"Longtime Los Angeles restaurateur and omnipresent Food Network personality Chris Oh has brought a new dining destination to destination-dense Koreatown, launching his restaurant and lounge Juliana on busy 6th Street last month. The former EMC Seafood space has turned from a sunny corner spot for oysters and wine to a moodier restaurant and lounge that aims to seamlessly take diners and drinkers from daytime to late night. With low marble tables, lots of couches and plush seating, and plenty of glowing accent lights, Juliana is meant to serve as a middle space for Koreatown diners. “Koreatown has become such a destination for food over the past decade,” says Oh. “Everybody from everywhere comes here to eat Korean barbecue or whatever. But they eat [that], and often that’s it. Unless you’ve got a friend who can take you to the secret spots.” Instead of going the secret route, the celebrity chef (along with partner Shawn Oh of Ten Ramen) decided to go big, opening up right on the corner near some of Koreatown’s biggest restaurant names. He sees Juliana as a place for dinner and also a cocktail spot for after-work crowds or customers who don’t feel like waiting for a table in a parking lot near bustling Chapman Plaza. “This is a lounge for before or after dinner,” says Oh. “We want you to come in, have great drinks, and maybe stay until 2 a.m.” There will definitely be drinks beyond beer, wine, and soju, Oh says, with Juliana offering a full menu of cocktails and even bottles for groups. The chef has experience going both high and low, previously helping to operate the Seoul Sausage Co. food trucks (for which he won a Great Food Truck Race season) and opening his hip San Francisco hangout Umma, among other projects. The restaurant side of things will encompass dishes as varied as brunch benedicts, daytime salads, pastas, and a seafood risotto that’s heavy on lobster. “The vibes are chill,” Oh says. “It’s a lounge, a bar, a restaurant, all with a kind of Miami Art Deco look.” More than anything, Oh says, he’s just happy to be bringing something new to Koreatown, a part of Los Angeles that he loves and that has supported him tremendously throughout the years. “The name is a nod to this old school club [Juliana’s] that used to be in K-Town and is still very big in Korea,” Oh says. “I’ve just always wanted to open something here that felt like that.” The new Juliana opened last month at 3500 W. 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90020. Hours run daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m." - Farley Elliott

Went here for brunch and we were the only ones inside at 11AM on a Sunday. Three or four more groups showed up by the time we left around 1. Not yet a popular brunch spot. But their food was good! We got the candied bacon Benedict, the abalone risotto, and an Americano. The risotto tasted really good, and the Benedict was good too. Friends got the gnocchi, and the smoked salmon Benedict, which they liked as well. Portion sizes felt pretty small though, especially for brunch. And the service could be better. The server was friendly, but wasn't very good at checking in (water refills, etc). Also they have a bunch of round 2 person high-tables, so wasn't great with a baby or for sharing food if you're in a group. The ambiance was great - looked posh, especially the bar, and even the bathroom.

I was invited to Juliana for my Instagram food blog (@catrinoms) and had a fantastic experience! This restaurant is so beautiful and every dish is so creative and gorgeous. My favorite was the blueberry steak — such a surprising combination and so delicious! Definitely recommend this spot for date night or hanging out with friends. The vibes are on point!

I really love the ambiance here. Great spot for a date night for sure. I really enjoyed the lobster risotto and the truffle pizza. Service was attentive too. Make sure to use the under ground parking in order to get validation.

We dined in not knowing what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance, the customer service and the food were great! We ordered the ceviche (not a big portion but it was enough for two people), the lobster risotto and seafood pasta. Highly recommend. The pasta sauce is delicious! Can’t wait to return and try other items.

We had an amazing time dining at Juliana’s restaurant in K town. This is a very cute spot in LA! The brunch is definitely a must! I enjoyed the ambiance as well!

My sister and I were in LA and wanted to grab some brunch together so we decided to give Juliana a try. Parking was super easy (and free) inside H-mart. The second we walked in, we looooved the chic/sophisticated vibes. We started off sharing some mocktails and fresh OJ. I got the Pink is the New Black drink and it was so fun and fruity tasting. For food, we got their Dutch Baby pancakes - WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We literally devoured the whole thing in minutes! I decided to try the kimchi fried rice since I was craving something savory. Soooo flavorful and filling with the mentaiko and kimchi mixed in. I also really enjoyed their carbonara gnocci which was very creamy and rich. We also noticed the pot rice (aka SOT) on the menu which is very trendy in Korea right now so we ordered that as well. However, I thought this dish was mid and was missing some flavor. Definitely not as great as the other dishes we tried. Overall, super impressed with the food and ambiance. Brunch here was pricier than your usual Ktown spots but worth it for a special treat. This is definitely going to be my new go-to for when I want to feel like an IT girl on a boujee brunch date. Can't wait to come back!

I was just there this Saturday, 7/22/23 with couple of friends. Got there around 4:30 pm and ordered a drink since kitchen opens at 5 pm (kitchen break from 3 - 5 pm). Later we ordered, stuffed mushrooms, fried brussels sprouts, and truffle gnocchi. Of the three, our favorite was fried brussels sprouts. I would recommend this over stuffed mushrooms. Mushrooms were small. Gnocci was okay since I thought the cream was a little salty for me. I will have to come back to try other dishes. Service and ambiance were all great. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the "night" atmosphere, but I'm sure it would've been better than the daytime atmosphere with indoor lighting.

Love the atmosphere here! It's one of the nicer lounges in ktown. Came here with two friends and we got the porketa, meatballs, burrata bolognese spaghetti, and blueberry steak. The staff was very friendly and one of the bartenders made really pretty drinks. We parked in the garage and it was only $5. Def need to come back during the weekends for the DJ!

Yelp
Juliana in Los Angeles is a hidden gem! The ambiance is beautiful and intimate, perfect for a date night or special dinner. The menu offers a great selection of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish. The service was excellent--attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in LA. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This was fine. Nothing special. The other reviewer who said their whole menu changed is correct. All my Yelp research on their menu was for nothing. The menu is tapas and sushi rolls. Meh. We were sat at some short tables when you first enter. The tables were one height when sitting so eating was slightly awkward and uncomfortable. I was sitting on a stool with no back so that just added to the unconmort. We went there hungry; expecting the menu items you see in most of the reviews. We ordered a bunch of tapas and chowed down. This was not a great experience. I would say this is now someplace to get some drinks and "bites" to eat. Definitely not for a full meal. More of a lounge atmosphere than restaurant. Nothing was bad, it was just a disappointment from what we were anticipating. I don't think I will voluntarily choose to go back. If we're in the area with friends and can't decide, and want a drink with some snackable food, then I'd consider it. I can't recommend.

Yelp
TLDR; new menu--this is a mediocre sushi restaurant now. This was an unexpected experience -- not in a good way. We made a reservation weeks ago, excited to try this place because of the amazing reviews and interesting menu. While we were on our way to the restaurant, we got a message through yelp from Juliana that they are proudly serving Asian fusion and sushi cuisine "as part of our new menu revamp." While that was a little odd, we figured it meant they had some new additions to the menu and their website (still) hasn't updated the menu. But when we arrived, we looked at the menu, which was devoid of any trace of the old menu, and replaced with an extremely basic list of items you would expect at an average to sub-average sushi place. Philadelphia rolls, rainbow rolls, salmon and tuna nigiri, and rice bowls. Nothing imaginative whatsoever. We had to laugh, and we were the only ones there so we ordered drinks and some appetizers. They were edible but not very good. The server and host were a little awkward when we asked about the menu -- seemed like they were trying really hard to pretend they were excited about it. Then after we ordered apps, they let us know that, by the way, this entire half of the menu (dinner) was not available. In hindsight, I would have just appreciated some honesty up front. If they had just let us know that some shit went down this week (like they are under new ownership or half the staff including the chef walked out yesterday) and they had to scramble, and this new menu was not AT ALL part of the restaurant's creative pursuit, we would have thanked them, had a drink and found another place. We did that eventually, but not until after eating a couple of the apps. We were really looking forward to a delicious and interesting dinner for our anniversary at an excellent restaurant and we left completely confused and full of mid appetizers. The restaurant may want to update its website and socials because it's currently very false advertising and doesn't leave a good taste in a customer's mouth.

Yelp
I went here a couple of months ago, to be honest I don't remember too much other than a lot of the food was pretty oily and too rich. Especially the cream pasta, it was overwhelming. Staff was friendly, but the food just did not hit. Probably the best out of everything we ordered was the kimchi fried rice. And that was also just ok. And to top it off with the parking situation in that plaza, I don't think I will come back.

Lynn B.

Yelp
Parking in koreatown can be a bit of challenge, but no worries... there's an underground parking garage!!! The restaurant is located on the first floor - you'll see Hmart (grocery store). The restaurant validates up to 3 hours which is super nice!! Don't forget to ask the server to validate your ticket! The restaurant takes reservations so be sure to book one just in case. The food and drinks were amazing!!!! I would love to come back!!

Priscilla Y.

Yelp
Good place to have a date and drinks here. The bar and lounge area is pretty classy. It wasn't crowded at all on a Friday night. I know people come here for dinner but we just came from Mun kbbq. Their selection of drinks were fun and unique. We got the spicy but nicey (spicy strawberry marg with a chili salt rim), coffee mojito (tastes like a strong kahlua), and 3 Apple highball. Each drink is about $17-18 per which is unfortunately normal prices. I don't think you can go wrong w this place for drinks but I can't speak for food.

Karen P.

Yelp
Such a gem and a cool find! - Made a reservation for Thursday dinner but the place was empty anyway. Probably much busier on the weekend. - Server was amazing! - We ordered lobster risotto, Brussel sprouts, and seafood spaghetti pasta. The favorite hands down was the lobster risotto. The lobster was very tender and perfect, and risotto was flavorful. Brussel sprouts and seafood pasta were pretty standard tasting-- not bad at all but didn't blow me away. - Affordably priced. Our total was about $70, excluding tip. - I didn't care for lounge seating, felt it was too awkwardly low and uncomfortable for dinner. The tables are better. I would come back for the risotto only, probably even as a to-go order. That's how much I liked it!

Carolina O.

Yelp
The service was wonderful and the food was so delicious! Such a cute spot inside and everyone was so friendly . We sat at the bar and Alex was so amazing. He had great drink recommendations and made the perfectly balanced delicious drinks. We had the #Crusheable and the Three Apple Highball. Both very tasty. For food we got Seafood pasta (both cream and Rose) , the kimchi arancini, Caesar salad, the stuffed mushrooms, saute di cozze as well as the mini truffle mushroom pizza. Everything was delicious but The pasta was definitely my favorite especially the rosè, and the kimchi arancini and mini pizza I could definitely have over and over again. I'd definitely make a visit here again! You should try it too!

Yelp
I can't rave about Juliana enough. This place is such a hidden gem in Koreatown. Food: I ordered their lobster risotto and seafood pasta (rose). I think both dishes were amazing! It was super flavorful and I honestly have no complaints. I know this place is a brunch/ lounge/tapa spot, so the next time I stop by, I definitely want to try their brunch menu. Service: The service was amazing. Our server was attentive when we needed her, but was also very respectful and of our space. Ambiance: I thought the place had a beautiful interior. I love their lighting and the seating arrangements. They have large couches that can accommodate a bit group and smaller tables on the other side perfect for a couple if friends. Parking: I love how this place validates parking. They share the parking with Hmart.

Eveline L.

Yelp
This place is definitely a hidden gem in the K-Town. The chill vibes here are perfect for hanging out with your friends while sipping on cocktails & delicious entrées. My favorites are their lobster risotto and seafood spaghetti. Parking is free if you get validation at the restaurant, they share the same underground parking lot with Hmart.

Ashley T.

Yelp
Juliana is a beautiful lounge located in K-Town that offers an interesting cocktail menu (they even got a couple mocktails for those who don't drink yippee!) and delicious small plates. It is more ideal to come at night with a group of friends to catch up and/or drink. Plus they offer DJ/Live Music Friday-Saturday! My partner and I came during brunch time and still had a magnificent time. Waitress and bartender were really friendly and easy to strike a conversation with. My partner and I decided to share two entrees which were the Dutch Baby and Carbonara Gnocchi. Both were equally delicious and cooked to almost perfection. Highly recommend trying those out.

Grace K.

Yelp
Food was all really good. We got the kimchi arancini, prosciutto bruschetta, lamb chops, lobster risotto, and four diff cocktails which I forgot the names of. The ambience is nice but too loud to have a conversation since there is a live dj. I wish they had standard height dining tables and chairs too because the counter height tables and chairs can get too uncomfortable if sitting for a long time. The server was friendly and our overall dining experience was very satisfying.

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Unexpected cute place in ktown! Reservation was at 7:30 but it didn't get busy until around 8pm. Located in one of the malls that was accessible from the outside. Came here for vday and loved that it wasn't prix fixe. Prices were very affordable and food was soooo good! Lobster risotto was delicious, sweet and savory blueberry steak was surprisingly good, and drinks were great. Nice selection of mock tails. The pulpo was a bit tough but pulpo is hard to get right. Brussels sprouts and chocolate mouse cake was amazingggg! Even though it was busy, servers were very attentive. Definitely would come back!

Tara F.

Yelp
My first time trying this place. I had never actually heard of it but went here on a Thursday night and it was somewhat empty. The place is very nicely decorated but albeit in a random place in K Town. I had the lobster risotto, which seemed like the most popular item, and I understand why. It was so good - I almost licked my plate. We also shared the truffle Parmesan fries, which were good too, but you can't really go wrong with fries. The brussel sprouts were a hit - they were charred perfectly and had bacon in them. I had the Dirty AF Martini, which was tasty. The reason I took away a star was mainly due to the service. I'd like to point out that our server was very sweet, but not very attentive. We tried to get their attention a few times. Looked like the servers were all standing around talking to each other and the bartenders, even when we and other tables were trying to wave them down. And it was pretty empty. * I want to make a comment about the parking. I parked in the H mart parking lot, and the restaurant supposedly validated my parking. When I was leaving, which was stressful at 10 pm because apparently they close the lot and tow your vehicle, the machine by the exit ate my ticket. The tow guy tried to help me and said I need to go into the market and ask for help, which was about to close. When I went up to the cashier, he very rudely said "what? We're closed!" I explained that the machine took my ticket and didn't let me out. I further explained that I had just dined at Juliana's. He said I needed to pay for the whole time I had been there. I told him that I was told the validation would give me free parking or $5 without validation. He said nope and when I handed him my card, he charged it $32. I was flabbergasted that I just paid that for parking. So please be careful with the parking situation and confirm the rate and validation before parking.

Yelp
Hello, @julianalosangeles , it's RICE to meet you! Replacing the former EMC, @julianalosangeles is set in a breaktaking, upscale lounge that is designed to stimulate the senses while providing respite from the bustling streets of Koreatown, Los Angeles. Their extensive menu features Asian-Italian fusion brunch and tapas (for dinner), and as someone who's tried quite a few fine dining joints, I was pleasantly surprised at how well executed and affordable their signature dishes were. Also featured - an innovative cocktail menu, and one of the most gorgeous bars I've ever seen. Unfortunately, service fell a bit short of the mark and was very inattentive, but I do understand that the restaurant is hugely understaffed and still sorting out kinks since they're so new. I'll definitely have to be back to try their dinner, and I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this up and coming hidden gem if you're in the Ktown area! Featured here: Watermelon cooler Espresso martini Prosciutto Arugula Pasta Dutch baby Mentaiko kimchi fried rice

Yelp
with Live DJ Fri-Sat to 2am Free parking in the hmart lot and lower level p2 is two hours or more free parking If you are looking for a new lounge restaurant check out - stop by Juliana in Ktown for their modern cozy space with beautiful lighting and decor. We started with off their huge selection of craft cocktails then got the ceviche, tenderloin carpaccio, grilled octopus, porketta that was one of my favorites, gotta get the lamb chops especially when its herb crusted, first time trying a blueberry steak as well, dont really see that elsewhere, here is the soy garlic shrimp pasta, lobster risotto and some espresso cocktails to pair with our cute desserts to end the night! They also have a big brunch menu here so check that out too!

Tally S.

Yelp
Cute spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Came here for a late brunch so we got a mix of breakfast and lunch items. I really enjoyed the French toast and dolce latte for the breakfast items. For lunch I enjoyed the French fries and the Carbonara Gnocchi. They validate parking, just make sure to park in the right plaza next to h-mart.

Martha E.

Yelp
I had been wanting to come here for the longest time. Finally, I decided to come to celebrate a work achievement. Immediately after walking in, you'll notice it's a gorgeous space. A gorgeous space with seemingly only 2 employees? Hmm. We were shown to a table with a 'reserved' sign, which i appreciated, and were left to presumably look at the QR code. We did but instead of it being just the menu, you had to actually order this way. And pay. So I ordered the two tiered tower and 2 drinks. This method also *forces* you to tip 15%. I tried to leave 0 tip (we tip in cash) but I was then informed that I needed to add at least 15%. I didn't like this, but I paid anyway. I asked the server for his help but it seemed that it was a brand new system for them and so he had no idea how to use it. Perfect. And though I appreciated his honesty, it would have been nice to actually be able to help. Either way- my first drink was an 'Audrey Hepburn' which, tbh, had too many ingredients. It all muddled together to taste essentially like a boozy fruit punch. The tower- ooooh the tower- was glorious! Or so I thought. The ceviche on top wasn't nearly as fresh-tasting as I had hoped. The oysters also weren't shucked properly as the meat was still attached to the shell :( I wanted to leave but I also really wanted to try the lobster risotto- I had been wanting it for weeks! So, I stayed and ordered the lobster risotto and I'm glad I did! It was so yummy and the presentation knocked it out of the park. Absolutely gorgeous and delicious.. I want it again as I write this!! My second drink was a martini which the menu said was to be served with a blue cheese stuffed olive and yet... no blue cheese. So that was a let down. Overall.. id like to give 3.5 stars. I'd go back but would expect better execution of their dishes. $200+ while being forced to tip just really isn't cute.

Marshay D.

Yelp
Ok so heard about this place through my friend and Yelp, and honestly it's not what I quite expected. Upon arrival it was somewhat sketchy with the parking and valet, which was totally confusing. You can get your ticket validated, but soon as you enter it's valet when you pull up who gives you another ticket and says it is $5.00. However, when you leave and go back to your car the valet still charges you $10.00 for parking if you don't get it validated. So this was kind of weird to me since they did not say that first off, which made the experience not well. Further, once you get off the escalator to the the Plaza where Juliana's is located its a lot of markets and stores, so you totally forget that your going to an "upscale"establishment like others had said Juliana's was. I honestly do not consider the location upscale, but the restaurant is pretty cute inside and quaint. We came on a Thursday night so it was not active or busy. The vibe was not all the great with me. The music that was playing was very good but that's about it. It was also very dark inside, which made it quite romantic, but not really necessary. The ambiance I feel is good just to come with a friend or co workers for drinks. I don't think it will be the best vibe for date night or large party unless maybe it's the weekend. For food I ordered the whole wings, and the scallops. Unfortunately, the food was not all that. The fries were really hard and the wings were nothing to go crazy for. The best was the drinks, they have a good mixologist and creative drink menu though. I ordered the Fun and Flirty, which was really good and tasty. This is what I think they are best for! The service was pretty good and attentive but I just feel that I expected more. I feel this will be great if it was located in LA live to set the vibe better. Overall, I don't think I'll return. They gave good drinks and decent customer service but I feel that it is not something I'll miss. I recommend not walking alone either if your a female because it can seem sketchy, unless you have some mace, and you can get lost. Also, I don't like the setup or parking. So that's not to many brownie points for me. -Marshay D.

Yelp
Good ambiance for groups. The drinks and food are flavorful though not super complex, but definitely enjoyable and good for sharing! Lobster risotto was the standout, also enjoyed the kimchi arancini and can't go wrong with skinny fries! They validate for at least 3 hours in the H mart parking lot but note that after 9pm the parking attendant said it's $5 no matter what (cash).

Kate H.

Yelp
TLDR; get the kimchi arancini. Great value. Good portions. If you're looking for good portions, diverse selection of items, and a fusion of flavors Juliana's is a good contender. It's an excellent value for the amount of food you get. The inside is black and gold and makes you feel like you're in a 1920s bar. The seating isn't very comfortable, but there is ample seating. We tried several things on the menu and below I rank them from most favorite, must get, to least favorite. 1. Kimchi Arancini - a fusion of Korean flavors and Italian food. The spicy kimchi with the tomato sauce was a good compliment of flavors. This dish does have a bit of a kick. 2. Truffle gnocchi - this dish is saucy and if you like saucy I 10/10 recommend this dish. It was creamy, garlicky, and just to die for. I got a side of bread to lick the plate clean. 3. Grilled Pulpo - great flavor. It didn't taste like the sea which for me is good. They could've cooked it a little longer to make it less chewy. 4. Meatball Au Gratin - the dish came sizzling hot. The layers were made of pork filets which was a shock. 5. Burrata cheese caprese - this was the least favorite because it wasn't actually burrata cheese. It was mozzarella. Would've been good if it was the real thing. Overall with top we spent $110 for 5 items. We thought it was a good deal. ENJOY!

Yelp
I visited Juliana on a Saturday afternoon (around 3pm) for some small bites and drinks with friends. The restaurant was empty with another guest seated at the bar. The host/server wasn't knowledgeable at all with the menu. He mentioned it's his first day on the job but I would assume he did some training before working? The drink menu was printed on normal sized paper. It looked like it was a powerpoint presentation and someone just hit print lol. There was also no color to the menu even though there were pictures of the cocktails. The food menu was printed on cardstock paper and had color. For a Saturday afternoon, I was expecting their regular dinner menu (tapas) but instead they were only serving brunch at the time. The server never checked up on my table and we had to flag him down to order drinks and food - surprising since the restaurant was empty lol. Overall, the drinks and food were ok. I might come back later to give this place a try (after the server has more knowledge lol).

Yelp
Juliana, oh, Juliana how do I love you? Let me count the ways... Each dish was perfection. They give their own twist but stays true to the core like every Asian joint should. The service--albeit understaffed--was unparalleled. The cocktails were amazing--packed with a punch with core flavors hitting you the way they should. Flavorful. Especially the espresso martini. I've had one too many from various bars and restaurants around LA County but Julian's stood out. The parking situation isn't a problem because there's a multi level garage parking next door. Ambiance is modern chic with a cool, relaxing vibe. The crowd is downtown LA chic. It's one of those LA gems. I'm still on a Juliana high and it's 2AM now. I'd be crazy not to spread the word and return.

Stella L.

Yelp
New bar where EMC used to be. Nice remodel with modern decor and ambiance. Ordered the high ball which was light and refreshing. Asked the bartender to make us different highball variations which were all very good. The bartender even came over to our table to ask for preferences in flavor profiles and personalized them to our liking. Went in on a Saturday and they also had a DJ which was fun. Haven't tried their food but overall a nice place for good drinks & vibes.

Yelp
I came here for dinner and drinks. The food is overpriced and not that great--definitely would be better if it were cheaper. The drinks are just okay, but the service was excellent. The ambiance is cute as well.

Noesh H.

Yelp
I have no other words to say besides: perfection at Juliana's! The bar is very sleek and modern. The bartenders were super nice and accommodating! The drinks were also all amazing. It's definitely a higher end bar I'd come back to. It makes for a great date spot or an outing with friends.

Yelp
I hate to leave such a bad review for a newly opened establishment especially in ktown, but we really did not enjoy the food here. The service was great even though different servers came to ask the same thing several times because of miscommunication, and the ambiance was nice with loud music and good vibes from people. However, we came for the food and I was so excited to dine here at first. But after each plate it just went downhill from there. We ordered: -tuna tataki (0/10): we were shook. The tuna tasted like the Costco frozen tuna fillets unthawed. Like that texture when they're not fresh and have been frozen before. Highly not recommend. We didn't want it after the first bite. -scallops (1/10): they use the tiny mini "scallops" for this menu. Bland sauce, scallops tasted rubbery, wasn't even sure if it was real scallop -beef fried katsu thing I can't remember the name but it was on the tapas menu (7/10): surprisingly the best thing we had at this place. It was just regular Katsu but we were relieved at least this was good. -truffle gnocchi (5/10): gnocchi texture and the cream itself was really good, but no sign or taste of truffle at all. Not worth the price at all. Overall I don't see myself coming back here again which is a huge disappointment for me because I was so excited for this place to open.

Yelp
Today's my birthday and taking myself to brunch here was definitely top of my list. This place is an absolute vibe. The deco is stunning, and the food is even better. I tried their Dutch baby, French toast, hamburger steak and their steak slot rice and everything was so flavorful. At first glance, the portions looked small but once consumed it's more than filling . Also, It was my first time trying Dutch baby and it was so good. My favorite was the French toast, the hamburger steak, the slot rice and the Dutch baby

Yelp
This place is a vibe at night! Unfortunately we went around 11am on a Sunday and it didn't fit the ambiance that the restaurant is set for. -- a romantic dinner setting However, the food was great! I am not sure if they have the same menu for evening dinner service Sweet tuna blueberry sandwich 8/10: it was tasty, but it was missing something that I can't quite put my finger on it, maybe the tuna was a bit dry? The tuna had cream cheese, but perhaps needed a bit more in my opinion! The blueberries were delicious and didn't taste like frozen blueberries but had a very fresh taste! Steak & eggs 8.5/10: the steak was beautifully cooked, but this meal wasn't very filling, we definitely could've benefitted from a thicker steak cut! The service was fast & our server was kind. The time we went it was first come first serve for the tables & there were only a handful of people there. I think to play it safe, make reservations for their dinner service, I definitely would pay a visit again to see the dinner ambiance!

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday night with some girlfriends right when they opened and got seated right away. It wasn't busy at all but we enjoyed the peace. We ordered Caesar salad, truffle fries, burrata salad, seafood pasta, and the lobster risotto. Everything tasted really good and we were left pretty full for a group of 4 girls. The drink menu was very elaborate and creative. I got the spicy marg drink and like how it wasn't too sweet and the spicy ness level was perfect and not overpowering. Def recommend especially as the prices were very reasonable. Curious to be back on a Fri/Sat night.

Yelp
Food: 4 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 I was there around 4:30 on Saturday and it seemed they just or recently opened with grand opening decoration. we had a drink before the kitchen opened at 5 pm (kitchen break from 3-5 pm). I had one of the highball drinks, which was $15 or $17. Not bad but didn't order another for $15-17. I will need to try other dishes to give my full rating, but based on what we had, I would say it was somewhere between 3.5 - 4 stats. Gnocchi cream sauce was a bit salty, and stuffed mushrooms were small. Go for fried Brussels sprouts instead, which was very good. Maybe I'll stop by for lunch and try other dishes.

Yelp
This lounge actually surprised me! Didn't expect such a great selection of fusion tapas and cocktails here but they certainly delivered : ) Space is clean, music is great, they're open late, and there's a live DJ on weekends. Things we tried ( *= fav): - *kimchi arancini - *Crispy brussels sprouts - Lamb chops - Grilled pulpo - *Lobster risotto Parking: free in a structure with validation, otherwise just $5

Yelp
A great place to go for brunch or for a night out! The portions here are very generous. The service is quick and efficient. Very instagrammable in every way. Parking is under the building (same lot as hmart). I really liked that the brunch menu wasn't limited and is comparable to what is served for dinner.

Yelp
All the food we tried is delicious! The blueberry tuna bagel is surprisingly delicious. The steak sot-rice is good as well. However, their seating seems to be designed for drinking only. Table is so small, whole plates are so big. Parking is very expensive if you park at Hmart, $34 for me, about 3 hours Not sure if they validate parking?

Yelp
I think this is a solid 4 stars bars. Perfect place if u want nice vibe for a drink. For the food: I think the presentation is better than how it really taste. I recently tried lots of American/French restaurants but I think this is a bit disappointing. Especially for the lamb chop, small, salty and overcooked. Sea bass was not really sea bass, more like a cheap cooked fish fillet. To be fair, the drinks were good. We tried the old fashion, fun and flirty , they both were good. Service was so so, not too attentive, we were playing a self board game and the waiter keep putting drinks on the paper board game map which was not nice. Never check with us unless we called for him even he was not busy. Parking is tricky, make sure u park on the right side to get 3 hrs validation or you have to spend $100 at H mark for 2 hours free parking Over all, great place for drinks, friends, cheese not for main dinner good. Pictures look way better

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant! That was my first impression walking into Juliana . Besides how amazing the restaurant look, the food was even better! We had 2 appetizers and 3 entrees and everything was really good. My favorite still had to be the truffle gnocchi! If you're a drinker , lucky for you, they have an awesome bar with some of the coolest drinks! Definitely should give this spot a try !

Yelp
Baby Intercrew. Nice vibes. A pretty solid place if you stick to the favorites of the favorites. We liked the lobster risotto and espresso martini. The lamb chop and pulpo, both also house signatures, were okay. At their price points, can't help but compare them to the octopus at Kinn and the lamb chop from Nsoto. Overall, a nice spot to go for a bite and drink. Especially this close to Chapman plaza and Ktown bars in general. Not mad that Juliana replaced our beloved EMC. $50pp for nibble and tipple

Yelp
Came for brunch with a colleague, and kind of felt like I was in a lounge. Think that was the vibe? We shared the JULIANA FRENCH TOAST, SMOKED SALMON BENEDICT, and the BURGER. Can't remember much about the burger, it wasn't that great. But loved the french toast & benedict. Staff was lovely and attentive. Will definitely come back and try some of their other dishes. ENJOY! PS: Parking entrance is on Mariposa, sign says "Parking City Center". Free parking with validation.

Yelp
What a great find! Great space and very clubby feel. We went for a late lunch at about 1:45pm on a Friday for my birthday and a catch up. They do close at 3pm to get ready for dinner service so note to self. I included photos of the items we chose. Every dish was scrumptious and made and presented with care. The espresso martini was delicious with the right balance of alcohol and espresso - created by Jason the bartender who was ultra nice and attentive. Chris our server was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all of our questions and didn't rush us out once the 3 o'clock hour came around. I will be back and bringing my family!

Yelp
I went here with my best friend for brunch and this restaurant in general is so beautiful. It's definitely a hang out spot with a bar area and dining area. It gives a luxurious feeling yet the food is at such an affordable price. The food itself was so delicious! Everything that we ordered tasted amazing. The service was also great.

Yelp
this is the best lobster rissoto I have ever had! highly recommend! Milanese is my second favorite, everything else is good as well. very good service and ambiance,

Yelp
So the pictures they took and posted make the place look a lot bigger and nicer than it is. Too many high tops and communal tables. Menus are all paper so they are getting kind of ragged and need to be reprinted. Service was excellent though. They were helpful and came around enough. Food was not bad and the drinks were good. The kimichi fried rice was very good. Steak was decent and was enjoyed. All pasta we had was very good but the serving sizes were too small - they need another spoon full or so to be added. The omelette platter was a good idea but you need to change out the ingredients. The cocktails were rockstars. We all enjoyed them. Call out to the bartender working that day - forgot his name.

Yelp
The food was decent. I was very impressed Very modern atmosphere Strongly recommended

Yelp
I ONLY came here because my name is Juliana but good gawd did this spot not disappoint. Decor - only the best for a spot named Juliana, I should have known. I didn't realize how inspired the menu was. Soooo good! Glad we got to try a variety of things, nothing disappointed. We came for dinner and wound up staying for 5 hours talking, making friends... just all around good vibes.

Yelp
I really love the ambiance here. Great spot for a date night for sure. I really enjoyed the lobster risotto and the truffle pizza. Service was attentive too. Make sure to use the under ground parking in order to get validation.

Yelp
just so you're aware, the money you tip your server doesn't even go to them. The restaurant is so disorganized.

Yelp
Awesome interior. Mordern, clean even luxury. Cocktail was so good and servers were very kind.
