Junbi Matcha & Tea - Westwood

I was craving for a dessert after dinner and saw this tiny shop on my way. The cafe was very small with only few tight tables inside. I ordered via the tablet but they were ran out of boba. Taro matcha latte: it had good taro flavor but the matcha flavor was weak. I asked for less sweet but it was still too sweet for me (tasted like normal sweetness).

This review is almost entirely about the service I received. I came on Friday with a friend to use up a gift card, but because it was a QR code on my phone, I couldn't use the kiosk to order, so I went up to the counter to ask. The worker there was clearly unhappy about having to help us, but I didn't think anything of it at first. When my friend ordered his drink, he asked if alternative milks cost more, and the worker answered but he didn't hear her, so he asked her again. The worker then proceeds to roll her eyes, put her hand against her head, mutter something like "oh my god" under her breath, and then answer in a clearly annoyed voice again. The matcha was honestly fine. About what I'd expect from a chain matcha store, probably not worth the price. But I'm honestly just horrified by the service. I don't need you to be gushingly nice as a service worker, but acting like this is honestly below the way you'd treat someone outside of the serivce industry. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So hot today. Was craving something refreshing and light. Ordered the mango refresher with aloe vera; Adjusted to light sweetness and it was perfect. My partner ordered the Tropical Refresher and it was so good omg… If you’re craving something refreshing, milky, and delicious I recommend . The boba was yum. I thought the space was cute with comfy chairs, but small. At first we thought it was closed…. Lol

Wanted to try out a new place to drink some tea, relax and study. The store is very cute and lively. Music is very loud and energetic, not very my vibe as it gets hard to concentrate or chat with friends when all you can hear are songs blasting. But for those who enjoy this type of atmosphere and want to listen to music and drink something, it’s a good place.

The matcha lattes are on the sweeter side. You can get them with less sweetness but they’re still sweet. Next time I’m getting one without sweetness to give me a better idea on how the matcha quality is. Their rice balls are good. I got three salmon ones. You wrap them with seaweed and they make a good but messy treat. The shop used to be cuter and the vibe was better too. Still it’s worth it to come here.

The matcha was deliciouuuuuus, so bright, x)! I got the cold foam with the vanilla, normal ice and sweetness. My friend got da normal one with boba, really liked it too. Very fun vibe and so many choices :))))!!!

I've been coming here since they opened -- the boba has been perfect for me every time I go :) So chewy and soft, just the way I like it. Maybe I am just easy to please? I am also not a "matcha expert" so maybe I cant discern the difference... anyway, I've been here MANY times, and only thought once (or maybe twice), that my drink tasted watered down. But other than that, I have always loved how the drinks tasted & gulped it down happily. Perhaps some people are confusing "watered down" with "there is less sugar" aka it doesnt taste as "strong" or sweet, it's just more subtly flavored (but that never bothered me). Less sugar means also its also healthier for you, and usually "healthy" things dont taste good... I even think one of the cashiers told me once that their "regular" amount of sugar they put in the drinks is less than the standard boba place. So for example, if I say I want 50% sweetness at Koala T next door, that's prob going to taste like 75% here? Something like that. ALSO - I have been lucky enough to meet june here (TWICE) and she is so nice!!! :D Got a picture with her the first time, it was probably the best day ever! This place is really cute & i love all the decor. There is a spot to instagram your drinks (of course, not surprising since june is an instagram star)! The only thing is the size, it's so small & narrow, so the customer flow is very awkward... they recently changed where the cashier is, which I admit, it would've made more sense for them to lay it out this way TO BEGIN WITH... but now everyone got used to the original way, where they had it on the side, so now everyone is waiting / lurking in the area where you line up to order & it's kind of a mess. I feel like they needed an architect to help design the inner flow better (like that scene in The Founder haha). It has never been that crowded whenever I come here either... maybe I'm just lucky?? Literally I've only had to wait for like 1-2 people in front of me. I guess I dont come during peak hours or something. I've almost tried every drink on the menu, so I wont go through and review them all, but of course the Magic Matcha is the best one!!! Love it so much, plus it's got good stuff for you. It's the most expensive though :( And in general, the drink prices here might be a little more than other places, esp since there is a lot of ice in the cups. The aloe, white chocolate, and blueberry are also REALLY good, even though you might not expect it!! My Japanese side is thrilled that they have onigiri on their menu, it’s not a mainstream food item in the US, I used to get made fun of eating these at lunch when I was a kid😕 It's a rice ball that has different things stuffed inside, and I've tried most of them, they're all delicious!! The only down side is that whatever sesame sprinkle they use on the top is SUPER salty (or maybe it's the salt from the seaweed? not sure)... either way that was kind of surprising to me. BTW, come after 9pm (they close at 10pm) and they do buy one get one on the onigiri!! My only gripe is this loyalty program :( It’s not dollar based, it’s just “earn a star if you spend over $3 (basically one visit, bc most items are ~$3). Except usually when I go, I spend like $10, so I feel like I should get more stars ⭐️⭐️🤔 For example, my froyo-obsessed self would always get annoyed when a place gives you “one stamp per visit” except I fill my cup with 3x as many lbs of froyo/spend more per visit than the average person. Not fair to make your most loyal customers lose out on points - everything should be dollar based, but I suppose there must be some business strategy behind it, guess they'd lose too much money if they did it on a dollar basis lol... Anyway, def worth a visit!!

The Madagascar Vanilla Matcha Latte was so good and you could tell it wasn't bad matcha, my only complaint is that when I came here with the rest of my summer camp; when they made the drinks most of us got the same drink but they would all be given yo us looking different so we were unsure if they were ours.

Extremely inconsistent and disappointing customer service. I've been to Junbi several times now -- this was actually my fourth visit -- and the quality is all over the place. The first time I ordered the Blended Dirty Matcha with boba, it was perfect: thick, flavorful, and blended just right. The second time, it came out watery. On my third visit, I asked them to make sure it was thick again, and they kindly accommodated -- it tasted just like the first time. Today, I decided to give it another try, expecting consistency. Unfortunately, it was watery again. When I politely asked if they could remake it, the girl at the counter gave me attitude and said, "Remake it why? Watery how? I made it with the exact measurements." She refused to remake my drink. It's frustrating when you spend your money somewhere that can't maintain the same quality or show basic customer courtesy. I really wanted to love this place, but after being treated that way, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I love the ambience of this shop and the variety in drinks. I really wish I could have tried a drink though without the attitude of the staff. I understand that having the tablets saves the staff the pain of providing customer service, but as a first-timer, I had a question about adding a topping to my drink that did not have a button. Obviously, it's do-able. I have also worked as a boba worker, but having attitude towards a new customer with a question & responding passive aggressively is insane... The worker was a taller person with long brown hair and a collar on(?), but they were doing nothing for the entire thirty minutes we were there and were unhelpful to the girls who came in before us. I want to try this place again, but I don't think their drinks would be redeemable enough for the poor service and staff attitude. As a Miffy lover though, I may come back for the cute cup holder.. I'll stick to another location! :)

Super cute spot nearby UCLA ! The matcha is high quality and drinks are made fresh. Also super cute packaging and pretty large amount of drink. It's a tiny shop but has a lot of character and there's a lot of different matcha and matcha flavored options, all around ~$6-7.

We visited this place for a little boost after a long drive and opted for iced mango matcha and strawberry milk for a child. You can either place your order online or use the kiosk inside the store. The staff won't take your order. The atmosphere is charming, giving off a student college life vibe. There's parking available in the back or on the street, but the street tends to be quite a busy. In terms of flavor, the mango matcha was missing the matcha flavor even though I paid extra for the ceremonial grade matcha, and the mango was just too overpowering. I spent over $30 on three drinks that were merely average, so because of that, I probably won't return.

Service here was great and our drinks were ready quickly. I love their Matcha and the endless variety on their menu. Drinks can be customized to your lacking, I usually order them less sweet and light ice. Prices are a bit high, but the drinks are well-made and a large size. I also appreciate the sturdy cups that can be reused.

Short review since we ordered drinks for a quick pickup. We were visiting from the Bay Area and I heard about Junbi from some content creators on YouTube (one of them is a co-owner I think). When I originally looked them up, I saw maybe 3-4 locations and none were in the Bay Area. They were all in LA and 1 location in Waikiki, so I was excited for our LA trip so I could finally try them out! This was our first time being in the Westwood area so we didn't know it was more of a downtown area with shopping so it was a little tricky to find parking. Luckily we found some street parking a few blocks away. When we walked to the shop, we were a little taken back at the interior. It was dirty, the floor was sticky, there was a dry leak on the wall, and the tables were all wobbly. Luckily we weren't there to sit around and hang out, we were just there to try drinks and leave. We ordered on the kiosk near the door that was convenient and our drinks came out in about 5 minutes. I ordered the Matcha Guava Cold Brew and I love it! We actually came back another time before heading to the airport and I got the exact same thing! When we got back to the Bay, I tried to recreate it at home but it wasn't the same. Luckily they're expanding and have already opened 2 shops in the Bay Area (SF and Livermore). I'm currently waiting for them to open their Mountain View location. Unfortunately it's not exactly close by to where we live (San Jose), but I'm willing to take the 20-30 drive :)

During a recent stop at UCLA I needed an afternoon caffeine boost so I stopped by Junbi and ordered the Miffy Lychee Green Tea. The staff was helpful in answering my questions. There were a handful of chairs and tables to sit at. I appreciated the real pieces of lychee in the drink. The drink was nicely balanced and not too sweet. I enjoyed reading my book while I had my drink.

I love the guava black tea here! I always get boba with it. The boba is itself is pretty average, but the guava tea is what truly shines. They also have a variety of non-caffeinated options as well. Ordering is easy at the kiosks in the front. There are a few tables inside, but seems more of a takeaway type of spot. overall, really enjoy going to Junbi when I'm in Westwood!

Ordering was easy at the kiosk. The price is steep for one drink but it is in a full size boba cup. I got the golden peach matcha with vanilla cold foam while my friend got the strawberry matcha. When my drink came out, I wondered where the "golden peach" part went, but was told it was already mixed in to the drink. When I drank it, the peach flavor was there and the matcha also had a decently strong flavor. It is a decent matcha but it could be better. My friend's drink tasted even weaker of matcha than mine. The shop was quiet and had spaces to do some work if needed. May return if in need of a matcha fix nearby.

I think the best part of junbi is its proximity to UCLA. There are 2 ordering tablets at the front. There are a couple tables inside; you could study here, but theres a chance there may be no open tables. The drinks are okay. The matcha flavor usually isnt too strong. I do like that they use real lychee bits if your drink has them! You usually do not interact with the workers too much, so not much to say on the service.

Junbi Matcha serves up some of the best matcha drinks ever! I tried the strawberry matcha, my husband had the mango, and our friend went for the guava matcha--every single one was absolutely amazing and super refreshing. Each drink was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced, making it a true treat. The baristas here are not only skilled at crafting delicious drinks, but they're also really fun to chat with and made the whole experience even better. If you're a matcha lover or just looking for something tasty and unique, I really recommend stopping by Junbi Matcha when you're in the area!

I love when a great boba or tea shop has endless options, because I will most definitely coming back to try their other drinks. The shop itself is very tiny and not somewhere you can quietly work at. It's more of a grab and go situation. I got the strawberry matcha with boba and was very pleased with the drink. The strawberry puree was not too sweet and the matcha was tasty. Service was quick and the staff were nice.

The drinks are good! The store itself is pretty small though and there were barely any tables. I don't recommend this spot if you are here to study and you're probably better off finding a spot at Starbucks nearby. You use a Kiosk to order that takes card and tap mobile payments. There is currently a Junbi x Miffy collab so there is still some merch laying around! However, I rate this place lower than it should be because it took me about 8-10 minutes to receive my drink since there was only one barista there on a Sunday. I didn't mind the wait time, but I sense that this place seems understaffed and the barista looked overworked. Also, they had a sign out that said they were going to close at 5pm but did not release a statement on their Instagram. Should I have gone after 5pm, I would've been very disappointed.

I get my ceremonial matcha tins from Junbi. I love the quality of their matcha, and whisking up a nice latte in the mornings at home has become an essential part of my routine to start my day right~ I recently went with a friend to the Junbi x Miffy collab at the WW location too (fun fact: we were 2nd in line and received so many free goodies for getting there so early xD)! We both ordered the orange creamsicle matcha latte; the orange flavor was subtle, and the drink overall wasn't too overpoweringly sweet. However, I think I will stick with my iced matcha guava latte. The guava puree is a little gritty, but I absolutely love the flavor combination with matcha! The staff are very sweet and helpful and the space is quite intimate (not surprising for a WW establishment). Overall, Junbi has always been consistent in terms of quality and I don't see myself becoming a loyal fan of any other matcha place any time soon :T

Love their drinks but I don't recommend as delivery. I ordered a drink via doordash and it arrived with no tamper protection, just the plastic lid snapped on, which can easily be removed. I didn't feel safe drinking it so just tossed it. I tried calling the store to ask if they can seal it like a boba seal (?) on next delivery, but no one answered the phone so did not order again. Pleasee consider sealing your drinks before sending them out.

Lots of different matcha combo and options! I like the concept of Junbi and the variety of matcha combos they offer. My go-tos are the cold brews, as they are lighter and more refreshing.

I tried their matcha latte, and it was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet, which I loved. However, my experience was slightly dampened by a rude employee who seemed impatient when I was checking up on my order. It was a small hiccup in an otherwise great visit

Went on a Saturday afternoon, there was about 2 people in line. The person who was working was a bit rude, either overwhelmed or having a bad day. She was sighing with every question someone asked. The drinks was okay.. All the green tea series, have an overpowering green tea flavor. I ordered the mango green tea latte and was not able to taste the mango. I taste more of green tea. So... must really loveee green tea! Also, the don't have grass jelly or lychee jelly toppings .. was a bit of a disappointment! Prices are reasonable being around the UCLA Westwood area about $5-6 I also noticed the had ice cream and rice ball. But I didn't get to try it!

Love this place. The matcha drinks are the perfect sweetness (as someone with a sweet tooth) and my personal favorite is the Madagascar vanilla matcha latte. The matcha soft serve also tastes so delicious with the red bean, though it is a bit pricy for its size. I love the bright indoor lighting in the store as well.

My boyfriend wanted to try this place because it was started by David So. The atmosphere is very cozy and the sun was shining through the windows, so I would definitely come and chill here. I got the Matcha Latte with boba and a bit less sweet -- 3/5 because it tasted more like milk and I would've preferred more of the matcha flavor. My boyfriend got the oolong lychee tea and it was a bit watered down.

Service was quick! Liked that you can order via iPads in the front. Tried the taro matcha cold brew - less sweet and with boba. Was still a little too sweet for me but enjoyed the taro component. Was going to sit inside for a bit while enjoying my drink but inside is very small. There's limited seating and multiple tables were not level and broken

I was in the area and decided to pick up Junbi for the drive. Ordered at the kiosk up front and headed towards the back area for pickup. Staff was friendly. Tbh, I didn't have much expectations but I ended up really liking my drink! + Guava matcha with boba 5/5: Thought it would taste kind of funky but guava and matcha ended up pairing quite well. The boba was fresh with great flavor and texture. Delicious!

Guava Gauntlet 10/10; I am a super fan of the Matcha Soft serve that they have, and feel like they have a really good serving size for the price. The lychee bits that they put in the middle of the soft serve has been one of my favorite parts of the soft serve because it adds a different texture!

Went in and tried the guava matcha latte cold brew but I definitely prefer the not cold brew version because it's more grainy. I'll continue to try the other drinks in this menu because JUNBI is forever on top.

Good option for fresh boba in Westwood! They even have some rice balls (onigiri) to try. You can order at the kiosk or up front. I had the fresh dairy strawberry milk as I was trying to abstain from caffeine and it was a delight.

When I visited one afternoon, this place wasn't busy at all, they have kiosks where you can order. The place is clean, and they had some seating. We ordered the blueberry Matcha milk tea, and the dragon fruit Matcha with the rice balls. The rice balls tasted solid. The blue berry matcha wasn't bad but I wouldn't get it again. You can definitely taste the blueberry which was nice. The yuzu dragon fruit matcha tasted unique and refreshing. Their boba was Allright. I definitely wanna try out their other drinks since they have a lot of options here.

Was looking for boba places in Westwood, and this place did not let me down. Such a cute cafe, and even cuter Miffy cup sleeves! This was my first time trying a matcha drink, but it was so good especially with the creamsicle, which was one of the Miffy drinks. To get the sleeve, you need to order a Miffy drink, which wasn't really clear but the sleeves were adorable! The service was not that great, the baristas seemed unfriendly and it was hard to get their attention. When you did talk to them, it was very unwelcoming and I personally felt like I was bothering them greatly. Other than that, the drink was so yummy and would reccomend.

Myself and a few friends came here for the miffy collab drinks, but only a few limited selection drinks came with the miffy cup holder. I think the matcha was good and the little bits of fruit in my mango matcha drink were real which was nice. The drinks itself took quite a long time to get ready despite almost nobody else there but luckily we had time. The interior of the place was unexpectedly warm and slightly stuffy compared to the cool outside temp. There were some nice bench spots to sit at, but overall kind of limited seating inside. Overall cute place and good location in the Westwood village area!

Had a great experience. The teas hit the spot on a hot day. Vera gave us great service and advice on what to order. Great recommendations I'll definitely come back and so will the people I brought.

I'm sorry to write this--Stopped there today after an appointment at UCLA Medical Center. Worst strawberry matcha latte (with boba) I have ever had. I threw more than half away. And those machines for ordering, take out any possibility of asking the people who work there for their opinion on sweetness of the drink (machine asks: more sweet, less sweet but it is at other end of store from where employees are so not going to run over and ask them and then run back) and the store was empty with 2 employees inside--yet there is no interaction with staff --for a $9 with tip for this drink,.. it's crazy. Miserable concept. I like the one near where I live where they take your order, answer questions, and where the boba is made fresh. I didn't adjust the sweetness and it was way too sweet and the strawberry syrup did not taste like it was made from fresh strawberries.

We went for the miffy collab but sadly all the miffy merchandise was out of stock and they just released everything 2 days ago but not surprised. I got the matcha creamsicle with oat milk because the regular milk was out of stock and the drink was good! It tasted just like an orange creamsicle but I really couldn't taste much of the matcha. My friend got the blended orange creamsicle drink and that was good too! We had to order through the kiosk which was fine but it took awhile to actually get our drinks though so service was a bit slow.

I tried Junbi a handful of times, and I think they're okay. Their boba drinks were never that great to me, so I tend to go to other options around the Westwood area. I did, however, try their matcha soft serve the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it! I think the pricing might be a bit, but glad that it came with powder and toppings. If I were to go here again, I'd choose their soft serve over their boba. The service can be good or bad, just depends who you come across haha. You don't really order at the counter since they have the electronic devices to use. I don't usually have to wait too long, which is great :) The inside of their place is clean, but I don't normally stay to sit so I'm not sure on the comfortability aspect of eating in.

I've tried matcha at many spots, but their strawberry matcha latte is way too sweet for selecting no sugar. I can tell it is definitely not fresh strawberries. Super artificial. If you like super sweet drinks, you might love this spot. For people that usually select no or less sugar, even their no sugar option will be too sweet since the puree is extremely strong and sweet. Maybe their normal matcha latte will be ok. All this for $8.50 with oat milk.

Decent matcha latte! Generous portions and the cream foam on top was an added bonus. A tad too sweet for me, so I'll need to adjust it next time!

Wanted a drink to cool down from the heat and settled for the cheapest items on the menu: the guava refresher and mango refresher (~$6 ea). There wasn't anything standout about them, kind of just tasted artificial but I guess that's to be expected. As for the place itself, it's a cute little boba shop with a few tables to sit at. Ordering is self-service and they'll call out your name when your order is ready. I'd probably come back again just to try their matcha, since that seems to be what they're known for, but otherwise I think there are better options in the area.

Ordered the hot strawberry matcha latte. It was excellent and surprising very well-blended together. The matcha and strawberry complemented each other well and the strawberry wasn't overpowering which was great. I recommend this spot in Westwood. The quality of the matcha is top-notch and the variety of matcha flavors makes it an experience for any matcha enthusiast.

Drinks were really refreshing and yummy. Not too sweet and all drinks could be customized. Service was fast and the inside was so nice and cute. Great spot to study or catch up with friends.

Drinks are wonderful!!!! We go there for the drinks. On a side note, the customer service we received from Cam C. was rude and an aggressive tone. I understand that systems were down and they had a long line but all the customers were waiting patiently and not complaining. She was speaking rudely to the customers, telling our names, and not listening to myself when I had a specific request. I'm hoping this was just an off day for her. Tanya was wonderful however.

Stopped by on Thursday, 11/30/23. We ordered the following: - 1 Cold Pumpkin Spice Matcha with Milk = $6.25 / added boba ($0.75) and oat milk ($0.75). - 1 Cold Strawberry Jasmine Tea = $5.75 / added boba ($0.75) SUBTOTAL = $14.25 TIP = $2.56 OVERALL TOTAL = $16.81 So delicious and would definitely come back to try the other drinks on the menu and the soft serve. Unfortunately, the lady didn't prepared our drinks correctly (the oat milk was for the pumpkin spice matcha but she put this on the jasmine tea. Additionally, the pumpkin taste was in the strawberry Jasmine tea and vice versa). Just going on based on what we tasted however it was very yummy regardless lol.

SOOO GOOD! I went around an hour before closing and the wait was around 5 minutes. There was also 2 convenient kiosks in the front. Hot taro vanilla earl grey w/ milk: I recommend the less sweet option. Great tea flavor, probably my favorite drink from any boba place i've been! Vanilla matcha latte: Tastes fresh and earthy! The matcha pairs very well with the vanilla flavor.

Really love the matcha here! I like their cold brew matcha options for times when I don't want a super heavy milk based drink. My favorite is the blueberry but I will definitely be back to try the other flavors. Only wish they opened before 11:30 AM and they seem pretty short staffed which leads to long wait times unfortunately.

Junbi is my go-to for a quick matcha, however, my recent experience (particularly on the Miffy Event Day 04/05/2025) was not spectacular. I get that on a collaboration day, you can expect a high-volume of customers, but it does not justify poor customer service and unwarranted hostility towards your customers. The girl who was calling out for my order made it very obvious that she was annoyed that I didn't pick up my drink the moment it was available. Mind you, this store is tiny and packed and I was having trouble getting out of my seat. She practically screamed out my name to get it, even adding "Come get your drink!" in the most awful tone I've ever heard. It brought unwanted attention to me. The manager on duty even apologized to me for her lack of politeness. Why clock-in if you're going to lash out on customers? I did not interact with her or do anything to provoke her. She wasn't even the one who took my order either. I don't know if she is a student working, but I do understand that times like these are very difficult, but like I said: it does not justify her actions. I don't feel very welcomed nor comfortable returning to Junbi.

We snagged the last spam and egg rice ball as a quick snack before getting on to our night. You can see them rolling the rice in the back and for some reason I thought it was going to be an EXTRA BIG rice ball (or at least the size that you see at the supermarket) but it was the size of my palm LOL The nori comes separately so you need to wrap yourself which isn't a big deal but it is oily! I didn't get much egg but the spam was cut into tiny cubes and dipped into what I assume is teriyaki sauce before it was stuffed into rice. It was not terrible but something just didn't sit right with me - not sure if it was because it was boiling inside the store (also not sure why they didn't open the door because it was a nice night). Overall, just ok. I will say my friend got a drink and she said it was 50% sugar but 100% pure sweetness

Haven't been here for years, decided to ordered online for a pick me up. I got the strawberry matcha, which was almost $9. It tasted sk watered down, very light matcha taste. For the price, I don't think it's worth it.

I went to Junbi to check out there Sushi balls. I decided on the sampler but relaxed the spam and egg with another salmon. The staff were so very friendly. It was a small place with a small menu but that kept things quick. If you go they only have Matcha drinks (unfortunately) and we're sadly only taking card at the time. My friends and I came here around 5pm on a Friday and it wasn't busy. This is my second time coming here. The first time I ordered the blueberry matcha milky drink and really liked it. There was a good balance of matcha flavor and blueberry. My second time coming here I wanted to try something different. I saw that they had a seasonal drink called "Pog Matcha Fresca" under the refreshing drinks. I decided to get it because it was pretty warm that day. I honestly rate the drink a 6/10. I'm not sure if it was because I got it less sweet but I did not taste any of the matcha flavor at all! I wish there was more matcha flavor in it. I probably would not get that drink again. Something I would get again are the drinks under the "milky" category on the menu. The drinks are also made fairly quickly. There are tables inside to chill. I think the interior of the place is nice but nothing special. :)

This is a cute spot in Westwood to get that matcha boba craving out, and they have tons of variations for different tastes! However, a lot of the seats and tables are tilting/broken, and there's water leaking from the roof that has seemed to be there for a while. Nonetheless, service is really quick and you order at the kiosk near the front door. I got the Hojicha with Matcha at less sweet (and i love sweet btw, i was just testing out) and i would definitely consider it at regular or extra sweet. I might try it at no sweetness next time just to see if they accidentally added extra sugar, but the flavor nonetheless was still really tasty. however, my total came out to 8.50 just because i changed milks (not good for vegan ppl) and didn't come with boba, so it's MUCH more on the pricy side. you still get a decent amount though, but the sweetness overload, price, and ambiance knocked the experience down a bit.
