILL working on it. At this point I asked for a refund because it has been way too long. About 10 minutes later I’m STILL WAITING for my refund from the manager with NO COMMUNICATION from the manager in between the 10 minutes of waiting. Eventually she comes and brings 2 receipts of the pies I ordered but my entire order was $43.26. I then asked for the voided receipt that shows my total and was told by the manager “that’s all my system is pulling up.” She stated that my entire order was voided but there’s not proof (receipt) of that. The wait time, service and not getting a proper refund is unacceptable. I left this restaurant after 7PM!! JOLLIBEE WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME!

Everything was good except the cashier didn't feel as welcoming as compared to other Jollibee branches here in the US. I know it gets busy, but at least try. I'm glad they had a diaper changing station in the bathroom. (Essential for a mom like me.)

Google
Good, pricey, but different enough to go out of your way once in a while. Spicy is probably Spicy enough for most folks. Moist and fresh chicken all around.

This was my first time trying Jollibee, and it did not disappoint! The cashier was patient and kind enough to help me decide what to get. The chicken was really juicy and crispy. They did forget my mashed potatoes, but I also got a side of adobo rice and spaghetti, and everything tasted so good! Glad I tried it!

Google
Our first time to Jollibee and do we decided to try almost everything. The spaghetti is sorta sweet so it wasn’t something I’d eat again. The Mac and cheese isn’t very cheesy or made well.. it’s that thick cheese that hardly sticks to the pasta. Really the only thing I really enjoyed was the chicken and the smashed potatoes and gravy. Place was extremely busy so trying to ask for ranch or anything after paying means standing there for a while before someone is able to help.

Google
Sad to say, I was totally disappointed with the food after I had heard so much about it. I got regular chicken and the spaghetti for the side. The chicken had very little to no seasoning. Some of my pieces were overcooked. I don't know what they put on the spaghetti, but it was sweet and bad. The service was very slow, even with the line getting longer. No one came to help. Using a hand-held buzzer to let you know your order is ready. Was even slower, and they got my order wrong. But it was eventually corrected. The place was very clean

Google
This was my first time eating here I seen everyone talking about it on tictok at the time and I went and tried it the customer service was great I wanted to try the spicy chicken but they didn’t have it overall it tasted okay the chicken smelled weird the rice is just too plain for me the mashed potatoes was good the gravy tasted different but they say it’s a filipino restaurant so it make sense

Jarls D.

Yelp
Food was very tasty, however I'm not sure what the ingredients are.. i ate this for dinner around 8pm and the morning after I shat 5 times. yes FIVE. And I'm typing this during the 5th one so hopefully there isn't a 6th. It's not pretty shits either

Katrina A.

Yelp
Jollibee was okay and the restaurant was clean. They did not talk to us but we did sit in there for 4 hours meeting with other vloggers. They didn't have wings at a chicken joint. Youtube DAVIS314FAMILY

Yelp
Despite living in California for a good chunk of my adult life, I had never been to a Jollibee's until today and I've got to say that, yes, the Philippinos are correct. Spaghetti is the best possible side dish for fried chicken. The food is delicious if not great for the diet. Maybe it's best that I waited so long to try it out.

Tom S.

Yelp
Love the spaghetti and chicken here. This is a great fast food place, with drive thru and plenty of indoor seating. I know the spaghetti gets a lot of hate or criticism, but I really enjoy it. It's spaghetti sauce with little hotdogs chopped up essentially, so it might seem a little cheap for some. I like the fried chicken better then KFC, and always get the spicy one. The service has always been good, and the wait has been a little long sometimes but never felt like it took an excessive amount of time.

Lilibeth A.

Yelp
Ordered on uber eats for some yummy spaghetti and chicken with money with gravy and rice was what I had for dinner in Dallas. Filled up my dinner needs here, always moist and warm to the crunch with their chicken. Recommend this for those unable to drive uber eats for this place is well worth it.

Yelp
I went here after playing Pokemon Go and was waiting patiently for this to open. The place used to be a Jack in the Box and did a remodel. Outside looks nice with the Jollibee statue and appearance looks good. The location has interesting people nearby so be a little careful. The place is quite small and the smallest Jollibee I ever been too. The menu is limited as it has the basic necessities 1. Chickenjoy 2. Hamburger 3. Chicken burger 4. Jolli Spaghetti 5. Palabok They offer peach mango pies, fries, mashed potatoes and rice. They ran out of the mango pineapple juice and the spicy spice. The place itself had a big order, but was not to busy on a Sunday. I ordered the 2 pieces of chickenjoy and spaghetti and Yum burger with fries. The service was okay, but getting the food is slow and reminded me of other locations as I waited for 20 minutes for my food. One thing about the food is the hamburger was much smaller than I remembered, but it does have 2 patties and it was fresh. The burger was delicious, but fries was just okay. I had the chicken joy and that was good too. However, the price did increase quite a bit and I paid $28 dollars for the meal. Overall, I am glad this place opened up, but sad that they did not offer the Halo Halo, Boba or the hot dog. I guess if I want my Jollibee fix this will do.

Melissa M.

Yelp
We had been wanting to try this for quite some time and let me tell you the experience was horrible. Walked in ordered 6:38 pm didn't get food until 7:25pm! It was clear they prioritize drive thru orders. Now the food was decent the spicy chicken was good but that was about all if I was to come back it totally would be the Plano location as this one was just a circus show. I can def see why the reviews at this location are what they are.

Ray F.

Yelp
Finally open! Excellent plan for long drive-thru lines, plus it moves quickly! Good thing as this place is excellent and the chicken is fantastic!! Marianne C. said this chain was great, and she is right on! I ordered the original chicken sandwich deluxe. Great looking thick breast, a touch of spice, super flavor, sweet tasty bun, and a great price! The fries are okay. The mango peach pie is another wow!!

Yelp
Oh Kay Kay! I feel you a little bit. Jollibee is located on Greenville about 1 mile before you hit the busy lower Greenville strip. It's a basic chicken spot but oh Kay Kay Kay, I'm feeling it a little bit. The service was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Food Review: Spicy Chicken (they only have legs and thighs. Do yall remember the shortage on wings? ) - chicken was a perfect level of spice. If you don't like spicy food, it could be too spicy for you. It was juicy and a lots of flavor in every bite. Some parts were very crispy, some were soft, some just right, but all great spicy flavor! Biscuit - small and soft. Good taste Mashed Potatoes - red potatoes, mashed with flakes of skin throughout. Whipped thick and soft. Gravy - had a sweet taste to it. Not a fan! Overall Jollibee is good. Better than Church's and KFC.

Yelp
After having Jollibee hyped to me for so long, I was very excited to try the food here. Unfortunately, it just wasn't up to my tastes. Service was quick and the cashiers are very patient with explaining the menu options. We opted for the spaghetti, 2 piece fried chicken, and ube pie. The spaghetti was delicious and much sweeter than an Italian-American carbonara. We were hoping for more hotdog, but ours only had 1 slice. The fried chicken was decent, but nothing to write home about; fairly standard fast food fare. The fried chicken by itself was almost bland, but the gravy makes it taste better. To us, the food seemed to sit very heavy, even though we didn't have much to eat (which I guess isn't uncharacteristic of fast food). The ube pie was decent with a nice crispy crust, however the filling was scant and a bit lacking. I think with the trend of fast food prices increasing, I think you're better off getting food elsewhere unless you're a huge Jollibee fan. For us, I highly doubt we'll be back.

Monique R.

Yelp
I went there today 2/1/25 and noticed the water from bathroom sink is scalding hot. I asked the manager to report the problem but was told she was not available. I told the crew and did not even checked to see what I was saying. Minutes later, I saw the manager and told her about my concern that the water in the bathroom is scalding hot and that would be a liability for them. She just smiled but did not do anything not even apologized. I can't imagine their restaurant crew are not washing their hands after toileting. That's gross! I hope the health department sees this. Two other customers also complained about the hot water.

W O.

Yelp
First time eating here, 10/10/24 My honest opinion, I taste nothing special. The service was fair and the ambiance was nothing to write home about. It was basic to me no wild factor, the pie was more crust than filling, would I eat there again? "No" They only sell drumsticks, thighs, bucks of chicken, chicken sandwich, tenders, and spaghetti.

Robbie D.

Yelp
No white meat, the spicy chicken was good. Its a bit pricey to only have dark meat. Peach Mango pie not too good, too sweet spaghetti to sweet. If its your thing good but its not mine.

Jimmy K.

Yelp
We tried this place for lunch recently and it was ok. The spicy chicken sandwich and fries were good. The big cheese yumburger with mac and cheese was ok. The burger tastes like Salisbury steak which I liked, but my wife did not. The fountain soda machine was out of order for most of the options. However, we would come back to try the chicken.

R C.

Yelp
NO! Just "NO"! I got the 2-piece (leg and thigh) spicy but it barely had any flavor. The mashed potatoes with gravy had a "strange" taste, and the biscuit was like a hockey puck. The Diet Pepsi was tasty, though.

Kenneth E.

Yelp
Craving the spicy chicken I stopped in Jollibee service was good. The place was pretty messy inside and very warm even though it was a hot day. Maybe they had problems with air condition. My chicken was fine, my biscuit was very hard and the macaroni and cheese look like it was made three days ago and it was all dried up. Maybe a bad day for me to stop in there, but I will not go back to this location.

Enrique M.

Yelp
I love good fried chicken and am not very picky, but something about how Jollibees tastes is kind of off. This fried chicken really tastes like oil and chicken, if you know what I mean. It has a very gamey taste which is not something you're looking for when eating fried chicken. Service and all was great, although it did take a little longer than expected to receive my food which I blame on how new it was when I went. Honestly nothing I would recommend, but was worth trying!

James M.

Yelp
Its 4:45PM and this place is out of spicy chicken AND fries. Not good. The young lady at the counter was nice and another asian woman stood quietly staring at me and a young man walked up and said, "you look like I giant to them, that's why they're staring". Wasn't aware that I was 13 feet tall. The raspberry tea in the fountain is horrible tasting and things seem to just be out of sorts in here. This chicken is MID at best. Minimal seasoning. I waited 20 mins for it to be fresh but this was a waste of time and money.

Maitika D.

Yelp
Ran by a bunch of kids at night. Juan and Hannah were the only ones working... Everyone else was terrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY! HQ you should prob do an random audit in them.

Cat N.

Yelp
Not my first time having jollibee. I've had jollibee on my travels in Milan, Italy and in Asia. This location doesn't cook their chicken well. Chicken is not something you want to eat raw or half done. It needs to be cooked well or else you get sick! I saw people's reviews when they first open and gave them several months before I gave them a tried. I thought they would work out their kinks by now but they haven't. Lucky for me, I got the chicken to go and popped them in air fryer to cook the chicken some more. Their mango pies were delicious. Pineapple juice was delicious and not sweet at all like some Filipino drinks can be.

J C.

Yelp
Chicken was juicy moist and crispy. The chicken sandwich was awesome. Fries ok, gravy pretty good. Mash potatoes were ok but even better with gravy. Pineapple drink was awesome! I'll definitely be back. Gotta try the spicy sandwich next time. Price was average for fast food joint. Place was clean and food was quick.

Natasha W.

Yelp
Food was BLAND. Lines extremely long (of course because of the opening), it just didn't add anything to my life for me to want to go back.

Justin M.

Yelp
The food has steadily declined. The staff is always rude and the wait time is excessive even though they are not a busy location. They are nothing like the location in Plano that I prefer. Absolutely would not recommend. This is after several tries of giving them opportunities to make it right. And to top it off the cashier Nichelle (appears to be Filipino) made inappropriate comments out loud about "they are sending all the Mexicans over here" to her friends who visited.

Victor W.

Yelp
As many chains stores closin and the need for good service. This establishment missed the mark. Their food was unedible the chicken was. Cooked so much it turned black. The establishment was dirty. This service was terrible.I could go on somebody reading this.Don't waste your time, it's not In & Out.It's not Whataburger or Canes it's below mcdonald's.

Tami K.

Yelp
This fast food chain has potential as it is a great location close a college campus. Food is good..but service is disorganized and what you ordered may not be what you get. Over half of the things I ordered came missing or just completely something else. I will probably wait a few more months before returning. Just waiting for them to get their ducks in a row.

B. B.

Yelp
Worst Jollibee location I've been to, I've given it 5 tries. No matter what time of day, I've never been able to get the spicy chicken. The chicken is hot but sides are cold. There's a longer than expected wait for food, even if I'm the only person in line. Location is also tricky to get in and out of. Definitely an outlier in terms of other locations. Would not recommend

Kelli S.

Yelp
Let me start by saying, the Dallas community waited sooo long for this location to open. They started off so well, and now everything about this location has gone downhill. The Website: Somehow what is shown online, is not always actually available. I have ordered spicy chicken directly on the Jollibee website, just to receive original. No phone call, no warning. Customer Service: This location used to answer their phone. Not anymore. I have called this establishment, at several different intervals of the day. They don't pick up. Food: It seems like they do not change their grease often enough. The pies in my last order, tasted mucky of old grease. I couldn't eat them. And the original chicken was fried soft, which was weird and mushy. Overall this Jollibee started off strong. The food was tasty, and you could still get someone to answer the phone. Please find a balance before this location is closed. I am now only ordering from the farther location in Plano. They still care about quality!

Steve C.

Yelp
It was good. They were out of spicy so that extra flavor was missing. A displaced individual was walking around asking tables for change often. That didn't get addressed by management. Also check your boxes before leaving, I had ordered a 3pc and received 2pc. The front line did correct it tho. But that needs to be corrected as well. This place just opened, I know it will improve in 2024.

Ricardo G.

Yelp
Drinks- was like carbonated water. Pineapple quencher was warmer than the actual food. Food- They call them Yumburgers, was waiting for the yum part... the meat smelled like actual feet, also forgot to give us our complete order, even though we waited 30+ mins for the food from the moment we left the speaker to order. Apparently they serve Mac n cheese, it was more like a block of cheese. The biscuits were the only good side, and I feel like that is very difficult to mess up. Gravy was colder than the actual drinks. Chicken was no better. Service- Order taker looked fed up and not very friendly, seemed to have to beg for just napkins and forks for our sides. Like if asking for such things was like asking for a million dollars. Didn't order the spaghetti or pies but at this point I'm glad I didn't. You'd have better luck at anything at a Burger King or anywhere else really. This was my first and last time at a Jolliebee.

Vinny P.

Yelp
Hi to all of you who read my review of Jollibee chicken and burgers. This is my second time eating here. The chicken is crispy the fry's are good. I did have the Palabok Fiesta. It was delicious. For desert I had the peach mango pie and Ube pie. Both are worth trying if you like fried pies. Today I had the Aloha Chicken sandwich. The grilled pineapple goes well with the crispy chicken. For the drink I picked the Pineapple quencher. A great drink. As for the service not bad. I arrived on a Saturday noon for lunch and it was hoping. But I was able to order quickly and it didn't take long to have my food ready. But you know this was today and next weekend could be different. The atmosphere was pretty much the same as it is in any fast food place. Well I enjoyed eating here and I will be making Jollibee a regular place to eat. Because there is so much more to try on the menu.

Briona Q.

Yelp
I used Uber eats and I received everything I ordered. The spicy chicken was good, but better with the gravy. I liked the fries in the gravy too. It was delivered quickly

Rick B.

Yelp
I finally got a chance to check out the Jollibee tore on Greenville Ave. today. The chicken was just OK, but the gravy that comes with it tasted burned, and the Palabok was the absolute worst I ever had. The noodles were overcooked and the sauce was bland and needed salt just to be edible. With chicken priced at double what the other fast food chicken places charge for chicken just as good or better, I'll stop at Williams Chicken or Churches.

Matt C.

Yelp
What the hell?? I thought the chicken would be fast food quality but the Filipino spice, plump juicy meat, and aggressive crunch made me lift my pinky.

S Y.

Yelp
I want to compliment and commend the service I received at the drive through on Sunday July 14th around 1:30 in the afternoon. The service was fast and my food delicious but most of all both the young man that took my order and the young lady at the window were so polite. I was really impressed and the place looked clean and well managed. It was my first time to a Jollibee and I was so delighted to try it. The place has a nice vibe and I found it very easy to get in and out. The menu has some classics and some unique twists if you haven't been to a Jollibee before. I tried the fried chicken and spaghetti combo and it really hit the spot! I'm definitely going back to try more things. Thanks for a great lunch

Tyrone S.

Yelp
First time to jollibee! There was a long wait but the chicken was good and I actually loved the spaghetti! I like my spaghetti a little sweet and spicy so I liked it. I'll say this the chicken wasn't special it's along the lines of the other fast food chicken places but the spaghetti and the fried pies are the thing at jollibee to me!

Elle L.

Yelp
Went here with my family as a little food adventure - fried chicken and spaghetti sounds weird but it could be really great too! (That's how our son convinced us to go lol). We ordered the 2 piece friend chicken meal with spaghetti, the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and the 3 piece tender meal with fries. After paying through the drive through we pulled into spots designated to wait for our fresh fried chicken. We waited for at least 5 minutes - which is the wait time they quoted us when we ordered (forgot to check the clock but did feel like more than 5 minutes). And, we all agreed that we liked knowing the chicken was fresh and didn't mind the wait. The fried chicken is nice: the skin is super crispy, there's no weird chicken parts or textures in the tenders, and the meat stayed moist. The spaghetti was a little strange, and came with hot dogs in it (unexpected), and the fries were a little limp and could use some salt. The spicy chicken comes with fresh chilies and really packs a punch . Glad we tried it, and not sure we will eat it again.

Rachel R.

Yelp
Ordered the food to go via Uber, so I can't speak for the restaurant itself. The food was package really well, and I was excited to see it in a completely tied shut bag. Unfortunately a lot of our order was missing. Like our sides, gravy, and other dipping sauces. The chicken was decent enough. However, the ube pie was the best item we got! Would I get food from here again? Probably not.

Gea F.

Yelp
The food is part of the experience and it could be the best ever BUT one thing that I will not put up with is BAD SERVICE!!! Patience and kindness goes along way especially when you have new customers that may not know how to order or have never had your food. Sent my husband to pick up food as I am extremely ill and he wanted to do something sweet. My bad for thinking I would send him to this place!!! He took a chance, he may have sounded like an idiot (because he just doesn't know our food) BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE IT!!!!!

Kelley H.

Yelp
Due to the poor rating I was nervous about trying Jollibee's fast food. It was amazing! The staff were working like a well oiled machine! The good was hot and delicious and the order was correct! The staff were polite and hard working. What more can you ask? Don't wait like I did. I highly recommend this place!

Thi C.

Yelp
Everything I hoped and more! I got the 2 piece combo (spicy fried chicken & mashed potatoes), mango/peach pie, and it was yummy! Great, friendly service too. No tip expected either, which is becoming more rare these days.

Rachel Jeanne O.

Yelp
I'd always love Jollibee but this branch had very bad service!!!! I was served by a lady who talked to me at the counter then left! Another staff got my service. When my to go was ready, my bucket chicken was not sit up straight with the sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, spilled on the bag! Very bad service!!!

Andy S.

Yelp
It was just ok. They took over 5 min to take my order when I got to the speaker at the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The prices are WAY expensive for what you get....$16 for 6 chicken tenders...no way. They weren't even very good. The spagetti was good. I would not return again if the prices stay as high as they are for what you get. They should fire folks if their costs are really that high...fix your pricing vs telling customers to "check out our coupons".

Brianna R.

Yelp
I was super excited to try this place.... finally made it ordered a 2 piece and sides....5 minutes after eating I threw it all up; I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. Not sure what that was about but I'm sure I won't be trying this place again.

Michael W.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to try JB. This place is very slow. 30 minutes plus wait. No spicy chicken and a lot of angry people. Chicken was hot, but no spicy this day. Lobby wasn't serviced.

Martin R.

Yelp
We thought we'd try the new fast food in the area. We won't be wasting our money again there. $12.49 for a Big Yum burger, fries and a drink. The meat was cold, not even able to melt the cheese despite it being between the two very small patties of bready-tasting beef. The bun was also cold and kind of stiff. My fries were definitely the previous batch as they were also cold and dry. My wife must've gotten the fresh batch because her fries were warm and tasty. She got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and spent a good amount of time taking off the huge amounts of breading, exposing a small enough piece of chicken they could have stitched that bird up and put her back in the coop for another sandwich later. A single blob of mayo in the middle of her sandwich is apparently too much trouble to spread $24 for 2 craptastical sandwiches, 1 craptastical order of fries, 1 decent order of fries and 2 drinks. We'll not be going back

Alando J.

Yelp
Customer service sucks there's no way to contact you. People talk to you directly and I think you made it that way so you can not make your mistakes right I will not read you with a star. You do not deserve it.

Nico T.

Yelp
This place was ass the car muckbangers lied this shit is ass I never wanna eat here again everything was so cheap and expensive almost threw up everything smelled rlly bad the rice was nasty after taste and goey the chicken was horrible And the gravy is literally the same as kfc and the fries are the same as McDonalds 1/10 Can't give it a zero cause it ain't possible Also the polab was disgusting felt like I was eating it with lace and the noodles were very salty and felt like I was eating an expired maruchan I couldn't even lick my fingers afterwards that's how bad it was and they ran out of plates even though the place was almost empty literally two other people

Kurai T.

Yelp
I absolutely adore this location. I've been going to this location for months and all I have to say about them is this. The food is always spot on, customer service is A+, and restaurant is very clean/spotless.

April L.

Yelp
Drive thru with jolibee fast food in Greenville is a nightmare. Each car takes about 6 mins wait before it moves . So as soon as you get to the speaker you have to wait another 4 mins . It was taking so long I had to time it . To be exact it's 4:42 mins wait then 2 mins to take your Oder . Then when you get to pick up your food you have to wait of course ( which I have no problem waiting ) but still got your orders wrong . No gravy on chicken, ordered two spaghetti I got one joli spaghetti and 2 spicy chicken which I didn't order . As much as I am excited to come here since it's only a mile from work I got so disappointed with the service . I understand they are doing their best I think they are short staffed as well . Jolibee can do better than this
