The service was terrible. I ordered a pizza and waited a long time for it. When the server finally brought it, half of it was burnt. She explained that the kitchen had forgotten to take it out of the oven in time. She offered to make a new one, but since I was in a rush to catch a flight, I agreed to keep the pizza. She also said I would be compensated, and I accepted. However, when I started eating the first slice, a woman who identified herself as the store manager came over and said they could make me a new pizza, but I would have to pay full price. I suggested paying half the price and continuing to eat the two slices that weren't burnt since I had to catch a flight after the meal. However, she rudely took the pizza away. I am very unhappy with her attitude and will definitely report to HMS Host and file BBB.
