Booked last minute during a holiday when there was hardly anything available in the city. I was scared going in based on all the negative reviews, but this place beat all expectations. The rooms aren't 5 star luxury, but everything was completely fine. The location is fantastic and walkable to many of the main sights. It's in a neighborhood with lots of nightlife, although the immediate area is dominated by LGBT bars. The rooms were clean and much bigger than expected. AC and shower both worked great. We were able to check in late in the middle of the night with no issue. A great stay overall.

Its in a bit of a dirty part of the city but its lively and vibrant wirh lots of locals eating there . The room was clean and cleaned everyday, i think its current rating is too low to be fair on it. Good location for tourism close to the palace and metro

The room is smaller than it looked in the pictures. The towels are tiny and filthy. Could see stains on them. The window is tiny and not overlooking anything worth looking at. The location is very good. Very centered and close to shops and touristic places

Very close to Jongno-3ga metro station which intersects 3 metro lines. Lively surroundings where lots of locals hang out. Take note that only face towels are provided and no bath towels. I was aware of this point and brought along my own bath towel.

Unfortunately. It was not good experience staying at the Pop hotel. Actually they not clean the rooms through. Wall are full of stains. Rooms feels dusty and dirty. We even bought our own slippers. Because clearly that red slippers are not cleaned at all. I regret that I booked whole 3 days in single hotel. Unlike china, all Korean hotels accept foreigners. Overall room structure and initial room plan was good. But without thorough daily cleaning, it's just some gross hotel.

Location is good, reception was fine. We got 1 tooth brush and 1 single use tooth paste each for 5 nights. We found ripped sheets with old stein first night. Cleaning was coming every day and it was cleaned fine, but everything looked old and spent. For the price not worthed.
