"JuiceBrothers was founded by four friends, who decided in the summer of 2013, while on a canal boat, that Amsterdam needed a really good pressed juice place. Two years later, the first JuiceBrothers shop opened in De Pijp, followed by a second location in Amsterdam-West, and another in Centrum. (There's also a JuiceBrothers in the suburbs outside of Amsterdam, in the Amstelveen mall.) JuiceBrothers' main thing is still cold-pressed juice, using as many organic ingredients as possible. But they also make smoothies and serve a limited amount of breakfast (acai bowls, chia pudding, coconut yogurt) and lunch (a couple salads and a coconut wrap), along with some snacks and sweets (kale chips, oat bars, chocolate truffles)."

I was looking for an acai bowl during my stay in Amsterdam. It was suggested as the best in town. And it truly was. The location is central, only less than 10 minutes from my hotel by walking. The staff were nice and friendly. The acai bowl was delicious I had to come twice to try more. The service was quick and excellent. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great bowl.

Had the purple rain acai bowl topped with blueberries, goji berries, granola and other bits and was so yummy!! Perfect satisfaction to an acai bowl craving

A really good place for a quick healthy and yummy bowl of açaí. The options are good since you can add all the good toppings. Staff are super friendly and helpful

I had an extremely frustrating visit at Juice Brothers recently. First, we entered hoping to rest on the bench inside while enjoying our drinks. Unfortunately, the bench was occupied by delivery boxes. When a staff member noticed us pointing at the bench and kindly offered to move the boxes, the cashier abruptly interrupted and declared that "This is a takeout-only store. Today's weather is nice, go have the drink outside." She then ordered his coworker to stop assisting us and prioritize stocking. Around an hour later, we walked past the same store and saw customers sitting on that very bench sipping drinks! This blatant double standard made us feel discriminated and disrespected. Secondly, the €9 juice in a large size was utterly underwhelming. Not only was it clearly **not freshly squeezed** (tasting very very diluted), but the portion size was shockingly small for the price. Paying premium prices for low-quality, pre-made beverages is simply unacceptable. Rude service with possible discrimination, exorbitant pricing, and subpar products. We strongly advise others to avoid this establishment unless they enjoy paying €9 for glorified fruity flavoured water while being treated like inconveniences.

Very disappointed. I visited a couple of weeks ago. After taking my Acai and coffee order, I decided to also purchase a juice (all to take away as there is no dine in option) When my order was ready I went to collect it and asked to purchase the juices I was holding and was told to wait until other people had been served, which was ridiculous as I had already waited 15 minutes for x2 Acai bowls and x2 coffees. The girl serving me was extremely rude, when making my first payment I left a tip (the eftpos machine brings up tip suggestions for staff) and they did not say thank you and did not even pack my take away bag ?! What was the tip for?? To put the order through ?? Anyway, I waited again and paid for the juice. I tried to not leave a tip again but the machine’s ’no tip button’ did not work and had to leave another tip… The actual acai bowl was not good, it was still frozen after a 20 minute walk back to the air bnb. There was no flavour and the consistency was absolutely terrible. I would love a refund the whole experience was awful.

I had a delicious Purple Rain (almond butter) Açaí bowl and it was spectacular! Tasty and hearty - really hit the spot on a hot 90 degree day. That said, the service was slow but I feel for the workers. The place was a sauna and everything was overheating. I don’t hold this against them but something to be aware if you’re in a rush.

I found it to be too expensive as a real serving of some juice, not a taste is going to cost around 30€. Is good if you want to pretend. It's also not fresh and is separated from sitting in bottles.

I had to go back to give my compliments to the ladies who made the Acai bow. Seriously one of best bowls i ever had!
