I had never heard of this apparently huge global chain, and came across it after seeing how desultory the KFC across the street on Earls Court Road looked. (I had the temerity to ask a staff if this was a Korean fried chicken joint; ha!) Ordered the basic two-piece fried chicken with fries. The chicken was hot, the coating thin and crispy and lightly seasoned. Really delicious and moist, even the breast meat. The order came with a small container of a light brown sauce, presumably for the chicken. Although it was pleasant, I dipped my chicken in it sparingly so has not to overpower the chicken itself. The medium fries were fine, and tasted like McD's version to me. A decent value at GBP 3.99 (watch the till screen; upsizing your fries order will, of course, raise the cost by another pound). I ordered takeway, so have no comments on the dining space, which others seem to feel was a bit too small (the space was filled when I visited).
