I was honestly a bit confused by this place. It has very high ratings on the apps, so I was excited to try it, but once inside I struggled to understand the menu and how the items were meant to be ordered. I asked for recommendations and tried to get a clearer explanation of the offerings, but the staff member helping me seemed rushed and didn’t really take the time to explain things.
I specifically asked about the much-talked-about Dubai chocolate products, but was told it was “just a piece of chocolate,” which didn’t match what I had seen in photos online. I didn’t feel encouraged to ask follow-up questions, and overall felt dismissed rather than guided through the menu.
In the end, I stepped aside to let others who clearly knew what they wanted order, and eventually left without buying anything. It was disappointing, as I would have loved to learn more about the food and try something new, but I ended up going elsewhere where staff were more willing to explain and help.
