Joy of tea is a shop located in the China Pavilion of EPCOT, specializing in it's namesake, tea. The staff are friendly and make orders quite quick, which is good during hot summer days or when you're in need for something to drink. The tea was alright. It definitely could have better flavor, as it tasted similar to instant/mass batch teas, but it did its job well to simulate the taste. The boba was chewy and not too hard, which was a plus.

Google
A great place for tea and excellent Pork rolls This is a stand-alone open-air kiosk located directly in front of the China Pavilion in EPCOT. It is located on the lakeside of the walkway, that is to the right as you walk to the south or toward the back of the park. It follows the China pavilion “look” of redwood on the bottom and an arched roof with an orange tile roof. You order and pay the person behind the register on the right side and they give you your order through the opening slightly to the left of that. The menu is above the opening and shows that they have a fairly wide selection of drinks. There are many alcoholic but also some non-alcoholic drinks. We got 2 teas ($3.50 each), 1Tipsy ducks ($13.00) drink, and 2 pork rolls ($3.95 each). The prices seem reasonable. The staff was very friendly. The drinks were very good and the egg rolls were absolutely delicious. There are not many places to eat nearby with seating, tables, or cover. When we visited it was raining so we ended up sitting on the benches outside the China Pavilion. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great rolls and good drinks.

Google
A delicious spot to stop on a trip around the World Showcase! The Hibiscus Bubble Tea had a delicious flavor complete with blueberry popping bubbles which were divine. The Pork Egg Rolls were crisp and delicious as well. Unfortunately, there were no vegetarian egg roll options.

Google
Nice place to grab a cup of tea in a busy resort. I recommend the Oolong tea, hot!

Google
A great place for a quick drink, especially when you are drinking around the world. I was sad to learn the Cantaloopy was no longer on the menu and could no longer be made off menu either but was delighted to try the Dragon Butterfly. I would recommend this over the Kung Fu punch. My friend tried the Tipsy Ducks in Love which reminded us both of a White Russian but with bourbon. They even have pork egg rolls if you need a snack.

Google
Bubble Tea 🧋 in Disney Epcot!! Wow this indeed is a magic land! The tea was amazing 🤩 5 stars. It costs $7.70 though, a little magically expensive

CHOLE Tang

Google
The lychee boba from this shop is great and you can even customise it to be less sweet! It's definitely worth the price!

Google
Really enjoy this little gem in Epcot. The specialty cocktail Mango Gingerita is one of my favorites, it is so good and def has a kick to it (light rum, vodka and I added Boba for an extra dollar). Quick service, professional staff. Definitely recommended!

Yelp
$14.50 Tipsy Ducks in Love is basically a coffee alcoholic beverage. You must really like coffee to order this as I'm not sure how much alcohol is in it (doesn't seem like much). The $13.95 Kung Fu Punch is excellent. I really liked it. Not really sure how describe it as it is very unique. Would definitely come back for this.

Yelp
Our 3rd stop on our drinking and snacking around the world was Joy of Tea the quick service stand in the China Pavilion. We ordered the Kung Fu Punch ($13.75) which was vodka, triple sec, mango and orange juice. It was good but I think it could have used a tad more alcohol to cut the sweetness of the mango juice. I thought it was a bit too sweet but it was my husband's favorite drink of the day. We also got an order of the Pork Eggrolls ($5.75) which were so good! Definitely one of the better egg rolls I've had. There isn't much seating around but we found some benches to sit at and enjoyed the view of the beautiful pavilion!

Yelp
Drink is somewhat refreshing. The service was expected you wait in line. Price is reasonable for an amusement park pricing model. Fits the theme and it's very popular for the china section of Disney.
google avatar

Mellissa B.

Yelp
Service was fast and the drinks were good!! Got the Lychee cha cha and peach milk tea!! Nice to have while walking around!!
google avatar

Molly L.

Yelp
We ordered peace boba tea here. Their drinks are not customizable, such as asking for it to be less sweet, but the drink itself was fine. It was the boba that was a little off. We think the boba is instant boba, since it was super chewy/breaks apart by itself and not quite the boba we are used to. Overall, the drink was fine but it was not something that I would order again especially given that the boba was not what we are used to.

Yelp
This was one of the destinations as part of my "drink around the world" adventure at Epcot where I got one drink from each country in the park. Joy of Tea is located in the China section of the park. It was just a small stall near the lagoon on the edge of the pavilion where they have some food and drinks on the menu. I got the honey hibiscus iced tea ($7.75) which was only slightly sweet but decent. I liked the popping boba in the drink and it was a nice sippable drink especially for the price.

Yelp
This has GOT to be one of my fave quick service stands in Epcot. I could bet this is one of the quickest quick service spots too. Pretty much as soon as you pay, your orders already done! The drinks are a nice refresher after spending a great deal of time walking around in the sun. I always get the Peach Tea and it's always a hit! Sometimes they have special drinks for special events, and they never seem to be a disappointment.

Cassandra D.

Yelp
I should have NEVER gone here. The boba was absolutely HORRIBLE. I should have listened to some of these reviews. I thought it was yummy at first and I only took a few sips when the stomach pain kicked in. I was starting to feel disgusting. Not only did my stomach start churning I had to go sing for chorus. You can only imagine how I was feeling. When I tell you I stunk up that bathroom I stunk up that f-ing bathroom. The service was okay but the line was long and not worth it. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Never ever come to this horrid place AGAIN.

Yelp
My oldest daughter wanted to try boozy tea with our lunch. So she purchased some kind of mess up drink called Tipsy Duck in Love. It contained black tea, coffee, bourbon, and whip cream. I took a couple of sips, but it did not work for me. The bourbon was definitely in the drink. But the other three ingredients just didn't mesh well with each other. I think either the black tea or the coffee had to leave the party to work, at least according to my taste buds. But my oldest daughter liked it and sucked it all up.

Yelp
For a quick service spot they had amazing egg rolls and bubble tea. I wasn't expecting a big wow but these eggs rolls were amazing and fresh and so was the bubble tea! I was in heaven eating this refreshment and my toddler ended up finishing my bubble tea so a good stop for toddlers also! They were quick and nice and reasonably priced. For a quick service spot everything looks clean too. Especially on a hot day like it was everything was fresh. I highly recommend this as a stop in EPCOT!

Yelp
Totally disappointed in this Boba tea there was hardly any tea! It was like drinking milk with a tan color if at all color. And, it was super sweet premade, and you could not customize the sweetness. Very disappointed.

Sarah F.

Yelp
Oddly this is the only place on Disney property to get boba with the exception of festival seasons. The sizes are small and the boba are often on the harder size. You can get a basic milk tea like this anywhere else off property that would be a better value and taste better.
google avatar

Yelp
Not many people want to drink hot tea on a hot Florida day at Epcot, but don't be fooled by the name of this little kiosk located in front of the China Pavilion. During the yearly Food & Wine Fest I've stopped here to grab a frosty Tsing Tao beer, a tasty cold bubble tea, and cocktail. Yup, a frozen libation made with bourbon, coffee, black tea, cream and chocolate syrup. Oh yeah! Called the "Tipsy Ducks In Love" cocktail. God, I love Epcot!
google avatar

Madison M.

Yelp
To be clear, I have never had a beverage from here.... I am here for the EGG ROLLS! These egg rolls are not only a great deal compared to other Disney food prices, but they are DELICIOUS! In general, the food at the China pavilion in Epcot is priced better and tastes better than most of the other countries (more bang for your buck), but the egg rolls at Joy of Tea are the best deal by far. Cannot recommend enough. By the way - this photo is not meant to be artsy or informational. These egg rolls are so good, my dad was already inhaling one before I could snap a pic!

Yelp
Dying of thirst while walking through the World Showcase at Epcot, my son shouts out, there's bubble milk tea. That stops me dead in my tracks. What??? Did someone say bubble milk tea? Can it possibly taste good at a theme park? Upon first sip, the bobas were nice and chewy, it was good, really good. You cannot adjust the sugar level but that was alright with me. I'm not going to be picky at this point. Suddenly, all was right with the world again...sip, sip, sip, happy skipping...Pam is not grouchy anymore! I was getting a bit "Canto Loopy" but as soon as I took a sip of their bubble milk tea, I did a "Peach Snap" or two and I felt like a "Mango Gineritta". Lol...these are just some of the cocktails they serve here that most people were getting in line for. The Bubble Milk Tea (sweetened) I ordered was made of peach flavored with tapioca pearls. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
I honestly don't know what the hell I was thinking when I came here, aside from being hungry and intrigued by the idea of eating Chinese food at a Disney park. Boy did I regret that decision nearly immediately. Got the Lucky Combo, which is two egg rolls, a curry chicken pocket, and a soft drink for $10.99. As soon as I got the food I was had immediate buyer's remorse. Egg rolls were pretty blah, no different than anything I could've gotten at any Chinese fast food joint. And the curry chicken pocket was mostly spread and very little chicken. Service was alright. Staff were friendly, but a bit standoffish. Problem was that China happened to be one of the first lands I visited, so I had no idea there was way better food to be had in my immediate future. Considering how many food options there are in the World Showcase, I really regretted buying this.

Yelp
The Joy or Tea is outside of the China Pavilion and is easy to stop by while walking around the world. They have many drinks, including teas. Their Bubble Milk Tea is affordable, delicious, and fast. They now take Apple Pay, which is great. If we start at Mexico while going around the Showcase, we stop at China for tea.
google avatar

Kislev A.

Yelp
The Peach Milk Tea Boba is brewed perfectly - not burned and the peach flavor is perfect. The boba was cooked well. The "milk" part was kinda weird at first but once I got over having milk with my peach tea, I really enjoyed it.

Yelp
Drinking around the world in Epcot? Joy of Tea is the place you'll want to go in the China Pavillion! Joy of Tea is a cart, so if you blink, you might miss it! If you wish to go non-alcoholic, they have a plethora of teas to pick from as the name suggests. Now if you're looking for something that packs a punch, they do have beer but their cocktails is really where it's at. The cocktail prices aren't too bad here, ran us $9.54 with tax & tip for a Peach Snap. Lovely cocktail served in a plastic cup with peach Schnapps. I enjoyed this fruity cocktail! They have a few snack items and ice creams, too! Good drinks paired with good service from the ladies working the cart made me a happy customer.

Yelp
Tasty, free snacks on the dining plan, can't go wrong little bites at Joy of Tea. We had the egg rolls and the chicken curry pocket and they were crispy deliciousness. We actually had the egg rolls two days in a row, so good.

Yelp
Boba tea in Epcot. Located in China area. Bubble tea was peach flavored black tea with tapioca pearls. My wife enjoyed it, and the Keikis liked the pork & veggie egg rolls. I ordered a "FOO" beer which was basically an IPA
google avatar

Mark N. T.

Yelp
I was thirsty. I was sick a d tired of very American drinks such as Coke.I bought tea for $3.50.It was healthier and cheaper than Coke!

Yelp
Delicious teas. I recommend the hibiscus tea on a hot humid day, they have boba as well as pearls.
google avatar

Yelp
Tipsy Ducks In Love cocktail at this stand! Coffee, Bourbon, black tea, chocolate syrup. Frozen Yum!
google avatar

Yelp
One of the best bubble teas I've had. Great egg rolls too! Not really sure why people didn't have good experiences. Personal notes: Bubble Tea 9/10 Egg Rolls 8/10
google avatar

Ryan W.

Yelp
Didn't like the drink and it was classic Mille tea with boba or bubbles. The employees were nice but when it came to info on allergies, it did feel like they wanted to push me away.

Yelp
If you're in Disney and want Boba, this is the only show in town. We visited Epcot our third day and within an hour, left Future World for the Showcase. Head left around the lake and go to China (2nd or 3rd on the left). Look for the kiosk on the right. They have maybe 3 flavors, but the peach with tapioca pearls satisfied my craving. Surprise find: they have the cheapest snack you can get basically anywhere in any Disney park - TWO hot, crispy egg rolls with sauce for 4.95. Seriously!!! A water cost $4.50 in the happiest place on Earth. I used this hour break away to get a snack, some Boba tea and hide away on a bench (with a nearby outlet for charging) just inside of the China showcase - by the stage. Thanks for being there, Joy of Tea!

Unknown U.

Yelp
My friends and I were craving boba at Epcot and so when we found out about Joy of Tea we were so excited and the reviews were pretty good so we decided to try it out. Big Mistake! We all got the milk tea with boba. The milk to tea ratio was so off, the boba was not good, and we found clumps of sugar (we think it's sugar) in out drinks. After a couple sips we all had stomach aches and really bad bladder issues (if you know what I mean). I don't know if something was expired or what but it made our stomachs hurt really bad. My heart rate went up to 156 bpm and I could barely breath. I never write reviews but I definitely had to write one about this place.

Yelp
Is there anyway to get relief from the hellish humidity in Florida? The answer to that question is HELL NO! But the ice cold mango green tea smoothie I purchased from the Joy of Tea stand was refreshing! Joy of Tea, which is located in the China section of EPCOT'S world showcase, is a small stand that offers different types of teas, smoothies, Chinese alcoholic beverages, Chinese flavored ice cream and Chinese snacks. The day we visited EPCOT was not terribly humid but it was still humid enough to make us sweat a bit. While touring China, which was about 2pm or so, the heat started getting a bit more intense so my wife and I each decided to buy a mango green tea smoothie to help cool us off. We also decided to split an order of BBQ pork buns. The smoothies were super tasty and refreshing. The BBQ pork buns were OK, not the best I have had but still a tasty snack. The smoothies were about $4.50 a piece and an order of pork buns (2 per order) was $4.50. I guess these prices are a tad high... but then again, what isn't expensive at a theme park?! The women who were working in this stand were super friendly and got us our orders out very quickly. If you're visiting EPCOT and need a refreshing, ice cold beverage to help quench your thirst then stop by the Joy of Tea stand in China. However, like I stated above, nothing in this world but an instant ice storm could relieve you from the nasty humid weather in Florida.
google avatar

Lisa W.

Yelp
Maybe we tried the Joy of Tea at an off time, but our pork buns were hard... So hard that we left them over. I did the curry puffs had good flavor, but they were ok. I am not an egg roll lover, but those happen to be my favorite from this booth. Maybe it's because they were the freshest? Next time, I'd definitely get a frozen or tea drink here and would probably skip the food.
google avatar

Kirsten S.

Yelp
I'm not a Bubble Tea fan but so many people are. This is the only place I know of in Epcot to get it. My reason for straying from the F&W fest booths was to try the Curry Puff. You get to for about $5. They are hot and tasty, with a very mild curry flavor. My only issue with them is how greasy they are. We could only eat a few bites and then tossed them and went to wash our hands. If you are looking for a quick snack besides popcorn or pretzels this would be a good choice. Just be warned of the greasy Pastry factor.
google avatar

Hillary W.

Yelp
Came with excitement and left with disappointment. Had been hoping to try the curry pocket but they were sold out. Fair enough. Since we had waited in line for so long, we decided to still buy a peach boba tea. Now I am a huge boba tea lover. Taro, mango, passion fruit, you get the idea: If it exists, I will try it. Anyway, the peach boba at Joy of Tea was horrible. The boba pearls hardly had any flavor & the tea itself tasted artificial. There was an off putting after taste/aroma that I had a very hard time narrowing down. It reminded me of rubbing alcohol or a sharpie marker. I don't know if it was just bad tea or the peach flavor is an additive that was expired or low grade, but it just tasted artificial & chemically. It will be awhile before we get the nerve to go back and try any other items from this stand. IMO there's better choices at Epcot for a quick snack and drink.
google avatar

Morgan W.

Yelp
Try and find me a better egg roll, I dare you. It's not a trip around the world without a stop at the ol' JoT
google avatar

Tamir N.

Yelp
I went to this food kiosk to try their bubble milk tea. As a boba enthusiast, I love to try different boba drinks from anywhere that serves them! As far as milk tea options with boba go, there was only one, a Peach flavored black tea for $6.95. There's no way to customize this beverage as it's something that's already prepared and just poured into a cup upon ordering, boba and all. The tea itself was pretty good! I especially liked the level of sweetness in the tea. However, the boba pearls were a disappointment. The consistency of the boba was great but they tasted like absolutely nothing. No flavor, no sweetness, no anything! If you are looking for a delicious boba option at Epcot, I wouldn't waste the money for a sub-par bubble tea. Get the mango green tea smoothie instead!
google avatar

Taylor E.

Yelp
I tried their lychee iced tea and bubble tea. The lychee flavored iced tea was quite good with a very strong flavor of lychee. The bubble tea was super sweet and there are no options to add less sugar. It appeared that all of the drinks were pre-made so you can't customize. While I'm glad they had bubble tea on the menu it could have been improved by having more flavors and having it be less sweet (you can always add sugar). While I didn't try it they do offer Tsing Tao which is one of my favorite beers. Yay alcohol at Epcot!
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
There are 3 things I really love. 1. oolong tea 2. peaches 3. alcohol I'm also a pretty big fan of frozen drinks and China (obviously, given the love of oolong). So I was beyond excited to learn of the Peach Snap. It was hard to bring myself to wait until about 6pm to have one. Normally I don't mix my tea and alcohol because I don't want to lose the flavor of the tea. The Peach Snap totally works! I could definitely taste oolong in there. Not as strong as I would like (which would probably lose many people drinking it), but still good enough. If I drink a flavored oolong, it has to be peach, so this is basically the most perfect alcoholic drink to me that isn't beer. It was just what I needed with how dang hot it was. I wish I knew how to make them myself but really, it was perfect. For the most part carrying around anything else, it got warm too quickly. But with a frozen drink, you don't have to worry about that. And since it's tea, it feels extra refreshing. The alcohol isn't obvious, granted it is just schnapps, so if you're looking for a buzz this isn't your drink and you should head back to Mexico for a frozen margarita. So good!
google avatar

Libby W.

Yelp
I love this little booth. It serves up small food items and several different kind of drinks. For now I'm reviewing the 2 drinks I've had here. I enjoy the Canta-loopy - It's basically very simple cantaloupe juice and vodka. It's a very classic simple taste and isn't too sweet. Today they were out of it and I went with the Mango Gingerita. This was Amazing. The mango served for the nice sweet fruity part of the drink and the ginger was balance with a little bit of the gingery spiciness to it. It's not everyday that a an out of stock item makes you choose something that you end up loving so much.

Yelp
As part of our unique eat around the world mission at the World Showcase in EPCOT, we stopped in at the small Joy of Tea food hut outside of the China pavilion and grabbed a BBQ pork bun and an iced mango green tea to eat and drink on the go. The pork bun bread to filling ratio was way too tilted to the bread side which was also not tender and dryer than would be expected. The filling was overly sweet and didn't have much pork flavor. The iced mango green tea was overly sweet and barely had any green tea flavor. Mango was the predominant taste and had some of the positive floral aspects that I would associate with real mango although it was so sweet it had to be a syrup of some sort. Unfortunately cloying, this could be decent if the sweetness was WAY toned down.

Yelp
PEACH SNAP!!!! So we all had lunch next door at the La Cantina De San Angel and the food from there was not settling in our stomachs well. I could feel the grease just sitting in my stomach. But long and behold, there's the Joy of Tea in the China Pavilion next door (bless you Epcot). I knew I needed something fast to get that nasty grease out of my stomach so I saw the Peach Snap! - a combination of peach schnapps and oolong tea in a refreshing slushy. AHHHHH....... That Peach Snap! really hit the stop and the oolong tea flushed all that nasty grease away. Every time we were in the vicinity of the Joy of Tea (Hey, the Monorail takes you from the Ticket and Transportation Center to Epcot, let's go!) we had to get Peach Snap! especially to clean out the nastiness we ate with the oolong tea. Good: Peach Snap!!! Bad: There's not one in every park. Final: Get some Peach Snap!

Yelp
Overall: 3.25 Stars A refreshing stand with a mixture of teas and frozen drinks. The flavors are good and out of the ordinary. I don't recall the last time I had anything with cantaloupe in it. On a hot day it is worth a visit especially since it is difficult to find shade in China. However, I feel something is missing. The tea is good, but there isn't enough variation when it comes to ice cold tea. I guess tea is usually meant to be served hot, but since you are in the unforgiving Florida sun, hot tea isn't an option. Either way Joy of tea is worth a shot if you want to try something different.
google avatar

Shanna C.

Yelp
If you're a huge planner like I am, you should know in advance not to get the pork buns. They're like dry, high school cafeteria rolls with just a tablespoon of pork in them. I really hope that sometime in the future Disney will switch over to much more tasty cha siu bao. Seriously, these are awful compared to other (more well made) varieties around the world.

Madeline B.

Yelp
My favorite drink at Epcot so far, The Tipsy Ducks In Love. Coffee, Chocolate, Whiskey, what more could you want? The girls working the cart have always been very friendly and got drinks + snacks ready quickly. I tried the curry pocket last time I was there, wasn't a fan, but the drinks are great!!
google avatar

Emily R.

Yelp
Overheated and in need of a boba tea. We ordered and it was just ok. The texture of the boba was chewy and the tea was overt sweet. Lower expectations are the name of the food game at Walt Disney World.
google avatar

Seena T.

Yelp
The slushy we had was super tasty!! Mango tasted like real ones not the artificial flavored kind.We definitely would go back for all the other different flavors. The service was good too.. The services were really friendly. There was a long line but they let us taste the difference flavors which was really nice.
google avatar

Gladis R.

Yelp
I got the Mango Green tea slush. It was really good. The service was also awesome and friendly. If I visit Disney World again, I will definitely stop by again.

Emily Z.

Yelp
Get the Tipsy Ducks in Love - awesome iced drink! Black tea, coffee, chocolate, cream, and bourbon. It's premixed but they top it off with a hefty pour of Jim Beam. Fast service and a really interesting enjoyable drink. Akin to the smooth "warm" feeling of an iced dirty chai.
