Tried the viral Bao bun from Joy and must say, it definitely lives up to the hype!
I got the chicken and pork buns. Both were soft, fluffy, and steaming hot when served. The filling was generous, juicy, and packed with flavour, and the buns themselves were so fresh and felt like eating a cloud.
What surprised me most was how cheap they were for the quality and portion size. You honestly get a huge, satisfying bao for just a few pounds, which is rare in central London.
