Nice place good food, good people, good pool tables, plenty of space. Happy hour and specials seem great also! Tuesday $1 wings.$1 sliders Wednesday plus extras. Pool leagues and trivia, here on a Wednesday not sure what other days they do it.

I had to constantly tell our bartender to give us a fresh frosty glass with every draft beer. She wanted to keep using the same glass. Might not seem like a lot to some, but it is everything to me and my wife. The owner bartender switched them all the time without prompting, but the employee did not. She just doesn't know, or doean't like washing glasses.

Hidden gem. Stopped here on the motorcycle for apps and a drink. Amazing happy hour. Great salad and great wings. I’d imagine the rest of the food is also really good. Really friendly bartenders.

You need patience. We got there and seated ourselves. It took over 15 minutes to get a server. The place was NOT that busy on a Saturday night. Our server was sitting at the bar looking at her phone. Another server was working his ass off and a third spent the entire 15 minutes talking to people at a table. We were literally about to walk when she finally came over. Do not order water unless you live in Eureka. I forgot and ordered water. Sickening. Not their fault but Eureka water is the worst in a tri-state area. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. The wife had the Nashville Kick’in Chicken and said there was not really anything Nashville Chicken about it and very little Kick’in. We sensed they wanted us to tab out after a few drinks so we did. I then went to the bar to get more drinks since nobody came to the table and then the server asked me to sit down and said she would get them. It all felt really odd. I guess I did not fit in since I am not a local. There are plenty of good places in Eureka, but this place may take some patience to get served so so food. They do have three pay pool tables.

Everytime I have been there I have had the greatest of times ! Wednesday 1$ burgers are absolutely legendary in our parts ! If you have never made it in on Wednesday for that you really have not lived ! Whats in the picture was only around $8 with a soda !

Good atmosphere friendly folks and cold beer! Showed up too late for food though. Kitchen closes at 10PM. Brisket Nachos are bomb 💣 😋 diggty!

The food was good, hot, and fresh! The service was a little slow as they only had one person working the front, but that was at lunch so I'm sure the evening rush would be better. It was a little pricey especially for lunch time.

Went here a Friday night and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and I will return time and time again for the funnel fries. Never get rid of those. I also had a patty melt which was bigger than I expected and cooked well. The drinks were delicious and we played pool. Very welcoming staff and somewhere I'll be back.

This is a really good neighborhood sports bar. It's filled with regulars night after night (I'm currently the Duke, but only because most of these guys don't have Yelp). It's a fun crowd. The food is standard bar fare. The wings are really good, almost up there with Poor Richards. Their STL style pizzas are very cheap, and the quality is similar to Cecil Whittakers. The only food I would avoid are the wraps (mediocre) and the mozzarella cheese sticks (obviously frozen). There weekly schedule is: Monday: pool leagues Tuesday: $2 beers Wednesday: trivia and 99 cent burgers (leagues better than Clancy's) Thursday: DJ, $5 pitcher, $1 drafts (BL and Budweiser) Friday: Entertainment, $9 unlimited wells in a solo cup Saturday: $3 Jäger bombs, 99 cent burgers, entertainment Sunday: sports Sunday funday, free pool, $1.99 burgers The staff is friendly, and buckets are always $13.50

Food was hot and good as usual. They need to upgrade their printer and process on how they communicate with the kitchen as the service was sllloooowwww again....and we always get an excuse about some kind of breakdown with the system. Our server did the best she could do. If you are looking for bar food that is good and a place to have good beverages and shoot pool or play golden tee, this is the place for you. But just know, don't be in a rush as it might take some time. Brisket nachos are a solid choice.

Common racist bar. I don't generally prefer to go into hole in the wall bars, but I had heard good things about JPs and my son also enjoys the wings here. Decided to go, against my better judgement. Sat down at the bar and what unfolded was nothing short of an episode of What Would You Do television show. A black man walked into this questionable establishment and sat down at the bar. We were there for a while, seemed like he had met a couple of friends for drinks. His friends left, and he remained requesting to place an order for takeout. His server Matt took the order. The black man waited. Several other white people came and were seated after he placed this order. They were served. He remained patient, waiting for his takeout. Nearly an hour passed and he was still waiting for his food. He began to ask what the status of his order was and I saw a man approach him, come up behind his shoulder and harass him. Matt the waiter became irate when the black man questioned why he was still waiting on his order when other people had been seated and were now eating after his order was placed. Even though he was harassed, he still tipped this asinine entitled waiter, who then said, "I don't want your tip." My food was subpar at best, tasting like leftover grease and the general regret of spending money at a racist establishment.

A decent sports bar, but one that has an outdated look and feel inside. There's always a few regulars holding the bar stools down and they seem to get way more attention from the servers than any new patron does. Seating is rather clumsy and overused as it needs lots of new padding, replacement parts, and maintenance. The food is standard, not bad but greasy; their pizza is horrible. Drinks are watered down and not mixed well.....in desperate need of a mixologist for new concepts. Also, be forewarned they have issue with nesting Geese nearby so keep the door shut!

Food is good, it was a quick dining experience. Service was friendly, but no one checked on us or refilled waters or anything. It was a fast lunch so recommend for that. It's very casual.

I would leave 0 stars if possible; our service was almost nonexistent, and any food we received came out after almost 45 minutes, and was cold. After not receiving one item that was ordered, a waitress came to ask about refills, and when reminded we were waiting on an item, she became defensive. Which led to our original waitress also being fairly defensive, and rude.

They have daily specials, just don't expect there to be food left over if you come for dinner. I haven't been but there must be a great lunch crowd. We went at 5pm the other night and my husband wanted to get the meatloaf special and they only had ONE left .He got it. Meatloaf, mashed potatos, white gravy and green beans. I tried the meatloaf and mashed potatos.. OMG delicious. My husband said the green beans were almost as good as mine (I use alot of butter). I recommend following their social media for some great specials.

Fantastic little place they did awesome job accommodating a group of 35! All severs and bartender very friendly. Give this place a try.

Great wings and beer! Service was great too! We were on our way home from Meramec Caverns and searched for a place that had wings. Glad we found it!

Saturday .99 burgers and they are AMAZING. Everything we ordered was great. Mushrooms. Wings. Mini tacos onions rings. Tennessee kickin chicken quesadilla. Sweet potato fries. Great waitress too!

I arrived at 8:40 pm and sat at a table. The waitress finally came to my table at 9:05. When I tried to order food, she told me that the kitchen closed at 9:00. The place was only a quarter full, so there's no reason it should be taken this long to receive service, and the waitress didn't really seem apologetic. I would rate the food, but I never got any.

JP's is my favorite place to go when I am home! My family and I have been going to JP's for 5 years. The wait staff make you feel like family because they are so personal and attentive. Their food is delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! My family's favorite is their pizzas and burgers. They have great deals on certain days of the week, so it's a win-win! Definitely recommend!!

This bar and grill is a great location for hangouts with friends and family! With a beautiful patio with amazing string lights and seating for everyone it is so comfortable almost like you're at home. Each night of the week they have a different special and trivia nights on Wednesdays which are always a blast!

Amazing staff and great food! They really make you feel like home. On Wednesdays they have Trivia and 99 cent burgers!! I will definitely be back!

We had a great last minute dinner at J.P's tonight. After seeing some good reviews and never having been, we took a chance. They were fairly crowded but it was about 5 min before a waitress took our drink order. She brought those quickly and then took our order. We ordered an appetizer of Loaded Fries but unfortunately they came out with our meal instead of before. The meal was hot and delicious. We had a burger, the Wang Dang Buffalo chicken and our son had chicken strips and fries. The buffalo chicken was outstanding but all was good. We'll definitely be back. Our only suggestion might be to lower the jukebox a bit.....it was difficult to understand the waitress.

If you have not found this hidden gem, seek it out!! JP's is tucked away behind other businesses. It looks like a typical biker bar when you walk in but this place has a ton of class that doesn't show to the naked eye. We walked in with cupcakes to celebrate a teammate's birthday. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed anything put in the fridge!! Wow! Talk about customer service! Then we ordered our food. We had a pretzel with cheese, brisket nachos, Hawaiian sliders, and a salad. The pretzel came out and was as big as a large pizza!! It was hot and yummy!! The nachos were incredible. The brisket was tender and juicy and there were so many other toppings that every bite was full of flavor and excitement! The sliders and salad were equally as good. The service was good, the food came out quickly, and it was delicious!! Do yourself a favor and go to JP's and eat!!

Went here on a Friday night for dinner with a group of 16. Took us awhile before we were able to order. The food came out sporadically and illogically (pizza came out before appetizers). Slight mix up with one of the orders - requested no onions, but came with onions and extra fries. I ordered a quesadilla and it was the very last thing to come out. Everyone else was done eating and ready to go. The worst part of the entire experience: there were 2 long hairs in my sour cream. That would have made it a one star review, but our waitress comped the quesadilla and was pretty great the whole night with handling our large group. And all the food was really good! Also, the tables weren't very clean. One of bathrooms had pee all over the toilet and floor. Good place if you just want to have drinks and shoot some pool.

I understand what someone is have a bad day and doesn't smile but to basically throw my food at me? There's no excuse. I won't be back.

I rate this a 5-star due to Sarah, Barb Mo, and Ryan... these women know how to run a bar. We love the atmosphere, the personality... but these women are under-staffed.

Went to go there for a band and a late dinner and the service was slow and our; Waitress wasn't very attentive . when I came to receiving the check took an hour to receive a check after we got done eating and it took an hour for our food to come out of the kitchen.

This place is amazing! They never have any drunk Hoosiers running around in their and I come there every Wednesday for the best $1 burgers I have ever had and the free pool! There's always some nice people in there to play pool with. They've got darts,pinball,shuffle board and even slots! I definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Used to come here a lot but then the service got terrible, they mixed up our order with other tables so we got wrong sandwiches and fries.Last night they had 3 chefs in a kitchen and there were ALMOST NO Open tables. The night before we walked in and walked right back out. I would only recommend this place if you don't mind a wait and a very loud place. And the other hand also, they have many activities for the kids. Overall I would deffintly not recommend this place for anyone.

Food is average to good bar fare. Prices are reasonable. I agree with the other reviews that this is a regulars bar. And there is the issue. If your not a regular, the service sucks. The bartender and waitstaff just hang out with the regulars and ignore other patrons. I have walked out after 15 minutes at a table without anyone even aknowledging my presence. There wasn't even very many customers in the place. Its not uncommon to sit at the bar for 10 or 15 minutes with an empty glass waiting for someone to even ask if you would like another. I won't be back.

This place needs updating and a good cleaning. Service is better than it used to be. The food is good, but service is lacking and inconsistent. The owner needs to be more engaged and interested in their customers.

On the day of a Stanley Cup final where you're surrounded by St. Louis Blues fans, they are on one server and one cook. There is no Manager - just a Supervisor on duty. We had been waiting over an hour when we decided to check on our food. Our meal ticket was not put in, but we were served our appetizers on the same meal ticket - like that made sense. Our server was like, "Oh, we're busy" and when we asked her about the food, she replies, "Oh, it should be coming." Right, like the meal ticket wasn't entered into the computer to begin with. If our appetizers were served and was on the ticket, then why lie? What a terrible service on a busy hockey night - like it's the "football" of the Midwest. Our server hasn't checked on us, except for one time. I'm giving this place two stars because the Supervisor on duty spent the time to accommodate us and we got our food for free. She was very hospitable and catered to us. We really appreciate her. The hot wings and fried ravioli was good, but that's about it. This place is terrible at serving and accommodating out-of-town guests. Wow. Don't waste your time here, especially when you're hungry and you have hungry children waiting to eat. Go find a better sports bar and grill if you want to watch a game with your family.

I have lived here almost all my life. I have made it a point to support my local businesses. I got to say its not worth it. Fast food or sit down or togo is horrible. So to the point. I order 3 salads and 40 wings togo. I ordered at the bar and was happy to get a beer while a wait. An hour. An hour for 3 salads witch was wrong and 40 wings with no sauce on em!!!. I went back for a refund. Pissed of course. This is literally the first review I have ever left! I live off the social grid but this was ridiculous. Unfuckingbelievable. Jp I wont be back and im sorry for that.

BEWARE!!! Walked in and there was turmoil with the cooks arguing out in the bar area threatening to walk off the job. We should have left. Over two hours to get our food. When the food came out it was served one dish at a time. One chicken sandwich was raw chicken. Just the outside fried. Hamburger raw in the middle when ordered medium well. Pizza a soggy mess. Waitress offered to comp the chicken. Demanded the manager and got a story they are short staffed. Gave 50% off our meals and comp'd more dishes. Gave the waitress cash for the bill and she shorted me $10 on the change. Got the hell out of the place. This is on the top ten worse all around experiences I've had. Hate to see this since I'm a local, but if your suck this bad, you deserve to close up shop.

Went to see my husbands band play last night....The place could be a fun place, But $99.60 for 3 buckets and 3 appetizers will keep everyone away. The mushrooms were absolutely fantastic, But I won't be back to try again.

Oh my goodness! Had the best Nacho's Supreme EVER! So yummy! Great blend of textures and flavors.

Local bar with GREAT food and good wait staff. The outdoor patio could use some work because it has a lot of potential!! Not a typical sports bar.

this bar is allot of fun. and if your a pool player its a whole lot more fun. there is plenty of competition . theres also many tournaments that will give proceeds to charities or a sick friend. no indoor smoking but theres a nice outdoor smoking lounge. food is great!

The atmosphere here is good, and it is rarely crowded. It is a typical sports bar. However, I have to say that the food is absolutely horrendous. I've had many items from their menu and none have ever been good. They have a terrible selection of beer, but their daily offers are great and usually make it worth the visit.

Love love this place since it's under new ownership now!!!! The prices are unbeatable and the food is delicious! The drinks are very reasonably priced. Great place to go after work for a drink!
