11/12/2025 update: I recently ordered a shirt online, and needed to exchange it for a different size. Journeyman didn’t have it in stock, so they reached out to the company and secured for me t he size I needed.
Shout out to Todd for going the extra mile. This is my 3rd purchase from Journeyman, and will look to buy local before I go online in the future. You cannot beat this level of customer service.
First, I was pleasantly surprised to find a local Madison store carry my favorite brand, Filson. Second, I stopped into the Middleton Store to check it out, was really impressed with the layout, selection and quality of merchandise.
I was able to see a Filson Jac Shirt up close, check sizing and quality. I didn’t make the purchase then, but when I returned home, visited the Journeyman website and signed up for emails. To my surprise, I received a Welcome 10% off on my first order. Was excited to see that it worked for the full price Filson Jac shirt.
Ordered it on Tuesday - received it via UPS on Wednesday!
Extremely happy, I was able to buy locally! Customer service was excellent, even placed a call and got a return call in a question. Looking forward to buying more from the Journeyman!
