I went to Jono Pandolfi’s Open Studio Sale on August 2nd and had so much fun browsing their products in person!! It was such as relaxing atmosphere and I had so much time to peruse. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by a worker as soon as I walked in and was offered help with selecting pieces while I was browsing. Checking out was also a breeze. Nathalie was super sweet and helpful. She showed us how to package the pieces and also offered cleaning tips. I really enjoyed our interaction. <3 Jono Pandolfi’s Open Studio Sale had so much dinner and serving ware to choose from. They also had special editions and pieces from past collabs for sale!! The prices were great and affordable! I left with an amazing haul of bowls and plates. The quality of the pieces were exceptional and super durable. I accidentally dropped a plate when I got home, but it was completely fine. It was definitely worth the drive from Philly!

My husband and I created a wedding registry with Jono Pandolfi Designs and while there was a small pandemic-related delay, we are in love with our dinnerware! We wanted handmade, made in America ceramics that are well designed and make our food look incredible. The set of plates and bowls we got have a custom stamp on the bottom of them with our initials and elopement date, which we think is so special. We also got serving plates, mugs and saucers and everything looks so good together. They're beautiful pieces and we plan on using them for many many years to come. They shipped to us very well wrapped - everything arrived in perfect condition. So far in our everyday use, they are very sturdy, stack perfectly on the shelf and are dishwasher safe. Looking forward to when it's safe to have friends over for dinner again!

I love Jono Pandolfi products and have a steadily growing collection of pieces that all look amazing together. Everything you get is restaurant grade and amazing quality that will stand up to heavy use. I always show them off to friends/family when they come over and more often than not they want them for themselves. Customer service is also super responsive and helpful if you need anything!

I registered for my complete dinnerware set, the coupe in the toasted clay. They are even more beautiful in person! They arrived all in one shipment, perfectly wrapped, and in perfect condition. They are so sturdy, I know these are going to last a lifetime! I couldn't be more excited to host my next dinner party. Buy these now for your home! It's like eating at a restaurant every night!

Terrible customer service, website showed 4-6 week lead time. Placed a $3000 order and money was taken and 1 week later customer service reached out and said my order would be 12 weeks to delivery unless I cancelled pro shop order and paid an extra $1500 for same quantity then they should ship my order out in a week.
