I'm always up for trying different places than what I have at home. I had never even heard of Jollibee but wanted to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was delicious- it was juicy and had great flavor. The spaghetti was regular spaghetti with cut up hot dogs in it. It wasn't bad, but I definitely preferred the chicken. Worth a try if you are wanting something a little different.

Expensive and not so great service. I ordered online for pickup. I ordered the $5 side of coleslaw. It's SMALL, probably 5 bites. I was was charged $5 for a side of adobo rice.....is rice that expensive? My $5 must have paid for all the rice the rice cooker held.. The chicken is ok.....moist and starting to get soggy. I saw my order sitting on the back counter. I guess I was waiting for my lychee iced tea. So my fries, chicken were getting cold on the back counter because they couldn't make my drink and call my order for pickup. I know I waited at least 10 minutes because my order was supposed to be ready at 6pm and they finally called my at 6.12. people couldn't tell if others were waiting in line to order or waiting for food because so many people were waiting. Fries were cold.

Stopped by Jollibee National City, and everything hit the spot! The Pancit Palabok was delicious — perfectly seasoned and comforting. The Spicy Chickenjoy was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor — and that signature gravy sauce made it even better. The Peach Mango Pie was as good as ever — sweet, flaky, and nostalgic. But the surprise standout was the Katseye Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich — flavorful, juicy, and perfectly balanced. Definitely best enjoyed fresh and hot on the spot! They were very busy on a Sunday afternoon, so I highly recommend pre-ordering through the Jollibee App before heading there — it’ll save you a lot of time. Overall, a great Jollibee experience with classic favorites and an awesome new twist.

I went here around NYE. . . And, they did excellent, AGAIN. The chicken was so fresh, it fell off the bone! The spicy chicken wasn’t overbearing and had a good amount of spice. I didn’t wait long and I was given my food right away and everything was fresh. The woman in the drive thru window gave excellent service w a smile. And, the gal’s voice who took my order was clear and smooth. Thank you Jolibees! ~National city -5 stars

Google
Jollibee was recommended by one of my Filipino friends. My kids love it! It is a great and fast choice in the late night when you are hungry and want something right away! Yes! Jollibee saved my day, AGAIN! Mashed potatoes were as good as always. Tried the ALOHA sandwich for the first time! It was juicy and tender! Love it! Also love the Pineapple Quencher and Ube pie! Some of the chicken wings were a bit dry. I’m guessing they had been kept under the warming light a little too long. But in general, it was pretty good.

Google
I stopped by today to get my usual 2 piece chicken joy for lunch, which is usually 2 big juicy pieces of chicken, but today, I got half of a thigh. I went back in and asked for the other half of the thigh, and that's exactly what I got! Lol! I guess they're cutting the thighs because of the prices of everything going up. I'm usually satisfied with the quality of the food and the friendly service, which is why I kept coming back.

Google
This was my first time at this. Iconic fast food, chicken joint and I was not disappointed. The service was amazing. The food was fresh, including crispy chicken, that was juicy on the inside. And the fries were bangin!

This was the first time I have had Jollibee. OMG it's amazing. The best chicken I have had. Please Jollybee open in El apaso TX please. The staff was very friendly and nice. I happen to get to the restaurant about 15 minutes before closing and they treated nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Jollibee.

Yelp
I'm kind of embarrassed to say after all these years that this is my 1st time trying out Jollibee. With all the new hype all over social media lately, I just had to! I don't know why I never gave them a try. Maybe because I thought it was typical fried chicken but Filipino style which I was never a huge fan of their foods up until a couple years ago. Boy have I been missing out. I also read a lot of reviews on service, location, and foods and to be honest I was skeptical about giving it a try since I also didn't want to get my hopes up knowing I couldn't expect so much being that it also was a franchised fast food. So despite all the reviews about service, I didn't experience any issues or rudeness. I went to the drive thru and ordering was easy since the menu was easy to read quickly. The communication through the intercom went smoothly and there was a different person at the register whom took payment and gave my food who was also pleasant especially when I asked for several condiments. Receipt says host was Constance Royale and cashier was Allyson. Both were wonderful. I ordered Bucket D which included 12 pieces (spicy), 5 sides (2 spaghetti, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and adobo rice), and I also ordered 2 extra gravies not knowing the bucket already came with 2. Everything was really sooo delicious! It's rare that I'll say that about a fried chicken fast food spot. The mac and cheese was flavorful, the gravies really made a difference. They weren't salty. The spaghetti was okay but not bad I was glad it wasn't too sweet. Now the fried chicken! I'm a fan now! It was moist, not greasy, very flavorful without being salty, and still so crispy and even better that they give you reheating instructions which tasted just as amazing fresh and still kept its crunch! I will definitely be a regular at Jollibees now.

Yelp
Went back to this place to call their attention and this is what they gave me as they replaced my COLD ANGUS DELUXE BURGER! Disgusting!!!!!! Here's a stronger, more urgent, and more serious version that clearly calls for immediate inspection by San Diego County Food & Sanitation: I need to report a serious food safety violation and request an immediate sanitation inspection. On November 12, 2025, at around 6 PM, I ordered an Angus Deluxe Burger through the drive-thru. I was told it would take about 3 minutes, and I agreed to wait. When I asked if I needed to park, another crew member said "No, we're making it now." They handed me my order in a paper bag, and everything looked complete. But when I arrived home and opened the burger, I was shocked the burger bun was completely cold, patty not even slightly warm, and felt as if it had come directly from a thawing or refrigerated section. This is a major temperature violation and raises serious concerns about improper food handling, unsafe holding practices, and potential risk for foodborne illness. This is not a minor issue. Cold, improperly held meat being served to customers is extremely unsafe and suggests a breakdown in basic food safety procedures. I am requesting that San Diego County Food & Sanitation take immediate action and inspect this establishment to ensure they are complying with required food temperature and handling standards.

Yelp
Today,I saw an ad inticing me to download the Jollibee app on Facebook. In return they knocked off 5 bucks from my $17.49 Aloha Burger Combo. And I earned loyalty points too. The app was quite easy to setup. Ordering was fairly straight forward. The app did lack the ability to customize my sandwich. If it had a way to request well done fries I missed it. I ordered at 3:00 pm to have my dinner ready at 6:00 pm. I arrived 15 min early with only the intention of Checking in and getting my drink cup. I had to show her my order on the app to the nice young lady at the counter. I felt this fair, me being a first time customer. I attempted to explain I was just checking in and would appreciate my cup but she ran off and checked her computer and informed me what I already knew that my order was scheduled for 6pm so I politely explained that I realized that fact, that had she not ran off so quickly I would have told her I was only checking in and just wanted my drink while I was waiting. I got my drink, happy they had Pepsi products, not so happy Zero wasn't one. At presisly 6 my name was called. I went to the counter where I was given my food. I was somewhat disheartened to find that I didn't need a wagon or something to haul my order to my table. Once I was seated I was dismayed to discover my food was not hot. I ordered 3 hours ahead of time from the app to give them plenty of time to plan to have my meal hot and ready. I even checked in 15 minutes early so I figured i deserved a hot meal even moreso than someone who just walked in to place an order. I felt at $17.49 before taxes was a bit much to pay for a burger fries and drink . I really liked the flavor combination of bacon pineapple and aloha sauce and that toasted yellow bun was terrific. I did fell that a larger slice of pineapple, a thicker larger slice of tomato and another leaf or two of lettuce was in order. I felt the hamburger patty was a great fit for the bun. It had the perfect amount of melted cheese. I loved the fact that it has a slice of bacon, I'm debating with myself whether one more slice would have been better or not A tough question for me as a bacon lover. I enjoyed that while it was cooked a little longer than I would have cooked it, it was Far better than that dry Whiskey River from Red Robin, that folks who regularly read my reviews would know about Like Red Robin they could learn a thing or two about potatoes from a quick trip to Wendy's. I will say they were not stingy with their fries. And many of the fries were really long. Too bad they weren't hot. It's a shame that EVERYTHING is getting so expensive in California. So I do realize it's hard for Jollibee, or any restaurants to keep prices down. It's not their fault that my income hasn't kept pace with inflation. But you're here to read a good review not my financial report That said, I do recommend a visit or two to Jollibee. I'll definitely be back to try more menu items. And hopefully bring a plus one to take a better picture of me and Jollibee The mascot standing outside the restaurant. Be sure to watch for my next review of Jollibee. Be sure to check out my photos. Disclaimer: I was a bit disoriented due to my food not meeting my temperature expectations and this being my first visit to Jollibee that I don't feel my photos match my usual restaurant photos Thank You for reading this. Well I just realized that failed to mention that this location had plenty of staff that kept busy with all the things that need to be handled at a restaurant. The crew kept the dinning room and restroom clean. I liked that they had hot water in the restroom. I noticed too that while the place was packed, there was also a loooooooooong line at the drive through.

Yelp
My first time trying Jollibee after hearing wonderful reviews about the freshness and crunch of the chicken. I don't eat fried chicken often so I was anticipating deliciousness. I ordered online and picked up in drive thru which said it would be ready in 30 mins but then quickly changed to 7 mins. I ordered a two piece spicy chicken with fries, biscuit, peach mango pie and guava tea. I was throughly impressed by the freshness and crunch of my first piece of chicken but the second one was not fully cooked! Yuck! I couldn't eat it. The biscuit looked great but lacked flavor. The fries were really good and dipping them in the gravy reminded me of when I lived in Louisiana. Yum! The pie was ok but nothing special. The highlight was the guava tea and it was amazing! Don't see myself coming back though.

Yelp
Honestly, such a great place for fried chicken and other fun eats! The spicy fried chicken is where it's at and it is absolutely flavorful - crispy on the outside, juicy and moist on the inside! Their spaghetti is also unique because it's sweeter and perfectly compliments the fried chicken! Their gravy is rich and flavorful, dip your fried chicken skin in it and thank me later! Their spicy chicken sandwich was also solid and I love that they include spicy peppers in the sandwich for that extra kick! Their peach mango pie is the perfect sweet treat and comes out piping hot and fresh! Ordering is easy whether through their drive thru or inside, plenty of free parking in their lot!

Yelp
Came here awhile back on 9/22 for the KATSEYE KBBQ chicken collab, it was super busy with a line outside the door and the drive through line almost to the street but that's to be expected with the popularity of this collab, it's probably died down by now since it's been awhile. This location seems pretty small so I'd say we got our food in a timely manner. We got the KATSEYE Special: 6pc KBBQ Fried Chicken Bucket and a spicy chicken sandwich meal to share. The KATSEYE KBBQ chicken was pretty good I just wish that the chicken had been crispier. The sauce was delicious a sweet soy glaze with a very mild hint of spice to it (not spicy at all just extra flavor). I'd say it's similar to sauces at other KBBQ chicken places so not super special in my opinion but it is a nice addition to the Jollibee menu to switch it up. They also completely drenched the chicken in the sauce so it was sauce-y perfection. The spicy chicken sandwich was so deliciously crispy I wish the KBBQ chicken was that crispy bc it would have been perfecttt if it was. You can't go wrong with their chicken sandwiches it's a classic, not too spicy just enough flavor and delicious to the point where you eat 90% of the sandwich you're supposed to being sharing with someone else.

Yelp
All I have to say is the hype is real! I had been hearing everywhere that Jollibee has the best fried chicken, they weren't lying! The chicken was cooked and fried to perfection. I wanted everything on their menu. Loved but loved the macaroni and cheese, definite best fast food mac n cheese out there! The spaghetti was different but good. Adobo rice is really good and the french fries were so good! I also tried the Korean chicken and it was yummy but spicy. I had to have their mango peach pie and it is delicious it's a must try.

Yelp
You can never go wrong with Jollibee. There's going to be something for EVERYBODY! When my ice cream craving turned into a Jollibee craving- my decision just slapped. Didn't feel like parking and walking inside- so, it was a quick drive thru visit (YAY!!) especially for dinner rush. It was a toss up between the Jolly Spaghetti / Jolly Palabok/ or a chicken sandwich. Ughhh! Decisions! I went with Palabok instead- another Filipino dish I've been craving lately. And of course! You can't leave Jollibee without a sweet treat! Peach mango pie- it is! When we were placing our order at the drive thru speaker- the employee couldn't hear parts of my order due to the vehicle/ motorcycle traffic on Plaza Blvd. The third time of me repeating myself- I felt like I screamed at the speaker and apologized right away- I just wanted to make sure heard me that time! And when we drove up to the window- I apologized again and she just laughed. I thought I could contain my self control- but, apparently I don't know how. LOL. I was gonna nibble on something on our way home. Peach mango pie!! It's a pie pocket like Mc Donald's apple pies- but, with a better pastry! Super light and crispy! And that peach mango filling is delicious! There's no cinnamon sugar dusting to the crust, btw. I got the 2 piece Jolly Palabok. Thigh and leg is how they roll. And I totally forgot to ask if I could have 2 legs. Jollibee is known for their crispy chicken and has moved up in ranks for having the best. I'm a die hard Popeyes fan- and it is a toss up between both. Jollibee chicken is never drenched in grease. I'm so amazed by it! It's like- fried crispy and then left out on the clothes dryer to get kisses from the sun. When you bite into the skin and the chicken meat- your hands will not be saturated with heavy oils. I liked how the Palabok is served in its own personal tray. This technique prevents the fried chicken skin from getting soggy. Palabok is a Filipino pancit dish that's covered in a savory garlic shrimp sauce. Typically served with a variety of toppings like crushed chicharon, sliced boil eggs, green oinions, & fried garlic. Calamamsi- Filipino lime is used to squeeze onto the Palabok for a citrusy tangy flavor. Here at Jollibee, you'll get lemon packets.

Yelp
Jollibee is the pinnacle of Filipino fast food. Been here a couple times in the past but this time, it was a very efficient visit. We got our orders instantly. The drive through was moving so quickly as well. This Jollibee was clean and well maintained. Food is what you would expect from any location. I enjoy the regular chicken with gravy and rice as well as the nostalgia. The only con was the Korean fried chicken was too salty and sweet as per the people in my party.
google avatar

Angelica V.

Yelp
There was a line in the drive thru so I went inside and there were about 4 people in front of me. Finally I ordered and the worker was very nice. I order a 2 pc chicken jog meal with the spicy chicken, peach mango pie, adobo rice, and pineapple juice. Adobo rice and pineapple juice were extra. I also ordered the kbbq sandwich. Total was about $20 which is very good. Since I ordered the spicy it took about 10 minutes for my meal. Chicken was big, crispy, and juicy. Pineapple juice was good. Kbbq sandwich was good, sauce was delicious, cucumbers are a good refreshing add, cilantro though is questionable for me so I took it off. Adobo rice was on the drier side, it was my first time trying it and I probably would just stick to the white rice.

Yelp
Great customer service. Very clean I love mashed potato with gravy Spaghetti was little sweet but sausage was good. My daughter' birthday today and she picked this food. lol Store is very clean. We like to come back. Next time we wanna try burgers

Yelp
Drive thru always has a long line of cars. Just walk up and get the Holiday Special 12 piece bucket while it is here OR get the Korean chicken BBQ combo with that sweet soy glaze that has a slight kick it. Soooooo goooood.

Yelp
My mom excitedly told me that she was going to get Jollibee for lunch despite my protests. I haven't had it in years, mainly because I wasn't impressed with their food. Fast forward to today, multiple years later, we've two buckets of fried chicken - original and spicy with gravy on the side- sitting on my kitchen counter. I ate one piece, without gravy, before I ran my errands. It was crisp with a good amount of spice but it still was not flavorful. As I ran my errands, I felt sick afterwards with heartburn and stomachache. Needless to say, this impression was not a positive one and I'm not going to partake in the leftovers. I'm sure many others had a lot of great things to say about this place but I can't seem to get a great experience every time I try it.
google avatar

Kitty C.

Yelp
I ordered the Bucket Treat A and a chicken sandwich. We had original fried chicken and French fries and spaghetti as the sides. The fried chicken was so crispy and delicious! The French fries were okay but the spaghetti was bomb! The chicken sandwich was so-so. When eaten fresh the fried chicken had this crispy crunch and the meat was tender. Unfortunately, when the fried chicken got cold it didn't taste the same. So I would highly recommend eating it right after getting it. Nothing special about the French fries, they tasted like leftover fries, but the spaghetti was great! The sauce has this sweetness to it that makes you want to eat more! The service was very friendly and efficient. There is seating indoors but I went through the drive thru. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
Finally decided to try this. Bought the 2 piece meal with mashed potato and gravy , biscuit, peach mango pie and a pineapple drink for 11.00. Chicken fresh and crispy good flavor, biscuit flakey and nice size, mashed potato and gravy had great flavor a good portion, peach mango pie is a warm and flakey great flavors , pineapple drink also very good. Went thru drive thru but looks very clean the outdoor area was clean and covered. Staff was great very helpful. Not sure why this place has low stars but I'm giving it 5 stars . Plenty of parking. Food, service, cleanliness was all great...

Yelp
The real stuff back on the islands will run you about $20, but hey dropping $67 on a 10-piece bucket, 5 sides, 2 cups of gravy, and 6 ube pies. Totally worth it for my boys and me. You have to eat it right when you pick it up. That freshness is what puts Jollibee Chicken ahead of the rest! My boys love the Filipino spaghetti, it's got that signature sweet flavor you expect. The adobo rice isn't flashy, but it hits the spot. Customer service wasn't quite the jolly level of Jollibee Philippines, but honestly? It matched or even beat places like Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out. The dining room and outdoor patio were super clean, though the inside felt a little tight space-wise. I loved this location way more than my last visit to Jollibee Anaheim. Definitely a must-try! And if it's your first time go for the chicken and dunk it in that brown gravy heaven!

Yelp
This was the first time coming to this restaurant there was a line for sure when we did get to order I ordered the 2 piece Korean BBQ chicken with side didn't know that side was white again this was our first time and we were not the same ethic race and the serve took us for more money I asked what side come with my meal she showed me a card board sign of the different side I chose Mac and Cheese my husband ordered the 3 piece burger steak with side and again the server ask for which side and he told her adobo rice and the side really came with white rice which he got and he made a combo which he got a drink the sides that we asked for we were charged $1.50 more for each side that we order with each of our meal and again I didn't get my white rice that was supposed to come with my Order but my husband got the white rice that came with his meal so we were taken as again we were not filipino I would not recommend this god for awful place the extra side that we ordered was the spaghetti it wasn't fit to eat it was so gross I wouldn't feed it to my dog and the beef steak wasn't even close to steak I couldn't tell you what that meat was but it was just as gross as that nasty spaghetti the size of side dish that they served are not in the same size dish I had Mac and Cheese it was half of the size of the adobo rice and the extra side of the nasty spaghetti was the same size as the adobo rice and the nasty spaghetti we were changed $4.29 wasn't worth it the whole experience was just so bad and didn't get the discount when you sign up for the first time but they gave a $1.00 for being a military which was a joke didn't get 10% off over paid $40+ will include payment receipt and pictures of the high price meal that wasn't worth it can't believe how this place stays in business

Yelp
I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Monday. I came through the drive-thru with a large order after driving an hour, and the order taker, Gab, was extremely rude and dismissive. To make things worse, he walked over to the window and said in Tagalog to another worker, "Bat nandyan pa sila?!" (meaning "Why are they still there?!") -- assuming I wouldn't understand. It was unprofessional and offensive, especially since I am a customer who was just trying to place an order. When I later spoke with the manager, May, she mentioned she was on break when it happened but didn't provide much reassurance that the issue would be addressed. I left feeling disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I hope management takes this seriously. Employees should treat every customer with courtesy and respect, regardless of language or background. You are better off going to the Mira Mesa location. At least they are friendly.
google avatar

Delle S.

Yelp
I'd like to recognize William who was working the register last night. It was very chaotic busy inside and drive thru and William did a great job managing the register and helping expedite orders out to prevent wait times for some orders. Great way to stand up and show strong leadership skills in a fast pace environment.
google avatar

Cheryl-Ann C.

Yelp
This location is actually my first Jollibee in SD and was stoked the Miramesa opened theirs in 2 different areas, in different times. If I'm in the area, I make an effort to come here since there's only few and far between. The reason for the 2 stars is because my co-worker and I was going through the drive through and found out that they only accept 1 transaction per vehicle. So I had to get out of the van and order inside. If the business manager is seeing this, hope you can get it to the modern times and accept more than 1 transaction via the drive through. Other than that, my spaghetti was yummy as always.

Yelp
Very delicious fried chicken that you can't find somewhere else very juicy and good spaghetti mango pie and ubi pie the best. Wish we have jollibee in our area.
google avatar

Maynard O.

Yelp
Everything here is fire. Chicken is always fresh, juicy, and flavorful. Can't forget the gravy and adobo rice. Palabok and spaghetti are certified hood classics. Gotta get a peach mango pie, which is deep fried and what McDonald's wishes their pies were. The food almost compares to the Jollibees back in the homeland. The ambience inside is usually just grab and go, but I've seen a few people eating inside a small handful of times. Service is always amazing and they never fail to remind me to HAVE A JOLLI DAY! The only thing missing is a mascot and a party area, like the ones you see on Filipino TikTok lol.

Daughter O.

Yelp
I didn't Like waiting more than 10 minutes in the drive thru. There was No Apology, either. I was low on gas and I was afraid my car would break down, lols. I had to turn my car off. Anyways, I put a 4 because Actually the Food was very Good & So Fresh. The chicken was Straight out of the Fryer lols and I'm So Glad I didn't have to wait an Extra 10 min. for it. I Greatly Appreciated that because prior they told me I had to wait. The Palabok was Bomb. Mango Apple pie ~ so Good. And, Pineapple Fresher. I wouldn't Ever give 4 stars for waiting So Long in Line. But, this was an Exception. The Food was Delicious. It was Worth the Wait . :D
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
Congratulations to Jollibee's marketing team. This is my second time going to Jollibee and I'm still underwhelmed. I'm not sure if I'm missing a generational or cultural fascination, but the chicken is super mids/meh. I got great customer service in LA, but a very crabby associate in National City today. The only reason they get a 3 star is because of their spaghetti. It's super simple with hotdogs, but delicious. I'll only return for more spaghetti and to try out other items. Otherwise, if you're looking for fried chicken, head to KFC or Popeyes.
google avatar

Yelp
I mean it's fast food. But I will always go there cause it's iconic and way better than McDonalds. At least here in the US. When you get a craving, you gotta have jollibee. They keep their place clean and the workers can use a little smilin like how perky those Pinoys get when they greet you ma'am sir like you are in the Philippines! But other than, we love jollibee.
google avatar

Laura M.

Yelp
At this Jollibee, they serve Filipino food: Fried chicken, Spaghetti, Pork buns, and dessert pies like Peach Mango Pie. Their service is good, If only they had more employees to serve their customers a little bit faster. Their prices are reasonable.. I'll be honest, I've only tried their spaghetti once or twice but but I do like their Pork buns!! JOLLIBEE Is known for their fried chicken. Their ambiance is okay, I wish they had a bigger restaurant and more seating available. I like their peach Mango pies More than the dessert pies from Mcdonald's!!

Yelp
Looked up the menu since it was my first time trying Jollibee. I was pleased with the variety of menu choices. The person that took our order was a little eh bored or something lol . Once I got our order the food was really fresh. Everything we ordered tasted great. The Root beer was super crisp and delicious. I was impressed with the tasty food. 'I'd go back a second time.

Yelp
First of all I'm at the katseye x jollibee and there's a line out the door. They are working so hard to make sure everyone got their order. They make sure the customers happy even if they made a mistake. Also the food is always bomb okay best chicken ever.

Yelp
Very clean and convenient location. You can do drive-thru, eat inside or enjoy the breezes at the outside tables. The chicken is phenomenal, I especially love their gravy (and I am not really a gravy person). My son who is super picky about fried chicken, gives it two thumbs up!

Before moving to the west coast, I've always thought Popeyes, KFC, and chick fil a would be the dominant fried chicken go to spots for me until I found Jollibee!! We didn't grow up having a Jollibee so I wasn't exposed to this chicken goodness until now. This has become my new go to favorite - anytime of the day when I crave fried chicken, tasty sides, and pineapple juice spot! Didn't like the sweet spaghetti at first try but now it's growing on me. The Adobo rice is always good. The crunch and crispyness from their chicken batter is just right for me. Light and crispy. I don't like a heavy flour batter on my chicken.

Yelp
We came here very often!! Customer service is always excellent, food is on point, and a great ambiance. We love the chicken, the pies, and the side dishes. Always a friendly smile at the drive thru. There's always a line, but it goes by pretty fast. We got the special $25 for 12 chicken. We got some spicy and some regular. Boba can't have the spicy one. We also got adobo rice, ube pie, and peach mango pie. My daughter is so excited that they brought back the ube pie. We didn't come home right away. We went to get some stuff at daiso across the street. But our food is still fresh as you can see my dog munching on the chicken, and the pies are perfect! Boba and the family love Jollibee. My dog is always so excited when she sees the Jollibee sign and also the smell of the chicken. Great experience and great food!

Yelp
First dining experience at Jollibee! Came for an early dinner on a weekday and overwhelmingly all the tables outside and indoors were taken up! The smell of fried chicken was in the air, and I couldn't wait to eat it while it was fresh. My coworker ordered me a Palabok to try and with that the 2 pieces of fried chicken. I believe we just got regular instead of spicy. The chicken came with one thigh and one drumstick. Both pieces were big and crispy! It was steaming hot and I liked dipping the skin into the warm gravy. It was my first time trying Palabok and I admit that I like it better than the spaghetti, although the spaghetti is a classic. As for cleanliness, most if not all the tables were not very clean. Customer service is great and better than most fast-food chains. As it is the only Jollibee in SD besides Mira Mesa, expect this location to always be busy!

Yelp
I had placed a pick up order on Grubhub that should have been ready at 2:50-3pm, but when I got to jollibee they said they'd call me when it was ready. 30 minutes pass by and I don't hear my name, I go up to the counter to see if my order was ready and it had been ready, now I have to eat my food cold. It just frustrating because I placed a pick up order to save time and still had to waste almost 40 minutes of my time waiting for my food.

Yelp
Ordered 2 2 piece chicken joy and spaghetti and a 4 piece chicken tenders. I was told it would take 15 minutes to cook the tenders since they are made to order, totally fine. 25 minutes go by, still no food. I got to check what's going on and they tell me they're waiting on the tenders. Another 10 minutes go by, and they call us up for the chicken joy and spaghetti and they tell us they're still waiting on the tenders. Another like 10-15 minutes go by and I go up there again because now we're at almost an hour waiting for 4 strips of chicken tenders. Once again I'm told it'll be 4-6 minutes. So I wait there for the food because that's ridiculous. It should not take over an hour to get chicken tenders. I understand they were busy, but an hour is too much to wait. So frustrating. Food was good though.

Yelp
On my last visit, I placed an online order with an estimated pickup time of 8 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes because they are often slow. When I got there, I was told it would take an additional 20 minutes... I had to ask for a refund because I was on a busy schedule and it took them an additional 10 minutes to refund me with attitude(like I did something wrong). Wasted time and gas on my lunch break, going back to work with an empty stomach.

Yelp
This place has SUCH GOOD CHICKEN I can't believe I haven't eaten here until now! I've been sleeping on this! Great crunch and flavor to breading and chicken was juicy. They also have combos with mango peach pies. What a great place.

Yelp
Ordered 7/24 726pm online for pickup For tenders. Took them 45 mins from pick up time of 735pm. Forgot to put the mashed potato in my bag. Found out when I opened the bag. No apologies at all from any staff. Was bypassed multiple times for people after me ordering the tenders. Terrible promptness and attitude towards customers. The female doing online pickup not efficient. Saw multiple angry online pickup people going back for missing orders. My fault I didn't check the bag. Too upset to even stay there longer.

Yelp
There coconut drink Doesn't task like Coconut. The chicken was greasy. I hope some day some chicken restaurants would start selling Air Fried. The service was friendly.

Yelp
AWFUL SERVICE & BUSINESS PRACTICE! I ordered online for a scheduled pick-up, which was supposed to be ready an hour after my initial order. However, after waiting in a long drive-through line, I was told to park and wait an additional 10 minutes for them to bring out my order. I'm baffled as to why I scheduled a pick-up in the first place. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this franchise. On a previous online order, I also waited in a long drive-through line, only to be informed that I couldn't pick up online orders at the drive-through and would need to go inside the restaurant to collect my order. Overall, this specific franchise has terrible customer service, and their business practices need significant improvements!

Yelp
I really really love Jollibee. They have the really crispy chicken. It's partly about the chicken, partly about the spaghetti. If you've never had the chicken, it's pretty standard fried chicken. I'll say it's far better than KFC these days, so I guess it's not very standard. It's good! Crispy, flavorful. The spaghetti is something else though. For sure. There's some sweetness to the sauce, so it's kind of like mixing a noodle dish with a ketchup smoothie. Ya just gotta trust it. I swear it's good.

Yelp
Drive thru around 1pm isn't too busy. But for prime time lunch and dinner it can be a wait. The chicken is crispy like church chicken, but comes with gravy for dipping. The spaghetti is my favorite- filipino style with sweet banana ketchup, hot dog and cheese on top. The dole pineapple juice is refreshing. The pies are crispy, hot and gooey... choice between peach mango or pineapple coconut! You can't go wrong. There's outdoor seating or indoor and they are kept clean. I will try the pancit palabok next!

Yelp
The Filipino McDonald's! And a place me & the family all agree we like to go out to eat, it's hard to find a place for all of us to agree on & we glad to say Jollibee made that list. Best Fried Chicken I've had, perfectly golden fried & very meaty, the whole family loved it. Their fried chicken burgers are very juicy & good as well, love the spicy one it has a good kick. They are also known for their spaghetti which I liked a lot but it is very sweet so if you don't like sweet you might not be a big fan of it. The adobo rice was a big hit for me & the wife, flavorful & filling. Mash potatoes was ok, fries are ok too but the good thing is they are always fresh & they hook it up with the fries they are not stingy. And I'm a big fan of their burgers, kind of small so I get a double. I love that they are pretty fast & all the food is fresh always & customer service is good. It's also very clean in & outside where you can dine in or out. Is it pricey, yeah it is but it's good so save your money when bringing your fam. They might miss an item sometimes so check your bag. Also don't forget to get those Mango Peach pies, they are orgasmic! We big fans of Jollibee & we will continue to come. Ronald McDonald step up your game sir because Jollibee is putting in work & it's very good work!

Yelp
i've always loved the chicken from jollibee as a kid growing up with filipinos around. this place does not disappoint! sometimes i'll dine inside or i'll go to the drive thru and it's always a pleasant experience. food is always fresh, staff is helpful, and now they've added some decoration inside the store for the kids really adds to the jolly charm! i will say tho... some of the craziest rudest customers i've seen. i wish we could leave a review for them. for some reason, fried chicken really brings out the absolute worst in people. don't listen to any of the negative reviews about jollibee. they come from rude, MEAN, impatient, short attention spanned, individuals who desperately need to go to therapy. trust me, if you're a good person, you won't have problems! :)

Yelp
Tried the spicy combo leg and thigh with adobo fried rice. The spicy level was great. Hella spicy but if you don't like food with a kick. Opt for the original chicken. Loved the adobo rice but you can choose what side you want like fries or mashed potatoes. It came with some gravy which was also flavorful. My favorite pancit style is the palabok so I gave that a go. It came with Eggs and the palabok sauce was perfect. Loved their palabok. Right now they have a coconut pineapple pie and what I really liked about this is the pastry was similar to how Mc.D's use to have but not anymore. I don't know exactly what that pastry is but it's a little bubbly and crispy on the outside. Loved this too. Left the drive thru as a happy Jollibee. Mel M Yelp 23:16

Yelp
Maybe I should try a different location? But this one is the closest to me. And although I love me some jollibee I'm just so disappointed each time after going waiting in that long line(because yes they are good) why do they never have spicy chicken, and sometimes not even the adobo rice? At first I thought maybe they are like McDonald's ice cream machine late at night they run out/can't make it/ just don't want to make it. So I tried going earlier in the day. Now at that point they said I could order spicy chicken but it would be 30 minutes? After waiting in line? Now granted everyone working there is always friendly, but can you not prepare better for the day? Are you not adjusting your orders to meet the daily number of sales you guys do? I'm just confused. Make it make sense.

Yelp
This was my first time going to this place and I placed my order online and it said my food would be ready 9:19pm and when I got there it wasn't ready I had to wait an extra 20 min and when they give you your food they tape up the bag so I assumed everything was in there. When I got home I was missing my peach mango pies and I ordered a 10 piece and only got 8 pieces. I will never go to Jollie bee again. For as much as they charge they should be on it

Yelp
Whenever I'm in SD, I'm frequently here at this Jollibee in National City. This chain is a very popular Filipino fast food restaurant known for their "Chicken Joy" aka Crispy Fried Chicken. Jollibee's Fried Chicken is hand-breaded & "crispylicious" on the outside, & "juicylicious" on the inside. Idk what it is but it's really good! The employees at this location can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they look like they are mean but they are just waiting on you to order. I've had good service for most of my visits here. Since I usually have a big order, I have to wait, but it's pretty quick. It's the Spicy Chicken that we are waiting on, because that's what's popular here. You can dine in, it's pretty chill here. We don't have Jollibee all the time since the closest location for us is in Panorama City. Which is a good thing that it's far, because my Family loves it, lol. Thank goodness. But whenever there's a special occasion or a holiday, I usu order 2-4 Buckets of Fried Chicken. The Spicy Chicken Bucket is mandatory for our Family. It comes with 6 pieces or 10 pieces. We definitely get a couple of 10 pcs... To me the Spicy is not too spicy. It definitely is crispy! They serve it with a side of Gravy. I never really cared for the gravy... Until recently... I seriously just recently did this: Take a spicy fried chicken, drizzle on a Tabasco Sauce packet or two, then I either dip my chicken in gravy or pour gravy on top. With some rice. Mmm, soo good... They also offer different Chicken meals too. They are also known for their Filipinx Spaghetti. But if you don't care for sweetness in spaghetti especially in the sauce, then this spaghetti isn't for you. My favorite noodle dish is their Palabok. This is a traditional Filipinx noodle dish covered in garlic sauce, sautéed in pork, shrimp and egg. Mmm. You'll just have to try it for yourself. They have other items on the menu. But these are my Usuals. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, French fries & more. They have a good fruit drink like the pineapple quencher. You should definitely try out some of their pies. They usually have Peach Mango Pie available. There are seasonal pies too. I got to try Ube Pie & Coconut Pie... Think of McDonald's dessert pies, with an interesting filling but a flakier crispier pie crust.
