Plenty of seating inside even on a nice busy Sunday afternoon. There were quite a few people inside but didn’t seem crowded. They had public bathrooms. The store was a little dirty. The prices were high but to be expected. The sizes were not that big. We got two sundae’s and they were not big at all for the price I expected bigger and more ice cream. We also got a frappe and it was delicious, just one size for all frappe’s. There were also two benches outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream.

It says on the front door “Boston’s Best Hot Chocolate” so we got in to get hot chocolate. It was really not worth it (powder chocolate with milk) and hence I consider the sign misleading.

On a scorching hot summer day in Boston, I stumbled upon JP Licks, and I'm so glad I did! The generous portion sizes ensured I got my money's worth, and the staff at JP Licks were friendly and offered excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. In the end, JP Licks' rum raisin ice cream was a delightful summer treat, and the wide range of flavors they offer makes it a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts. I got a couple of canisters (peanut butter and cookies n cream / and cookies n cake batter) for my family and an ice cream cookie sandwich to go. I got a travel container to keep it cool. My family has loved the ice cream. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was super crowded the whole time. The staff seemed overwhelmed. But I was glad we got to try it! Recommend!

Great ice cream place have regular and dairy free options. I had coffee cookies n cream ice cream and chocolate solf-serve ice cream on waffle cone. The waffle cone was meh. But the ice cream was good, not too sweet. I like the chocolate soft serve better than the coffee one because I like my coffee ice cream smooth and by itself but it has cookies and cream in it but at least it wasn't too sweet, so in general they were good ice cream and I recommend it.

Had the peanut butter Sundae, it was as delicious as it sounds, peanut butter ice cream, peanut butter cup on top, peanut butter sauce! I had a good experience, friendly employee, what I ordered was fantastic, and I will stop in again the next time I am in town.

Wanted a quick sweet treat after window shopping and this place was quick and convenient. The decorations plus light fixtures were very cute lol. Workers were friendly and patient, would recommend to any other tourists

Best cookies & cream ice cream I’ve ever had! The store is a good size and they have plenty on their menu. Staff was friendly and accommodating with sampling with ice cream.
