Jollibee

This restaurant was referred to me, so I decided to see what Jollibee was all about since I haven't been to a location prior. Walking in I had no wait as I ordered from the kiosk in the lobby. My order was prepared quickly, there was hardly any interaction with the staff. My tray still had crumbs on it, and I immediately noticed how small the portion sizes were. A large side of mashed potatoes wasn't very much for the price. The bacon & cheese chicken sandwich was okay, nothing amazing. The potatoes didn't seem very fresh, but the gravy had good taste. I also got a side of the Jolly Spaghetti as I was curious to try it out. Again, not much portion size, the noodles were a little dry on the bottom. The sauce is unique and can be hit or miss depending on your taste. For me it was a miss, I see online that they use a sweet banana ketchup and I found it to be a little too sweet for my liking. The dining area had not been cleaned recently, trash on the floor and tables, food spatter on the wall. The bathroom was not well maintained either. Overall, I was not impressed with this experience. The food wasn't bad, but not my first choice when it comes to chicken. For paying $20, the portion sizes were a bit disappointing. The dining area and bathroom was not well-maintained, atleast not during my visit. Perhaps other shifts are more on top of things. I may return to try some of the fried chicken next time, but I don't think I'll specifically go out of my way to visit in the future. I'm giving this Jollibee a jolly 'C', and if anything changes in a future visit I'll be sure to amend accordingly.

Before leaving the restaurant, it's a good idea to check your order. We ordered 10 spicy pieces, but none of them were spicy, although they all had spicy flags on them. The customer service was also very rude, despite my patience. When ordering through the Jollibee app, keep in mind that even if it says your order is ready for pickup, you may still have to wait. In my case, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

The chicken at this Alexandria Jollibee is easily the highlight of the menu. It’s exactly what you want: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. I’ve tried a few options, and in my opinion, the spicy (hot) chicken is the clear winner. I definitely prefer it over the original or the Korean BBQ versions. The experience of getting the food was also very smooth. I placed my order through the app for pickup, and it was easy to navigate and very convenient. When I arrived, the staff were friendly, and the food was served hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is great for dining in—it’s clean and has plenty of space. Another big plus is the large parking area, which makes it much easier to visit compared to other spots in the area. The only reason I’m knocking off one star is because they’ve occasionally gotten our orders wrong. It’s a minor frustration, but worth double-checking your items before you leave.

I come to the Alexandria/Lincolnia/Springfield, Virginia area each year in November & December for work. I discovered Jollibee for the best fried chicken out there. My husband loves their spaghetti whereas I love their regular fried chicken that comes with gravy. I only wish there were more of these restaurants out there. We live in the mountains of western North Carolina and travel allot….. all over the country. The only 3 Jollibee restaurants that I’m aware of are the three around Washington DC area. Jollibee, would love to see you expand to more areas. I think it would show others that you can and do make the best fried chicken out there. After posting this review, I went on their website. I stand corrected with the number of Jollibee restaurants around the country. Way more than I thought. I will definitely be looking out for them in my future travels. Also….. did I mention how juicy and delicious their chicken is? LOL Also want to add their Pineapple Quencher is outstanding and so is their Mango Pie.

I visited the one in Times Square but was excited to see there was one within driving distance of home! Brought the family and everyone enjoyed! Will definitely be back!

Very popular fast food chain. Known for its Filipino /American menu. I had the fried chicken which was very good. The fries were good but the coleslaw was excellent. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, spaghetti based entree and desserts are on the menu. Quick and friendly service.

Good vibes, positive music and positive people! My girlfriend and I both ordered a 2-piece burger steak and 2-piece Chickenjoy combo with rice, I highly recommend that for an authentic Filipino meal experience!

Good food and service. The packaging is horrible. Food with sauce were in a paper box, that spilled the contents even if I tried to keep it upright during the drive home.

Quick service,reasonable prices and fresh hot food. I was right by it today so I decided to try it out. I ordered the two piece spicy with mash and a biscuit + peach mango pie. Chicken 9/10 perfectly crispy,juicy,hot (temperature wise) I think it just needed a little salt and spice. Mash 4/10 regular instant potatoes and gravy not nasty or anything just regular fast food potatoes. Peach mango pie 4.5/10 perfect crunch just the filling was mid it needed a little umph! Biscuit 9/10 buttery and flaky This tasted like KFC with crispier chicken. LEGIT LOL. The mash has to be the same recipe. Every single bite I took I said this was what kfc used to taste like with a bit more seasoning! Worth the try, definitely not mad at it but I wouldn't drive a long distance to go get it.

Been to Jollibee a few times and overall a good experience. The store is very clean. The service is good but they can be on the slow side. That is probably one of the few things that could be improved. Things I've tried include the recent limited edition sandwich and separate wings (sweet soy sauce glaze, 8/10 ), with preference being the sandwich as the wings itself were soggy quickly due to the sauce (I give the wings/pieces a 7/10). Jolly spaghetti (which was a pleasant surprise, I enjoyed this despite it being sweet 8/10) Chickenjoy bucket +gravy (gravy was really good- 7/10, the chicken itself so flavorful and coating was not overwhelmingly thick 9/10) And cant forget the dessert: Peach mango pie! This is really good, yet I'll enjoy in moderation(8/10) Food itself tastes great every time, nothing has disappointed me yet. However the service could be more efficient.

I've had jollibees twice now and loved both times! The first experience was with the chicken tenders. People aren't lying, they really are like a better canes. The second time was a 2 pc meal half spicy, half regular. Both flavors are really good and the gravy is insanely delicious. Both pieces of chicken were crunchy which is a must for me. I'll definitely be coming back!

This spot is always busy and has a wait, even with online orders. Besides the wait time I've never had any food quality issues. Food is always fresh and hot. Orders always come out correct.

Aug. 2025 | First Taste of Jollibee Customer service: 4 Wait time: 2.5 Cleanliness: 4 Atmosphere: 3.5 Food quality: 4.5 Total: 18.5/25 - Grade: C We drove 1.5 hours to try Jollibee for the first time, and yes, it was worth it. The Aloha Chicken Sandwich alone justified the trip. I should've ordered two. Would I make the drive again? Probably not. But if one opens closer to home, I'm there. Shoutouts to the Coconut Dream Freeze, Jolly Spaghetti, and Peach Mango Pie. The filling could've been sweeter, but the crust was spot-on, like a dessert egg roll, only better. Palabok wasn't for me. The pork flavor got lost behind a fishy taste, even though there's no fish in the dish. Shrimp's in there, but it shouldn't taste "fishy." Verdict: Worth checking out if you're near a location. Note: Wait time scored low due to a 40-minute delay after receiving a "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" notification. The expeditor seemed lost, and the manager had to step in to sort things out.

I kept hearing that Jollibee was one of the best fast food fried chicken chains in the country, and as a lover of fried chicken, I knew I had to try it. I had it delivered since I don't live close to a location, and it did not disappoint. The fried chicken was nice and crispy, and actually had a surprisingly good amount of heat to it. The Mac and cheese was nice and creamy. The mashed potatoes were good, and I like how they just serve you the chicken with a side of delicious gravy. The biscuit was a bit lacking to be honest - I definitely prefer Popeyes biscuits. Overall the food was good. I don't plan on going out of my way to try them again, but I definitely will try them if I'm ever close to a location.

Every time I come here there's service with a smile. It does take a bit if there is one cashier but the food its always fresh. The peach mango pie and pineapple juice are my favorite here. The spicy chicken is delicious

I was in the area and wanted to give them another try as I've eaten their chicken before once and really enjoyed it. This is my first time coming inside and ordering for myself so I wasn't sure how many pieces of chicken what I wanted to get. I knew I wanted spicy so I looked over the entire menu which was pretty big and decided what I would get while I waited in line. The inside is really cute which I tried to get as many pictures as I could. So the cashier was really nice and had a mask on which you don't see much anymore nowadays. I got the 2 piece with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Now that I think of it I should have gotten the Mac and cheese and chicken rice for an up charge. But I was being cheap...lol also added the dragon fruit drink which turned out really refreshing. So I got home and devoured the chicken which came with those cute little flags that said "spicy" which I love they gave me all dark meat pieces. The mashed potatoes tasted like the powder kind so I wouldn't recommend getting that as a side. The coleslaw was alright but I wouldn't get that again either. Oh yeah the gravy it comes with to dip the chicken needs an added kick of flavor because it was really bland. Forgot about the dry biscuit horrible... I will be back to get different sides and probably a bucket of chicken this time around.

My son has been hankering for some Jollibee since he came home from France this week, so it was our lunch mission today, lol! He intentionally waited for a fresh batch of chicken to come out & it was worth the wait. So crispy on the outside & incredibly moist & juicy on the inside WOW! We got the spicy chicken, which had a mild little kick for us, but we eat fire, so go figure, haha. Mashed potatoes & gravy hit the spot! The potatoes were creamy, and the gravy was sooooo delish, YUMMMM!!! Fries were a disappointment as they were both flimsy & not hot at all; they sadly seemed old. The spaghetti reminds me of Spaghetti-Os with a Filipino barbecue-ish twist and cut-up hot dogs. So many people are ga-ga for it, including my son--he LOVES it, lol, but for me, it was just meh - but hey, that's ok. All in all, a great craving was greatly satisfied!

Food chicken is delish!!! Like any good fast food restaurant and trying to order at the height of lunch hour on a Tuesday, the wait is over 20 minutes. There is not enough seats for eat-in. I feel badly for the workers as they had to deal with hasty patrons.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time and everything was great! Got the meal paring with spaghetti and palabok. The chicken was tender, juicy and flavored perfectly. The spicy is definitely on the spicier side. The mango peach pie was also delicious, had the outside texture of a McDonald's apple pie but very crispier.

Food is okay. I ordered a two piece chicken meal deal. The best part for me was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The outside of the chicken was crispy but the chicken had a weird texture. I had a little bit of a wait, while others came in after me and got their food before me. The peach mango pie was not overly sweet but did not excite me.

Updated review! Came here and it was pretty empty, had 2 individuals in front of us and again only one cashier. Out of a couple things here and there which seems strange since it wasn't that late in the day. Service is still just okay and still a 7-10 minute wait time for food. I will say that I think the food has improved. I got the 6 pc chicken bucket with half spicy and half regular. Chicken was really crispy and good and the spicy one had a good kick. Dipped in gravy was great. My husband got the Angis Cheeseburger Meal with fries and a soda. Burger was pretty decent and the fries were perfectly crispy. While the food has improved, the service definitely still needs work.

Jollibee is NOT your standard American fried chicken. The fried chicken will not have extra aromatic spices like cumin. It's the perfect balance ratio of umami to chicken taste. Dip it in gravy, it is the perfect comforting fast food!!!! Also get their Deluxe Chicken Burger! Do not forget to get their Peach Mango Pies and Ube pie!!!! Get some extra and enjoy it with hot coffee The place is clean. The service is ALWAYS great!!!!! This is my go-to fast food place and hoping they open in my city.

Let me start by saying this. I'm Black, so when it comes to fried chicken, I know what I'm talking about. And Jollibee? They did not disappoint. This is some of the best fried chicken I've had. It's super crispy, juicy on the inside, and that gravy? Tastes like somebody's grandma made it from scratch in the back. It's rich, flavorful, and pulls the whole meal together. Now let's keep it real. It beats KFC easy. No debate. It's not quite on Popeyes' level Popeyes is still my number one but Jollibee definitely gets the job done. And honestly, sometimes it hits in a different kind of way. If you haven't had it yet, you're missing out. I'm giving it a strong 4.5 out of 5.

Highly highly recommend placing a mobile order during peak lunch or dinner hours. The lines get long and orders get backed up. I placed a mobile order around 1:15pm and it took less than 10 minutes. We ordered a 2pc burger steak with a side of adobo rice and an order of a jolly crispy fries. The burger steaks are topped with gravy and mushrooms -- they taste super flavorful and resemble the taste of Jollibee from the Philippines. My only gripe is how small it was vs the price... $12 is a bit of a premium - deducted the star there. Jolly crispy fries taste the way McDonald's fries tasted in the early 2000's - salted and oiled (and priced) to perfection (at $2.69). Not sure if I would sit down to eat here though -- feels quite busy inside. However it's nice to read about Jollibee's history as you're waiting in line to place your order.

I came here looking for a quick bite to eating during my lunch break. Service was excellent and efficient, all the staff had smiles on their faces and were very personable. I enjoyed my food, and was provided with a discount which was unexpected but super nice! I ordered the 2 piece combo, spicy, with mashed potatoes and a peach mango pie. The chicken tasted great--if you are not a fan of spicy food please beware! The mashed potatoes and gravy were also really tasty. The only item I didn't like was the peach mango pie, but truly it's because of the flavor, it was cooked perfectly! The pie crust was so good, I just wasn't a fan of the flavor pairing.

I found this place a few years ago and always wanted to try it. So naturally I'm on vacation and a drag my husband with me. Honestly it was better than I thought it would be. We both got the chicken and spaghetti and got a palabok to share. I can't wait to try it again!! The store itself was cute and the staff were nice and very patient with us being our first time.

Waited 40 mins for a "to go" order. Place is so packed and unorganized. I noticed people after me, getting there order before me. The attendant who was calling out orders that was ready, was quiet. Additionally, a side of gravy was missing and a peach mango pie. Would not recommend visiting this location. Would much rather pay the extra to have food delivered.

I placed an online order for pick up the next day at 6:30pm. I got to the restaurant and they said they cancelled my order at 6:20pm because 1 item was not available the day I ordered but was available the day of pick up. This store did not care to call or send a sooner email to let me know so I can reorder. I now have to wait longer as I had to reorder in person. This was a waste of time and poor service at this location. No compensation for time wasted.

This chicken is A1! We got the spicy bucket with spaghetti and French fries. The fries are like Mc Ds style but better flavor. The spaghetti was the most surprising to me. It has a sweet sauce and pieces of hotdogs in it, so if you cannot consume me, I would not get this, but if you can, you are in for a treat! Can't beat the value for the taste and the price. The only thing is do not try to plan something around picking up this chicken, it is always packed in there. Make sure you don't have any set plans that are time sensitive lol I loved the coconut dream icee and thought the strawberry one was just OK. The gravy dipping sauce for the chicken is just unmatched. Just try it, you won't be disappointed! The pineapple drink is better than the strawberry imo! I want to try the passionfruit tea.

I decided to give Jollibee a try because I had never eaten from them and ordered online for pick up. They confirmed the pick up time which was 50 minutes and I was ok with that. I arrived to pick up my order they asked me to wait another 15 mins, which I could not do, so I requested a refund and I left. I still haven't got my refund and won't be ordering from them again.

Located in the shopping center with the Giants and Marshalls. Parking : Plenty of parking available in the parking lot No drive through available. Bed prepared to wait in line. Ordered a 2pc Chickenjoy with 2 sides ( steamed rice and French fries) and a peach mango pie 3/5 Chicken was well seasoned and delicious. The gravy was a little salty but tasted. The steam rice was perfect with the gravy. The fries 1/5 lacked salt and the were lukewarm. Peach Mango Pie 4/5 - Delicious flavor not too sweet. It was lukewarm warm when I received it . Limited seating available in the inside . Cashier was helpful. Had to wait 15 mins for the order and the chicken and rice were the only hot items. I expected hot for after a long wait. I would revisited for the chicken and maybe the pie. Check it out if you are near a location.

FOOD We ordered their peach mango pie and their 3-piece chicken tenders with ranch sauce. The peach mango pie was delicious, crispy and crunchy on the outside but nice and sweet on the inside. The chicken tenders was incredibly crispy and well-battered, complementing the juicy center. Would definitely come back to try their other items in the future! SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly. AMBIANCE The interior is clean and tidy. The bathroom requires a code to enter (must ask the cashier for the code). PARKING Ample parking spaces are available in the lot around the store and in the plaza.

Let me first say that I love the food and the food quality here is always good. However, coming here is a gamble. You're either going to wait 5 min or 30 min. The service is so painfully slow that you could get your food faster at a sit down restaurant. There's been many times where I would drive by and look at how line the long is, and if there are more than 6 people in line then it's likely a 30 minute wait. Fortunately the cashier will sometimes tell you it will take 20 minutes to get your food...if you're lucky. I've resorted to the just getting the Pineapple Quencher drink because that is the only item you could get right away. So to anyone who's reading this, make sure have plenty of time and patience to spare.

The wait for food is so terrible. Could be at a restaurant that's twice as busy and get out food much faster. Poor service overshadows everything else. Never bothering to eat here again.

The service was okay with the cashiers not being very transparent. One of the meals we got comes with a side and we didn't notice. The cashier just chose one without asking which side we wanted. The cashier also asked me if I wanted a drink with my meal. I asked if it came with the drink and she just didn't respond. The food was actually disappointing. As a Jollibee lover this broke my heart. The chicken was dry and overcooked. Not the usual juicy and flavorful chicken I get.

I love Filipino food, especially their chicken. It's very crispy and juicy on the inside. The only reason why my rating is not higher because the service here is not so great. It seems like when you order online or by phone, the food will be ready 30-35mins later. I would recommend to order inside.

I placed an ordered for a chicken bucket, 10pc and pies, it took 30 minutes to receive my order. I had to ask one of the ladies at the front to look for it and it was at the bottom of the order stack. For 30 minutes? Within a minute I had my order. I should not have had to wait 30 minutes. I understand food service can be hectic, especially during peak period, but that was ridiculous. The lady who pulled my order was nice at least. Edit: I also paid for an extra order of biscuits that i never received.

The power of TikTok, lol. After a night in DC I decided to stop @jollibeeus in Alexandria, VA! Always a good sign to see a crowd and this place at 6ish on a Saturday was standing room only. For some variety, I opted for the 2pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal (2 pc dark *only option for whole pieces* a side I chose the spaghetti (small up charge),drink and Mango Peach Pie). Because I prefer white meat chicken I also ordered the 3pc chicken tender combo (a side, I chose mashed potatoes and drink). Our favorites were the Jolly spaghetti (sweet but savory with thinly sliced hotdogs 3.8/5) and mashed potatoes (buttery and tasty gravy 4.1/5). I also enjoyed the peach mango pie (fruity and crispy pie shell 4.4/5). I waited about 30 mins for the tenders I guess they felt bad and threw in another small one, the tenders yet crispy were a bit bland (2.8/5) and the spicy chicken leg and thigh tho small were pretty spicy but the chicken itself was more tasty than the tenders (3/5). We'll definitely go back to try a sandwich or burger. Sign up for their rewards and you'll get a welcome reward to use on your first visit!

The Chickenjoy Fried Chicken is crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the spaghetti is sweet, savory, and so unique. Their service is quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Don't skip the peach mango pie--it's a perfect sweet finish!

Really great fried chicken! As of recently, the spicy fried chicken has been spicier than usual but maybe that is just me! The fried chicken is always hot, fresh, and crunchy. Be sure to dip the chicken in the gravy...yummy!!! Most of the menu items here have been delicious! I really like the pineapple drink since its a nice refresher from a fried, greasy food. Dont forget to end it with the peach mango pie. I always try to eat it in the restaurant but its always pretty busy. Most of the time while I wait for the food, a seat will open up eventually.

Getting worse and worse, I don't know why my parents like this place. Quality has gone down in the past couple years, their attitude about service has never been up to par either.

First time here. Heard a lot of good things about the food. We came to try the chicken and chicken tenders. The surprise for me was the Burger Steaks with mushroom gravy and rice. I grew up eating that it was delicious. The fried chicken and chicken tenders were delicious. We even had extra gravy to dip the chicken in. We got it to go, so we did not dine in. Looking back, we should have ordered the pies. Everything was package nicely. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The atmosphere appeared to be casual. We will definitely be coming back.

OMG. Oh em gee, the chicken here is so delicious. I was skeptical, I've seen Jollibee reviewed on YouTube by content creators that seemingly like everything, so I decided to try it for myself. The staff I interacted with were nice, it does take a while to get your order, it seems like they cook to order so don't come here super famished, bring a snack lol. I visited on a Sunday so maybe it isn't as busy during the weekday. Keep that in mind. It's a fast food restaurant so the ambiance is on par with that. They were really busy, the drink fountain had a lot of flat drinks and the trash was piling up, but considering how busy they were, I can show grace for that. Now, on to the chicken, I purchased the three piece spicy with fries, the chicken was so flavorful, I'm going to say it's better than anything you would purchase at Popeyes or KFC. I consider myself to be a fried chicken enthusiast lol. It is really good. It is very spicy to me, but they give a gravy that accompanies the chicken very well. The fries were mid, but it's definitely worth checking out. I will be back for sure! *Important note* they only have dark meat chicken.

Don't waste your time and read my review! Just go and get the best fried chicken with the most unique sides you will ever taste in your life! What are you doing?? Are you still reading? Go! Lol Seriously, the best ever spicy fried chicken! Spicy crispy and juicy! The chicken is cooked all the way! I wonder how they do that?? Frying in a pressure cooker ? They boil it first? I really have no idea, but it's cooked all the way and flavorful all the way!! I tried the original, and it was amazing, too ! Now get yourself a side of spaghetti and adobo rice! You will thank me ! The spaghetti isn't traditional at all! I love to call it " funny spaghetti!" ... don't get me wrong! I love it! This is just how I call it! It has a taste of bolognesa sauce with something sweet like ketchup, a hint of ham, and it has hotdog pieces! The Adobo rice was also amazing! It's spiced and has tiny pieces of meat ( not sure what meat! But I guess it's very tiny shredded pork meat). it was unbelievably delicious!! I tried the yumburger, and it's just .... wait! It's not the best burger or anything like that! But I'm not the only one who said that this burger gave me nostalgia! For me, it's for Wimpy burgers I used to eat in my childhood in Egypt in the 90s! Wimpy was a British burger chain that was so famous in Cairo . Good burger! Try it and use the compliment to let me know what your feeling/nostalgia was! The chicken sandwich was actually so good but not so special! Next time I'll add cheese and try but I really wish they could make the chicken itself spicy in the spicy sandwich as their spicy level that use with the fried chicken is so good and will make the sandwich one of the best chicken sandwiches ever! They really need to do that! The palabok ( the Filipino noodles) was good, but honestly, I was super full when I tried it, so I couldn't continue or enjoy it, but I need to try it again! Let me tell you about the staff!! Jay, the cashier, and Chinek, the manager, were super nice, and it seemed to me as they were trained how to treat a first-time customer! Very nice and very polite The restaurant was super clean, the restroom was super clean, and they had one attendant all the time to clean up and assist the clients The decorations were simple and mostly in beautiful bright colors such as red and yellow I can't wait for Chantilly store to open in August 2023 because that will be only 10 minutes away from me! The gravy and chicken are way so different now since it was open. I was wondering if they change the way it was...I ordered a spicy and a regular fried chicken but when it came out-the color of the skin is the same( you cannot identify which one is spicy and which one is regular), the crunchiness when you bite the chicken is not there anymore, the breading doesn't taste what it used to. It tastes like regular flour with salt (those people love Jollibee knew what Im talking about). And the gravy-it way so different. When you guys 1st open we came and we know we eating Jollibee. Its only for the chicken and gravy. Their spaghetti will always be the best one.

Something different when your looking for fast casual. Takes about 10 minutes for it to ready after ordering. Yumburger was underwhelming and didn't have much flavor. Wouldn't get that again. Chicken sandwich tasted good but generic fast food chicken sandwich. Pieces were juicy and had the right amount of crisp but wouldn't say they're better than the Popeyes. The spaghetti is what makes this place a 4! Pasta tasted super fresh, cheese is melted right, and the sauce has the right amount of substance to complement the noodles.

Jollibee is super super super slow. They should say when you order ahead of time that the chicken sandwich will take up to 45 minutes since they cook the filet "fresh." That's what they told me when I asked is this a normal wait time. Jollibee said yes, that long.

I think this is the 3rd time I've ever been to a Jollibee (the others being in VA Beach and NYC). Finally got around to taking the 15 minute drive. I have to say, my other visits were forgettable. I recall getting things such as palabok and halo halo - both times, just going because my friends wanted to go. I never felt compelled to go to one on my own accord. Well, it seems I was just getting the wrong things. Today I walked in, placed my order with the super nice cashier, and waited just a short time. We wanted to eat-in, but it was crowded, and at least one couple was just sitting there, done with their food, just chatting, aware people were waiting, but giving no F's. Oh well. We had the staff bag up our food and ate in the car. The spicy chicken joy was great - crispy, hot (temp and spice level), and the gravy was tastier than I imagined it would be. I wanted the fries but they were out (sad) so I got the mashed potatoes because, though I'm Filipino, I don't love rice or adobo (gasp), so I didn't want those options. Well, the mashed potatoes were smooth and delish - and came with the same gravy as the chicken. Again, delish. Funny thing is, I took a spoonful of the bro's adobo rice and it was good! Really good, actually. I saved the peach mango pie for later because I was stuffed from the chicken and mash. When I got around to it, the crust was still super crispy. I liked the flavor of the fruit. I can only imagine it was more delish when it was hotter. I actually ate my bro's pie without telling him. YOU don't tell him either, ok? Anyway, in all, this visit made me a fan. I'm going to stick to the spicy chicken joy and, hopefully, they'll have fries for me next time.

Chicken is really good, the sides aren't worth a damn tho. But main entree is worth it

The wait was an hour after being told 15-20 minutes. As usual I liked the chicken, which was hot and fresh. The fries were cold and don't order the adobo rice, it was horrible. Just go for the chicken and forget the sides. Always expect a long wait unless you order online.

First let's just say I was really impressed. I thought people was just hyping this place because it was new thing on the block. But I was excited that I was able to give them a try straight off the plan from Greece . So, I got the three piece with fries , pineapple juice and the mango pie. Let's start with the chicken: it was very crunchy like I like it, extra crispy as well and seasoned to perfection. The chicken was also juicy asf! That pineapple juice had to be homemade because it was delicious not to sweet taste just like a fresh pineapple . I would definitely get it again. Now for the mango pie (I don't like pie ) but I wanted to try it. The outside of the pie was delicious but I couldn't get down with the cook fruit. My wife said it was ok. The gravy and the chicken was different for me but in a good way. This place is very clean. As soon as someone is done eating they come and clean the tables which I love to see. The service was great. I think it's a lot of high schoolers/ college students working there with great manners. Keep up the great work. They also move really fast with the orders. I waited no longer than 3 minutes to get my food. Let's rate the food! Chicken: 9.8 Chicken dipped in gravy: 8.0 Mango Pie: 5.5 Pineapple juice 9.9 You will see me again

Have a jolly day at Jollibee! This Filipino classic fast food chain that brings up a lot of childhood memories and never thought I'd get to experience having two in the DMV! I'm partial to this location over Wheaton after now having been to both locations twice. The chicken is juicy and the spicy chicken is actually spicy! I love Bucket Treat C because it has palabok and you can share with three other people. Some constructive criticism is I do think the line management could be better during busy times. And they did mess up our order twice by giving us spaghetti instead of palabok.. but this was something easily fixed. Also it's not the cleanest inside. If you are new to Jollibee definitely try both spicy and non spicy chicken, peach mango pie, Filipino spaghetti and/or Palabok, and wash it all down with a pineapple quencher. It's not quite like the Philippines but close enough and I ain't complaining!! I don't get it often so when I do I eat there and then order some more to take home. :)

I've been wanting to try this Filipino fried chicken chain for a while and it did not disappoint! The chicken sandwich was well balanced. The fried chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. Adobo rice was flavorful while the spaghetti wasn't as sweet as the ones I tasted in the Philippines (that's a good thing)! The ambiance is your typical chain feel. I'm taking a star off because of the service. We ordered the food online (the website says it'll be ready in 5 min). It took 15 minutes for us to drive there and we still had to wait for another 15 minutes. Hopefully they can improve the service in the near future.

Not sure what happened, but this Jollibee has turned into a hot mess. The food has drastically gone downhill, and clearly, there's no quality control being enforced here. And, it's not because you're coming at off hours - it's either the staff not knowing how to properly prepare the food or they're making all the food in advance and they're just sitting there. The Jolly Spaghetti continues to have this thick chalky taste, off flavorings, and is always served lukewarm or cold. The ChickenJoy either is overfried or is not properly drained of the oil after being fried, and has this gross old grease taste to it. The fries are always soggy and limpy. The staff are super slow - the line moves at a snail pace, and there's a lack of common sense of providing plasticware, napkins, and/or condiments. Also, the management does not care. No dice, Jollibee - Alexandria! You've become super gross! +no quality control of food +slow staff +poor management

I went on a Saturday around 1pm and it was pretty busy. I personally think management was on a day off or having a bad day. There were numerous pickup orders just sitting behind the counter and even after orders were made, the people putting it together weren't making any call outs. The waiting area for pick up was just getting backed up. One of the staff members tried, but manager wasnt there or just didn't care. This is also the worst jollibee I've been to. If it was my first experience, I never would have came back to the franchise. The yum burger and the chicken joy tasted like it's been sitting and made me wish I just went to KFC. You can't mess up spaghetti, so it is what it is. I won't be back at this specific location.

I've been wanting to try Jollibee for ages, and it did not disappoint. Definitely better than KFC, in my humble opinion, and rivals Popeyes for fast food fried chicken. I got the Chicken Joy bucket with half regular and half spicy. The spicy has a nice kick to it. The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent on the side. The adobo rice and plain rice were also decent. But the standout for me was the peach mango hand pie. It comes in a paper container, like a McDonalds apple pie. The filling was delicious and the outside was flaky and crunchy. Next time I want to try adding some ice cream when I get it for takeout. Service was fast on a weekday afternoon. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking at this location, which is tucked beside a strip mall by Landmark. I will definitely stop by here again when I'm craving fast food fried chicken.

Nice place. Nice staff. Food was ok. Chicken 5/10. Mash potatoes and gravy 4/10. Mac and cheese 7/10. Burgers are good. They are like a 7/10. I come back again but only doe the burgers and max n cheese but that would be a weird ass combo anyway this comment is really only for because i cant remember a damn thing about stuff i shove in my mouf
