I happened to pull into this parking garage by accident yesterday evening (July 25, 2025), I thought it was another garage I parked in recently but it ended up being a good experience. There were plenty of available spaces, it was clean, and security rode around on a golf cart. The security guard made it a good experience. I don’t know his name but he had glasses and a mustache. He was real cool, and helpful. I paid $10.50, less than 2 hours. I came back and all my vehicle glass was intact. I would park here again.

If you get a bill in the mail saying that you owe some ridiculous amount of money, do not pay it! This is a scam! The real parking lot owner does not charge you anything if you paid for parking. This is a sham company out of Florida that does this around parking lots all over the southeast region. They send out fake bills and they scare people into paying them. Do not pay! Do not pay!

Do not use this parking garage. This is a predatory business. I paid $8 for two hours of parking. By accident I stayed 32 minutes extra. Instead of charging me another $8, which would be reasonable, they charged me $87, plus a $5 convenience fee, for a total of $92. They use Parking Revenue Recovery Services for enforcing their predatory practice. PRRS is a sketchy business that has had multiple lawsuits filed against them and has been cited by the FTC more than once. I disputed the amount, and they sent the notice to a Colorado attorney for debt collection. Save yourself a headache and avoid this parking lot.

Do NOT park in the garage at this location! As mentioned in David's review, the cost is very high to park here. However, it is INCREDIBLY predatory. If you do not exit the deck within 5 minutes of your paid time ending, you will get an abhorrent bill for it. They let you leave the deck even if you have stayed past your paid-for time. Then you'll get a letter in the mail with a $80+ dollar ticket regardless of how long past your time you ended up staying. If you don't call them and attempt to get it reduced and/or don't pay within 30 days of them issuing the ticket, debt collectors will be sent after you.

I paid for parking and an extension, and still they sent me a $90 fine. Do not park here. Even if you pay (I left 30 minutes BEFORE my parking expired), they fine you and reject your dispute

The predatory parking practices mentioned in other reviews are accurate. Instead of charging you for the time parked, or even a broad fee when exceeding the parking time, they send you a bill via mail for a parking ticket in addition to convenience fees ($90+).

DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING GARAGE!! Warning to anyone who pays to park here. On top of it being $15 to park here and using the app to pay. I get a bill in the mail that I did not pay. I have the charge on my credit card but when you try to call the dispute phone number, they say there are 97 people ahead of you and you sit there forever. SHAME ON YOU FOR THIS SCAM. I do not post negative often but this required it and hope to save anyone the same issue I went through.
