I had an amazing experience at this bar and restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, energetic, and exactly what you want for a great night out. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly balanced and served quickly even though the place was busy. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The bearded man was phenomenal. He had an incredible personality—friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure everyone was having a great time. He knew the menu well, drinks were excellent, and kept the vibe fun the entire night. Between the great food, strong drinks, and top-notch service, this place easily earns five stars. If you stop by, definitely say hello to the bearded man—he’s a big part of what makes this spot so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We were headed to another bar when we walked by Jules. The atmosphere looked chill and we wanted to enjoy a final night cap. I absolutely LOVE that the drinks were named after crystals 😍✨. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet, with mostly couples. The drinks were great and well balanced and the bartender was just neutral. It was fun to spontaneously pop in.

Gorgeous hotel restaurant with an excellent burger. I ordered the burger and upgraded to truffle fries, which had a thin, crisp exterior, and a fluffy interior. The cocktails are tasty, and even though there weren't many people (Winter storm Fern just came through), it's a gem.

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed dinner here one night. It was good, but there are so many better options in Boston. The happy hour is good though for $1 oysters. We got tacos, clam chowder and calamari. The calamari was a tad salty. It was a nice place! One thing to note, it was freezing inside - dress warm!

what a lovely atmosphere with delicious food and drink! i popped in for dinner and the bartender and server were very kind and attentive, truly SO lovely, 10/10

Came here for dinner and got the bold romesco chop and the $1 special oysters. The oysters were fresh and delicious, and the pork chop was cooked the perfect amount. Additionally our server was very attentive and answered all our questions.

Atmosphere looked cool - stayed at the connected hotel for 4 nights. Tried Jules on the first night. Unfortunately after 10 minutes of sitting waiting for someone to discuss a meal and drinks, we were ignored despite others coming in after us and being helped immediately. We left and went to the Black Rose instead (5 stars!). We won't give Jules another look in the future (nor did we try to go back).

Stayed at the Hyatt Centric connected to the restaurant over the weekend. Before I went up to my room on Saturday evening, there was a dismissive attitude towards me at the restaurant ("Jules on Devonshire") from the male server. While he immediately ensured that I was made aware of the time ("It's last call right now!”), there were a few guests seated at the bar and some of the tables, so around 5-7 people were still in the restaurant space. I acknowledged this last-call time and was fully aware of what time it was. I then asked for a menu, and he made a face at this request but did provide one. NOTE: I was not there to dine/have a beverage but merely wanted to buy a dessert to-go up to my room. I asked about desserts and was told ever so flippantly: "oh the kitchen's been closed!" — Like, it would have taken such an effort to slap a slice of pie on a plate? Come on… lost what would have been a generous tip, as well. Do better.

We stopped by Jules for drinks after work and it wasn't too crowded or loud. We sat at the bar. It seemed like Jules is a popular place for people to quickly pop in and out for drinks after work. The bartender was attentive and shared recommendations on what drinks to order. The focaccia bread was good and paired well with our drinks. I would come back again.

Great happy hour 1 dollar oysters and 5 dolkar calamari had a good beer selection and drinks were on point the bartender knew his drinks..

Open seating. The smoked wings were the only good thing of the food. The short ribs are good but the polenta was not that great. I think normal mashed potatoes would be a better pair. Did not enjoy the bolognese could use a touch more of salt and tomatoes.

Our experience at Jules on Devonshire was phenomenal! We went on a Sunday night, so there wasn't too much of a crowd. Our waiter was extremely personable, attentive, and helpful in making decisions. I ordered the Miso Cauliflower and loved it! I also got a cocktail that was quite delicious. To finish the night off, we ordered two desserts that may rival as the best desserts I've ever eaten??? The Creme Brulee Cheesecake was incredible! I'm still thinking about it days later... Overall, Jules on Devonshire is a great place to stop at for a bite to eat (and save room for dessert)!

Had breakfast one morning in Jules, and the food was delicious. The French toast sticks came with arguable the best fresh whipped cream I've ever eaten, and there were no complaints about any of the other dishes either. Certainly a viable option if you're staying in the hotel or want breakfast close to the stops on the Freedom Trail

Jules on Devonshire is a cozy modern restaurant and bar, connected to Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall, but located across the way from Faneuil Hall. They are open for breakfast and dinner and drinks. The place has seating up at the L-shaped bar, high top tables, regular tables and booths. The bar offers 6 beers on tap, wine and cocktails. The breakfast menu offers egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, French toast sticks, toasts, oatmeal and granola bowls. The dinner menu offerings include burgers, sandwiches, steak frites, chicken, pasta, seafood, wings, chowder, and salad bowls. The pricing here is moderate. I stopped by for breakfast recently. I sat myself at a high top near the bar. The place wasn't too busy and the bartender brought over a breakfast menu and a bottle of cold water with glass. I decided on the Veggie Omelet ($16) with sourdough toast and Home Fries (add $2). My breakfast arrived to my table in 10 minutes after ordering. The round flat omelet had a blend of eggs, onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and a slice of sourdough toast cut in half. The fresh cut home fries were deep fried and salted. The omelet was basic, but pretty good overall. The check was presented which had a 20 percent gratuity already added, $22.73 total. I left cash and headed out through the hotel. It is noted that this restaurant is not affiliated with Hyatt, so no Hyatt points can be added, but they offer a discount if you're a guest of Hyatt Centric.

Went for happy hour And dollar oysters which were superb Service was pleasant. several tap beers to choose from . several $6 apps at happy hour, and we had a chicken thighs hand held which was great but beware it was quite spicy hot. Went back twice for oysters and beer I hope they keep the dollar oyster deal!

Food and service were both really good! We stayed at the hotel on site and it was very convenient.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric, which uses Jules as it's restaurant, and were optimistic due to decent reviews. We Tried Jules for several meals. the room service was awesome. Very fast and the food was hot. The staff were great. Cocktails at the bar were amazing, the Amber (smoked old fashion) was delish! However, when it came time for a sit down meal, we were so disappointed. The lack of staff (two people to cover the bar AND the restaurant) made for cold food and SLOOOOOW service. Breakfast took 30 minutes just to order. Dinner arrived 20 minutes after ordering...before our drinks arrived. The clam chowder was seperated and a puddle of grease was on the top. We sent it back but were still charged for it. I will say the spring pea cavatelli was DELISH, as was the hummus. I think this place could be amazing. The decor itself is beautiful, with gorgeous glass chandeliers hanging throughout, but the service needs much improvement. I don't blame the staff as they were overrun. A third or fourth staff member would really elevate this place.

Great service, staff, drinks, food and overall vibes!! Perfect for an after work drink or a weekend dinner.

We enjoyed a very nice brunch on a dreary, rainy day. The Eggs Benedict were delicious!

Came here after work last week with some friends. I had the Chicken Milanese, and one of the cocktails. Delicious food and a very calming ambiance. The service was quick and attentive. Would definitely return again! Perfect place if a convenient location is important.

Breakfast was great but service was super slow! Also lots of tables that needed to be cleared which affected the ambiance.

Had a fantastic dinner at Jules, started with the focaccia and then the spring pea Cavatelli. Must say one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Not a bad martini either!
