Amazing food!! New Center folks have been waiting for a food spot like Jamaican Pot. The staff was warm, friendly and professional. The food was excellent-I had the small curry chicken with rice, beans and extra cabbage. During lunch time, the line is out the door! If you are in the new center area, check them out. It’s great to have a new work lunch spot in New Center!

First time trying The Jamaican Pot & it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I bought a small lunch portion of the Jerk Chicken. The meal came with rice & peas (red beans), cabbage & plantains. It was SO GOOD!! Reminded me of being in Jamaica for sure! My food was lukewarm by the tine I was able to eat it (bought food & ran errands for about 1.5 hours). I didn't even warm my food up, just dug in. Next time, I'll get a larger portion & I'll also try the BBQ chicken. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

The food was prepared wonderfully and tasted even better. The store was clean and the atmosphere really nice. The staff were also really good with the customers and the interactions were very genuine. Recommended highly.

Food was exceptionally good, each flavor contains sweetness and juiciness. Would recommend to start your day in a better way!

Went for the first time yesterday and ordered the vegetarian burger! All I got to say is THE BOMB!!!!!!!! Customer service was also excellent. Will be going back very soon!

I am so happy to find a place in Detroit that first of has Brown stew Chicken and actually taste real good! Surprise my husband with it and devoured it!

I have never been here but the food looks delicious hopefully I can visit soon...
