I think some of the positive reviews are the owners and family/friends because the exact opposite is true of what they’re saying. The service SUCKS. I stood there alone for 10 minutes with the lady going back and forth before she even acknowledged me. No hello. No confirmation of my order. No tap payment. I was actually going to order a couple things to go too but bad service always makes me question the quality of the food. Extremely slow to get our sandwiches even though they just had to warm them up. Located inside H2O

Highly recommend this place, Exceptional management and staff. Clean, best quality smoothy and great customer service. Kudos to the owners and staff. Keep up the good work

I came in and ordered a bubble tea yesterday, after waiting for 10 minutes the lady tells me they don’t have any tapioca pearls after she made my drink. I asked if I could order something else then, she just stood there staring at me. Her co worker then says “yes”, so I looked at the menu and chose a smoothie. The lady then says “that’s more expensive” I said “yes that’s fine”, before I could finish she says “you’ll have to pay.” I then said “yeah, that’s fine, I can pay the extra.” She was annoyed and went over to the till and charged me an extra $4. The total bill was then $18 for two drinks that weren’t very good. This was a very disappointing experience for me, these two ladies were both very rude to me for no reason. I won’t be back to any jugo juice ever.

Awesome service. I’m here for first time and I don’t have any idea to pick protein shake according to my taste, but staff members Vipan and Almas suggest me Mocha protein shake, that’s really full of flavours. I will highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back.

I ordered ahead on doordash and arrive to pick up when order said it would be ready, and waited another 25 minutes watching the two girls behind the counter just leave our food sitting there without even any service or anything I had to then ask them if we could just get our food and drinks. They then told me it was going to take longer and I watched five other customers order and get their food before us while still watching our food just sit on the counter. The business understanding and customer service is absolutely herendous.

I’m a regular here, the ladies are fantastic. And sometimes they give you the extra bonus smoothie!

I got my max veg without carrot juice thanks godsend. No sugars diabetic friendly. Nice service. 4stars! Way better than the terrible service from the Richmond BC location. Not all places are equal and this says something about individual franchise owners.

Bland, boring an expensive. Ordered a drink, Walked away for 1/2 minute , then went back to upgrade to sandwich combo deal with my drink. They said it was not possible to get the combo price now. I could only order sandwich at the higher price. Owner of shop was watching and listening to my request. She ignored, didn't smile or seem interested in helping. They were not busy and did not seem to care. It was my last $7.00 smoothie. I swim 5 X a week at the beauiful pool at H20. If they are going to operate a business in a friendly place (H2o) they should participate. I give 2 stars as they are clean & healthy. Just not very smart. All I wanted was the $ saving on the combo ( $ 1.50). Good luck
