It's a really great place. Clean and well maintained. Well worth the price. We did 10:40 to around 12:30, took a break, got lunch and went back until 5 ish. The kids were spent and fell asleep on the way home. No negative thing to report. One family tried to sneak in without paying while the guy was getting something out of the back room, but they were called out by a parent. Will be back!

on a Saturday evening, we took our 17-month old daughter for a tiny adventure. This was a great option. Lucky to have to place almost to ourselves, we had fun. CX climbed on stuffed animals, played in the ball bit, slid down the slide, listened to the sounds and crawled all over the place. The cost was $10 plus tax which I thought was a fare price. Staff was cool, great attitude and the place seemed clean. I would add a more secure location to place the sneakers and stroller. I found myself glancing over a bit to see if my stuff was fine. Overall, no issue. I would give it 5 starts if there was a crawling tunnel and a bubble machine. We had fun, and we'll come back the next time we are in the area.

We came 7/12 for our 11 month old son and he absolutely loved it. The other children were friendly, parents were attentive and there was plenty of things for kids of all ages to play with. The entire place was clean, organized and not too big so he was always in our line of sight. When he wasn't, we were sure there was nothing he could hurt himself on. The bathrooms were impressive. There was a changing table, it was super sanitary, they had de-odorizing spray and diapers to use. Very cute place and will definitely come again, especially for only $10.60. It is obvious they care very much about the safety and cleanliness of the children and not just a cash grab.

We are regulars at Joyland Club because my just-turned-3-year-old absolutely loves it here! One of my favorite things is that admission comes with an all-day pass, which means you can leave and come back whenever you want — such a game changer with a toddler. The space is always super clean, thoughtfully designed, and just the right size for young kids. It’s located inside the mall, so it’s incredibly convenient to pop out for a quick donut or pretzel and then head back in for more playtime. It’s also never overly crowded, which makes for a relaxed, enjoyable experience every time. We’ve truly never had a bad visit — and that consistency is what keeps us coming back again and again. Highly recommend for anyone with little ones!

I have taken my son to Joy Land on multiple occasions and every time the place has been clean, well maintained, and a lot of fun for my little one! I frequently go her with my son and nephew and they always leave feeling so happy! There are a lot of things for them to do and play with and it’s a joy watching them have so much fun. The staff is also always so friendly and welcoming!

Currently on vacation & decided to take a stroll at Oxford Valley mall when I saw this place. I said what’s to lose on a Wednesday night out with my son & his god mother. The employee was so nice & allowed us including my toddler to have the time of his life. I genuinely can’t wait to take my son back! What a wonderful idea to have created a place for kids to enjoy themselves to their best ability without any electronics!!

A fantastic place for your child. Just the right size. And the staff is so friendly. Super clean as well. You don’t have to worry about your kid coming down with something. The bigger places are nice as well. But this is just the right size. I can’t stress enough how great the staff is. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back.

Very cute indoor place place at the mall! Lots to do for various ages! Took my 3 year old and my 22 month old and both had a blast, especially with the two ball pits. The entire area was very clean and the girl at the front counter was very sweet and professional. We were able to leave and come back after getting some food which is always a plus. The only issue I had was the floor to get to the bathroom and inside the bathroom was extremely slippery and dangerous and myself and my kids slipped and fell multiple times while just walking there and back. I mentioned it to the girl at the front and she said the owner was aware and working on a solution. I understand it's new flooring but it definitely should have been addressed after being open for a month. Otherwise a great experience and hope to be back soon!

Great place for kids to burn some energy! Very cute, clean and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
