Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Chicken was moist and crunchy. Pineapple drink was refreshing. Adobo rice was delicious. Spaghetti freshly cooked. Gravy was good, but a bit too much for one person. Very busy and packed inside, outdoor seating was nice, but too many bugs. Will definitely be back.

How many mascot faces can you take in one photo? I did a contest with my daughter at Jollibee. Every time I drove on I-10 from west to east to IKEA, I saw a squirrel at the top of the building next to IKEA. Eventually I realized that it was not a squirrel but a bee, Jollibee, which I knew from two decades ago in Manila, Philippines. The building has the mascot and logo of the American headquarters of Jollibee. Across the road, there is a Jollibee restaurant. I consider it the flagship store. My daughter was the one who told me that Jollibee is a better fried chicken option. Later on, I tried one at the Alhambra location and proved she was right. We went to the flagship store after visiting IKEA and ordered a New Bucket Treat A. It included 6 pieces of Spicy Chickenjoy, mashed potato, crispy fries, and a large Chickenjoy gravy. Let's talk about it. Spicy Chickenjoy 5/5 When I first ordered fried chicken at the Alhambra restaurant, I requested no chicken breast. The server told me they only serve thighs and legs. Trust me, do not order the regular one. The spicy version is much better. Mashed Potato 5/5 At the very beginning, the texture of the mashed potato made me feel weird. It was not smooth but had a chewy texture. I looked carefully and noticed some purple potato skin. Later, I even found a small piece of raw potato. Interesting. Eventually, I learned from the internet that Jollibee is famous for its mashed potato with special texture, unlike the industrial mashed potato powder. Great. I love it. Chickenjoy Gravy 5/5 Instead of just pouring gravy onto the mashed potato, Jollibee gives you a full cup of gravy. I love gravy. It reminded me of Jim Gaffigan's comedy, he mentioned a senior man drinking gravy. Funny. I like to dip the fried chicken in the gravy. I also like to mix the gravy with mashed potato and dip the chicken in that. Pineapple Quencher 2/5 This is the one my daughter recommended. She likes it. But for me, it was not that good. Very light pineapple flavor. Peach Mango Pie 3/5 Around the early 90s, I went to McDonald's in Shanghai. I was shocked by the apple pie. How could a spring roll shaped pie provide so much happiness? But after decades, I've grown tired of such fast food pies. The peach mango pie from Jollibee is average. Acceptable. On the wall, they mentioned that Jollibee has 1,300 restaurants worldwide. Then I found out it was outdated. According to Wikipedia, it had more than 1,600 restaurants worldwide at the beginning of 2024. Finally, I took four mascot faces in one photo.

This is my first time trying Jollibee. When I walked in, I first noticed the small amount of seating. My atmosphere rating is solely based on the lack of seating. Now to the food. I ordered the 2 pieces of spicy chicken and 2 sides, mashed potatoes and spaghetti (had to try the spaghetti). The chicken was really tasty, hot juicy, and just enough spice. The mashed potatoes were also very good for a quick service restaurant. They were thick and had a good flavor. They had a little bit of gravy with them, and they came with additional gravy on the side, but I didn't even use it. The spaghetti was hot, but the sauce was a little sweet. I don't usually care for sweet sauce. However, I did find myself finishing it.

I ordered 12 pieces of fried chicken. My boyfriend and I each ate 3 pieces and found that there were 5 pieces left. So they packed one less piece and only gave me 11 pieces. The most important thing is that when I took out the 5 pieces of fried chicken, I found a long black hair at the bottom. This is the first time to buy from this store. I have never had any problems with Rancho before. It was a really bad experience.

love most jollibee food but im mainly reviewing for the new spicy chicken sandwich: it's bad. ir it wouldve been good but the japapeno flavor is too overpowering and not in a spicy way. i wish they just used the sane spicy batter theu yse for the spicy chicken joy bc their fried chicken is good but not the burger :/

Chicken and spaghetti is the best! Kids loved dipping their fries and chicken in the gravy. Not much seating inside, but there is a couple places to sit outside besides the drive thru.

Had this the first time in 2019 when I visited the Philippines.. this is my first time trying one here in the US, what better location to try then the one right across the street from their headquarters. We got the half spicy half reg fried chicken bucket with mashed potatoes and 2 pies. The chicken was very crispy, juicy and flavorful.. the spicy had just amount of balanced spice, mashed potatoes ok and the pies were yummy!! This was hubbys first time ever and he was happy!

Had the opportunity to try this and since we had visitors wanted to try it as well. We ordered the 12 piece meal deal with 5 sides and 5 peach and mangon pies. The sides were spaghetti, fries, biscuits and Mac n cheese. No additional charge for premium sides. The fried chicken was moist and crispy. Original or spicy and the spicy has a little kick. The order came automatically with gravy which had a bit of a artificial taste instead of homemade gravy. The max n cheese was really good. The spaghetti was a bit sweet. Order at the counter and they will buzz you when the order is ready. Inside and outside seating available. Nice area to dine in or outside.

I was craving fried chicken and heard great things about Jollibee so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered from Uber Eats and had the food delivered. The overall delivery process was really simple and the food arrived hot. spicy chicken sandwich (2/5): this was okay, it wasn't my favorite. I think other fast food places does a better job with their spicy chicken sandwich. fries (2/5): these were shoestring fries which I personally like, but the fries weren't as crispy as I'd like them to be. The order also didn't come with condiments, so I ate the fries alone. Usually I'd like some ketchup but not sure why it didn't come with any. spicy and regular fried chicken (5/5): this was amazing!! it was so crispy and tender, the meat was so juicy, and the flavor was great. I loved the spicy over the regular. It was spicy but not over powering. I usually eat fried chicken with ketchup, but this fried chicken was so good that I didn't need anything. This is probably my favorite place to get fried chicken now. mashed potatoes and gravy (2/5): nothing special with their mashed potatoes. I wouldn't get them again.

I was there for first time and it's not that great. The people were very nice, I ordered combo the one piece regular with burger patties plain, fries, and drink. Food didn't take very long. They at first put gravy on the patties, then moments later they replaced it. Food wasn't bad, chicken was pretty good, patties reminds me of Salisbury steak in taste and texture. I think can't really say I'll be back soon since I don't live nearby. Hopefully to try the spaghetti.

I recently saw this while driving by on the 10 Freeway. Decided to stop by and pick up some of the famous pies - At the time, they had the Ube ones as well as the Peach Mango ones. They offer a 6pc Pie Snack Pack - which i got 3 of each flavor. The pies are hella good and remind me of the old school McDonald pies when they used to be fried. Service is fast and friendly.

I arrived on a weekday (12:30pm) and ordered for dine-in. The cashier (Andrew) is welcoming and quick. The food arrived piping hot in three minutes. The spicy chicken had crisp skin. The chicken is spicy, moist, and oily. It's an addicting strong spice. Without the spicy flavor, the chicken lacks taste. The small side of peppery and runny gravy can add flavor, but the chicken itself is seasoned very lightly. The jolly spaghetti's sauce tastes like sugar and cheese. Jollibee is also stingy with the tiny, hotdog slices; I found four skinny slices in the entire spaghetti. Regardless, these tiny slices tasted boiled and tasteless. The noodles were cooked well and steaming hot. The noodles were thick and not soggy. Its spaghetti is filling. Concerning ambiance, the location is clean. I noticed a staff member quickly mopping the floors. The indoor area is not cramped, and it's well ventilated. Overall, I experienced welcoming and fast service. The food also arrived freshly cooked and hot. Unremarkable flavors, but good textures. 3.5/5

It was our first time eating Jollibee. I had two chicken piece meal with two sides. The chicken was nice and crispy, def will try that again. The macaroni was surprisingly good but the mash potatoes were definitely Rotten aka RANCID. I was so grossed out by it I couldn't eat the rest of the meal. Will try other locations. Instead of a 1 star or 2 I gave three since service was fast and the area was clean. My fiancé also liked his crispy sandwhich

A true Filipino favorite, this is a chain restaurant in the Philippines and it does not disappoint. I have never been inside, always going through drive-thru and it is always accurate and in a timely manner. My fav ALWAYS is the mango peach pie. This time around I tried the coconut slush drink and it was good! Their chicken is good too.

Bad Service . Slow. Missing foods on to go order. Waited 30mins for my order. Good thing I checked the food before leaving. I ordered 4 meals They missed to put 1 rice. 1 chicken joy. 2 drinks and gravy. But not busy tho' but the food is my forever favorite.

This branch always welcomes us lovingly - not just because we're Filipino, but only because it's just who they are as a brand. And it probably also helps that we're regulars. The space is always clean - I always notice a sign saying the floor had just been mopped. The bathrooms are inviting and the tables are devoid of smudges. They always make food fresh to order. That's one of the things I love most about Jollibee. I mean, aside from the fact that everything on the menu is fabulous. I haven't met anyone who wasn't able to find something they loved on the menu. Chickenjoy is a family staple. Don't sleep on the Aloha burgers - beef or chicken, you won't be disappointed at all. The acidity of the pineapple helps cut through the fat of the beef or the breaded chicken. I also personally love the pancit palabok, but for the not-so-adventurous, the palabok may be a little fishy - it's definitely an acquired taste. Jollibee chicken is better than KFC, Popeyes and whatever brand you can name - combined. That's how proven they are. Watch them dominate in a few years.

I've heard so much about this spot and I could not help it stop on my way home from IKEA so I went to the Covina location and Ordered a two piece with the spaghetti. I know it's been all over about how Selena Gomez's boyfriend was talking. Smack about JB but I had to figure out what the hype was all about so I checked it out. I ordered the chicken spicy dip was amazing. Fantastic spaghetti=meh it wasn't bad but it wasn't like amazing. The chicken was fantastic though. Customer service was amazing. I did not go inside but because it's new, I would assume it's very clean..... Spicy chicken I ordered was fire. It was some of the best fried chicken I've had in a long time. It's only getting four stars because the spaghetti was just like I don't know something you make when you're like 10 spaghetti and like hotdogs and cheese is weird.

This is a go-to for my family as they're convenient, quick and affordable. The new seasonal item featuring pineapple chicken sandwhiches are great. For families, we usually order their bucketjoy combos which serves a 4-6 people per order usually. The staff are also some of the friendliest I've encountered in fast food which is great.

Food was good but darn put the ac down it freezing inside, not sure if you keep it freezing inside so people don't eat inside but can't even enjoy eating your food inside because how cold it is

There is something about jollibee. I have to say, I find that they have the best chicken sandwich out there. The chicken truly is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Stopped by for a chicken sandwich via drive thru. My order wasn't ready at the window so I had to pull into a spot in the front, no big deal. Inside appeared to be clean from what I could see from the car.

we just ordered the spaghetti as part of the family meal. i already said that the last one we got was super dry and the sauce won't even coat the the noodles. They are charging me $3 extra. I was not asking for extra. I was just asking for enough. There is not even any meat on it so the sauce so the sauce is really needed Jollibee your quality has been dwindling hope you will not let this happen. i am always encouraging other people to eat there. Please don't let us down.

I love jollibee! This location is the closest to me. I got the 6 piece meal and split it with my friend. It comes with two sides we got fries and mashed potatoes. The wait wasn't long and the food came out pretty fast. The cashier was nice and there is a decent amount of seating inside and outside. The only complaint that I have is that the bathroom was out of paper towels which was a bit disappointing. Food wise the chicken was fresh and crispy but juicy inside which was amazing. The fries were crispy and tasted good dipped in gravy. The mashed potatoes were great too!

This location is rite in the Eastland center surrounding other businesses. Jollibees has a drive thru and online pick up order spot inside the restaurant for a quick grab and go. They have additional outdoor seating as well. My party came here to enjoy a meal after some quick shopping in the area. We chose to order and sit outside to enjoy the weather as it went sunset. The spaghetti was sweet and I sure do have a sweet tooth! Almost had a hint of BBQ I would assume. The chicken tenders were a little too breaded but they were delicious with the sauce. The bucket of chicken was a 6 piece spicy thigh and drumsticks. The chicken was Very spicy, Very wet and moist and very flavorful. This has literally become my favorite place to order fried chicken from now on.

The staff was great, friendly and frequently cleaned up the tables after patrons were finished. Chicken was deliciously fried and spicy. It had a little kick so if you can't handle the heat, you'll have to dump your chicken with gravy. Gravy is a bit salty like usual and you can't go wrong with their mashed potatoes and adobo rice. Their fries remind me of the ones from McDonald's. It was the first time I tried their Palabok and it was just average. The noodles were overcooked and the sauce taste was muted, almost tomato-ey? I wasn't the biggest of Palabok so I would skip that. Stick to their spicy fried chicken.

Nice staff, nice and comfortable place to eat at. We came here to try their fried chicken. I'd say it's above average for the taste of fried chicken. We got a 6 piece bucket, French fries and Mac n cheese.

First experience at Jollibee and it was tasty! I was excited to see what the hype was about and it didn't disappoint. The chicken sandwich was the best, we loved the fried chicken as well but that chicken sandwich was the winner. I wasn't a fan of their sauces or their fruity slushy drinks but the rest of the food was amazing! Clean restaurant with great service. The gentleman cleaning up in the lobby was the sweetest!

This was my first time trying Jollibee and I must say that it was a wonderful experience! Ordering is super easy and I like the vibrant colors as well as the Jollibee mascot outside. I ordered the 6 Piece Combo with a side of White Rice and Gravy with their signature Spaghetti. The spaghetti was super sweet and filling with chunks of hot dog in it, and the gravy was a good complement with the rice and the chicken together. The batter of the chicken was super crispy and filling, and dipping it in the gravy really elevated the dish. I really loved the juiciness of the chicken, and there was plenty of meat when it came to the nitty-gritty. I felt super full after the 6 Piece, and I was sharing with a friend as well. Overall, I feel that this really gives you the bang for your buck! Will definitely be coming back for that delicious chicken and spaghetti.

This Jollibee is located in the Eastland Center, which is the same plaza as Islands, specifically right across from Ono Hawaiian Food and Starbucks (which this coffee whop is in the plaza right across). My husband and I made 2 separate online orders for pick up before driving over here. Since we saw no one in the drive thru, we decided to go through there to pick up our meals. My husband told the employee via intercom that we were here to pick up our online orders. He told us to pull to the front. My order was ready but apparently my husband's wasn't (and he made his order at least 10 minutes before mine). The employee did not tell us it wasn't ready and told us to just pull to the front. Not actually having been to this location before, my husband drove straight and over to the drive thru designated parking spots (there is one right in front of the restaurant and wasn't sure if the employee wanted us to park there or not). Anyways, we waited in the car for 10 minutes and so my husband decided to go inside and ask about his order. He found out that part of his order was still being made. It would have been nice for the employee at the drive thru to tell us this and what would have been the estimated wait time. Anyways, his order was finally ready (after another 8 minutes5 and then we drove home. For my order, I had: 10 Piece Chicken Tenders, $19.99 prior to tax- The chicken was nice and hot (my husband and I each had a piece while we had waited in the car). I liked the flavor of the chicken. Our friend's 2 kids (which is why I ordered these) also had a piece and both liked it. This came with a choice of dipping sauce (that came in 3 small containers), in which I ended up choosing the classic dip. It reminds me of the Chick Fil A sauce. 2 Piece ChickenJoy Meal Deal, $10 (prior to tax) with Pineapple Quencher, $0.50 extra (prior to tax)- This meal deal came with a pie, in which I decided to pick the ube pie because it's a new item (but not sure if it is a limited item?) and wanted to try it. For the side, I picked mashed potatoes. This meal automatically came with 1 biscuit. I also decided to add the pineapple quencher for the extra $0.50. *The pineapple drink was good but a little on the sweet for me (I typically like to order 25- 50% sweetness when I go to tea houses, just to give you an idea of my sweetness preference). *The ube pie was good, not nearly as sweet as I was expecting since the peach mango pie is pretty sweet (but is good and worth trying). I liked the ube filling. But because the pie is packed with it, when you take a bite, it just comes out pretty quickly. I got some of the filling on the side of my cheek with the first bite. It is a little bit of a messy dessert so make sure you have some napkins nearby. *The biscuit was good. My mom also liked the 2 pieces of chicken. The meal itself is plenty for my mom (she didn't eat the pie) and honestly the whole meal would have been enough for me as well. *The mashed potato was rather meh. I wouldn't order the mashed potatoes again, it tasted like it was made with the instant flakes and seemed to lack flavor. *I had 2 sides of gravy served with the meal. One for the chicken and one smaller one for the mashed potatoes. --------------------------- (Total= $33.84 after tax) My husband had ordered the 10 Piece ChickenJoy Meal Deal that comes with 3 pies ($30 prior to tax). He picked 3 ube pies because he was curious how it would taste. My husband ordered 5 pieces original and 5 pieces spicy (both of which were in 2 separate buckets). Because of the wait, my husband had to wait for the spicy chicken. Anyways our friend and one of his kids really liked the original chicken. My mom had one of the ube pies the next day and liked it but also agreed with me that it is a little messy with the filling coming out of the other side of the pie shell. The service was a bit slow, which is why I can see why the overall rating at the time of this review is 2.5 stars (with 124 reviews). If I was to have Jollibee again, I would probably try the other location on Amar instead.

I recommend the chicken, better than other fast food fried chicken imo. The only gripe I have with this fast food restaurant is that this location doesn't accept $100 bills. Like what's wrong with using cash and the excuse was not enough bills. What!? What kind of business doesn't have enough bills. And now I'm forced to use my CC. For some it may not a big deal but cash is a form of payment and a business that doesn't have enough bills then to me that's bad customer service. Why should I accommodate them when I'm there for their services lol.

I did drive-thru the last time I was here. This time around I was with my Mom so we walked in. Wow... quite a spacious Jollibee! Great inside seating. Staff was friendly. Ordering was quick and easy. Just went with their 10 piece original Jollibee chicken meal with 3 large sides... side of spaghetti, mash potatoes, and 2 biscuits for $30.00... not too shabby considering their large sides are about $3.99 each. They do have a 10 piece Jollibee chicken only for $19.99. If I didn't want the sides, I would have gotten the latter instead. They do have a drink station. They have water cups... you just have to ask for them. This was my Mom's very first visit to a Jollibee. I informed her that Jollibee chicken is like no other chicken. Just the moistest chicken ever especially their drumstick! She was going to save the drumstick for one of my brothers. I convinced her to try it for herself and she did... she took a bite and nodded her head. She concurs my moistest chicken ever statement LOL. Thanks Mom! And thank you Jollibee! I love that this Covina Jollibee has a drive-thru. West Covina Jollibee has a drive-thru, too. Funny, both have Covina at their location. Anyway, I will for sure be back here and/or there whenever I need my moist Jollibee chicken hit LOL.

I love Jollibee but this location is kinda different some of the stuff they have in Jollibee in West Covina are not being sold here. The burgers if you are craving for burger yum they don't have it here you need to go to West Covina, the place gets busy use to go the drive thru coz this location closer to home. When we got in today they were not busy probably just 2 tables are occupied staff are friendly especially the staff assigned to the tables, but the food crew are really slow with the place not being busy we still waited a while to get our orders. Chicken joy are always good crispy gravy is kinda taste different from the original gravy I know, spaghetti good and no halo halo on this location as well. Place is clean, they do have out door seating as well .

I've been dying to try Jollibee but the drive thru is always so packed. Today I had the chance to just so happen drive by and find but a few cars so finally decided to come in. I was greeted by a young gal who was nice and helpful with their menu. I decided to get the 2pc meal to try it out. Decent amount of food you get for the price you pay. 2pc chicken joy combo includes Drink 1 side 1 leg, 1 thigh Pie Bisquit 1 small side Dipping gravy The chicken was so tasty and crispy and cooked just right in perfect temp. The crispiness of the outside was amazing. The Bisquit has a great flavor you can eat it plain just like that. The mango peach pie was crispy even hours after taking the first bite The gravy OMG! Was delish seasoned just right. The spaghetti has a tad bit flavor of smokiness. It's sweet and was served hot how it should be. The quality of the food today was great. Cooked to perfection and freshly made. I am a first timer and definitely impressed. Best part of all, the fountain drinks DO NOT taste like tap water. Parking lot is big but gets smaller towards the restaurant because of its shape. Clean location Friendly staff Quick and efficient service Help when you have questions Coming back for sure

Completely a let down I'll explain waited for a simple chicken sandwich for over 40 minutes after being told to wait in front of the store at some point I got fed up with it and went inside to ask about my order and there is was just getting cold the employees just skipping over my order as if it was done so I talked to manger she didn't care at all gave me some shit cold pie to make up for my time being wasted. Chicken sandwich ended up cold chewy and just awful with some weird smell. If I could give half a star I would.

This Jolliebee location sits across from the big Jolliebee building so you can't miss it! You can either dine in or drive in here, I decided to dine in to get the full experience. Upon approaching the counter, there is a big menu on top where you can select your order. Options include fried chicken (original or spicy), spaghetti, fries, mashed potatoes, soda, etc. My go to is the 2 piece chicken and spaghetti. It goes together like peas and carrots, such a perfect combo! I love that gravy is included when you order fried chicken.. it's definitely a huge plus over fried chicken chains. This place reminds me of the my local DMV... very slow service and long wait times which make me wonder why bring a fast casual chain.It took 20 minutes for my order to be ready!

This location is so bad and inconsistent compared to the original West Covina location. My boyfriend and I did not like the chicken today, it was not spicy at all and it was very overcooked and dry. He said it tasted like old oil. I ordered utensils and napkins online and they didn't bother to give any and when he asked for utensils they only gave spoons. I don't know why their food is such a miss here, the other West Covina location is further but is very consistent with how they make their food.

We were eating at the Ono Hawaiian barbecue adjacent to Jollibeee so we had to come in to buy their delicious crunchy peach-mango pie. My food order was ready before I can finish paying. This place is clean, nice, and well organized. There were half of the table full. I look at the review and I can't believe that they only got a 2 1/2 stars. I beg to differ because their fried chicken is a solid 8 when compared to KFC chicken score of 5. Moreover, their hot gooey, delicious peach-mango pie sets them apart from the standard apply pie from other fast foods. They deserve at least a 4 stars in my opinion with their service, cleanliness, and food quality. Give this place a try it's better than KFC or Popeyes.

I ordered a bucket of 6 chicken togo at this store . However when I went back home just found only 5 pieces. No wonder they only got 2.8 stars at Yelp. Definitely the worst place I've ever visited.

Always wanted to try it but never had the chance too. Came here today a Saturday afternoon. They took Our order and they took a while to call our number when our order was ready, they were so busy taking orders. But the wait was worth it. Because the chicken was delicious we order a bucket half spicy half regular. The spaghetti had a Smokey flavor like bbq bomb their sides are really small. But over all it was good food. Definitely coming back soon

I like Jollibee! The chickenjoy meal is my favorite. I preferred the 10 fried chicken pieces with 3 side dishes. You can choose 3 pies instead. I ordered my favorite meal with 1-mashed potatoes and gravy (1st side) 5/5 2- Adobo rice (2nd side) 5/5 3- 2 Buscuits with gravy 5/5 I also ordered the family spaghetti 5/5 My family loves Jollibee spaghetti, it has this sweet tomato sauce and topped with sausages and cheese. Food was delicious as usual. The chicken is always crispy from outside and juicy and delicious from inside 5/5 The service was very fast, although the line was long. The employees were very friendly. All the employees welcomed every customer who walked in. I am a regular customer and I will be back again

We ordered Jollibee today for delivery since it's raining hard, and the spicy chicken is finally back, and we couldn't resist. The packaging was excellent and sealed to ensure delivery people don't open the food, so that's a thumbs up. The chicken was crispy and great, but it wasn't as spicy as I remember. The spaghetti was great as well. We ordered extra sauce, that's about $2.92 for a small cup. The peach mango pie was crispy on the outside but not as hot on the inside. The fries were kind of soggy and watery already, considering we live about 10 minutes away only, and the delivery was a priority delivery. I would probably stick with dining in next time to ensure everything is fresh and according to our expectations. Overall, it's still great.

Got some chicken to go and found a maggot in the chicken under the batter after eating 2 pieces. It literally made me vomit! This is the first time finding anything remotely this disturbing at any food establishment, locally, nationally or in foreign countries. DISGUSTING, NASTY, SICKENING, GROSS!

3.5 Stars This Jollibee is new. I think the menu is slightly different. There's not enough chairs and tables which is a little bit annoying. We had the following dishes: * 2-Piece Burger Steak w/ 2 Sides & Soda - I usually order this dish. I like burger and gravy together with rice. :) * Baked Cheddar Mac 'n Cheese - I think this one is only exclusive to this location and is considered one of their "Premium Sides". It was yummy! I wish the other Jollibees had this one. * Pineapple Quencher - I'm not a fan of pineapple, but I do like this drink here. * 3-Piece Chicken Tenders w/ Honey Mustard Dip Double Cheeseburger - In the other locations, the cheeseburger is called "Cheesy Yumburger". I guess it was just re-branded as "Cheese Burger" here. Both burger and chicken tenders were tasty as usual. I took a photo of their flyer. The choices here a little different from your usual Jollibee - like for example that they offer salads here. Customer service was great.

One of my hometown favs when am craving Filipino SPICY fried chicken!!! The spicy fried chicken is an option when you order the chicken combo, and I order it with white rice which makes it even more yummy paired with the gravy. Also with the food you can get yourself a cold iced Pineapple Quenched they have which is perfect to beat the heat outside. Service is fast and friendly, and they give you your food right away. I'm hoping to be around when the ube pies are in season since I hear they are also great. Thank you!

The food was decent. Customer service was alright. The prices were a little too high for my taste but that's ok. Might try this again if they have more of the mango pies.

Chicken joy spicy is by far the best with gravy! My hubby loves the regular chicken joy. They are plump and juicy!

The chicken is always cold. Their fries are always cold. The burgers are the best thing going along with their mango pies.

I ordered 6pc combo for around $20. It contained 2 sides and 2 drinks along with the chicken. The chicken was delicious! It was so so good it was savory. The coating and chicken was drenched in oil and spice it was overal really good. The fries were okay they were like any other fast food fries. The gravy was not a fav. Its too bad they don't do refills for the pineapple drink it was really good. I unfortunately had to stick to water since i'm not a fan of soda. Wish they let me know ahead of time so I could just get the normal cup with water rather than the small cup they gave me for the pineapple juice. The employees were very kind and provided good service.

After driving past the JOLLIBEE Tower via the 10 FWY for years and wondering what that meant, I miraculously saw the jollibee restaurant right accross the street from it! I took my family to eat there after a long shopping day at ikea nearby . I was so excited to try something new and this was it. If you haven't yet I recommend trying it at least once and you be the judge, it will not disappoint. I have not had great experiences with fast food fried chicken but this definitely has made me a fan. The crispy texture and juicy flavor of the chicken with the spicy hint is on another level . I tried the Mac and cheese and the combination of cheesy and baked was perfect. The spaghetti is not something I would have expected with the frank winnies and sweet tangy sauce but I loved it . The lobby was a bit busy and loud but plenty of outside seating with pretty views . Also drive thru is available if you aren't the type to walk in. The food took some time but it was worth receiving a fresh hot meal . I recommend asking for utensils and checking your order prior to walking away from the counter especially in busy times. I'll definitely be back!

They were out of burgers Chicken tenders would take over 10 minutes to prepare Fries were ICE cold And they forgot one of my pies And the food wasn't even good How do you screw up Mac n cheese?

Did drive thru. Specifically ordered 2 REGULAR chicken with spaghetti. Was asked to wait in the parking slot for around 8 mins. Got home and chicken given was spicy! I should have checked before leaving but I was in a hurry. Daughter was sad. Called the Jollibee branch, Gino the supervisor wants me to drive back to get the correct chicken since i thew the receipt. Told him it's 20 mins drive ! What a hassle! Next time you do drive thru- pls check your order first before leaving.

I can never say NO to this chicken. Spicy or regular doesn't matter...just make sure you've got gravy and rice. If you've got time eat inside this location.
