The seafood is exceptional: oysters are ultra-fresh, the clams with caviar are one of their signature indulgences, and the grilled fish and lobster rice are consistently perfect. The lamb chops are also a highlight — tender, full of flavor, and beautifully grilled, proving that Jondal excels beyond seafood too. Prices are high, but aligned with the location, product quality, and overall experience. Jondal remains one of the must-visit restaurants on the island for anyone who appreciates simple, exceptional Mediterranean cooking in a beautiful setting

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best food experience of my life! Almost every dish featured the finest black caviar — and each one was simply extraordinary. The caviar bikinis were delicate and perfectly balanced, while the pasta with caviar was rich, silky, and unforgettable. Every single plate was crafted with precision and passion, making it nearly impossible to choose a favorite. Even the bread was incredible — warm, airy, and full of flavor — and the sauces complemented each dish beautifully. You can tell that only the highest-quality ingredients are used here, and that every element on the plate is treated with care. From start to finish, the entire meal was a symphony of taste and texture. This restaurant is a true celebration of refined flavor and craftsmanship — an experience I’ll remember forever.

By far the best beach restaurant in Ibiza, food is delicious and fresh. The set up is beautiful, has also a great atmosphere, if you are in Ibiza you can’t miss this place!

Jondal is, without a doubt, a spectacular place. The setting, the atmosphere, and the quality of the food are all top-tier. Every dish shows intention, great ingredients, and real flavor, and the service in the dining area lives up to the standard. It’s the kind of place you want to return to for what happens at the table. But the experience gets spoiled at the end because of the valet parking service. When leaving, they demanded €50 for parking the car, without having informed of any cost beforehand or offering any alternatives. The way it’s handled is uncomfortable and completely out of sync with the restaurant’s level. Jondal deserves an arrival and exit experience that matches what happens at the table. Hopefully they take action, because everything else is excellent.

I came in with fairly high expectations for this place. We managed to get a table easily for a 4 pm Sunday seating. Since we’d already had lunch, the idea was just to enjoy some snacks and drinks while checking the place out. Unfortunately, the experience got off to a bad start. We had to wait 40 minutes for our table, and once seated, another 30 minutes passed before anyone took our order. By then, two people in our group were already pressed for time, needing to catch a flight that evening. Because we weren’t very hungry, we ordered lightly — something the server seemed both surprised and dismissive about. It was uncomfortable watching her gossip with colleagues about our order, especially when other staff turned to look over. When my friend asked for a glass of rosé, the server abruptly announced the price without being asked, as though making assumptions about our budget. In an establishment like this, that kind of attitude felt particularly out of place. On the positive side, the food itself was beautifully presented and tasted fine. But overall, the service came across as arrogant and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d return.

The best food I’ve ever had in Ibiza! We tried almost every dish, and each one was absolutely delicious. It’s quite hard to get a table here, but if you do, you’re in for an incredible dining experience. Totally worth it! 🤩

If you are visiting Ibiza, this is truly a must – whether for lunch or the beach club experience, it is without a doubt one of the island’s highlights. We had a late lunch here and I must say – the food was prepared so tastefully and with real finesse. Prices are not on the low side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. The setting is beautiful & instagrammable– a stylish beach club with a lovely restaurant, bar & lounge area, even a chic designer shop on site. The staff work very well: quick, friendly, and personal. The atmosphere is full of beautiful people and positive energy.

Always a pleasure to visit. The staff are unfailingly courteous and attentive, even at the busiest of times. The cuisine is superb, and the atmosphere exudes understated elegance — refined, relaxed, and blissfully free of intrusive noise. A true gem in Ibiza. A gentle suggestion: an additional step for easier access to the water from the beach would make the experience even more seamless ☺️
