This was my second visit to the restaurant while I waited for a flight, and both experiences were great. Very good service, super friendly and attentive. The food has been good both times, and unlike other airport restaurants, the prices aren't super inflated. This time, I got the chicken tenders, and it was delicious. The one thing I would have changed was a larger portion of the slaw. It was so good and I ate it so quickly. On my previous visit, I got the Chipotle bowl, and it was delicious. Which is why I went back on this visit. I had already purchased a soda from somewhere else, and the server was nice enough to let me continue drinking it while there. I asked before drinking it because I knew I didn't purchase it there and didn't want to assume it was acceptable.

All the food I seen around me was also good. I had the salad which was delicious and fresh. I also ordered a Cosmo. That staff was friendly. It is one of the nicer places at the airport that I have spent time at. Very clean and all the way at the end so it’s a little bit less noisy.

Above average burger that tasted fresh. Very nice selection of spirits for an airport bar - including Fernet and Branca Menta!

Didn't order anything to eat, but the chicken strips looked really good. The bartender was thing care of all the people in the bar and sitting area. We watched an 8 top try order on their phone and said a lot of items were not avaliable. But, the server just took their order and everything was in stock. Just reading reviews don't use the online ordering if possible. Bartender was super nice and could tell she's a pro.

So I sit down at 6:20 and order off the app on the table. I get told by the waitress that they close at 7 and can’t serve me anything. Now any normal business would have to stay open until the closing time. So then I had to go all the way down the concourse to their sister restaurant to get a refund. But the manager couldn’t do that has to wait until the morning. And all he did was say sorry and walked off. I am sitting at the gate waiting for family to get off their plane and hear the waitress talking shit about me ordering and having to send me away. Needless to say I travel No less than twice a month and eat there every time I will No longer be eating there.

Can I give zero stars? We walked in and sat down at a table near other people and handful of people drinking at the bar. Sticker on table said scan QR to order and pay. We ordered and paid with credit card. A few minutes later a girl walked by and rudely said ‘you didn’t just order on your phone did you? Because we’re closed’ I said yes, I did order, and she said ‘well I can’t help you’ I mentioned that I had paid and that they had already taken my money. She walked away to the back room without saying anything. I tried to cancel the order and this was their policy: “Once you have submitted your order and your payment has been authorized (the "Order"), you will not be entitled to change your Order or cancel it for a refund.” So, yeah. I guess I will have to contest it as a fraudulent charge via Amex? How about putting up a sign that says closed? Or turn off your ordering web site? Sigh.

Edit: On 11/23 my experience was less great. I definitely recommend skipping the oily ricotta toast. Ew. Service was less helpful but it's a holiday so I can forgive that (leisure travelers, Thanksgiving 2023). This place is 5 stars for service alone. They are actually anticipating needs before asking. The musical variety is also fascinating to hear unfold. Food and drinks are solid but not as gourmet as the menu suggests for breakfast. If you're waiting on Southwest, highly recommend starting your trip here.

Lindsay and Chuck were fantastic. PDX is now my favorite airport and Juliett’s was the icing on the cake. Chuck greeted me warmly and offered a menu even though I chose a space farthest from the bar area. There was plenty of room to work, which I needed due to my delayed flight. The glassware blew me away (for an airport restaurant) and the prices were reasonable and appreciated. I loved the interesting menu and good selection. The rest of the country should take notes from your airport space that was modern and welcoming. Knocked it out of the park. Thank you! Looking forward to seeing you again.
