This marks the ninth location in the Bay Area and the 30th in California. The restaurant is known for its fried chicken, Jolly Spaghetti, and Chickenjoy." - Paolo Bicchieri

I ordered aloha burger but not available that time.I tried their aloha chicken, it's kinda hard on my first bite, the strip chicken inside,so I traded to my husband's palabok instead. Location is good, ambience was ok. I think food could improve, maybe more warm or hot when it's being serve. The burger steak meal could improve with the temperature, increase to warmer temperature.

Google
It was a long wait and $23 for a tender meal and 3 sauces and once i got my food and left, i saw that they got my order wrong. Instead of mashed potatoes they gave me this old crusty mac and cheese. I had high expectations but this was extremely disappointing. Also yes, i did try the mac lol

Google
My experience in my recent visit was far from satisfactory. The wait time was simply unacceptable. I waited for more than 30 minutes for a simple 2-piece chicken and rice order. This delay was extremely frustrating knowing that it is not crowded at this time! The service was another major issue. I couldn't hear the responses of the cashier while ordering, which led to me having to repeat myself multiple times and ask for clarification on what was being said. This made the ordering process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. The food itself was okay. The chicken joy was cooked well, and the rice was decent, but it wasn't enough to make up for the long wait and poor service. Initially, I had given a 4-star rating, but my recent experience has made me rethink my initial review. The excessive wait time and poor service are significant issues that need to be addressed. I hope they can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience

Google
I really don’t understand the bad reviews. My experience was wonderful. The food was great. Being from the bay when you see bad reviews you stay away but honestly I'm so happy I came. If you want fried chicken this is the spot. Had the palabok and chicken combo and it was quite tasty. For dessert I had the pies. Although it is similar to the Mc Donald’s pie, they added fruits native to the Philippines. Flaky and crunchy. Prices are decent. The place is clean, well maintained and so were the restrooms. I’m glad I took a chance and didn’t let the bad reviews prevent me from having an enjoyable meal!

Google
The chicken is reallllly good, and i wished they would sell the gravy by the quart. The burgers are ok, too. My advice is if you get fries, eat them HOT, if you take them home, about 3 mins in the 400° Airfryer will refresh them back to life.

Google
- food was hot, chicken was crunchy - service was fast - the service was good the workers were so nice - outside seating was perfect especially with the umbrellas

Google
The food is amazing but the service and the time it took to get my mobile order was over an hour and it was to be ready at 3:42pm on 1/4/2025. I get there they just start it and then when it was finally ready at 4:25pm they were missing some pies so I had to wait another 7 mins for the pies. I knew I was going a big order which is why I did the mobile order. Why have a mobile app to do order pick up and give a time when it’s not going to be ready.

Google
Stopped by after skiing because we were starving. Ordered the family menu for just the two of us—ended up taking the rest of the pasta to go. The fried chicken was super tasty, the pasta had this sweet, Asian-fusion vibe, and the Ube pie was soo good, yum!

Yelp
The hype is their fried chicken. Order the fried chicken if you want to see what the buzz is all about. Start with chicken and rice. Eat it at the restaurant while it's still crispy. Don't wait until you get home then complain that it's soggy. Jollibee fried chicken is the best fried chicken out of all the chicken chains out there. It's crispy in the outside and juicy in the inside. Now that you've enjoyed the fried chicken, try the other things in their menu. The spaghetti is sweet. That's how Filipino's make spaghetti, don't hate. Palabok is an acquired taste. It's different and not every palate would appreciate the umami taste. Their burgers are good but that's not the reason they're trending. I personally love their fried chicken, spaghetti and peach mango pie all day everyday.

Yelp
I like this Jollibee. The food has been fresh. The restaurant is clean. The inside tends to be chilly. I'm sad that their rating is so low on Yelp. On a Friday around 12pm they were quite busy. I think a lot of people Travis AFB come here for lunch. We ordered a chicken sandwich meal deal and also a 2 piece chicken joy meal. The total was less than $25 for two people after tax. It was enough food I had some leftover. The seasonal ube pie is delicious. So is the mango peach pie. Really we come here for the chicken and the pies. The chicken is crispy and moist. There does tend to be a wait/service is on the slow side. I think the chicken is probably fried to order. The seating inside can be limited and the parking lot is small (although it's not hard to park at the mall and walk a little). This Jollibee is a great go to for Filipino fast food or even good fried chicken! It's a great treat whenever we go to the mall.

Yelp
Well, I was not impressed wondering what all the hype is about and how many more chicken sandwich places we need in each city . So I went there and ordered the original chicken sandwich, fries, and drink combination . The fries were limp and not very tasty. No seasoning whatsoever and very fresh. I thought the chicken sandwich was mediocre tasting really did not have a lot of flavor . Needless to say, I won't be heading back.

Yelp
I love you Jollibee but this branch has the worst customer service! This is my 2nd visit & my take out food took 30 mins to be processed. Order was taken at 2:54pm, at 3:25 i followed up & was told it'll take few more mins bec cooking the chicken is the longest- i told the guy that there were a lot of people going in & out with chicken. They have been passing me along & no one wants to answer my question. Lo & behold, food is bland. Next time, I will just go to Jollibee vallejo

Yelp
I want to get the Jollibee hype, I really really do. But it seems as though this place just isn't for me. However I will say that this jolibee experience was better than my previous one. I got a 2 piece spicy chicken joy with adobe rice and a biscuit and a regular chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken was fresh and flavorful. The spicy is better than regular in my opinion. The adobe rice did not taste fresh to me. It's just a little firm and dry. The biscuit was very dry and old. The chicken sandwich was a good crispy piece of chicken breast. However they put a lot of mayo on BOTH sides of the bun. If you're not a big mayo person adjust your order accordingly. Service was quick and friendly.

Yelp
Finally got around to trying the Fairfield location. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm. Steady stream of people ordering or picking up. Lots of families sitting down to eat or waiting for takeout. Wish there was more seating but there were seats available. Food is good. Chicken was so good! I think I got spicy chicken by mistake, but it ended up being okay. It wasn't that spicy and I had the pineapple juice to help tame the spice. The biscuit was so good as was the mashed potatoes. The mac and cheese was okay. Would definitely go back again.
google avatar

Christopher J.

Yelp
It's all about the chicken, which is a level above the competition like KFC and Popeye's. Thighs and drumsticks are the only pieces available, so don't expect to find breasts or wings. The chicken is crispy and juicy. Dunk it in the gravy for a savory experience. We took a chance on the Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich and regretted it. The chicken was a touch dry and there wasn't enough bacon to know it was an included. The cheese and bread were basic. The combo included fries and a drink. The fries were average at best. If you love McDonald's fries, you will be sad with Jollibee fries. Overall, the sides are secondary to the chicken. The Mac N Cheese was ok. The spaghetti had a sweet, Filipino style flavor because sugar is part of its recipe. Service is made-to-order. The ambiance is casual. Drinks are self-serve. It may look like a fast food restaurant, but it is not, so be prepared to wait. The lobby can get crowded with waiting customers. The small parking lot can fill up since Jamba Juice and Starbucks are neighbors. Extra parking spaces can easily be found outside the main entrance.

Yelp
Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews -- My family & I had a great experience. We placed an order on Uber Eats to pick up. We ordered a Palabok family pack, Spaghetti family pack, 10 piece chicken joy (with 2 free gravy sides), burger steak meal, and 3 pineapple juice drinks. First, the food tasted exactly like other Jollibee locations. Good quality, large quantity, and authentic flavors. We paid only $95 for everything, which is a steal to feed a large family. The food was made fast and ready on time. The employees were nice and friendly. We had no problems at all. Inside and outside were clean and organized. We're so glad that this location opened up and that we don't have to drive to Vallejo anymore. If you want some classic Filipino food -- try this place!!! :)

Yelp
This location is near one of the shopping centers I frequent and was the first jollibee location I ever visited. It's worth the hype. Note: it can be quite the wait and there is no drive through, but it is worth parking and waiting! Crispy goodness. Beware, the spicy chicken lives up to its name. Good news is that they have biscuits here because not all locations have them. A little on the expensive side, but nowadays what isn't and at least you are getting quality food. Save room for dessert. The peach mago pies are crispy goodness like old school back in the day McDonalds apple pies. A must try no matter how full you think you are.

Yelp
I love my order today, Crispy Spicy chicken and palabok and spaghetti with gravy... This time, I so loved it, juicy, didn't lack the sauce like my previous complain, and the chicken? No blood, not soggy even after an hour before eating ...

Yelp
As someone that grew up eating Jollibee while visiting family in the Philippines, I was thrilled to see a branch open up in Vallejo and now Fairfield! I've consistently had positive experiences with customer service at this Jollibee location. The staff have been friendly and have gone above and beyond in their service. Whether I picked up my mobile/online order or ordered upon arrival, I can't say I've had a bad experience here. Since this Jollibee location is in the old Rubio's building, there isn't a ton of seating. For that reason, I usually take my orders to go. The food is quite close to what you would eat in the Philippines or at other locations. The burger steak is delicious, but the steaks seem smaller than what I've gotten at the Vallejo location and also the various Philippines locations I went to throughout Luzon. Taste-wise, however, it is delicious. The fried chicken is delicious if you order the spicy flavor. The original fried chicken tastes floury to me. I'm not a huge fan of the adobo rice in general, but their biscuits (which I don't remember having while in the Philippines) are quite good! They are a good size, light, and fluffy. And of course, the peach mango pie is amazing! Overall, I have no huge complaints about this Jollibee location. They serve good food whenever I need my Jollibee fix.
google avatar

Shirley A.

Yelp
I'm never disappointed with Jollibee! We always order the spicy chicken and adobo rice. I also like the palabok. My kids love the spaghetti. And we never leave without the peach mango pie! Yeah, sometimes the wait can be long - at any jollibee, but it's always busy! It's worth the wait and it hits the spot every single time.
google avatar

Johnny S.

Yelp
This is a complete waste of money for a 10-piece bucket of chicken, which was undercooked. I was hoping Jollibee had improved since my last visit, but unfortunately, they haven't. It wasn't just one piece; all of them were undercooked, and we had to throw the rest away. I will address this on the next business day. Please do better!
google avatar

Ramona G.

Yelp
Don't do what I did and accidentally go in the drive thru haha It sucks because I was excited that Jollibee had a drive thru, only to find out they did not.... Let's just say I had to annoyingly wait 20 minutes in what turned out to be Starbucks' drive thru.... I stopped here for a quick meal several weeks ago. I got the palabok which is my favorite thing to get. The portion is actually big enough for me to have leftovers. Make sure to try it if you haven't yet!

Yelp
A filipino fast food chain that every filipino regardless of where they grew up actually knows of. Jollibee has the usual fast food you'd find in McDonald's as well as interesting finds like spaghetti and mango peach pie. I ordered the basic fast food that every American would get from a KFC: A bucket of fried chicken with fries. The wait was long since I came to Jollibee during opening week. Neither the chicken nor the fries were anything special. Nor would I ever line up for a long time for them again. Hopefully since opening week, they have gotten more efficient and less crowded. I've heard from friends that their spaghetti is better.

Yelp
I means it's Jollibee - how can you go wrong!?! Why not 5 star? Because they ran out of spicy chicken. They are still pretty new, trying to find their balance- but seriously they shouldn't be running out of spicy chicken. Service was what we would expect in a Jollibee, but I'm glad that there was somebody guiding people at the door as the lines were long. They were very polite, nice, accommodating. Restaurant is clean, and restroom was maintained.
google avatar

Aga O.

Yelp
4th day since the grand-opening and lines have not died done at 7pm. The line to wait for your food is longer than then the line to order, all together about a 40min process. The app to order and pickup is not up and running. The hype has not died down...JB Patrons are truly enjoy their Chicken-Joy. I ordered chicken, spaghetti, some pies and the only thing missed was 3 orders of hamburger steak for the hubs and he only got 2. Everything else was fine and we had some little customers thoroughly enjoying esphagetti and fried chicken. This spot used to be a Rubios...the layout is strange w/ not very much room to sit and eat, but again it's still super busy...tons of people. The workers are nice but can tell they're a bit overwhelmed. Happy to have a JB in town! Salamat po!

Yelp
I always hear my friends talking about Jollibee but never came across one until now. The interior was modern & pretty clean and the staff were friendly. I wound up getting the three piece with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I opted for not spicy as I'm nervous just how spicy it is lol. The chicken was pretty good and had a really nice crunch to it. The biscuit had great flavor and the mashed potatoes & gravy was alright. If I'm ever in the area again or come across another location then I will probably try it again.
google avatar

Aleczander Y.

Yelp
Not impressed, I'm from out of town, my wife and I tried the burgers. The meat was extremely tough and the bread tasted stale. The service was ok, it took them about 20 minuets to get our food out to us which is surprising seeing as how the place was virtually empty. I would not recommend this place, the price is NOT worth it.
google avatar

Alison G.

Yelp
I stopped by Jollibee for lunch on Saturday. I waited for months for the crowds to die down once it opened. The staff were friendly and were busy with preparing orders. I ordered the double aloha burger meal , with biscuits (side of honey), and pineapple juice for the drink. The burger was good, but, nothing special. The sauce on it was messy and spilled all over the place. The biscuits were good. The pineapple juice was good, although a little too sweet. I drank 1/3 of the cup and tossed the rest. The food was very average for what I paid. Nothing special. I won't be stopping by Jollibee again anytime soon.

Yelp
Jollibee in Fairfield is FINALLY open!!!! Don't have to drive to Vallejo anymore for their delicious chicken and gravy! Came during their Grand opening right before lunch time and there were maybe 20 people in front of me in line. They had a person hanging out menu. When you got near the front before the entrance, there was a person taking your order and handing you one of those buzzard/light up things when your order is ready. There was a door guy letting those who ordered in, you waited a fee minutes to pay at the register and your food was ready shortly there after. I'd you don't want to wait, you can order online and pickup inside at a pickup kiosk. All in all, a well organized flow to what could've been a crazy grand opening. As for the food, well if you've had Jolllibee before, you know it's good stuff and if you haven't, just remember to dip that chicken in the gravy!!!!
google avatar

Serenity L.

Yelp
Ayeeeeee, the Fairfield Location is finally open !! Wooohooo ! I waited in line for about 20 mins to order which isn't too bad especially since they just opened a few days ago. Not to mention, they're pretty organized. They have buzzers to let you know when your order is ready. Side note: I tried to do an online order but it said it was unavailable for this location. Not sure if this is something they'll offer in the future, but fingers crossed that they will! Unfortunately by the time I ordered, they were out of their Spicy Fried Chicken but you know I'll be back to have it again! This is what I ordered: 10pc Bucket of Fried Chicken (5/5): Perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. Honestly, it's the gravy that really sets this fried chicken apart from everything else... the gravy does it all! Dip the fried chicken into the gravy and let your tastebuds do its thing! I love spicy food, so I actually cut thai chilli peppers into the gravy to give the gravy a kick (just a tip if you're eating at home) Jolly Spaghetti (5/5): Definitely a must try! Love the sweetness of the sauce. Peach Mango Pie (10/5): Mmmm, if you haven't had Jollibee's pies, ohhh you have to try it ! This is a MUST TRY! I absolutely love this flavor and you probably needa order atleast 2 for yourself. Be warned, it's pretty hot on the inside, so don't burn your mouth ! Also, the great thing is that if the pies do cool down or you wanna save it for later, stick it in the air fryer and it's just like new! Pineapple Coconut (3/5): I wasn't too fond of this flavor, but it was still okay. I'm glad to have tried it. It was too pineapple-ly for my liking but some people might really enjoy that. Pineapple Quencher (4/5): This was actually very refreshing !! It's pretty sweet which is why I didn't give it 5 stars, but it was still really good. Honestly, this would be the perfect chaser or just add some vodka/tequila and then BAM... you have a cocktail ! Spicy Chicken Deluxe (4/5): This was a pretty decent chicken sandwich. I just wish it was more spicy. It had a nice crunch with a good amount of sauce on it. I could understand how people do love their sandwiches, but for me I'd stick with the spicy fried chicken.

Yelp
Heyyyyyyyy you guyyyyysssss! Believe it or not his was on my bucket list and it was different. The spicy chicken had good flavor and comes with a gravy for dipping. The fries were regular smegular, the biscuits were fluffy and airy, the spaghetti was sweet. I'm not rushing to go back by any stretch but wasn't my fav. Staff was super pleasant, clean restaurant and they definitely have something that folks love bc the drive thru was packed. Give it a shot gang it may be your thing.
google avatar

Britney A.

Yelp
First time trying this Jolliebee location. It was busy and almost all the tables were full and everyone seemed content. The service was quick and the food was on point. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and was juicy. The gravy is to die for! I'm glad they built one out here, normally when I would go to Milpitas this would be my treat. Definitely would go again
google avatar

Angel A.

Yelp
The main issue is that the chicken is undercooked. You will still see blood inside and the chicken is still white. The service is okay but no greetings like "Wecome to Jollibee" like the one we have at Vallejo or other branches. Long waiting time for the food. Parking is good and not crowded.
google avatar

Angela G.

Yelp
We didn't get the pies with our meal combos. The spaghetti was strangely good. My daughter didn't like the mashed potatoes. The chicken was better after I heated it in the microwave. The Adobo rice definitely needs more seasoning. It just wasn't my cup of tea.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
They always run out of chicken sandwiches and they don't have the courtesy to put out a sign that they're sold out. This is my main complaint since the line is always very slow and you won't find out they're out of sandwiches until you attempt to place your order. In other ways also, they're not the most organized but the food is good. You know the food is great when you're sad you can't get what you came for.

Yelp
09/29/24- After picking up my car at Firestone, decided to see if this Jollibee is same as other Jollibees. I am familiar with the food and taste, I figure it will be an easy peasy to compare. It was empty around 12:30PM. Temperature inside is so cold. I understand that Fairfield can have a hot weather majority of the time, but you just can't seem to enjoy your food as it gets cold pretty fast. I was even wearing a sweater and it is cold. I asked the employee before I left but unsure if he did adjust it to a right degree. Have it to at least 73 degrees. Place is clean, but- no napkins given in the order. No spoons and forks either. I have to ask specifically what items I need. I know that California has a new law regarding plastic wastes that you have to ask and they will give it. But common sense, whether to-go or dine-in, how will folks eat their food? As for food, Chicken is not crispylicious as what they advertised. They tend to overstock a lot of chicken which makes it not that fresh upon ordering. Yes, you can have some fried in advance, but not to the point of a whole stack plus theres more in a clear glass oven out there from what I saw. Crew pretends not to see you or at least asked if you need anything. Service was okay, could be better. And this is one big thing, I was about to pay cash and was told only exact change as they don't have coins? Seriously? What if people does not have a card and only cash? Think, think, think. Oh and the spaghetti- why is a single spaghetti order inside a smaller box then placed in the real spaghetti container! I paid for full spaghetti and ending up having less. Is this shrinkflation too? I know that the square box is mainly used when you order spaghetti or palabok combined with chicken, so that the chicken won' t soaked in! But I ordered only spaghetti by itself and why is it inside another box of the real spaghetti container? Jollibee Vallejo is better in my opinion and more friendly as they greet you as soon as you walk in the door hearing "Jolli-afternoon!" Makes you feel welcomed. This Jollibee has so much to improved. From food to crew to dining environment! Jollibee is great but not this one. There's always room for improvement and it's not too late. No wonder, this is a new Jollibee but why so much not-so-good reviews??!

E T.

Yelp
My experience at this jollibee was amazing. The chickenjoy was very crispy and the spaghetti had this very meaty and tasty sauce! The staff was very helpful while taking my order, especially i think her name was Fatima, she was very nice! great jollibee experience! will come back again!
google avatar

Yelp
This place was definitely not what I was expecting. It is basically like a Popeye's. My dad and I went hoping to get one of the Filipino dishes but there weren't any on the menu. This is definitely not a Filipino place. The chicken and gravy was delicious though. They also don't have soy sauce
google avatar

Lesley D.

Yelp
I usually like Jollibee but not the last couple of times that I have ordered from this location. Chicken tasted disgusting both times like it was not properly defrosted, then suddenly fried. Also, the chicken thighs became huge but tasted awful. I think they changed chicken suppliers. I hope management takes this seriously because I used to love eating Jollibee.
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
Went in for the first time today. Never been to a Jollibee before. Oredered the bacon cheese chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger. The chicken sandwich was amazing, although they lose a star for charging for a side of ranch, which is just petty when they charge almost $10 for the sandwich. But it seems to be the greedy corporate trend everywhere these days. At least they don't expect a tip like every other place in the world now. Contributing to that loss of a star is the fact that the cheese was cold. How they can manage to melt a ton of cheese on the burger but not the chicken is beyond my comprehension. Then they lose another star for taking 10 minutes to fulfill the order when there was literally one order ahead of mine. And another star for the cheeseburger being completely inedible. First of all, both bites I took tasted like FISH! I'm not even sure how that's possible since fish isn't even something they serve. On top of that, it tasted stale. Like a 7-11 "burger" that was frozen and microwaved in fish grease. And both bites also had chunks of something extremely hard and unchewable. Almost like a piece of gristle or something. So, two stars for a delicious chicken sandwich with cold cheese and no ranch. I might come back for another one, but there's so many good chicken spots these days I'm not sure I'll risk it. Plus, the sign said it's only offered for a limited time.

Yelp
poor service! Super SLOW! even if you order online when its time to be picked up you still have to wait for 30 more mins inside the restaurant! ridiculous! it happened not only ONCE but 3x! increase the #of crews! the faster ur service the more customers u can cater! shame cz its new but already have bad comments...

Yelp
I recently revisited Jolliebee. I can tell the Fairfield, CA location received a ton of corporate Jollibee help. If you been to other Jollibee locations you would see why I say this. Much, Much more improved. Finally, they fixed their chicken issues with the help from Jollibee corporate. As long as they keep the restaurant clean and keep dishing out the famous Jollibee quality food I could see the Fairfield, Ca location having much success! I can also see them being a major Popeyes Chicken rival! Excellent, job Jollibee Corporate for helping them!!! Keep the excellent chicken coming!!!

Yelp
I love Jollibee but I feel like sometimes their food is inconsistent. You cant predict if its gonna be good or bad.

Abigail D.

Yelp
Food- The chicken was crispy! The gravy makes it taste even better! The peach mango pie was delicious. The pineapple juice was refreshing! Ambiance- The place was clean. Mostly families with kids dining in. Lots of to-go orders and pick up orders! Service- The employees regularly wiped the counters. The only issue I ran into was waiting for the food took about 20 mins because they were so busy. The food is yummy so that's the trade off for having to wait!

Yelp
First time trying this location. Staff greeting was welcoming. Ordering was easy. Ordered the treat D meal. Plus a side of adabo rice and burger. Food took a little long to be served. Make sure that you check your order before you leave! They missed half my order. Missing one pie out of the 5, asked if I wanted a substitute because the pies are gonna take 30 minutes to make. Even though there was a few on someone's else's order after me. They forgot my burger. Which they made pretty quick but the kid walked around with it and then just put it on the shelf. They forgot my adobo rice and spaghetti.

Yelp
Finally a Jollibee in Fairfield!!!!! Parking is fairly small area. Unless you park into the mall area. Some seating inside. Decent service. Jollibee food speaks for itself.... Can't complain with spaghetti and chicken! I do enjoy their pineapple juice and mango pies when I'm need for a quick sweet snack. They do try to keep their location clean.

Yelp
Yay to Jollibee making it's way to the fairest of fields. I occasionally go out to the Vallejo location and my usual order was the yumburger with cheese and the chickenjoy with spaghetti and gravy for dunkin' the chicken. However, this location doesn't offer the yumburger...like how can you not such a staple?!! It's a simple cheeseburger with their special sauce. I initially saw it on their Jollibee menu flyer on yelp so I thought they were going to add it later on. My friend went during the grand opening weekend and I requested for the yum meal if they offered it and she said they had did. But when she gave me my order, it was a bag full of lies. Lies I tell you. It was just a basic cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes, no sauce and an abundance of fries. Like they hooked it up on the 'taytos, probably due to it being the end of the night they wanted to get rid of them. The burger came with onions and I hated it. It was sad but the large quantity of fries made up for the sad burger that wasn't yum. During my 2nd Jolli Fairfield experience, it was a Saturday afternoon and they were bizay. We didn't have to wait too long to order though. I asked the young lookin' cashier if they offered the yumburger yet and he said yes. So I ordered the spaghetti + 1 piece chicken combo and a pineapple quencher with the burger. Total came out to almost $16 which is quite expensive for a fast food place. I was handed a buzzer and I went over to my peeps. I asked if they got to yumburger and they replied that the cashier said they didn't offer it. I was confused so I went back to the guy who took my order, he was with the manager at the time and I asked if they did in fact have the yum and the manager said nah, not at this location. My sad girl self asked if it was too late to ask for a refund on the whatever burger that was supposed to be my yum and he honored it. I got $4+ back. Okay thanks for reading my Yumburger rant. Spaghetti was delicious. It's slightly sweet with shredded cheese on top, minced meat and hot dogs. Mix it up real good to coat all the noods. The chicken with gravy is the best combo. Overall, it's a perfect trio that will send you into a food coma. The pineapple quencher refreshing but a bit too sweet so I dilute it with some water to calm it down. The layout of the restaurant wasn't ideal IMO. They should've kept it similar to the Rubio's (the previous restaurant they took over) with the line starting on the far left but instead they put two tables there and a stanchion behind the chairs so there's limited space to get up if there's a line to order. The line can easily go out the door and we were close to the door and slightly invading the left side diners bubble. There's also a mobile order pick up cubby to the left side. I looked around as I was waiting and there wasn't too much tables and seating. So don't come here with big groups. Plus, the parking outside can fill up quickly because Jamba and Starbucko are neighbors in the building. Luckily, there's plenty of mall parking across the street. Overall, good spaghetti and chicken and the employees were helpful and understanding. Food came out quick, but I agree with the other reviews to check your order prior to leaving because they might miss something.

Yelp
Of course a family favorite! Super excited Jollibee opened up in town. I was finally able to visit this location (2nd-3rd week of opening?) and the usual... busy and busy parking lot for sure! The line was long but it went by super quick! Super disappointing that they didn't have any spicy chicken available... and of course it's everyone's favorite! I ordered the 10 piece bucket with 2 adobo rice, 1 fries & 2 mashed potato w/ gravy. When I got my order I got 10 piece bucket, 2 STEAMED rice, 1 fries and 2 mashed potatoes but one of them didn't have gravy inside the mashed potatoes. LOL. That was unusual. I was unaware that they didn't have adobo rice as well but I wasn't told that either? I also didn't get a side of gravy for my dry ass chicken but that's ok. Overall - I'll have to come back and do another review when they actually have it together.

Yelp
I was so excited we finally got a Jollibee closer to me so I finally go to try it. Everyone was very nice and service was fast. The location is not very clean but maybe they don't have time to clean because it's so busy. I got my order to go,sat down to enjoy my food and to my surprise there was a long hair entangled in my spaghetti. I couldn't even enjoy my food.

Yelp
If it's nit the name for Jollibee, we wont come back here. I really wish their service to improve ao we don't need to drive all the way to Vallejo. Finally they have spicy fried chicken. But they did not get us give a gravy. Moreover, im not sure what happened to their spaghetti box but we were given spaghetti on a tub. I wish their service would be better.

Yelp
Three stars because the place was clean, the ordering process was efficient, and the food was hot and fresh. What could be better? The food. We tried the spicy (white meat) chicken sandwich. I couldn't get past the smell - like fresh (butchered the chicken in the back?), wild game chicken smell. Ughh. Maybe if the young guy bagging the orders had given me extra sriracha sauce like I requested instead of tabasco sauce I might have been able to eat it. We also tried the dark meat (leg & thigh) fried chicken because unlike other Jolibees they don't have white meat. Nor do they have spicy chicken other than the sandwich. We ordered a bucket and received a pint of gravy. Not sure what we were supposed to do with that but after tasting (and smelling) the chicken it all went into the trash. Now they are definitely appealing to some because there are always people waiting but its just not the fried chicken I'm used to. If you like southern fried chicken - you know the one fried in the cast iron skillet - lol - you might want to get it elsewhere.

Yelp
They always get our order wrong! Very slow workers! And this location is dirty. Never again spending money here!

Yelp
Well, disappointed. I didn't even venture to go inside because of the inviting rat doorstop and the stinky old deep fryer grease wafting out the door. Please do better, thank you!

Yelp
The chicken doesn't have the greasiness of KFC, and it's a little too breaded for me. The dessert pies are fabulous. But this review is fueled primarily by the poor service. It took 20 minutes for my very simple order to be ready; they gave me extra food, but I'd have just preferred a refund. I don't get the hype, but it's decent fast food.

Yelp
05/07/2023. Only original flavor and all sandwiches not available. Sandwich will available on 05/08/2023 but not sure will have spicy flavor. They have full staff but make sure you check the order before left the store. Ex: I ordered extra 2 large fries and they miss it. And staff picked 2 bags of fries for me. However, the fries is regular size and I didn't double check. If you want to make an order, try to avoid adding side orders. I believe the issue just happened for new opening. I'm happy Fairfield finally has Jollibee.

Good chicken but aways out of the spicy chicken which is the best I can't see how you can aways be out of your best selling item maybe they need a new inventory person.
