JR: The Chronicles Of Miami - Review - Miami - The Infatuation

"The artist JR is debuting a massive mural called "The Chronicles Of Miami" in two different places during Miami Art Week. The mural consists of photos of over 1,000 Miamians collaged into a single portrait. One mural will hang on the exterior of Allapattah's Superblue Miami, and the other will be displayed in Jungle Plaza in the Design District. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

🎥🌴🎶 Concrete Jungle Fever within the painted walls of this so-Miami plaza! I attended the Miami Film Festival wrap party here, and the venue was absolutely perfect—fun acoustics, colorful energy, and great space to celebrate the art of film in true Miami style.

Amazing farmers market. Looks empty now but that is only because the previous market happened 2 months prior to this photo. Love all vendors. Vibes are great and so is food. Parking garage right across the street from the location. Easy to find. If it's not cool that day be ready to be hot. That's the only reason I gave a 4

The mural changes over time so worth you visiting every so often. Pretty cool place to have a coffee or some lunch.

Jungle Plaza, honestly, such a vibe. I’ve been here twice because they hosted the Miami Festival’s Closing Night Party for the last two years. It’s a great place to host events or parties. And they have good options for parking nearby so you don’t have to worry, which is a big problem with it being Wynwood and everything. Now Wynwood is a great place to be around for night life stuff, but I feel Jungle Plaza adds to it in terms of venue spaces. If you host an event here it will feel like a Wynwood party if you know what I mean. I’d host something here if I ever had some big grandiose party. They have space for multiple food vendors if you want to provide catering. Perfect center stage for a DJ and a dance floor. My friends had an absolutely blast with that honestly, there’s also a balcony space if you just want to chill and overlook everything. I hope they keep being the venue for MFF’s Closing Night Parties, cause it just feels right honestly, you can’t get it wrong doing it here.

The Chanel exhibit was a very nice experience I wish I had known about sooner. I would have visited more than once. The Jungle plaza is a great place at this time of the year because the weather is so nice. The ice creams are also really good!

They have a skatepark here which is the coolest thing about design district. Very very cool skater scene you guys should have more of that. No water available for skaters neither shade. Amazing place tho. Make sure you pay parking and read all parking signs. THEY WILL TOW YOU
