Jollibee

Jollibee was one of my favorite chains to eat fried chicken. I'm sad to say was instead of is as my last outing to Jollibee was disappointing to say the least. The chicken was cooked well and the crunch was excellent but the salt and seasoning were completely missing making it hard to eat. On top of it, the chicken was so oily that I didn't feel good after having it. I don't know if it has to do with this particular outlet but its created an aversion towards fried chicken to me for a while.

I love jollibees. Their spicy chicken is the best with the gravy!?? Oooohhh man! I also tried their new BBQ chicken sandwich and that was actually really good . Tasted kind of like a pineapple hamburger without the pineapple and the cow.

Delicious food! Voted best fried chicken in USA for second year in a row🤤🎉 easy drive- thru! I hear the breakfast is delicious too! Still haven't had a chance to taste it yet, but I believe the connoisseurs 😂

It’s a pretty chill place. With a nice vibe. The chicken there was pretty good. I also tried the noodles, but I’m not too much of a fan. The service was nice and quick, with both ordering and preparing the food. It wasn’t too busy either.

The fried chicken is good for what it is - fast food joint. The corn is way under seasoned. The halo halo was meh. Like some other said, there are many big, hard chunks of ice that gives you a brain freeze and makes your teeth hurt. They use cheap ice cream - overall it just tastes nasty. The mango peach pie is in my opinion much better value for money ($1.99) compared to the halo halo ($4.99)

We ordered a 6 piece spicy bucket, but when we received it, it was the original ones and we didn't realize until we had already eaten 2 of them. We went back to the counter and explained the situation. They were really kind enough to give us 6 pieces of spicy ones even though we had already eaten 2! Really great customer service and I appreciate how easy they made it to get our order right.

Maricel took care of my orders diligently and with a pleasant smile. Suggestive selling was done. Chicken was fine, I think it’s over cooked. Still love it tho. Took out the extra pieces for my lunch the following day.

Amazing fried chicken and super fast service! Great location, but can be a little dirty at sometimes. They should change the trash more often as it feels up pretty quick.

I read somewhere that Jollibee has the best fast food fried chicken. After trying it, I would say it's not the best (still think Popeyes is the one to beat), but Jollibee is solid. They currently have holiday meal deals! A bucket of 6 pieces fried chicken, 2 sides and 2 sodas is $20. Note, the spicy chicken here is very spicy! Regular sides are mashed potatoes, fries, coleslaw and biscuits. Beware of getting upsold (eg spaghetti and Mac and cheese cost $1.50 more a side!) Location is convenient here and they share a large parking lot with Lucky supermarket and Starbucks. Inside is also very clean and new. Even for a Sunday breakfast, a handful of people were eating fried chicken :)

Jollibee is my favorite fast food, fried chicken joint. We usually order the 6 piece bucket that comes with 3 pieces of thighs and 3 pieces of drumsticks and a cup of gravy which was more than enough for us 2. On our recent visit we placed an online order to be picked up at 5pm on thanksgiving day. Yes, they are open on this holiday. When we arrived at 5:15pm, our order was not ready despite the app said it was by 5pm. Understandably they were very busy on this holiday. We usually have really good fried chicken. But on this day we immediately smelled burnt chicken when we received our order. Sure enough the skin smelled and tasted slightly burnt. I think it's time for them to change their oil. Do ask for utensils and plates if you choose to dine in. I like to bring disposable gloves from home. Note, currently they are offering $5 off $10 purchase if you are a new user to the app or $10 off $45 purchase.

Real solid experience at this Jollibee location. We ordered a bucket of the limited edition Korean fried chicken and it did not miss! The 10 piece was around $34, which seemed a little pricey for chicken. But upon further inspection, these were jumbo sized pieces of chicken! I can eat a lot and I was down for the count after only 2 pieces. The flavor was also on point - spicy, tangy, slightly sweet and crunchy. We ordered through the drive through and was able to use our $5 of $10+ coupon which helped cut the price down a bit. The service was no nonsense and efficient, just the way I like it. We were asked to pull forward and wait for our bucket, which wasn't a problem because parking was ample. Our bucket came out hot and fresh within 5 minutes. Overall experience was probably a 4/5 but I have to knock em down a star because the price stung a little more than the hot fire chicken did. Still Yummy Certified

What can I say? It's a Jollibee. There's times this place gets busy and times it's dead. And when its busy it's quite loud and so the cashier has a hard time understanding the order correctly. The food is delicious for fast food albeit on the expensive side of things. I wish they'd have more affordable options as this place is really more like a treat given their prices. If this is your first time, make sure to try classics like Chicken Joys and burger steaks. Skip the spaghetti if you don't like your pasta sweet. Get a palabok instead. Lastly, you gotta get a peach mango pie and some pineapple quencher. You won't regret it!

Food was excellent! The chicken (especially the new Korean bbq one) was so good! The spaghetti tasted like spaghetti o's (which I love) so it was good. Chicken sandwiches where BOMB!!! The service was quick and good! Even the potatoes were very good! We got a bunch of food and were able to chicken for a couple days!

Katseye collab at Jollibee. Always an ez recommendation for your fried chicken cravings. Service is fast and warm. The staff is accommodating and friendly to assist. They are always making sure the environment is clean and welcoming to all guests.

I have heard about this legendary chicken, so while in the area, I stopped in to check it out. The place was packed with people, which indicated a quality product. The chicken was indeed pretty perfect, juicy, and delicious. I got Mac and cheese for my side which was coagulated and kinda gross, but the Mac and cheese wasn't the hero flavor. The chicken is the star, as it should be.

On Tuesday July 15,2025 My Co Worker And I Have Decided To Have Lunch at Jollibee in Mission Plaza. As We Enter The Store We Directly Went To The Cashier And Ordered 3 Piece Original Chicken Joy, Coleslow, And A Dragon Fruit Drink The Chicken Was Crispylicious, Juicylicious And The Drink Was So Refreshing. The Service Staff Was Quick & Fast. The Ambiance Of The Store Was Clean, Amazingly Neat & Nice

Weekday lunch, super quick service. The combo menu prices reflect if you choose to get a foundation drink. Ordered 2 piece chicken combo with sweet spaghetti, no drink just water ($13.72 with tax). Got my order quick for dine in, chicken pieces were fairly large. The meat pretty much melted off the bones, dipped in some gravy for more flavor. The sweet spaghetti will make you full, each bite had sauce and enough vienna sausages. The dining area was super clean as well. Had great pricing and I definitely went to try their pancit noodles

Jollibee delivery the other day was one of the top three fried chicken experiences I've had in my life. This was my first time getting the spicy boned in chicken, and I was amazed by how crispy and juicy the skin was. Spaghetti was also on point - love the subtle sweetness in the marinara sauce and the cut up wieners. Food came on time and perfectly packaged. Super excited for the next order!

Came here for dinner and didn't need to wait too long. The food was prepared hot and ready with efficient service. The ambiance is casual with music playing in the background. Would return and recommend.

I came in today with a friend for a late lunch/early dinner. Both of us never tried their sandwiches & burgers. When ordering, customer service is exceptional! I didn't get her name, but she is polite, asked us all the questions concerning our order. What we would like for the side, and drinks, dine or take out. My friend have a tomato allergy, she made she to note that. She even asked us if we like surgerys and informed us, if we take a survey, and show her, we will receive a free pie! She had a smile on her face the whole time! When the food arrived, we ate! My friend love her sandwiches. She ordered the spicy chicken deluxe with mash potatoes. Said chicken is moist and delicious! She wouldn't mind have this as a snack once a week. My angus burger is also delicious, flavor was mild and moist. There's a jollibee close by where I work. I'm going to order my burger from them from now on.

Winner winner chicken dinner! Jolliebee is some of the best and consistent chicken spots anywhere. I love the brine that makes it juicy and flavorful down to the bone. The crust is crispy and the perfect amount of batter. I love the dark meat that has more fat and flavor. The bone-in chicken is so good, I was a little "chicken" to try their new tenders. It's so similar to Raising Canes, if I was blind folded I would not know the difference. The original sauce is just like Cane's. I'm not a fan of the tenders, but my son loved it. I'm sticking with legs and thighs. The Filipino style spaghetti is so delicious. It's just good comfort food.

Tried the katseye, pretty good! Kbbq taste, spicy, sweet, and crunchy. Always love their spaghetti and palabok. Quick and kind service! Ambiance is nice. Place has plenty of seats.

(As I write this, it's Christmas Eve day.) My friend from Japan texted and reminded me that it's fried chicken time. So today, having a hankerin', I got fried chicken. Here's the back-story. It is now traditional in Japan to have fried chicken on Christmas Day. It's all due to one incredibly brilliant marketing ploy, a clever move of deceit and good ol' fashion American pop-culture hegemony. Decades ago, a Kentucky Fried Chicken advertising mastermind duped the Japanese people into believing that the American national Xmas holiday dish of choice was fried chicken, much like turkey for Thanksgiving. As for the Japanese, being fond of American ways, ate it right up and so on Christmas day, millions of Japanese preorder meals from KFC just to be in line with American tradition. Consequently, Japan now has its very own Christmas tradition, KFC fried chicken meals. Oh, as for the picture, I don't like KFC, but the Filipinos have their own fried chicken chain, Jollibee, and in my opinion, is superior.

Wednesday evening at dinner time. Service was friendly and super fast. Got a 6 piece spicy chicken bucket that came with a side of gravy, a peach mango pie, and an ube pie. The food came out piping hot. The chicken was moist and skin was crispy. There was a nice heat with the spice powder. The gravy was flavorful and full of umami with a consistency that wasn't too thick or too thin. The peach mango pie had a great flavor and a crispy crust, though I could've used a bit more fruit chunks. The ube pie was a nice surprise- the crust was crispy and the filling was creamy and packed with ube flavor, though a bit on the sweet side for my taste.

Did not give any utensils and napkins. It was a drive through order. How am I supposed to eat rise? With fingers? It was literally mention in the order. Unsalted fries, had no option in the app not to put ice in the drink.

we were so excited to try the Korean BBQ flavor and are so disappointed and will not get it again because it tastes nothing like what Korean BBQ should taste (yes it was very saucy and tangy with a bit of heat and that's is all) we thankfully also ordered our standby spicy fried chicken (it used to be 12 pieces for $27, now it's only 10 pieces for $26)

I love jollibee I promise I do let me tell you the chicken was fresh but they sold me a stiff a** biscuit stiff Mac and cheese and hard mash. I won't come back here again

Wow, this Jollibee is a pretty large restaurant. Obviously, this is my first time here. We had just finished dinner but wanted a little dessert, and my wife remembered that they had the fried pies. The service was excellent - friendly and nice. They were busy cleaning up, and only the drive thru was open. Peach Mango Pie - the crust was good, and the filling was hot from being fried. Overall, 3.5 stars rounding up for service. Pineapple Quencher - fruity, cold, and delicious.

WHOEVER that nasty attitude guy (only guy) is at the counter right now 1Mar2025, 1836hrs, needs to learn how to talk to people, especially paying customers who fund your salary. Of course my online order has my NAME and confirmation number, and everything else you need. Quit yelling at people demanding names. So unprofessional, so disrespectful. This attitude is why I hate coming to Daly City in general. It's crazy how this guy is representing Jollibee. Do better‼

I wanted to try their chicken tenders. These pleasantly surprised me. While not as juicy as the bone in chicken, these are some solid tenders. They taste very similar to Canes chicken fingers and if i ate it with my eyes closed, I would've thought it was Canes. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay and I wouldn't order it again. If you like canes, I would definitely recommend trying these chicken tenders to see if you like these also

Fresh chicken sandwiches for breakfast! Staff was so friendly! Their staff was so sweet this morning. There was a small wait (5 min) for spicy but it was worth it.

Jollibees is a 10/10 chain. Spicy chicken joy, jolli spaghetti, you name it. Though - this location really stands out, especially with how long it's been here. Nice and spacious, good parking, and quick to serve!

We ordered 4 Chickenjoy combo meals with a mix of rice, palabok, and spaghetti, all with soft drinks. The food was delicious and freshly served hot -- the Chickenjoy was crispy, and the palabok and spaghetti were both tasty. We also received free peach mango pie for completing a quick survey. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant dining experience. Special thanks to the cashier, Kate, who was helpful, patient, and efficient in taking our order. Great service overall!

March 05, 2025 The wait was pretty long, but is understandable because is freshly made. The food makes it all worth it at the end! 6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal (4/5) - This was a really well worth meal deal, considering that there are 6 pieces, 2 sides which totally makes up for it, and even 2 drinks of choice, except pineapple quencher is extra 65 cents but totally worth it. The joy of this from start to near end is incomparable with other jollibee choices from my choices, but finishing up the remaining 1-2 pieces can be a bit draining. This was also eaten by myself only, but if I were to share this with others, it would totally be worth it.

I had a great experience both ordering food to eat here as well as a to-go order! Service was fast and the food was tasty. I ordered Chickenjoy with Palabok with a side of spaghetti. The Chickenjoy was sooo crispy and I love the gravy it came with :) I like banana ketchup so the spaghetti was good to me though I know some people don't prefer their spaghetti sweetened. The Palabok also provided a nice balance to the other savory dishes! I like mine with lemon juice which Jollibee supplies :). The restaurant was clean overall and a good amount of seats/ booths were available if you wanted to dine in. Def one of my go-to fast food joint!

Can't go wrong with Jollibee! We ordered the 2 piece chicken special combo with drinks and peach pie included. Gotta have a side of Filipino spaghetti to complement the meal. The chicken was moist and crunchy and the spaghetti had that special Filipino flavor. Pineapple refresher drink was a big hit. Service was fast and the place was clean.

I ordered food here all the time but today they gave me very small pieces of chicken in my combo very disappointed and it does not satisfied my stomach today hopefully they can fix it with a bit larger pieces of chicken next time or to the next customer.Make sure you open your box to check your chicken before you leave because I know most people they don't check there foods and most of the times they got your food wrong so yeah

Walked in and I instantly felt like I was back in Asia. All the workers are so nice and attentive. The tables are clean and management is amazing. Thank you so much Dora for your amazing service. She is just so kind and cute!! You went above and beyond for me. I'll def be coming back here again. Oh and the food is always so good! I like eating the fried chicken with some sticky rice :)

The fried chicken is a really good. I recommend getting a pineapple juice with your fried chicken because something about the saltiness from the chicken and the refreshing pineapple juice just makes it a great combination. Their spaghetti is sweet and savory. Also if you have a sweet tooth get the mango pie it's so good! They never seem to have the halo halo available :(

Me and my girlfriend love Jollibee. We always order the half-and-half, which is five spicy chicken and five original. We decided to also order the spaghetti and the Yum Yum burger which was really good. The delivery took about 35 to 45 minutes and the total was about $60 We always eat the Jollibee with a side of rice and the gravy. We sometimes keep the leftovers in the fridge and eat it the next day when we are hungry it is really really good.

Dont do mobile order here. You'll wait forever because there's only one staff at the station and they'll ignore you.

This is a great way to start your day with some good fried chicken. Crispy cans and chunky chicken. The pancit palabok is good . The spaghetti is amazing sweet and with hotdogs. The pies are Crispy and delicious. It's has increased in price but they have budget friendly specials. I usually buy and freeze them to reheat when I get the cravings. They still taste fresh and great.

Honestly it's awesome To have a Jollibee in the area! I'm from the Philippines so I'm used to having Jollibee's EVERYWHERE! This location is always clean when I come in. Staff is always JOLLY! no I'm not trying to be funny they are actually super nice in there! Food is always fresh and tasty, so I can't complain!

I have only been to Jollibee once, but I liked it and thought that it was great to have different options for fast food. I had to go shopping that day and didn't want to be hangry when I went, so I stopped in for a small meal. I really wanted to try the chicken. I wasn't expecting much for it being fast food, but liked the options that they offer. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo with fries and a pineapple quencher. The fries and drink were to share with my daughter who is a big fry fan. My only regret is not ordering the peach mango pie, next time!

Drive thru here is still a complete failure. They have so many people working here and they make all the drive thru people wait in the parking lot for their food. Totally u acceptable

From the service to the fried chicken 5/5 for sure. Brown gravy for dipping or pouring on the fried chicken. Get it to go, ambiance is fast food chic. JYW recommends

Jollibee never disappoints when it comes to fried chicken it's probably the best you'll find in the U.S. from a chain restaurant. The chicken is always crispy, flavorful, and comes with some solid gravy. I also really like the adobo rice; it's a nice side option that pairs well with the chicken. And don't sleep on the peach mango pies those are a must! I usually stick to just these items, but if you're in the mood for great fried chicken, I highly recommend stopping by Jollibee.

I ordered spicy chicken. This was part of my online order I placed at 11:40 to be picked up at 12:15. I arrive at 12:25 and I have to wait an additional 11 minutes. Their reason: too many orders for spicy chicken. What's the point of online ordering if this location can't honor the pickup time? Absolutely terrible service!!!

4/16/2025, I have eaten Jollibee in Mangaldan, Philippines seven years ago and I was not impressed. Tonight, I chanced it and ordered a standard 6-piece bucket to eat on my day off tomorrow. I ate one piece just now and the taste is very very good,..similar to KFC !!! I will post food photos tomorrow.

Food is always soo good and consistent. The spicy fried chicken, to the gravy, to the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken sandwich deluxe, pineapple quencher, peach mango pie, burger steak and palabok yesss all AMAZING!!! the ratings for this establishment, I expected to be higher cause ain't no way and this location is always ALWAYS busy!!

Love their fried chicken and mashed potatoes! I wished their sides still included cut corn. They still serve their Chickenjoy in a bucket with an order of 6 pieces or more, so it sometimes gets nostalgic.

The first time I tried Happy Bee, I was pleasantly surprised! Its signature fried chicken (Chickenjoy) crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, completely no less than those mainstream American fried chicken brand, the key is also with a little bit of Asia's unique style of seasoning, savory with a little bit of sweet, eat up especially on the head! If you want to try a different kind of Asian fast food, Happy Bee is a great place to try, familiar and fresh, with a name that puts you in a good mood!
