Jollibee

Jollibee is a fun and delicious fast food experience! Their crispy fried chicken, with the perfect combination of crunch and juiciness, is always a winner. Bucket size options are reasonable. The service is usually quick, and the staff is friendly. My only gripe would be that the place can get a little crowded during peak hours, but that’s a testament to how popular it is! Overall, Jollibee offers great comfort food at an affordable price, and it’s a great option for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

This is the worst jollibee branch I had in Toronto. The chicken was so small (tipid at its finest) and I see that the comments are also pissed about the serving sizes. I've been to other branches pero the disappointment was so real in this branch. Not to mention, the staffs and the cashier are very rude. My husband ordered spicy chicken and they gave us a regular one, he asked for a return nicely and he was given a side-eye as if it was our fault. Also, we ask for extra napkins because the table was dirty and they didn't even offer to clean it up wherein fact the one that I asked was the lady manager (Jan 2, 2025) @ 12 PM. We don't mind cleaning the table it's the customer service and how she handed us the napkins without saying anything. You can really tell how good a branch is by how their managers handle people and staffs, sadly they don't have one.

Paid almost $5each for chicken (10pc bucket) and noticed the thigh pieces was cut in half. What happened Jollibee?? Your price is already damn so expensive and then you cut the portion in half? We used to love you. We used to order 2x a month specially when you were brand new few years ago. Price was descent before and the thighs were big. Now you became greedy. I love supporting Pinoy business but if you keep being like that, nevermind. I'll go to Popeyes instead where its more affordable and the pieces are still way bigger even in these hard times of living under Trudeau. The chicken was NOT even tasty anymore compared to before. Are you guys short of seasong or something? You guys should read all the reviews and pay attention to your falling rating before you lose all your customers. Im so disappointed in you specially i keep seeing your ad in TFC. Its so tempting but in reality, its failure!

I just bought a bucket of chicken there and it was dry and hard. I literally had cuts on my gums after eating that. My 4yr old son was only chewing it and spitting it out because of how hard it was. I usually have a good experience with the chicken from there but this time around I was utterly disappointed. Maybe because I bought it as a pick up order today and it was all taped up and I couldn't open it till I got home, I'm not quite sure but I was really disappointed.

I had come 30 minutes before close, so maybe this review isn't fair. They had no spicy chicken left and it felt like the chicken was left out a little too long. Service was quick! They had already started closing the dining area (which is small to begin with) so I just took it home.

Chicken was okay. Service was bad - the staff on duty named Gizylee and others behind the counter gossip about their customer that comes in, the whole vibe is just weird and not welcoming especially if you have some questions in your order. Also, some of their meal deals are not accurate as to what it shows in the picture so be aware of that, it changes depending on the staff’s mood. At least it would be better if your staff are kind to serve food - if they can’t be friendly.

Really busy on Family Day, but Keith was really nice in helping me out. I forgot to specify on DoorDash pick up that I wanted Spicy Chicken instead of regular. Despite it being busy, Keith made sure the order was the way I liked it! Thank you so much!

I love Yum Burgers, but I wish you guys would put more sauce! Back home, there's always plenty, but here, it feels like you only put a teaspoon. The burger ends up too dry, which takes away from the experience. Please be more generous with the sauce!
