All that and an atmosphere away from the chaos of the mall food court that makes you feel like you're at you're favorite diner. The Owner Hector and our Server Greta were a delight to be around. We will definitely be back again!

The entire experience at Joy’s was awesome! The vibe is retro, and the waitress Greta was super nice. The burgers were well-cooked, and tasted incredible. Top quality ingredients and a memorable experience.

If you've been shopping all day (or tired from following your partner around lol), this is the SPOT. Dedicated seating away from the chaos of the mall and food court--no need to fight a family of 6 for a seat or sit next to a screaming kiddo. It's got some real diner vibes over here. The food? Quick to come out and absolutely DELISH. My parter got the terriyaki burger and would not stop talking about how amazing it was, I got the chicken club with fries and also could not stop talking about it. The fries were so crispy?? And I only got the regular ones?? Lord knows how good their other fries are! The owner was SO nice--everyone here was. With dedicated seating, it was easy for them to keep an eye on us and make sure we got what we needed. The next time I need to fuel up and rest my weary bones after shopping or being at the arcade, I'm coming back!

Got to try Joy Burgers today, the burger was juicy , a lil pink in the middle and the bread and onions cooked and toasted to perfection. The fries were really good , I suggest trying the parmesan fries they were surprisingly good. The service was wonderful we got served by Greta and she was fantastic. So shout out to you Greta! You guys rock.

This place is such a rip off. My veggie burger was basic. $26 for a burger and a small portion of fries is stupid. Service was also very slow. Person who ordered after me got their food before me. My drink for the combo was water. She said I'd still have to pay for the water on its own if I didn't get a combo.

I had the Double Smasher, and it has been the best food I’ve had since coming to Vegas. The burger oozed with cheese, and the sautéed onions paired perfectly with the pickles. The fries were cooked just right, crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. Joy’s Burgers really nailed it with both flavor and texture. Highly recommend if you want a great burger experience!

Delicious I had the blue one if you like blue cheese this is the burger. It is delicious. The fries were delicious as well. My daughter really enjoyed it and she’s a picky eater. most of all establishment was clean The service was great. The guys were friendly. Will definitely return. Thank you guys. The original location of Joy Burgers wasnt the best location but my friends and I always made it out there when we could because the food was damn delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed where we could all eat and just enjoy each other's company. Wife and I miss Joy Burgers being close but excited for the new location on the West side! They're my favorite burgers in Vegas!

Burger man gets paid. I saw the kawhi Leonard and Paul Georges favorite burger in Vegas and had been meaning to try it for awhile. It's in a dying mall so my expectations were low. Got the joy burger combo and I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely one of the better burgers I've had in Vegas. Fries were seasoned and crispy. Definitely worth the trip!

Had a great experience with excellent customer service and delicious food. Happen to see this on social media and was surprised it was inside of Meadows Mall. Casual spot on the 2nd floor right on the corner. Just happened to go there for something else and was we walked out I remembered seeing this place. We had the a burger fries and drink. It came out to about $18. 4/5 stars Double smash burger - double patties, cheese caramelized onions, thousand island sauce with a nice soft bun. 5/5 stars fresh seasoned fries

I felt like eating a good cheeseburger but didn't want to go to your normal spot.So my husband found this place had great reviews.So we went to check it out. This place did not disappoint amazing smash burgers, onion rings, french fries, root beer, float and exceptional service! The team working was very attentive & friendly. This is a must go spot if you're in the mood for a Good Burger

My favorite place to come every morning after I walk the mall the service is excellent. The food is excellent. I have no complaints very enjoyable.

I did follow some of the RAVE reviews that were posted about this Burger Joint. However I didn't really care for the type of cheese that was used it smelled like soured Cheese whiz. I'd also only requested one slice of cheese cause I know some cheeses if they're Off brand it'll make my stomach upset. Lo and behold at 4a.m. While I was at work my stomach started letting me you better get this OUT of your system or you'll be walking around letting out Bombs lmao. The milkshake didn't taste like Oreo at all to me. Chick -Fil-A has much better flavor milkshakes in my opinion. I needed my bar area wiped down as well. I ended up only eating half of the Double burger and saving the rest for a homeless person that's normally on the corners in a lotta places out here. I don't think I'll dine here again. There food is very pricey. I included my receipt as well.

I was in the area and looking for a good burger, Yelppies picked this for me, showing 4.5 stars, pretty good right? This located inside of the Meadow Mall, so you see bunch of stupid teens hanging around and OMG, I saw this teen dude wearing black fish holes stocking, wait I mean fishnet penny holes? Is that what you call it? Is that normal now a days? ‍ Anyway, focus here Kenny! So I order the BYO, I think that's the name of it, came out just like the photo I took for you all. For me the meat a little dry, the fries was good, I like the onions, lettuce and tomatoes you can taste it. The lady behind the counter have her ear buds in her ears, for couple of times I tried to get her attention for my drink refill, but she couldn't hear me, people working in the front line should not allow ear buds inside their ears. So overall experience I'm giving 3 stars, probably won't be back

Joy burgers, hands down makes one of the best burgers in town. Don't believe me... try one for yourself. I highly doubt that you would be disappointed. They're located in the food court of the Meadows mall. There's tons of seating and plenty of bar space. The serve time is quick and the customer service is amazing.

Got the western burger with the upgraded fries. You would expect that from this burger join plus where it's located from 5/5. Service setting at the "bar top". Greta treated us like 5 star restaurants. Service 10 out of 5. Because Greta to me went above her job description and I felt like I was a high class bar. No beer tho. That's where we found out they seevr coffee there. Hot and cold and they make everything in house. Would I recommend and go again. Yes cook is fast to come out and Service combined with Greta.

We liked the burgers. 4.5 stars. Trying a new place is a coin toss and there are so-so many "meh" burgers around. Joy Burger gave us a pleasant surprise the other night. Meadows Mall: don't be discouraged. Yes, it's funky and old - a lot of things in our city are. It's no problem. Park in the nook between Macy's and Penny's and it's a short walk to the Food Court. Turn right, a left, and another right. I don't want to hear any "it's ghetto" bigotry. I was in a perceived fancy mall yesterday. The bad behavior and general rudeness was level 10 - so enough with that. My sweetheart and I decided to skip fries and each got a Double Smashburger. Think In and out components - but soft and piping hot. Flavor patties that tasted like meat. I might have liked a little bit less sauce, but the burger was delicious. $25 for 2. There are bar seats along the open kitchen that they keep super clean and regular tables in the main area of the food court. People watching at an old a$$ mall is fun. Your kid's can brag about going to a Keith Lee approved place - is he still a thing? Try it. You'll like it.

Happy to find Joy burgers at the Meadows Mall. I wasn't able to make it the original location . Food is made fresh and I found it well worth the wait. The burgers are HUGE and delicious . It has nice seating at the bar, and you can watch them cook. The server was very friendly and helpful. Come support another small business this holiday season .

I've had this bookmarked for some time now, but always forgot to give this place a chance when craving a burger. Finally made my way to the Meadows Mall and I'm glad I did. Upstairs in the food court you'll find Joy Burgers. There's a counter to sit at where you can watch all your food be cooked fresh. The menu had diverse burgers and chicken sandwiches as well. Looked like there were vegetarian patties available too. I opted for the double smash and my husband ordered the western burger. Both were fantastic. We ordered fries as well and those were fine. One order of fries is fairly large so two can easily share. The girl taking our order was polite and friendly. Counters were clean. Prices are a fair for the quality, but they charge $1 for ranch...and it's such a tiny container. You do get a free refill with your fountain drink and there's some bottled sodas as well.

I had the Western burger and my husband has a build your own with pepper jack and Chipotle sauce . Both were awesome and so were the fries. Staff was friendly and accommodating . No pictures , I ate it too fast

IF YOU WANT A FRESH BURGER, THIS IS NOT IT. This place had the old burger diner look to it, photos of burgers looked good on menu. The burger was just terrible, I got the double "smash" and it was 100% NOT a smash burger. The meat tasted and looked like a FROZEN hamburger patty, it did NOT have the texture of hamburger meat! The caramelized onions looked gross, they were not the brown caramelizing color but more of a dirty grey/brown from a dirty pan or grill top. The onion were also very greasy, way to much oil was added and tasted like a cheap canola oil. The Burger along was $10 and I added the fried and a combo, that was another $5 not that many fries, after taxes it was almost a $20 meal. This is not a good or fresh burger, terrible texture all around and WAAYY overpriced! Go to in n out for way better quality and a double double is about $6!!!

Always meant to get to their original joint but just a bit out of the way. The Meadows Mall is just down the road from me. This food court has had some challenges keeping tenants over the years but they got a winner here. Hope they stick around. The smash burger was great, very satisfying. The Parmesan fries were perfect. Price point was in line with what you might expect from this food court. Staff were very friendly and the food was cooked to order, super fresh.

I'm soooo happy Joy Burger is back!! I went to Meadows Mall today and discovered Joy is back and even better than before!! I feel like their menu has expanded with more offerings and tastes just as fresh and delicious as before!!!

A Must-Try Burger Spot in Las Vegas I had to wait until after finishing my meal to write this review because I was too busy enjoying every bite of their Joy Burger. From the first bite, the burger was incredibly easy to sink into, with flavors that melt perfectly in your mouth. It's the kind of burger that makes you pause and appreciate just how well-made it is. Beyond the food, the customer service was just as impressive. The staff ensures you get your meal promptly and even checks in to see if you need anything else, adding to the overall great experience. Although situated in the middle of Meadows Mall, they have football playing on the TV with comfy seats to enjoy it. Quite a good spot for a mall. Without a doubt, this place ranks in my top five burger spots in Las Vegas. If you're a burger lover, you need to try it!

Food is amazing here! I was bummed out when their Spring Valley location closed, but I'm excited to know they're now serving at Meadows Mall! Their burgers are bomb (I got the Western burger) and paired well with the boneless wings I got (Garlic Parmesan). It definitely satisfied my hunger and I'm always wanting to get more. Their service was quick and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I love how the place looks, seeing how they took the old Johnny Rockets restaurant and made the place their own. They deserve the most love!

I had the Double Smash, which juicy and hot off the griddle. The fries were crispy and fresh. The service was fast (helps that I was the second customer of the day...lol) and friendly. Greta was very nice. I recommend stopping by if you're out shopping and in the mood for a bite to eat.

So happy that Joy Burger has reopened in Las Vegas, and the fact that it's at Meadows Mall makes it super convenient! They still have the same great burgers and wings that I remember, and the prices are very reasonable. I'm personally obsessed with the "Freeway to Hell" burger--loaded with their spicy homemade habanero sauce and pepper jack cheese. It's a total flavor bomb! The staff here is super friendly, and the service is quick. Loved the place and can't wait to see if they add beer in the future! Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.

We love Joy Burgers!! We come at least once a week. The service is amazing and the food is top notch. Make sure to try the Parmesan fries with their homemade ranch. We even bring our family members when they come into town. Joy Burgers is awesome!

Glad to see they're still in business, just relocated. My girlfriend and I greatly enjoy their food and the hospitality the staff always delivers.

Horrible! This looked like a Johnny rockets theme but was far from it! I didn't get the dine in tray burger was messy all the ingredient's fell out! She charged me for an Ala carte everything and it came out to $40! What a waste of money I want my money back , took forever to order, got my order wrong gave mine to the people ahead of me ! I asked to cancel it and they refused . Age was prolly on drugs took forever for a soda will just a horrible time with my baby bro

I ordered a burger with the caramelized onions except there's more canola oil in the onion and there was onion and if that wasn't enough, they took the bread soaked it more Canola oil fake butter before they toasted it!!!!! too much salt on the burger!!!! and way too much thousand island the whole burger was gross chemical burger is what I'll call them from here out.!!! I think they would do much better with just an all American burger and be done with it and this place ranks second on the list wow

Best burger I have had here in Vegas so far! The customer service was great! The only thing I wished it was more closed off from the mall but still didn't take away from the great food and service we received we will most definitely come back and tell others to come as well!

My son and I tried this when we were shopping at the mall. We both got the Double Smash Burger. It was amazing. So much cheese, grilled onions and pickles. Didn't expect a mall hamburger to be so great. Will go back to the mall just to eat here. Service was excellent and friendly.

The experience in itself has exceptional qualities that some just will not be able to enjoy, the thing that keeps me coming to this place would be their fries, mango habanero wings bone in or not. also you should consider trying their B.Y.O burger, where they allow you to choose what goes in to your burger more or less of anything, really it feels like my own kitchen. This place is very acceptable, considering the management is the same and stays that way.
