I honestly don’t know why it took us so long to try this restaurant! Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly employees with lively music playing. Seating was very quick, no wait at all. I must say our server was engaging and quite attentive. We took our time eating and enjoying the atmosphere and he repeatedly made sure we were doing well. Happy hour has decent options comparatively speaking for these days. There were good on-tap beer options and the margaritas are so tasty. If you like spicier salsa, ask for the hotter version with habaneros. The drinks are generously sized. Oh my goodness, I have had different preparations of calamari in different states and overseas, and never have I had it prepared the way it is at Jorge’s Margarita Factory. We thoroughly enjoyed it cooked with peppers and onions, it’s delicious! What I loved is the main entree plates are served really hot (you have to be careful) as it keeps your food warm which I like. There is ample seating on both sides of the restaurant which is large. The bar area with seating too is in the center and on both sides are dining areas. If you’re celebrating a birthday, you will receive a well sung, festive birthday song. The atmosphere is fun, the food is quite tasty, staff are welcoming and friendly and soon there will be outdoor seating which I can’t wait for! We will definitely return here.

The food was really good and so were the margaritas. Check out the happy hour menu, totally worth the price. Not cheap but the quality is there as are the portions. Would go back.

Family Gathering, plenty of space for all of us. I was disappointed that the salsa was too hot for me to enjoy and the only alternative was bland pico de gallo. Everyone's food was enjoyed. Big portions! One person said their burrito was the best burrito they ever had. Service was great. The price was high for lunch (no lunch menu), but average for dinner. Very modern atmosphere black and white colors. Would recommend.

Elizabeth and Andrea are gems at this restaurant. The entire place is extremely efficient and wonderful because of staff like them. The food is AMAZING. I've only been here twice, We are devoted. When they remember me after only one visit, I'm a return customer not just for the incredible food, but also the incredible staff. THANK YOU.

Clean restaurant. Salsa was disappointing. Chips were good. My street tacos were very tasty but the rice and beans just weren’t that great. Prices were rather high for what you get. Friendly service though so major kudos to the staff.

After reading reviews for Mexican food in the area, I decided to take my Mom for dinner here. It was a special occasion and we wanted to have a good time. We sat outside on the patio and couldn’t have been happier. The whole staff was super accommodating and attentive, but Alberto, our server, did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Food and drinks were fantastic as well. I will definitely be coming back.

BE CAREFUL!!! We ordered a large margarita ($30+) and we asked for it to go. We were sitting in front of the bar and saw our waiter pour our margarita into a dirty pitcher that had dirty water in it and then pour it into a to go cup and hand it to us. Service was horrible, the waiter never went to check in on us after the food was deliver. We asked for our tab 3 times and waited 25 mins before they finally gave it to us. After which our waiter literally handed us dirty water mixed with our margarita in a to go cup. We were a party of 3 and paid $150 for the HORRIBLE service. Food was good but now I’m skeptical of it considering what I saw happen to our drinks.

The food and drinks are amazing the cook and staff are very polite, happy and accommodating to your allergies!

Food was great! Ambiance was good! Service by ChiCho was AWESOME! THE BEST service we have ever had! He needs to be a part owner as he treats customers like he owns the place!! Give him a BIG RAISE and part ownership to make sure he NEVER LEAVES!

I came here for a dinner for a colleague. Looking at the menu prior to coming, I was shocked at the prices. Am I having a drink at Dosales?! I read reviews and every review mentioned the fantastic service. Alas, I was expecting that. But we spent over 2 hours there, much of the time waiting for the waiter. I got the Clooney Margarita, which was very sweet. Too sweet for me. The small is 16oz fyi. I also got the Chicken Yucatán Chop Salad, which sounded good and actually the flavors were good. It was enormous and pretty. But the chicken was weird--stringy, tough and cold. Disappointing for a $20 salad. Looking at other people's food, the chimichanga and street tacos looked good. I definitely won't be coming back.

The food here was a pleasant surprise. I got the chili verde and it was quite good. Definitely coming back for Happy Hour. Service was good and the venue festive.

BIG drinks and decent food. Service was very minimal and servers don't come by often when you need something. Food tasted a little more on the bland side, and portions are very big. I ordered the enchiladas verde and was absolutely stuff after finishing most of my plate and my drink. It's a great spot to meet up with friends and chit chat over a nice drink and meal. I do feel there are better options, but this isn't a bad spot if you need something open (kinda) late!

Wasted $20 on an Uber here to have dinner to be told they close at 9 when they advertise there open till 10. So then I had to take another $20 Uber somewhere else. Maybe update your hours

Went to the Margarita Factory on an extremely busy friday night and had great food w/ amazing service!! We were sat promptly when a table opened up and our server was amazing always checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of which can be hard to do when the restaurant is so busy! Definitely would go back again! My pictures aren't great we were hungry and ate right as the food came out

Was great food, the fajitas were great. The vibe was like a normal Mexican restaurant. The staff was friendly but was a little slow. I would come back again.

We come here at least 3x a month. My husband loves the fajita and i love the carne asada and shrimp. The staffs are great, friendly and attentive. Lizzy is so wonderful!! Always a pleasure.

Updated review as we visited again! This place is great. The Servers are always so kind and attentive. Checked on us many times and the food was outstanding! Yes the prices can be a bit high but I think it's worth it since portions are large and the service is worth it.

Service was great up-front. Almost too good, ie, let's make this quick. Within what seemed like 10 seconds, there was salsa, chips and upsell on queso (don't get this, not hot not good and $10), water, what do you want to drink and what food do you want? Like, I just sat down, calm yourself. Your menu has about 10,000 things--just wait. Again, almost too good, kept coming back every 2 seconds asking about food, I even had to say, we're great, would you mind coming back a little later, please. I understand, these folks are just working and being amazing, but it was off-putting that I felt awkward for being there. We ordered, food was okay, and about 20-30 per meal. So not a bargain (didn't expect that), but for the experience I had, not worth it. And, once we ordered food and got it, couldn't find a person to give us a check in sight. And you may ask, what do you want? I would just want a consistent level of service, as we are never rude, or demanding, always smiles. I will be back to try again, as maybe an off night or just "me" situation, but 3 stars for now. ;)

Very friendly place and I love the margaritas but I guess that I wasn't drunk enough to not notice the ridiculous prices here. This place is beyond high for drinks and food. I'm sure you can find a cheaper better option than this. This place also closes wayyy to early

Our waiter Alberto and the entire staff were wonderful from the moment we walked in for our first visit. We both had the street tacos and the Birria, Chicken, Al Pastor, and Steak tacos were all absolutely SUPERB! The food, the atmosphere, the staff, it was all a joy and the first time we'd been supremely satisfied with the full experience of trying a new place. There's something to be said for scratch cooking done just so right!

We've been loyal Margarita Factory regulars for many years....this was our first time at this location. I'll give it 1% off for location...behind a mattress store and gas station with view of the parking lot. But so what who cares...get in the door and our experience begins. The immediate vibe is cozy classy great music playing at a perfect volume. Luis took incredible care of us from beginning to end...making useful recommendations and being a warm friendly presence

Jerry was a wonderful host for our first experience here. Margaritas were wonderful and flavorful, the portions were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Jerry made sure to check on us, keep our chips refilled, and keep our glasses full throughout the night! Would highly recommend the fajitas!

Every time I come here, the service is always amazing! Love the decor! I dined in for happy hour and the prices were great! The frozen lime margarita is dangerous. I could drink 3 of them real quick. So goood! The chicken tacos were great! It's my go to there & it doesn't miss! The rice was more on the saltier side, but the beans were perfect! All in all, great spot and I will continue to eat here ;p

Iv never had a bad drink at the Margarita Factory. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The food is delicious and vibe is fun and chill.

We've been going here pretty regularly since before the pandemic. The food is quite good, tho the prices continue to go up in ways that sometimes don't make sense. Basic entrees starting at 20 dollars, expensive drinks...we like the freshly made chips, but we started reducing our visits as they kept raising the prices. I do absolutely love the menudo here tho. Probably my favorite thing on the menu
