My friend wanted to get some new makeup, and it was about 20 minutes before the store was closing. Erica was phenomenal. She is a master of makeup...the perfect shades for your skin and how to apply. She took her time and didn’t rush us at all being that the store was closing soon. She is so helpful, vibrant and passionate about Jones Road Beauty! By the time we left my friend was glowing and radiant wearing her new makeup. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thanks Erica!

I wanted to try something new and went into the store. I was told they offer 2 different services one is just to apply make up for $100.00 and one which is a lesson for 125.00 Dollars. I requested to apply make up.The person who applied the make up, was nice enough. She picked a nice foundation color and applied it. Tried to do my eyes, but that was horrible. The whole process took 30 minutes. i bought some products and paid for it. upon leaving the store, I realized i was overcharged $25.00 when I returned and complained , I was told the manager would call the next day. It did not happen.!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Jones Road with Ivey and Erica! I came in with my mom on my birthday to pick up a couple things. Both women are talented and took their time to listen and create a really personalized experience. They were also just fun to chat with, which really added to the experience.

Nani did a wonderful job with my makeup! She understood exactly what look I wanted, and she was kind enough to explain her techniques along the way. The final result was outstanding. I will definitely come back the next time I need a makeup application. Thank you, Nani!

I had never heard of Jones Road Beauty before my friend and I walked past and she nearly lost her mind (she's been wearing Bobbi Brown since she was a teen.) Ivey was so helpful (and not pushy!!) in helping each of us find what worked for us. During covid, I stopped wearing makeup and trying to look my best, and have been wanting to freshen my look (I was an Aveda fan, but then they discontinued their line and I've been using drugstore brands since, but with zero level of excitement.) Ivey was so great that I booked a makeup lesson with her to learn a bit more. She was helpful and chill and I actually felt good. Sometimes these things can be demoralizing, like they tell you what's wrong with your skin or your face and what you can do to fix yourself. I didn't feel like I was "fixing" but rather highlighting what I'm working with. Most importantly, it wasn't hard or overwhelming and I can do what she taught me at home by myself. Ivey was great and super helpful and the products are really nice without being $$$. Bonus, my dog was also welcome and got the cutest Jones Road treat!

Nani was incredibly helpful in choosing the right shades of tinted moisturizer, eyes, and cheeks for my skin tones. I never thought I would go back to a full on makeup, but Bobby Brown’s no make-up make-up is perfect for a mature complexion, giving me a healthy natural glow.

Lovely staff, great location - just a few steps off Court on Pacific. (When I did my first Googlemap search for Jones Road Beauty, it didn't cone up but found it on website). Did a makeup lesson. Enjoyed it and was helpful to pick through the many options, we did a no makeup makeup day look then added to it for an evening option. I then rode my.bike to Manhattan (very hot day) and was in a downpour along the way. Makeup held up... impressive!

Great service and beautiful esthetics - the store is welcoming and the products are laid out in a way you can experience and try - Aliyah assisted me and made sure I got what I was looking for- definitely Recommend
