"Junior’s will offer coffee service in the morning, and then the space will transition to the beer side of things mid-day, closing around 10 p.m. Two food trucks will provide snacks and meals throughout the day in the parking lot adjacent to the building. Junior’s will have a full espresso bar with bags of coffee for sale, as well as the list of green bean prices. The pastry case will rely on treats from Shoofly Vegan Bakery." - Levi Rogers

Junior’s is my favorite coffee shop in Portland! The drinks are amazing, the staff is talented and friendly, and the atmosphere makes me want to hang out there all day. They have delicious pastries (including lots of vegan options!), or you can grab a breakfast burrito or biscuits and gravy from one of the on-site food carts and enjoy with your coffee. We love to bring our dogs to hang out on the covered, heated patio. All of the baristas are great, but Amy and Taylor are particular standouts. They always remember my favorite orders! Go visit Junior’s for a cappuccino or seasonal latte and you’ll see why it’s such an awesome addition to the neighborhood.

Underrated coffee spot. Amazing coffee and quality, baristas are skilled and friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating and inside room as well. Guilder coffee serves their roasts, never realized until I visited for the first time.

I wanted to like this place. It’s a short walk from my house, and I’m always looking for a good coffee shop to grab a drink and get some work done. But after multiple visits, I won’t be going back. The drinks are overpriced, which I could overlook if the staff weren’t consistently rude. Nearly every interaction has been unpleasant—not just indifference, but outright rudeness toward me, my dog, and even my simple decaf coffee order. It’s not just me, either—several friends in the neighborhood have had similar experiences and now drive elsewhere for better service. Management, it’s time to step in. At the very least, train your staff to be professional and courteous. No one expects over-the-top enthusiasm, but basic respect shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Their coffee is strong and flavorful, and the biscuits are to die for. Wish they could warm up pastries. The music is always vibes and fun and the staff is super friendly. I especially love the long-haired dude and the blonde girl always help me start my Saturday strong. If highly recommend

Good vibes y'all. Whether you live in the neighborhood or want to try out a cute lil cafe in another part of town, this is a great choice to spend your time and money. Locally owned, friendly service, FRICKIN delicious coffee that is (as the name suggests) store-roasted. It's a great spot to connect with your community and enjoy the kindness of the people around you who are, like you, just trying to survive in this dumpster fire of a world. Can I say that in a review??? Eh, anyway, come check em out. Plus they also have beer and cider! Yay, booze!

Been here a few times. Coffee is great! Staff are unwelcoming to individuals who don’t look like they fit within their culture and views. I’ve never been asked about my day and they’ve made no attempt at striking a conversation with me while giving me a death glare with no smile. Thought this was just a one time ordeal but it’s happened every time I’ve visited. Love the location, building, and coffee. However, I will be taking my business to a less judgmental and more welcoming environment.

It was good. Servings of coffee were small. Blueberry croissant was really good. Husband asked for his mocha to be very chocolatey. Barista even said “so obscenely chocolate” and we said yes. It was definitely not anywhere close to obscenely chocolate.

All of the third wave goodness, none of the third wave pretentiousness. I had a great cappuccino, and am thoroughly enjoying a bag of Ethiopian coffee at home. See you again soon!
