And the wings? Absolutely fire. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with sauces that hit every craving. The staff is friendly, fast, and clearly take pride in what they serve. As I've moved from one part of Florida to another, I've been looking for a good pizza haunt and I want to say that I'm not disappointed and I'm pleasantly surprised. This place is quaint and quiet, it seems like it might get rowdy on game days/nights but we stopped by on a Monday evening where the dine-ins were sparse. However, the walk ins for delivery or pick-up were jumping. We stopped by for a quick bite at a local place as supporting local businesses is very important to us- the staff was friendly and kind and the food...YUMMY The wings were huge, the variety of sauces offered was nothing short of impressive and you could add garlic to any sauce. Normally, pizza places offer a handful of sauces and they're usually all the same in terms of place-to-place. Josie's offers unique and tasty sauces on large delicious wings at a very reasonable price. We indulged in the hot honey sauce! As for pizza, we chose to go with the BBQ chicken pizza (a specialty) but substitute the peppers for olives and the mushrooms for jalapenos. The pizza came out in reasonable time and I was impressed with how fresh everything tasted, even the chicken on the pizza- although fried was still juicy. Throughout our meal, the staff attending our table was kind and kept up with refills and asked about our meal regarding satisfaction. We did our best to let them know everything was delicious and they both lit up with happy smiles when we told them. The staff seems to really care about the food they make and as someone who has worked in food, nothing makes me happier than people who take pride in what they prepare,cook, or serve. A big Thank You to the staff at Josie's for the delicious food and kindness in a place I'm not familiar with. This will likely become a consistent visit for me. This place has great wings good pizza and an atmosphere for sports. Their buffalo wigs are deep fried and not breaded and are awesome. We ordered the buffalo medium and garlic parmesan wings and they were great. The pizza was also surprisingly good. Plenty of parking, large interior with lots of seats/tables. They have inexpensive draft beer and plenty of tv's if you just want to hang out. Their pizza is just ok. Wings are decent. but if you have them without any sauce, the wings itself doesn't have any flavor. Garlic bread was hot and soft, but it was better the next day after toasting it more.

I ordered delivery and im SHOCKED that this salad was $10! Its barley even a bag of lettuce. Cesar dressing tasted sour/spoiled. Pizza was good, but the salad for $10 is NUTS.

Drove 40 minutes not realizing how far away it was and let me tell me you it was well worth it. Hands down best wing sauce I've ever had ( hot and honey) Pizza was great too, my 5 year old said it was better than WI pizza! If you like to try new beer the Josie red ale was great! Lots of flavor!! This place is a must try!!!

Love Love Love Josie’s! I was introduced to them a few years back by my fiancé in which has eaten here years before I have. I love their pizza very fresh and crispy. YupYupYup! PIZZA and ONION RINGS! W0W! Delicious, the Buffalo pizza was incredibly tasty and the cheese was gooey like the teenage mutant ninja turtles. They didn't hold back on the toppings. The Onion rings are beer battered and had a slight crunch with a plush bite. Service was speedy(it was mid tornado), and the servers were attentive to our every bite. Atmosphere was welcoming with multiple bathrooms which is GREAT Wings weren't high enough to my standards but were definitely still good. Definitely coming back for the 'Za and the Rings.

I have been looking for a new spot to get chicken wings and I think I finally found it! I was hungry and in the Dr. Phillips/Metro West area and wanted some chicken wings and came across Josie's Pizza and Wings. I wanted to grab and go so called to place my order. The girl at the counter that took my order was awesome. So was so patient, kind, polite, and helpful. She had a pleasant attitude and wanted to make sure that I had a great first experience. She even helped me carry the food to my vehicle because I had so much food. Since it was my first time I had so many questions and she took her time to help me and answer all my questions and let me know the best options. Since it was lunch time, I was able to try a few of the lunch specials. I purchased 2 of the chicken wing specials, which was 6 chicken wings, fries and a drink for I believe $12.99 which I thought was reasonable and gave me the option to try the wings and fries. So I had both the honey mustard flavor and the honey garlic parmesan. The wings and fries were delicious. I think I have found my new wing spot! The honey mustard was my favorite. It was the prefect honey mustard; sweet and delicious. The fries were tasty. You could tell that they were not just fried but had a little seasoning/taste to them. I will definitely be back for the wings. I also tried the cheesy bread which was delicious as well. I will come back for more. So flavorful, I couldn't stop eating it. Lastly, I ordered the XL cheese pizza lunch special. I believe it was $13.99. It was such a large pizza. Honestly, I didn't get to eat it yet because I was so full from wings, fries, cheesy bread, and the drink that I just didn't have any more room. But it looked great and I can't wait to try it. I had a great first experience and will definitely be back. The food tasted great, good prices, and friendly service. I got a lot of food for a reasonable price. The only thing I would say is that decor was a bit dated which made the ambience a little drab. But I was told the restaurant had been around for about 33 years which is probably why the atmosphere was a little lacking. All in all I will be back for more great food to go. I also would like to check out the Winter Garden location as well.

our neighborhood had the annual Christmas party at this location. We were able to try multiple different pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. The pizza was the thickness I prefer but it was not crispy boarding on underbaked. My favorite was the white pizza, you could taste multiple types of cheese. The breadsticks and wings were crispy and well cooked. This location is in the same building as a 7-11 so parking is best in the grocery store lot.

Absolutely not NY pizza. Not even close. Limp dough, tasteless sauce. Why, why can't we get a good pizza place. People hang over you to order and pay, while you're sitting at the bar trying to eat your food. Terrible set up and looks more like an office with tables than a pizza place.

went to the new location in Clermont and ordered 6 wings, Childs pizza and a Greek salad, 1 coke for a cost including 20% tip of $52. The salad was small and scimpy on the feta cheese. The wings were ok on par with other places and the pizza as well. There was nothing to rave about and frankly it felt a bit overpriced. There's better value out there with similar quality if not better. I probably won't go back without an enticing special or coupon.

There is no doubt that the quality in Josie's food is exceptional. Over 20 years, we have indulged with the best pizza and wings. Now, I want to express my upmost gratitude for Saúl walking the extra mile. He is attentive, courteous, detail-oriented and possesses a true sense of urgency!!! The food was awesome. Service was excellent. It was order for pick up. But the place looked clean and full of friendly staff.

This is the best NY-style pizza that I've had in Florida. The prices are certainly NY prices also but the pizza tastes really good and so do their wings. I frequent this location at least once every 6-8 weeks. Visually and ambiance-wise, it's nothing to brag about but the food is something to continuously come back for. Pro Tip: Call before you come so your order can be ready for pick up when you arrive.

It is tough to find a good NY style slice of pizza in Central Florida but Josie's did a good job of getting really close! Lunch specials at this location are the way to go but be prepared for slower than expected service (staffing issues like everywhere I guess?) if you are in a rush. Right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings - what's not to like! It does feel like you just walked into a 1980s movie when you are inside, which could be good or bad depending on your perspective - but you are there for pizza so who cares!

Servers were awesome! Super friendly:) pizza was also some of the best in Clermont. I love hot wings so I of course had to try them from here but I was a bit disappointed in the spice level. I didn't think the hot was very hot at all.

BEST PIZZA & WINGS. HANDS DOWN. Old school pizza joint. Nothing fancy. We came here on our hunt for the "best wings in Orlando" and several Google searches pointed us here. (Sorry, Yelp, this was before our Yelping days...) Long story short, the hunt ended here. These are best wings I've ever had. Now, I've long been a hardcore proclaimer that Papa Bee's has the best wings in Orlando (and they are still a VERY CLOSE second) but the fact that Josie's also has what turned out to be the pizza too?! C'mon. It really doesn't get better than that. Don't be turned off by the fact that their building is attached to a 7/11. Again, it's nothing fancy. But it's got quite a large dining area, great selection of domestic and craft beers and the best. pizza. and wings. ever. PERIOD.

Anything that is wing related truly has my attention. it could be "Underwear and Wings", "Maps and Wings", you name it, if it says wings on it, I'm in. So, Josie's Pizza & Wings had me wondering about it. A group of friends mentioned this place as one of the favorite places for wings, so I figured why not try them. I was at an event in the tourist area, so after i was done I cruised that way to Metro West. I ordered the Rustic Mushroom pizza, which is a white pizza, and I ordered wings, one half with Buffalo/hot sauce, and one half with butter/garlic/Parmesan sauce. The wings came first, so I dug in. They were good, not overcooked, but the sauces were not perfect. The flavors were a little bit dulled, which seems to be an issue in many places that prefer the low salt diet. In other words, the wings were OK. Then the pizza came and that took away all the flavor out of my mouth. The pizza was good, but the contrast was just too much for me to enjoy it. The mushrooms were well cooked, it was cheesy, a good pizza, but on the sweet side. I packed up what was left and skedaddled to my next adventure. Josie's Pizza & Wing is a very chill place. The lights are dim, it feels like a bar rather than a pizza place. Lots of people pick up their food, not many sit down. They had big brand beers, which doesn't interest me. Service was amazing, the people were friendly and funny sometimes, I would probably enjoy this place more sitting at the bar than eating pizza. A moment of redemption must be written in. I got home and put my almost whole pizza on the counter, and someone ate it. When I asked around, I got an apology. Someone took a bite and couldn't stop eating it. Almost a whole pizza! Well, I guess someone really liked it. "Different strokes for different folks", they say.

I love Josie's! Their buffalo chicken salad is to die for. I have gotten this item twice to-go and both times it has been spot on. I hope this place stays here forever!!!

Love this Pizza/ Neighborhood Sport Bar. Great friendly atmosphere, the service is fantastic and the food is awesome. We love half cheese half Bianka, boneless wings and beers. Can't go wrong with that. Huge TVs on all the walls, you won't miss "that moment" ever!

Hey Josie's pizza, can you stop putting our pizza on the ground and take two extra seconds to hand deliver it to us? That is disgusting and there are bugs everywhere. This has happened twice now.

we had a nice meal and then.... There were a group of us who went for lunch. Some of us ordered wings, some salad, some pizza...all fine. The food was good and all was well until it was time to pay. The server came and took our credit cards, went to process our payments, and it took forever to bring them back. We finally got up and walked to the counter to see what was happening. While our payments were being done, we were told that "someone came by and picked up one of your cards by mistake and left with it". WHAT??? The server and manager were very nonchalant about it, and said they were looking at the camera footage to see what happened. They reported that it looked like a regular customer had picked up the wrong card, and when they realized it, they would probably bring it back. They did not take our name, they did not take a phone number, they did not try to help with retrieving the card, basically tough luck. The affected party immediately called their bank and put a hold on the card. so - they lost 5 customers for life. Caveat emptor. In the past I had heard nothing but great things about the food, which is why I suggested the restaurant for a team lunch, but I will never go back there. Some updates on their procedures regarding payments would obviously help, but I am not in the restaurant biz, so I am not one to give advice on those topics. I just call it like I see it...beware

This is a go to spot for me after rounds of discgolf at Turkey Lake Park. The food has been consistently great for years. This time around I tried a Margherita Pizza. The Margherita Pizza was as solid as the other pizza options I've tried in the past. Good dough, cooked nice and toasty, great sauce, great cheese blend, and fresh toppings. Not sure what else you could ask for from a pizza. Not pictured were wings, which I prefer tossed in the citrus BBQ sauce and well done. The wings are great however since the shortage have been a bit smaller. Then the cheese bread, which if you're bet going to order pizza is a must try.

1000% you need to go! Unfortunately I didn't snap any pictures because this was an unexpected quick grab ad go. I am so thankful I decided to stop in because this is quite possibly the best pizza I've had in a while. I ordered a medium pizza online with pepperoni, half bacon, and half banana peppers. It was ready within 20 minutes which was just enough time for me to get there. Upon arriving I was a bit suspicious because it was next to a 7/11 but boy was I wrong. I went inside, picked up my pizza, and returned to the car for a quick snack before heading back to work. I am drooling just thinking about this pizza. It was hot & fresh. Just the right amount of grease & real cheesy! What could get any better than that? The toppings (pepperoni, bacon, & banana peppers) were all fresh and tasty. This is definitely a well established, super delicious pizza spot! I'll be back, hands down, 10/10!

Josie's is really hit or miss. When the wings are good, they're really good. However, they're pretty underwhelming half of the time. On this particular night our takeout orderwas not ready until 10 minutes after we arrived, which is fine because that means our food will be fresh right? Wrong. When we got home (less than 5 minutes away) we found half our wings to be cold and fries were soggy. It wasn't a large order, 20 wings and some fries. So for half of it to be cold and soggy, leads me to believe part of the order had been sitting out for a while before we arrived.

Welp Yelp, I'm sure you already know where this is going... and you're right!! They ended up being the same place. And that place my friends... was Josie's. Cheers.

Ok, when I'm bored I google things like Best Pizza Orlando, Best Wings Orlando, Best Tacos Orlando. You get the gist. As I plan my next food adventure, it's always good to know what others are thinking. Well, this place came up on the Best Pizza and Best Wing searches, so it was a no brainer to give it a try with the family after a day at Universal. It's next to a 7-11 if you're looking for it, but I'm sure you can find it, especially if you love delicious food. My suggestion is to make the trip out and try it. The wings were amazing. Not too big, not to small. Not too much or too little sauce. I felt like the goldilocks of wing eating where everything was just right. I got the Medium sauce and added fresh garlic (which you can do to any sauce). They were amazing, juicy, crispy, delicious wings. They're one of my favorites I've had since leaving Quaker Steak & Lube country. Now onto the Pizza! All of the ingredients (at least the ones we got) were top quality. The dough, sauce, toppings, and cheese worked together like a barber shop quartet, with each one pairing nicely with the others. The taste was pretty darn good. I can't fully, compare to true NYC Pizza as I only had that one time and it was a huge slice, but the 10" personal size was a nice accompaniment to my wings. Yes, I ate a 10 piece wings and a whole 10" pizza, but only because it was so darn delicious I couldn't stop. And the staff? Everyone there is so attentive and different people stop by to ask if we needed anything. Great food, Great Service!

I ordered a Lg pizza and 50 wings. Total was 104 and change. No big deal, except when I asked if there was ranch or blue cheese in the bag for the wings. They told me it's not included and ran my card again for 4 bucks to get sauce included with the wings. Keep that in mind.

David was absolutely amazing! We came in with a group of 8 people and the restaurant was short staffed. I've been coming in for years and I invited a few of my friends (this was their first time in) to come enjoy wings. David made sure their experience was great. The wings were great, prices were very reasonable and food came out amazing. Thank you so much for making our experience memorable.

Service was fast. The food was alright. Like a B- Not great. Not terrible. I forgot to order chicken for my dads salad. I asked the waiter to bring some and he almost had a temper tantrum saying he was fine without it. My buffalo chicken sub was hot. On the dry side. Would have been better with more sauce and juicier chicken. I think they put mozzarella on it. I think blue cheese crumbles would have been better. I had heartburn after but that comes with spicy greasy food. I think if I ever go back I would try something else on their menu. Bathroom was clean. The drink cups for soda or water were enormous. They have unsweetened tea. Or as I call it iced tea. There is not a process to take the sugar out of the sweet tea. My dad gets it every time he goes out. Thank god for that. The atmosphere was a sports bar vibe. I'm not a fan of sports bars but if you like them this might be great for you. There was no smoking since they serve food. The place was basically empty. It was about 6:30 on a Sunday. I don't know if that is normal for them but it's always unsettling when nobody else is eating there.

Honest to god, about the closet to real "Buffalo" wings you'll find. Order them extra crispy to get that experience. The pizza isn't bad either.

Do not order from Josie's Pizza in Windermere on Thursday. I ordered a simple large cheese pizza at 4:40 pm. It arrived at 6:38 pm !!! --- Yes TWO hours later even though we live 7 minutes away--- and it was terrible !!! The dough was old, probably yesterday's batch. Very disappointing Had two kids looking forward to pizza and then had to throw the pizza away because it was so bad

I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment which at first kind of threw me off because it is conjoined with a 7-eleven which made me feel like it would be like a fast food type pizza chain. But I was wrong! The pizza was great. Crust was perfect and the sauce and cheese ratio was excellent. I did not try the wings but neighboring patrons seemed to enjoy them and they looked delicious. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area. Waitress was great too, unfortunately I did not catch her name.

My favorite pizza place in Orlando. I get my pizza crispy with extra sauce. Never disappoints. Great wings. Their buffalo chicken pizza is tasty too. Friendly staff. They have a bar with a few good beers on tap. They had HopSlam last time I was there which is a Michigan beer that is generally hard to get.

Food vs price vs service (and get you car washed across the street at Sparkling Image) is a nice break!

Great local pizza joint with reliable friendly service in MetroWest. Their wings are awesome, the pizzas are fresh, their cheesy bread is glutinously addictive. I usually go with the MetroWest special pizza, cheesy bread, and the honeyHot wings! They have the sauce perfected on the wings for sure. It helps that you're supporting a local family owned business who treats all patrons as family. No more chain-pizza shops for me! *tip: there are daily specials and they mail out coupons or check online.!

I have passed this place basically every day! Stopped in because I wanted pizza and thought why not try it. Such an amazing idea- I ordered the cheesy bread and it was the best I've ever had. The garlic was so fresh and the marinara sauce. I cannot wait to try more food and share it with my family! I literally ate it all before I made it home next time for them!
