Jollibee Is Opening New Restaurant Near Grand Central | Eater NY
"That long-announced Midtown location of this mega-popular Filipino fast-food chain is set to open this month, according to its Google page, at 14 East 42nd Street, between Madison and Fifth avenues, starting sometime in August. Expect its famed fried chicken and sandwiches, the spaghetti, and the peach mango pies, and presumably long times on whatever its opening day will be." - Nadia Chaudhury
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I couldn’t say the same to the manager who was on his phone the whole time, is not wearing gloves like everyone else, but puts the plastic spoons and forks on our food trays with his bare hands.

I have been in this place twice and my 2nd visit will probably be the last. There are some service crew who are only nice to non-Filipino customers. I am just visiting and missed eating chicken and spaghetti but will probably go to other branches next time. It is sad to learn that some of the Filipino store personnel are just completing their tasks and not really happy with their roles. There was even one who was cleaning the tables and was making a lot of noise when returning the chairs to its usual position. I hope the other branches are treating their customers well regardless of race.

I don't get why people continue to review this location when it's literally not there. Jollibee needs to update their locations on their website as well.

Food is as good as all the other locations. Very reasonable price. Decent space as it is in time square.

It literally isn't there. Why advertise a fake place?

This location isn’t even opened and was nowhere to be found when I arrived. DO NOT go to this jollibee location.
