Ok so I recently had an incredible experience with this establishment. When Uber Eats royally messed up and brought me someone else’s order for lunch at work, the owner of Jugo Boss instantly stepped in to help with zero hesitation. She went above and beyond and contacted them and tried to rectify the situation, even when it was at no fault of her own. And when Uber Eats refused to correct the situation or refund me, she graciously remade my order at no charge, and had a staff member personally deliver it to me at work! I mean, the dedication to her customer’s experience far exceeded any expectation I could have possibly had. She not only cared about the unfortunate situation, but she made the BEST açaí bowl, smoothie, and wrap and the entire issues stress was relieved when I was able to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal.
