I don't think I've ever been to a Jo's coffee house before, but I did enjoy my first time. It is definitely a place where you can go and work but also just have a drink because they do have some alcohol options for like later in the afternoon. They also have breakfast tacos, and some pastries. Just to note tacos are premade so you can't make any edits to it so that was the downside for me because I don't really love cheese and all the tacos except for the vegan one has cheese. But I love meat in my tacos. My coffee was pretty good and you have some options for adding flavor to it . Also the staff was super nice and honest about giving advice on what to order. Parking : So there's definitely some street parking and in the garage that's connected to this location. There are limited parking spots for guests of Jo's coffee. And apparently there's like a drag happy hour on Sundays so I'm gonna have to go at some point because that sounds like fun. Also, definitely a good place to go work in the morning was pretty quiet. Don't know how routed might get later during the day. But I could definitely see myself going and getting work done.

Nestled in the heart of Austin, Jo’s is a newly opened gem that is quickly becoming a favorite among locals & visitors alike. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a stunning interior that seamlessly blends modern elegance with cozy charm. The high ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the meticulously chosen decor. Plush seating areas, artfully arranged plants, and sleek brick accents create a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere perfect for both relaxing and socializing. The baristas, skilled and friendly, craft each cup with precision, ensuring a delightful coffee experience. Whether you're here for a quick espresso or to linger over a latte, this Jo’s coffee shop offers a serene retreat from the bustling city outside. Jo’s is more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience that delights all the senses.

I had a really disappointing experience at Jo's Coffee on 1102 Sabine St in Austin. I ordered a coffee with oat milk and it was extremely watery and lacked any flavor. I politely asked the manager if it could be remade, but he refused, saying that was just how it tastes with oat milk. For a coffee that cost nearly $8, I expected much better quality and service. Definitely not worth the price — I won’t be coming back.

Ordered takeout at Jo’s Coffee at around 10am so unfortunately a lot of their breakfast items were sold out including the Breakfast Burrito and the sandwich. I ended up ordering their Migas Taco ($4.50 each) with egg, pico, and cheese. They’re individually wrapped in foil and served with either their green (spicy) or red (mild) sauce. They looked underwhelming but were pretty tasty and somewhat filling. For coffee, I ordered one of their signature drinks called the Belgian ($5.25 small)— their signature coffee with chocolate and hazelnut mixed with cold brew. It tasted really good but for some reason our coffees looked under filled when we received them. Not sure if it might have been because we asked for whipped cream? The inside of the shop has lots of seating with benches for larger groups and more secluded tables in the back. If we’re ever in the area again, I’d love to try their other breakfast items.

I just flew into Austin yesterday and my family recommended I try breakfast at Jo’s. I was not disappointed. The breakfast sandwich was a delicious combination of flavors. The employees were very friendly and I enjoy some quiet time reading and enjoying my sandwich.

Beautiful new Jos location but I left with a headache. I came in to get a little work done and grab a large cold brew. I sat down and suddenly the most god awful construction noise started from the back of the store. It proceeded for the next hour and continued after I left. It was so loud it started to give me a headache and one by one every patron in the store had to leave including myself. This location truly had no business having their lobby open with that kind of noise and disturbance, and the fact that the owners are subjecting their workers to that level of noise for hours tells me all I need to know about their hunger for money and rush to open for business.

Yelp
Cute, quiet shop with delicious coffee. Got a bacon taco as well. It was small but tasty. The employees were kind and helpful as well.

Yelp
I guess sometimes chains aren't all they're hyped up to be... I assumed this would be a good place for a caffeinated drink & baked good/breakfast sandwich, but oh so wrong. It's probably a convenient spot for residents in the apartments in the same building, and definitely does have PLENTY of seating to get work or studying done. I got the violet crown matcha and ham & swiss sandwich (which came w/ the Ruffles chips pictured). The matcha was average, probably too milky for me & messed up my tummy (should have asked for nondairy milk but this wasn't a follow-up question asked). I did taste the syrups though! The sandwich was premade, and worse than other premade sandwiches I've had. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 because the barista was kind and helpful, and the two well-behaved dogs I saw when I left!

Yelp
It's really frustrating going to a coffee shop and asking for an alternative milk and receiving whole milk! My partner ordered an *oat milk* pistachio latte and instead received a latte with whole milk. We didn't try the latte for a while so we were unable to bring it up at the cafe, but I think alternative milks should be taken much more seriously than they are. Thankfully, they don't have an allergy, but it is still frustrating to *pay additionally* and not receive. I understand that mistakes happen but this could easily be life threatening to someone else. Please be more aware of this!

Yelp
Just saw that the parking garage off Sabine and 11th has parking spots for Jo's customers! I've been paying for street parking all this time :O Regardless, me and the pup love hanging at Jo's

Yelp
I was looking for a place to get my work done for the day and Jo's was the perfect spot. It is a sleek and bright coffee shop with big windows that let in a lot of light. I arrived in the morning and it was a slow and chill Friday. By the time I left in the afternoon, it definitely filled up with people working and studying. They have plenty of seating options from booths to big tables to smaller tables for 2. They also have a good amount of outlets, but I don't think the booths have outlets. I was scared of limited parking options as it is downtown, but they have a small reserved area in the garage for Jo's customers for free parking. I ordered the Laura Palmer (Lemonade, Hibiscus Tea, Soda Water) and it was pretty solid. The girls behind the counter were efficient and got the orders out quickly.

Yelp
Popped in on a walk and was surprised to see the place almost empty. Perfect for quick service. Grabbed a drip coffee to go and added in sugar/cream on own. Coffee was tasty and nice to have on the rest of my walk. The shop was clean and had nice music playing with the staff friendly and prompt.

Yelp
Every morning I wake up and think of coffee and breakfast tacos. Can you guess an amazing place that has both in delicious varieties? That's Jo's! Located in The Waller, this place is busy with professionals networking or working. The staff are super friendly. This location is so beautiful and there is free parking in The Waller garage. I'll be back and often.

Yelp
Haven't tried the food yet, but I like sweet coffee. This coffee was very good not too sweet either. I got the large turbo. It wasn't a vanilla flavor, but it was delicious. I drank it too fast to get a good pic lol and it wasn't too much ice like the other review's have shown. If the food is good I will come back and give 5 stars.

Yelp
Super happy and excited for this new location! Super spacious with many tables indoor and outdoor patio. America, my barista that helped me out, was super awesome and friendly, special shoutout to her for first impression of this place! Music isn't too loud, which I appreciate so much to get things done!! Bravo, a new favorite go-to spot.

Yelp
It is very conveniently located next to Franklins. Our coffee and tea were both good!
