A-must try Thai E-Sarn restaurant. Grilled dishes are the best, especially chicken wing. Minced pork with plum soup is so refreshing. Meat dishes are incredible. Worth the 30-minutes wait (we wait at the cafe called “The Creek” - good coffee and nice cake)

The taste was okay overall — I liked several dishes. My favorites were the grilled chicken and the minced pork in plum soup. If you want a 10% discount, you can buy a drink from the café and use the coupon for a discount. At first, I just casually asked the staff if there was any discount, and it turned out there really was! So I said, “Wait a sec,” then went to buy a drink before coming back to pay for the food.

I have a wonderful experience with the food and almost everything is enjoyable. Some of the menu are sweeter than my liking but other than that it was one of the notable food place from this trip. The place are crowded so you are likely getting a menu in 10-15 minutes of waiting for some menu. I was fortunate with a good seating but some I would say that not all seating vibe the same 😅.

Loved the vibe of this place — stylish decor, spacious layout, and great natural lighting during the day (perfect for photos!). The food was authentic and tasty, though portions were a bit on the small side, so best to go with a group and try more dishes. Staff were super polite and friendly, and the whole dining experience felt relaxed. Just a heads-up: there are two ways to get in — the first one is super narrow (barely fits one car), so it’s better to use the second route.

The food was delicious, with a wide range of options. I visited on a weekend and there was a long queue, but it wasn’t too long, taking about 15 minutes to get a table. We decided to take advantage of a nearby cafe’s 10% discount coupon and enjoy a coffee there instead. The service was okay, but the staff wasn’t very proactive. We had forgotten to collect the coupon from the cafe, and they refused to give us the discount even though we had purchased six glasses of coffee from them. The location was good, right next to the cafe.

Considering that I was hyped about this place and the impression was a bit underwhelming. But it’s not bad at all!

An I-saan cuisine in Khaoyai. This place got Michelin guide award. It's really crowed during weekend, so better reserve the table in advance or visit during non-peak time.

Had lunch at this local restaurant in Pak Chong. We ordered som tam with grilled corn and shrimp eggs, chicken wings in herb broth, coconut sugar grilled pork neck, and bamboo shoot curry. The herbed chicken wings and grilled pork neck were my favorites - tender meat with good flavor. The place has a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable seating.
