I placed an order online on 10/9, scheduled for pickup at 9:15 AM on 10/10. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready, and the employee said she hadn’t received any online orders. She made the order in about 20 minutes, which is fine but annoying that I had to wait in the first place. I actually didn’t even come in until about 11am just in case the order wasn’t ready on time to begin with. On I received my order, I asked for my loyalty points to be added to my account, she said she added them, but they never appeared. She seemed nonchalant about the issue and didn’t make an effort to resolve it. Overall, she appeared a bit stressed, so I just left and decided to try again another time, hopefully with another employee or manager to resolve the matter.

Kerry was absolutely the most delightful! Even though he was the only one working at the time, he gave 110% to make sure my aunt and I were completely satisfied. His professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude really stood out. We truly appreciated the effort he put in — thank you, Kerry!

Amazing service and amazing bowl. Cary was so nice, helpful and patient while helping my family and I to choosing our bowl being that it was our first time. Will definitely be back!

The bowls are great, however about half the time I come in the middle of the day they are closed. Parking is paid as well, going to avoid in the future.

So fresh and yummy! I built my own bowl, and it was so nice that they have a designated gluten free granola, as well as some cool raw crackers and snacks available. Decent size too for the price!

Just showed up - Monday at 1:24pm, place is closed with "will return" sign up. WTH Very disappointing

Lately the bowls have been halfway filled, missing toppings & not adding the extras the customers paid for. I don't know who's working there now, used to be an elderly woman and man. But the quality has been an issue not to mention the store will randomly be closed. The staffing need to be fixed. Quality and service is going downhill fix it before it's too late. I'm a regular I come in and I order at least 6 bowls a week on DoorDash.

I came in for the first time today. There was a bit of a line, but nothing major. She said it would be roughly 10 minutes. I ended up wait 32 minutes. Meanwhile, one girl was making the smoothies all by herself while the other girl was messing around on her phone and with the food in the display case. The drinks were great and the girls were nice, but I'm pretty frustrated to have waited for so long, especially when it seems like there was more that could have been done to expedite everything. On top of that, a customer that was here before I was came back saying she had mold in her muffin. Big bummer.

Strangely ran. A hit run down. Broken payment device. Dirty menu, they only have one. Probably good products? Messy walls. City center is so nice and high class - this place should be in the middle of nowhere ;/

Did not enjoy the juice. I was close to closing time, first choice selections were not available at time of visit.

Easy to find! Quick friendly service. My cup was jammed packed with deliciousness cost me about 13-15 bucks for this with all the added toppings. Would def say it's on the pricer end but it is yummy so I mean I guess you get what you pay for ha-ha. Parking is so annoying especially if your going to city center just for this. They have indoor seating for when it's hot, it's small inside but it's set up like a bar with stools. They have bowls and cups and they have other things aside from just açaí bowls. I love that you can customize what you want but the more you add the pricer it gets.

Great service the two times I have visited. Very friendly and quick. Really like the acai bowls.

Located in City Centre, a great spot to grab fresh smoothies. It's next to Tiff Treats and across from Fellini. The interior are small with a few tables to sit at. They also have outdoor seatings. Most people just come and go. Services are friendly and quick. They have smoothies off the menu or you can create your own. There's also açaí bowl. Pretty the same menu as their other locations. You can earn points every time you make a purchase.

Drove all the way here - 9:08 am and they are not even open. Pretty disappointing to say the least

Woman working there was truly doing the absolute most trying to attend to all the patrons of the store and making the food and juices all herself.

Very disappointed... showed up at 7:30am on Monday morning for a juice and found the store closed, lights off, completely empty. I found this strange because online and also at the actual store it says they open M-F at 7am.... Please fix your times online AND at the actual store because this is seriously misleading and disappointing

I am absolutely in love with this place!! I can't express how happy it makes me to find a place that does no use frozen fruits and offer a healthy sweetner alternative like honey!! . Fresh cold press organic fruits and vegetables. You can get a juice, smoothie or a fruit bowl that will make you feel good after and give you a good source of nutrients and anergy. They workers were Very slow to have my order ready and their basic açai bowls are way overpriced. I won't be back again.

Sign said it opened at 9am. We all waited until 9:15am and no one ever showed up . We left and went across the street to the coffee bar.

The bowl is impeccable! I would love to give this place 5 stars but it's definitely over priced! But the bowl is very tasty and HUGE, it's more than worth the splurge every once and a while! I love the bar concept with "shots"! The immunity booster is amazing! Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! I finally found an açaí bowl place i really love. Too bad they don't have any in Katy but this will do. The service is really fast and friendly. They have a notepad when you walk in so you can check off everything you want blended in your bowl, topped on your bowl, and any extras if needed. Loved this place! I always get açaí bowl, blended with strawberries and bananas, almond milk, topped with strawberries and bananas granola, and blueberries (extra charge). Only thing I would recommend is the granola to be changed to something better ‍ more crunch?

I work at City Centre so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out JuiceWell would be opening here! I came in one morning to get an açaí bowl. You build your own and it'll cost you $9 and depending on add-ons, could cost you more. When they brought the bowl out, it was HUGE! You definitely get your money's worth, and it was amazing! It wasn't too tart, wasn't runny, and they load the toppings on! It's so refreshing and definitely a good and healthy breakfast! I haven't had a chance to try their juices yet, but I'll be sure to do so the next time I come. Glad it's here in City Centre!

Welcoming staff member & really refreshing açaí bowls. I got an açaí base, banana & pineapple, almond milk, granola, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, and a drizzle of honey for toppings. I will definitely be returning for a post workout snack.

Built my own bowl and it's so yummy! Tried the pitaya base and wow. Definitely going to get a bowl at least once a week. Super refreshing, great tasting fruit. Granola and honey are great, they have gluten free options if needed. Also ordered the cure juice and was not disappointed, they give you a good amount and in a glass bottle so you can take it home. Customer service is great, can't wait to return.

Friendliest, most down to earth people anywhere! We love coming in here any day of the week, and love their new outdoor seating area. Nice variety of bowls, juices, shots, and snacks. Their wheatgrass shot is unlike any other, it's actually tasty! Hoping they add some more savory items like soups or wraps one day. They are very knowledgeable about what each ingredient does for your health and can recommend something for everyone.

I love this dude. He's always there to make your day a little bit better :) Recently, he stayed later towards the end of the work shift/day and helped me get through the day

great açaí bowl! ordered it hours early on doordash to be ready when i got there and still had to wait but it was just the fact that the poor guy was working by himself and it was busy! hope they hire some more people!

I love smoothies in the morning and coming here always hits the spot! Morning glory is really good. The coffee smoothie (can't remember the name) is really good too.. just bring a toothpick. Haha.

I'm on day 2 of a 3-5 day juice cleanse. The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They chatted with me about my desires and put together a plan. I talked to Luke, Wen and met with Dylan, the manager, and he had tons of juices prepared for me so we could figure out what I liked and what I did not. I am going in every morning for my juices, and they are really very good. Some better than others, but they are good. My stomach is reacting a little, but that's expected on a cleanse. I'm down two pounds in 24 hours - yes, water weight, but for me, this is a cleanse and a kick start to some healthier eating. Looking forward to trying an açai bowl!

Simple and a tasty treat. I tried an acai bowl for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised from my experience. They really do give you a lot, like a Starbucks venti cup size, so the price of $9 is pretty reasonable to me. I got full out of eating the whole bowl. The flavor and texture of their smoothie in their acai bowl was nothing like Smoothie King, in that it doesn't taste like artificial flavoring with a strange powder feel. I also like how the bowls are customizable for the ingredients. If you do decide to come here to eat, there is very limited seating. The inside seating is all at the bar and the outside seating has maybe two to three tables. If you are on a special diet, I would recommend for you to be aware of the amount of sugar present in the bowls and smoothies, just because most fruits have a lot of fructose and granola is usually made with a lot of glucose. The next time I come to City Center with a friend, I am definitely going to recommend coming here when we are in the mood for something refreshing.

Service is always great and their açaí bowls are sooo good. My only gripe are the locations are usually harder to access due to the parking and busy areas of town.

While I love their açaí bowls, their customer service is awful! I place an order online through pick up, showed the employee my order and that I had paid for it, and he told me he never received it so he would not make it. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Seriously I am never trying this location again. I came here twice and had to turn around and go home both times bc their business hours are all jacked up. Today, 03/01/20 I came in at 5:51pm and the doors were locked again even though the door shows they close at 6pm. I had a similar experience lAst time I came 2 weeks ago when I showed up before they closed. To make the experience worse a girl walked out the rr, looked at me and cleared walked to the kitchen he'd to hide as I stood in front of the door. Terrible service. Terrible experience twice now.

This is my first time at this place and I've been looking for a really good pressed juice place around this area. I must say, it didn't disappoint! I tried the strawberry sentimint and it was perfect! Kaitlyn who was working at the time was very sweet and very attentive and even gave us free samples! I'll definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone that I know!
