She was fabulous from beginning to end and is a TRUE ASSET for Jonathan Adler. Almost 1/2 of my place is designed with the impeccable quality and beauty of Jonathan Adler. This beautiful “museum piece” end table was just the icing!!! Thanks Denitza for your amazing efforts with getting me this last in stock beauty!! I am forever grateful!!🥰

I am huge fan of Johnathan Adler! UES show room is biggest in Manhattan. I love every single piece of Adler’s work! Service was AMAZING and Patrick was so wonderful to help me out, choose a gift and tell me more about Johnathan Adler. I really appreciated him. Can’t wait to go back :)

Sydney is amazing. Highly recommend asking for her during your visit. Extremely patient even when asking simplest or beyond questions. Very organized. Follows up with exactly what she says she will follow up with. Zero pressure. Tells you what she loves and helps with ideas on what you might like from listening to you. Store is sizable so a lost of items on display versus west village store. Highly recommend

WARNING.!!!!!!! DANGER!!!!!!! They will not stand behind there merchandise. I bought a very expensive credenza from Johnathan ADLER. Over the years the metal surfaces of the unit started to buckle and eventually bubbled all over the place. I never put heat on it. I never put cold on it. The only thing that was on it was a little piece of a Lalique crystal and a book or two the people of Johnathan ADLER didn’t even look at it didn’t even send a representative to look at it and perhaps there might be a way to fix it. They said no not their responsibility. My position is I spent almost $4000 on this credenza, if I went to IKEA and got some thing for three or $400 I MIGHT understand but going to this upscale store and then NOT standing behind a piece of furniture.The piece was not made with any thought about it lasting beyond a few years. I would just warn anybody who is buying something at Johnathan ADLER to be crystal clear about what their policy is regarding the workmanship of their products and what they will be responsible for in the after the furniture is delivered! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

We bought a beautiful credenza that came damaged. Chris the manager stepped in an immediately arranged for a new one to be delivered. The second arrived soon and it was perfect. Excellent service.

His showroom is amazing, great interior design at it's better. Love, love this showroom, one of my favorite places

If you want a pleasant and efficient shopping experience then go to the Jonathan Adler store on Columbus avenue. Salespeople are nice and helpful. But the Lexington location, was a negative experience. Visited last Sunday after the nyc marathon and male sales person didn't greet, or offer assistance. He seemed irritated that people had stopped in to shop. The place was empty with only one other family. I came in for a specific piece but due to his unprofessionalism I decided not to purchase it.

Great furniture. Jonathan is very talented and kind. The customer service is terrible and ruined everything for me. The thrill is gone. After spending thousands upon thousands of dollars on beds, credenza, chairs, pillows, throws, gifts and more, you can't even replace a defective picture frame that doesn't stand up??? Goodbye, Jonathan. Just moved to a new condo in Weho and need to furnish it and make it glamorous. So many great furniture stores in the area to choose from, you really should treat a JA Insider better and not cause me to shop elsewhere.

I've collected Jonathan Adler furniture for years, and my home is predominantly furnished with their pieces -- so it's especially disappointing to write this review. I ordered a sofa that arrived in an open, poorly taped box, with visible damage and a foot-long tear in the bottom lining of the sofa. It was clearly mishandled and poorly packaged from the start. The situation was made worse by the lack of urgency or accountability from customer service. I had to follow up multiple times to get a refund, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the condition the item arrived in. Even more concerning: while the website sometimes labels certain pieces as "final sale," the reality is that all furniture is final sale, whether it's marked that way or not. This policy is not clearly disclosed at checkout and feels intentionally misleading -- especially when you're spending thousands of dollars on large, made-to-order items. This is not the level of transparency, service, or quality I expect from a brand that markets itself as luxury. After this experience, I'll be looking at other brands. I no longer trust Jonathan Adler to deliver on their promise of quality or stand behind what they sell.

Please read the fine print, I'm warning you, dear consumers. I bought a small desk that can't weigh more than 25 pounds. Didn't look right in my apartment. $1600 down the drain, they said it was a final sale item. Where was this final sale notated? The small print somewhere NOT where the table was listed. First time in my life someone wld not accept a return. What's wrong with these people? We're not all made of money. SMH The table will be listed on craigslist and eBay soon, take a look in about a week

Jonathan Adler is a high end home furnishing store with the American potter (and interior decorator) Jonathan Adler's creations. These are one of a kind trendy designs. We had a store on Madison Avenue not far from my apartment that closed. I am glad this location and a few others in Manhattan are still open. I always feel welcomed when I shop here. The employees are very nice and helpful when I have a question. I'm usually looking for a gift for my daughter since she loves these pieces and decor. Naturally when we are out shopping together we stop in to see what's new. You can also request the catalog and order online. I just received the recent catalog this past week. It's just in time for my daughters birthday in July! I'm recommending this Jonathan Adler location and his whimsical decor when you decide to redecorate. His designs are always a hit with family guests too. Especially my Jonathan Adler Salt and Pepper Shaker.

FFS fix the ground light you added that is now a *strobe light* built into the sidewalk. It flashes nonstop. Please don't be a plague on the neighborhood and fix the problem

Definitely priced at a high end range, but their products are so beautiful and original. I would spend thousands here if I could afford to! I've purchased art from Jonathan Adler and keep receiving compliments 'til this day! I tend to drop by here just to window shop, but the staff is super fun and friendly so it's always a positive experience.

How. Terribly. Awful. If I could give it less stars, I would. Today I walked in- was the ONLY client in the little shop. Three employees there, NOT ONE turned to greet me. One was too busy on the computer, while the other two were too busy chatting about dating. I purposely walked passed and AROUND them. Nope. Not even eye contact. Acted like I wasn't there. RUDE. You would think with all of that free time on their hands, they would try and make the displays look even slightly decent. Embarrassingly sad merchandising compared to other locations. Two other people came in- no greeting to them either. They turned and walked out. I love J-Adler's things. I've bought a few pieces at their UES and also the Village locations. I work next door to this location AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in here again. I will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER come to this location. Good job representing the brand.

Very helpful staff got three presents wrapped up with perfect bows and bags for each. Beautiful clean showroom as well.

This is a lovely showroom. The sales assistants are a little weird about you sitting on the furniture, but I guess that comes with the territory. Think Ikea but triple the price, and double the quality.

After the stellar attention and expertise that I experienced here I had to write a review. I was warmly welcomed and asked if I needed help. I was left to wander throughout the large store without being followed or harangued. When I asked a salesperson a question she couldn't have been more responsive and professional. I ended up purchasing a pillow that was located in a different store and both saleswomen went beyond the call of duty to locate the pillow and ship it to me. I will definitely shop here again!!!

I purchased a $4000 sofa for a client. After 7 months one of the buttons in the tufting came loose and left a tear in the velvet. After a back and forth with the store for a month they finally said they weren't going to do anything about it. That is not the way it should have been handled, especially for a sofa that cost $4K. My advise - Go somewhere else.
