Very friendly service with fresh and authentic dishes served in an El Paso theme atmosphere. I ordered the Juarez Flautas, which is a popular item, and I can see why it is a top favorite. I got the choice to choose my filling and I chose 2 beef and 2 chicken. I really like that I got the chance to do that without being charged extra. I also got the choice to choose between lettuce or cabbage— I chose lettuce. The Flautas came with your choice of lettuce or cabbage, tomato, sour cream, and queso fresco. All very delicious topping. I liked the beef Flautas more than the chicken because the beef had a bit more flavor, but they are both very good. It was just my preference. They also have the choice for you to choose potato if you don’t eat meat. I personally did not want one, but I imagine they are very good as well. They have a salad bar with the best salsas. My favorite is the orange one because it has a fiery kick to it. Overall, this place lives up to its name and reputation. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because I feel like they could have given me a bit more tomato and the price was different than what I’ve seen online. It was like $8 bucks with taxes for 4 Flautas, which is not bad, but could be a bit cheaper or at least offer a side like Mexican rice, beans, or a drink. I’ll still be coming back though. Definitely, a great place for Flautas.
