Was invited to a friend's birthday celebration here. The vibe and atmosphere was great, although it's a bit too cold inside the event place. The hosts were good at keeping us entertained, so kudos to them!

We bought a chicken burger with BBQ sauce, but there was no sauce!!! (Kundi pa pinisil hindi magspread ang sauce) The food was also improperly prepared. This is really disappointing.

Service has been consistently slow. Even for drive thru customers, they’re asked to wait for 10-15 mins to get orders ready even for the usual sets and supposedly short orders. It’s very common that they’ve put a permanent waiting area for drive-thru customers. Might help to put a notice up if there’s a waiting time in drive thru because that’s the primary reason for that service - in and out quickly! Today, they said I need to wait 10 mins. I waited 16. And they even forgot to include one item, which I just realized after I was about to leave. We have to go inside the store to tell them. Don’t understand the level of inattentiveness.

I’m very satisfied with my order because they granted my request to add extra chili powder to my spicy chicken. Their spicy chicken is really my favorite, especially the actual flavor of the chili powder. I remember before, maybe around 12 years ago or even earlier than that, I would always request extra chili powder at Jollibee. ❤️🍗🌶️🔥🤤

As expected food and service. Branch is nice as it is complete with Drive-Thru and a place for delivery riders to park and wait. There is also a CR where the 2 party rooms are so it was convenient for party guests, esp of the Hetty Room.

Great experience. Ordered 2 pieces of Spicy Wing Part Fried Chicken - Got what I Wanted. Large Part (Chicken) Spicy Sprinkle not just randomly sprinkled. The place is clean and lively. Will definitely come back!
