I've been going to the Promenade Shops shopping center that Juice & Java is in for a few years now and have never noticed their shop. Juice & Java is located on the back side of the shopping center (located near Winn Dixie and Chuck E Cheese).
When you enter the restaurant, it's a little confusing on what you are supposed to do. There's a lot of tables with waitress service, however I was just looking to order a smoothie and take it to go. I saw menus at the front door, so I stopped for a second to see what smoothies they had and then I proceeded to the counter toward the back of the restaurant where I figured that would be where I needed to place my order. But it would have been nice to have one of the employees stop me and ask me if they could assist with anything.
So, I go to the counter and found their juice menu (see attached photos). I had to study it a second because they didn't have their juice menu on their website. I ordered the 24 oz. All Natural Smoothie (Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and Pineapple) for $8.95. The server at the counter didn't seem to understand the combination and had to ask me to repeat it 3 times and I eventually had to just point it out to her on the menu.
They had a few orders in front of me, but processed the smoothie order out very quickly, and found me in the restaurant to let me know my order was ready. I sat at one of the tables and a few of the servers asked if they could help me, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, I thought service was pretty good, and the smoothie was delicious (and prices were very reasonable too!). Now that I know how the ordering process works along with what options are on the juice menu, I'll be back the next time I am in the area.
