Joshua Tree Bottle Shop

Gabrielle and his wife are dedicated to the natural and regenerative wine movement! They have a full offering of beautiful California wines as well as wines from Europe. Very knowledgeable about their craft and very welcoming! I left with two cases of wine. What can I say?

The shop had a clean, minimalistic feel, but the beer selection was underwhelming. Most tasted watered down with barely any fruity flavor. Still, the beer from Joshua Tree Brewery stood out with its iconic style and solid IPA bitterness, worth trying if you like bitter beers.

This guy was great. What a simple and easy transaction. I'm a wine NOOB. I walk in and say I want something funky and natural and he's got just the thing, and orange and a red. No funny business, no confusion or analysis paralysis just smooth and easy.

small shop packed with plenty of local goods. staff was very knowledgeable and pointed me to the Rancho de la Luna mezcal. goes great as a desert water- the lime pairing well with the smokiness of the spirit. the staff was able to share the mezcal’s history and formation out of a local recording studio that has worked with significant artists such as Foo Fighters.

Friendly staff, unique wine selection, and great canned cocktails and beers. This place has it all! I also appreciate the affordable price range for such quality beverages. Clean and welcoming to all. Cheers!

Came in on our first day of our stay and then came back on our way out of town. Grateful for the staff here who gave heartfelt recommendations. Tried an orange wine they had in stock and was NOT disappointed. Great small business to support in the area.

Was relieved to find some local beer after a few days of searching the area. Plus was recommended some other delicious craft selections. Great NA picks as well! If you want something unique, stop here.

Im SO GLAD I stopped in. I'm local, and Kate, the wonderful woman (and owner), who helped me, was great. She was very knowledgeable, I would guess she is a sommelier, she knows wine and is super helpful and patient. (Literally described the taste and made pairing recommendations for about 10 different bottles) Also had a very keen sense for what's what when it came to finding the perfect wine for me, based on what I told her I like. Not sweet but not to dry, refreshing and crisp!

Look no further for your desires for fermented grape juice. They've got such a fun and unique selections of bottles for purchase, some with a rather small batch and hard to source. Prices aren't too bad either. Service is top notch. You are destined to find your new fav bottle here!

Truly fantastic recommendation by the shopkeeper for a Cretan orange wine that was absolutely divine. Wonderful selection in there you can tell that is curated with incredible care and taste. 10/10

This is my first time back to the J-Tree area since pre-COVID times. One of the only bummers about J-Tree*, the town, was the difficulty in finding good beer to take back to your camp/motel. The liquor store right in town has a very, very poor selection of beer. This bottle shop, while it specializes in wine, has an outstanding beer selection! Not only is the selection wonderfully curated, you can buy them all as singles! The woman working the counter was really friendly, we probably chatted more about photography than about beer. I wish I would've gotten her IG, maybe she will read this? I love the ambiance in here: simple, tasteful, spartan, minimalist. It's perfect. Will come here every time I go climbing in the park from here on in! *The other is very few dinner options in town!

Awesome place! We are here visiting for the weekend and decided to check this place out. Great for picking up local beer and spirits and a great selection of all alcohol varieties.

We were all very happy to have found this cool wine shop in our trip to Joshua tree. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly lady who was very knowledgeable on all the wines she was selling. She asked us a few questions to narrow it down to just the right wine bottle for us. Great price, delicious wine, I definitely want to get that bottle again. After a long day of taking pictures at Joshua Tree we went back to our Airbnb, got comfy, grilled delicious steaks and enjoyed our wine bottles around the fire pit. It was such a beautiful night watching the shooting stars and sharing spooky stories.

One of my favorite things to do when traveling is checking out legit local shops. This checks the box. Wish we had something this good where we live. Small shop with good pricing and excellent selection. Makes me look forward to my next trip through Joshua Tree just so I can buy one of their spirits for our camp out.

Geesh!!! Love this shop! Had I known they were so sweet and nice I would of spent the money we used to get a sandwich at the crappy diner next door to get a few more bottles here. Whoever the lady was today was the cutes and the sweetest. Customer service to the MAX!! NOW THAT's WHAT I LIKE AND THATS WHAT I PAY FOR!! next time ill take my hunger to the wine shop vs the diner. You made our day! Positivity at its best!! P.S. we had one of the wines the night before from our friend and its amazing!!

The only solid customer service in town. Wines are great with a nice variety of affordable price points and even a few splurgers. A few bonus beers in the fridge as well. Nice just to come into a local establishment in this town and be treated like a human being. Workers here are helpful and act like they're glad you're there, contrasted to other local spots that act like you spit in their face. I should have taken the tip i didnt give next door and walked it right back over to these folks.

Cozy little wine shop in Joshua Tree. We walked in and picked out a selection of wine for our nightly steak cook out by the camp fire. The young lady behind the counter was very well versed in her wines. We grabbed bottles and killed both along with one of my personal wines that night. We head up to Joshua Tree every now and then to hang with friends and family and this will always be a place we swing by to get wine.

Wonderful wine and service, reasonably priced options! Located conveniently just a quick stop off hwy 62 with excellent hours.

Yey Joshua tree has a wine shop! They have a nice selection of wines and a rewards program. Staff is helpful. No need to lug your wine with you from home anymore, just buy when in town.

I've been so tempted to buy a bottle from here, but I'm on a no-alcohol diet at the moment. There's an amazing selection of CBD drinks! I bought 4 for the road back to the Valley. The cashier was super cool. I don't know his name but he was very helpful.

Love this place. Most bottles are under 25 dollars, unless it's something special. Everything we have chosen has been great, and the people who work here are awesome and helpful without being overbearing. The also have the best canned palomas we've found yet! So grateful to have this little shop in town!

Hands down my favorite place in the area - the ONLY place around that has incredible customer service. Everyone that works here is kind, welcoming and helpful. I have tried so many new wines thanks to this place. Thank you for existing and for making it such a joy to stop in. Seriously- the wines are incredible and affordable.

Love this little shop. We stopped in our first night - and second night - in Joshua tree for a bottle of wine, a bottle of local whiskey and they had a good selection of canned cocktails that were excellent (something I don't usually say). If you like an Old Fashioned, give the Dashfire Bourbon Old Fashioned a go. Staff was really friendly both times we went in.

This is one of the sweetest little wine shops I've ever found. Genuine and helpful customer service and a really well curated selection focused on value driven wines. Had a lovely conversation with the owner. They are about to celebrate their 1st anniversary. They deserve all their success.

Always fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. The lady who runs it has consistently given us great suggestions. Found some cool beers and single serving wines there too. The prices on wines, spirits, and beers are really reasonable as well.

Great selection of wine and beer, with a very helpful / friendly staff - if you can't choose between a couple bottles, ask for recommendations. They'll help you choose a bottle based on your taste. We loved everything we were recommended.

Joshua Tree Bottle Shop has a small but excellently curated selection of wine and liquor. I found two beautiful bottles of ethically-sourced mezcal and tequila and enjoyed the knowledge and friendliness of the two folks running the shop. Highly recommend!

Celebrating our anniversary in Joshua and stopped by a row of shops and came across this gem. Shane was super hospitable when we walked in. The display and style inside was so cute, very minimal and artsy. Loved the vibe. In COVID were also two hand sanitizing stations inside the shop. Picked up a bottle to celebrate and the prices were GREAT! If we lived closer to here I would totally stock up our home with these wines!

Stopped here for a weekend getaway and are so happy we stumbled upon this shop! Shane was a huge standout. He was so personable and knowledgeable. If it weren't for him we may have simply stopped by and window-shopped. Instead we walked out with 3 bottles! We will definitely be back and will recommend this to everyone. Thank you Shane!

A great addition to Joshua Tree. I met Katie today and she helped me find the perfect wine. She was super friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great selection of European and California wines. I can't wait for the wine tasting events to happen in the future!

There are several good wine shops in the area but this gem is our local spot. Katie and Shane have recommended so many lovely wines which are now on regular rotation in our house. Cheers to a wonderful new addition to our little village.
