Josie's Pizza & Wings-Clermont

I wanted to really enjoy this but, it could not deliver. I ordered the lunch special, along with the an order of cheese bread . The cheese bread was awesome. It was fresh, and had incredible flavor. The cheese bread also comes with marinara dipping sauce. The main reason I had issues enjoying the food is the pizza. The crust was not crispy but, it was dry enough. I could tell the cheese was also dried out. Maybe if the crust was flavored, it may have been enjoyable somewhat but, this was not the case. I just feel the pizza may have been re-baked one too many times. I will try them again cause if the cheese bread can taste the way it did, then the pizza can be good too. I really want to like this place since it is pretty close to my home and there are not many non-chain restaurants to choose from so, will see in the future.

I use to go to Josie’s all the time in Metro-West 15+ years ago, I was so happy to see a location open up closer to me here! The food brought back so many great memories!

This was our first time here. The food was awesome. The wings the Margarita pizza all were delicious and the onion rings were 10 out of 10 and the amount they give you is freaking awesome for the price. They do not hold back here. Highly recommend.

Salads were very good. Cobb Salad and Buffalo chicken salad. The meatballs were very good.

Welcome Josie's Pizza. The review: Pizza: The good -> hot ✔️ fresh ✔️ tasty ✔️ as ordered ✔️ Now the room for improvement -> dough could be a bit more crisp, we were really looking for no flop. Jalapeño poppers (cheddar): very tasty, just right in the cooked to perfection category. *please offer a side of marinara, I think it would have pared really well. Josie's Brew: very good, more on the light side than medium bodied, however very refreshing and tasty. It was a joy to drink. Staff: A+ you have a good crew, do what you must to keep them.very professional, kind, and seemed to be enjoying their work. Price: more than fair, leaning towards reasonable. We felt the price was on target for the area, and definitely a adequate for the food and drinks.

This was our first time visiting. When we walked in we felt like it was clean and nicely decorated. We were sat right away. We ordered the onion rings to start with and they were the best we've had in a really long time. My son and I ordered the wings. The sauce was great, the wings were slightly overcooked. My other son and husband ordered a personal pizza each. They said it was really good. The staff was very attentive and when the customers didn't need anything they would clean. This is definitely a restaurant we plan on visiting time and time again.

New pizza place in town impresses. Really good pizza and wings. We got a calzone, a ‘Josie’ pizza and 10 wings. Five of us ate for $60 before tax. They made the wings extra crispy and let us get two kinds of sauces. Lots of tv for sports and a little bar to sit at. My family especially like the corner round table with a lazy Susan in the middle.

The pizza was great and not greasy at all! The tea tasted fresh brewed as well. Food took a little while to come out but they are pretty new and looking to hire more staff. Definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend.

I expected it to be bigger inside, but the cozy space is full of charm! The red subway tile and plant wall give this little pizzeria a fresh, stylish vibe. The pizza and wings were both fantastic. It was surprisingly busy for a Monday afternoon, but Valeria handled everything like a pro--even with several to-go orders. My 8-year-old said, "My tummy is happy," and my husband has already claimed it as his new goto spot for wings in Clermont. All the sauces are made in-house, which makes a big difference. I loved the pesto special pizza, especially with the added grilled chicken. We'll definitely be back!

I have now had Josie's twice. Having tried the wings both times and different pizzas each time along with Bobby's breadsticks. The breadsticks are good, lots of cheese lots of fluff 8.2/10. We have had the hot Italian and cheese pizza. They are good but nothing that sticks out against other local/non chain pizza joints. However the price is significantly higher. They make great wings (crispy, good amount of meat) and honestly are pretty affordable. The garlic Parmesan could be better 6.8/10. The medium buffalo was great, plenty sauce, great flavor 8.7/10. The citrus chipotle bbq was good but the citrus and chipotle were very faint, really just a bbq 7.3/10. Overall not really personable at the front, a little overpriced, but they do have a couple items that stick out to justify the visit.

My son and I came in about 5pm on a Thursday. We walked in at the same time as a family of 5 and just after another table was seated. A table of 4 came in after us. We ordered cheesy bread and a small pizza. We all ordered about the same time. Everyone else had their food and was just about done eating before we even got the cheesy bread appetizer. The table that came in after us received their cheesy bread before we did. The food was good and the servers were friendly.

the service I experienced in the place was as if i were royalty. the staff working were so generous, I felt undeserving of their demeanor. the inside is small, but I was there on sunday & only a couple other people were there at the time. i was obsessed with the aesthetics inside. The wings were small, but tasted as if each individual wing came from a very loved and treasured chicken. They were cooked to be crispy on the outside and slid off the bone. I'm not a huge fry girl, but my friend and i shared fries to add something more. the fries were crispy & had a little something special about them that i liked. I know for sure I'll be eating these wings again & cannot wait to try more on the menu. josie i love you

this has to be the rising star we have been waiting for! I have been there twice within a few weeks and it has become our must go place. clean comfortable cozy setting. the wings are outstanding. they are meaty, crispy and juicy with a good amount of sauces. we have had garlic Parmesan and the latest was hot honey ( my personal favorite). we ordered Mexican calzone and a Mediterranean pizza. plenty of food for leftovers! Fresh brewed tea was perfect and also other options of sodas. the service is friendly, efficient and at times bustling but the energy of the staff makes it worth the wait! I highly recommend!

So, my wife and I tried the new location in Clermont after being to the Windermere location. The food was just as good! The salad is still a bit too expensive IMO, but it is good! Pizza - Good stuff. Chicken parm - Ahhh...this location serves the chicken parm as a dinner with pasta! It's baked and served in the cute dish it's baked in. I did ask for extra sauce when I ordered. The pasta under the chicken was almost totally dry. I mentioned it to a server who was happy to bring more sauce. Then, I was charged $1.50 for the side of sauce!? C'mon - on a $50 order (wine, pizza, chicken parm dinner, large salad)!? The prices are not lowwww, so this is big point of contention for me. It's like a burger place charging when you ask for extra ketchup. (YES, I'm aware food cost is different, but tomato sauce? C'mon! People who order no sauce don't get a credit.) I DO appreciate that they put the rest of the food prices up front on the menu at this location. The most bizarre thing is the decor. I thought the Clermont location was just older (like late 80s/90s or something). It's okayyyy, but kinda dark/unwelcoming choices with the red tiles and faux odd greenery. So, I was curious to see what they did with the new location. They duplicated it here! Really weird! Anyway -Good food, quirky fun servers and it smells like a real pizzeria. Personally, I'd open the place up a bit - brighter, energy, some decor to make it feel like a fun pizzeria...but we'll certainly be back. It's always nice to have a consistent pizza place.

Best pizza & wings in town!!! My family and I have been regulars at Josie's for over 20+ years and we were SOO excited to hear they added a location in Clermont (our hometown)!!! We checked out their new location and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the food was just as we expected:) My go-to order is a margherita pizza with honey & hot wings (extra crispy!) and Bobbie's bread sticks. 10/10 every time!!! We love Josie's!

Stopped in for lunch and we got two personal pizzas! WOW there were so delicious. They came out so hot and the dough was baked throughout. Josie's will be out Favorite pizza joint from now on.

Soggy pizza. Not for us. My husband and I got thru one slice each. Gave the remaining slices away to a neighbor. (Sorry Kay and Bill). I have heard the wings are good. Don't want to shoot this place. Other food may be good.

This pizza is bomb I get extra sauce because I like saucy pizza. To each their own though. The wings were okay just not as flavorful as I would want. Ordered Buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic parm, hot honey.

This place has been disappointing to say the least they don't have a hostess so it is by order or arrival, however the staff never knows the order of arrival and it's always a problem, just left frustrated and with hungry kids after my wife walked inside and was next to be seated while I parked and another party who I clearly saw getting out of the car way after us, a party got up and we walked to the table and we where told the other party was next when they clearly where not, very disappointing and extremely disorganized this is how businesses loose a lot of customers, after being a regular with family and coming here at least twice a week I will never return again, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !

I was pleasantly surprised to discover Josie's Wings in Clermont is now open!! My husband and I stopped in on whim and enjoyed a few Buffalo wings, garlic bread sticks, and fries. The food and service were awesome!! I recommend you give them a try!!

I had high hopes for Josie's Pizza and Wings, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My husband and son walked in at 2:00 PM and ordered two personal pan pizzas, wings, and a sub sandwich. Over an hour later, they still hadn't received their food, even though other customers who arrived after them were served first. The lack of communication and delay made what should've been a simple meal into a bad experience. Giving two stars because we have had a better experience ordering delivery.

Every experience I've had so far with Josie's has been great. Today, Swig was having a sale and had an hour and a half long line. Josie's had a server outside passing out free breadsticks which I loved. We decided to order it for dinner and I had the cheese calzone with spinach and sausage added and it is the best calzone I have ever had. And of course we got breadsticks and cinnamon sticks too. I'm really glad to have a new restaurant in Clermont that we love.

So I wanted to like this place. The ambience is terrible. It's like walking into a small office warehouse. I love when they say New York style pizza and there was nothing New York or style about it. The price for what you get is not great. The worst part you want to sit at the bar watch TV have some food, problem is everybody that pays or orders either leans over your shoulder or stands behind you. Terrible way to have no designated order and pay spot so that you can sit and relax. If you want decent pizza and nice ambiance, with a bar area you sit and eat. Calabrias is the place.

We walked in at 12:30pm on Saturday and sat at the bar. Dining room was pretty full with no food on any tables, which makes me think everyone came in at once... maybe? We sat for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and were told we would be helped shortly. Several minutes went by before being given menus. We walked out at 12:45 without anybody ever saying anything else. Noticed there were no prices on menus for anything, which seemed odd. Maybe we'll try again in a couple of months? I've been to other locations and was pleased... was happy this location was coming, initially. Not sure now. Also... I'm giving two stars instead of one because I had a good experience at the two other locations I have visited.
