Jollibee was one of my favorite chains to eat fried chicken. I'm sad to say was instead of is as my last outing to Jollibee was disappointing to say the least. The chicken was cooked well and the crunch was excellent but the salt and seasoning were completely missing making it hard to eat. On top of it, the chicken was so oily that I didn't feel good after having it. I don't know if it has to do with this particular outlet but its created an aversion towards fried chicken to me for a while.

As American as apple pie… if apple pie came with perfectly seasoned fried chicken and a side of sweet spaghetti. On the West Coast, Jollibee reigns supreme—a crispy, juicy, Filipino fried chicken king that never misses. There was literally a spicy chicken shortage last year, and the city grieved. Thankfully, we’ve recouped. God bless this sweet and spicy comeback. The original and spicy Chickenjoy recipes are so good they deserve their own holiday. Even the late, great Anthony Bourdain knew Jollibee was special—shouting them out way before it was trendy. Pro tip: Download the Jollibee app. The rewards rack up fast—free ube or pineapple pie, drinks, and more just for doing what you were going to do anyway: coming back. The Filipino-style spaghetti? It’s a nostalgic time machine back to your friend’s house where his mom made sweet meat sauce magic. Love it or don’t understand it—there’s no in between. San Jose to San Francisco, Jollibee’s fried chicken is undefeated. Fight me on this. Just not over the last spicy thigh.

It’s a pretty chill place. With a nice vibe. The chicken there was pretty good. I also tried the noodles, but I’m not too much of a fan. The service was nice and quick, with both ordering and preparing the food. It wasn’t too busy either.

(As I write this, it's Christmas Eve day.) My friend from Japan texted and reminded me that it's fried chicken time. So today, having a hankerin', I got fried chicken. Here's the back-story. It is now traditional in Japan to have fried chicken on Christmas Day. It's all due to one incredibly brilliant marketing ploy, a clever move of deceit and good ol' fashion American pop-culture hegemony. Decades ago, a Kentucky Fried Chicken advertising mastermind duped the Japanese people into believing that the American national Xmas holiday dish of choice was fried chicken, much like turkey for Thanksgiving. As for the Japanese, being fond of American ways, ate it right up and so on Christmas day, millions of Japanese preorder meals from KFC just to be in line with American tradition. Consequently, Japan now has its very own Christmas tradition, KFC fried chicken meals. Oh, as for the picture, I don't like KFC, but the Filipinos have their own fried chicken chain, Jollibee, and in my opinion, is superior.

Wow, this Jollibee was packed for a weekday. It was busy with all ages and nationalities. It makes you proud to be Filipino and have people like your fast food. The atmosphere was like a late night after the club kinda thing, but very welcoming. The staff was ready to take it on. They all seemed happy to be there. They were running their own stations and trying to keep up with the line and spurts of people asking for condiments and etc. They had forgotten the fries on my husband's aloha chicken combo and were happy to give him fresh hot fries with a little extra in a bag. The food was great as always -served at correct temperature. We were quite famished so we ate most of it. Daughter had the spaghetti and side of mashed potatoes. I had the 2 piece + palabok (way too much, only ate the drumstick and a few bites of palabok) and my husband had the aloha chicken sandwich combo. His sandwich was pretty tasty. We, also ordered a side of adobo fried rice, one of our favorites and the mango/peach and ube pies. All so good. We brought some back to our hotel room and I just ate the chicken for breakfast. It was good even the next day as I was able to reheat in hotel microwave. Great experience. We have our Jollibee's in Anaheim and Cerritos, but this one sure does a great job.

Amazing fried chicken and super fast service! Great location, but can be a little dirty at sometimes. They should change the trash more often as it feels up pretty quick.

Have been a huge fan of Jollibee fried chicken in the past, based on eating at several locations. This was the first time ordering from this location. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment ☹️. The chicken, though still crunchy, was surprisingly (and uncharacteristically) dry & unseasoned. Not sure what happened... hopefully it was just an off-day... and not due to some chain-wide changes 🤞.

Pure ChickenJoy! I come here to Daly City at least once per month on my drive home. Today, I had the 2 piece chicken with 2 sides. One was mashed potatoes and gravy, and today I tried the Philippine Spaghetti 🍝 😋 it was excellent 👌 Overall nice dining experience here in the restaurant.
