We LOVED our stay at The Juniper Hotel! The views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Being able to check out bear spray and trekking poles at no extra cost was a big bonus. The shuttle into town was easy and convenient, though the walk was very doable, too. And we loved being just outside the hustle and bustle of the Banff town centre where it was quieter and calmer. Breakfast in the bistro was delicious; we were never there for dinner, unfortunately. We had booked a few nights in Lake Louise after our stay in Banff to get closer to some of our planned hikes and sight seeing, but we both said multiple times that we wish we had just stayed at the Juniper for our entire trip! Highly recommend…

Google
Great mountain view room. Hot tub was in working order and was great. Location was great right off the freeway.. Staff very nice. There was a shuttles to Banff but we didn't take advantage of because the crowds were small and the free public parking in town was available.Restaurant had great quality food.

Google
We had a gorgeous view and the staff was beyond nice, especially Emre. He was super helpful and always asked us where we went and what we saw, he seemed genuinely excited for our sightings of wildlife. We had a 2nd floor room with a balcony and loved it! The hotel is across the highway so the hustle and bustle of Banff is left behind. Some things that may not be to your liking but not a deal breaker for us. Highway noise, no ice machine, no elevator(they are more than happy to bring luggage up) there isn't extra outlets or places to charge your phone.|Highlights, the Bistro is highly rated and a very nice staff for ice needs, hotel staff is exceptional , no need to ask for housekeeping, they do it every day, the room is very large, free shuttle to downtown, the french press is a nice touch, and the location is very pretty and full of wildlife.

We only had one night here but thought it was a great place to stay in Banff. It’s a nice location on the edge of town. The staff at reception were very friendly. Our room was upgraded to a Mountain View room which was lovely. The bed was comfortable and there was a coffee pot and great quality coffee which you don’t expect in a hotel. It’s an easy walk to downtown or the hotel provides a driver to drop you off and pick you up. We had dinner in the restaurant and our waiter Jeremy was lovely. We thought it was one of our best meals of our three week vacation. Breakfast the next morning was also really good. Highly recommended.

Google
It was really great. The hotel staff was really nice as well. The staff member who helped us with our questions was Carolina she did an amazing job explaining us how everything works as well as telling us about the shuttle that they have which brings you to places like downtown or some lakes ! Our driver Henry was really nice and funny we enjoyed the drive with him. Overall it was a great experience the rooms were really nice as well.

Stayed one night at Juniper Hotel. We dropped in on the hotel without a reservation. The front desk went out of their way to successfully find us a room. Great room with a view of the mountains overlooking Banff, clean, great bed, even had a small refrigerator. We ate in the Bistro restaurant which was part of the hotel. Excellent food, nice ambiance next to a fireplace. Staff were incredible. The cook even came out to make sure are meal was OK. We would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Google
Great location just off of the main entry road to Banff. The rooms are decent size, bathrooms are small and they need to provide more hangars for the closet. Outdoor jacuzzi is nice and the Restaraunt is great. Staff was friendly and the grounds were quiet outside tucked far away from the train.

Google
We had a lovely stay at the Juniper Hotel. The room was very cozy and they upgraded us to a Mountain View which was stunning. The hot tub was nice and relaxing with a good view. The staff were all very friendly from the front desk to the bistro. The location is very close to town but you still feel like you are in nature. We would love to stay here again.

Yelp
The best hotel in banff because of the amazing views. I love this locally owned boutique hotel at the base of norquay mountain. Specifically because it's so small that it feels personable. The rooms are exceptionally clean and modern. And I just love the views you get fro. The bed I just love waking up to that beautiful sunrise without even getting out of bed! The balcony is perfect for delicious breakfasts and coffee I the mountain air with the best views of Banff town and lake vermillion. Also. You MUST order the salmon platter for breakfast. It's literally the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel!!!

Yelp
Was a great choice for my family and I while visiting Banff. It's a few minutes drive into town and parking is included at the hotel. I can't stand paying for parking so this was a plus for me. There is also a shuttle that goes to and from the hotel (SUV). You do need to book in advance. One thing to note is they didn't have an elevator. I don't know if they had a lift for those in a wheelchair but there wasn't an elevator only stairs. I'd call to confirm if a lift is available before booking. I did request a baby pack and play ahead of time which was in my room when I arrived. Staff were very polite and the hotel has beautiful views from the bistro and the mountains. I'd recommend staying here if you want a quiet place away from the town. I wasn't able to use the hot tub with the view but it looked nice and clean when I passed by it.

Yelp
It can be challenging trying to find a place to stay in Banff, especially if you've never been before. My hubby & I were lucky to return for our 2nd visit, and after hours of research over weeks between hotels and vacation rentals, I ultimately chose The Juniper Hotel and it was wonderful! The location can't be beat as it's perched up high to offer amazing views of Banff. As others have said, it's not in the city center, but even if you don't have a car, it's a short walk away (about 20-30 min) of about 1.3 mi (2.1 km). We had a rental car, so we didn't mind driving into town or walking, and it was always so nice to come back to the peace and quiet (and breathtaking views!) away from the bustling town. Check in/out were easy, and the front desk staff were always very nice and friendly! Our room had an incredible view and a little outdoor patio area, and we found it to be perfect for us with even enough space on one side of the bed to roll out a yoga mat and stretch, etc (we were in town for the Banff Marathon Weekend). The bed was comfortable, shower had plently of hot water and good water pressure, and though the bathroom is quite small, it was clean (more important) & sufficient. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker, tea, and were even able to borrow a regular plate, a bowl, and silverware from the restaurant on the property so we could properly enjoy some of our takeout food and make my pre-marathon oatmeal on race day! I honestly hope that we get to stay here again in the future, because we really enjoyed it! Thank you, Juniper Hotel!

Yelp
Stayed in Feb 2024 - Excellent and friendly staff! Great views from the property and delicious food from their cafe. 10/10 would stay again.

Chris K.

Yelp
This location is great. Right off of Hwy 1 and about a 5 min drive to the the city center. The view from the room is amazing. Waking up to the mountain view, having coffee on the patio attached to the room, is refreshing from the hectic city life in Dallas, TX. Hwy noise, not really audible. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. It kinda has a cabin feel to it. My partner and I did stay for 2 different nights. We did stay a couple nights in Banff and then came back after a night in Japser. The 2nd room that we did get, we did notice that the floor was a bit unleveled and creaking. lol. But it was still nice and this 2nd room had a private balcony. Same great view of the mountain. What is nice about The Juniper Hotel is that it's not overly crowded. Driving out of the property, we did get to see some wildlife (deers and their fawn). They do offer a shuttle service to the city. I would have taken the shuttle if I had known that parking in the city would be challenge. Rental company gave me a full size truck. lol. I would stay here again, get away from the city and enjoy a quiet, peaceful evening with a nice view. Review is from our stay in Oct 2023

Yelp
Room were clean, solid balcony situation. The hotel has a shuttle which...Banff is unparkable on the weekend. That came in way more clutch than anticipated. The hotel is quiet even with a highway facing room. The service tho...this is where the juniper shines. Super friendly, helpful and had great recs. Emre specifically saved the day on seeing late moraine. Thank you sir.

Yelp
Look elsewhere! This property is dated, the grounds are poorly taken care of, the rooms are dated, it's overpriced and they messed up our very simple request of a main Mountain View for a very special occasion that they assured would be taken care of. We have traveled all over Canmore and Banff and will not return here ever again due to these issues!!

Yelp
This was my family's first time at Banff and omg... driving here after 8PM in January is so scary! This is not related to Juniper hotel but small traveling advice for Banff visitors: TransCanada Hwy was pure dark with snow blowing everywhere. Heads up to anyone coming during January: have snow tires, have your google map ready, stay warm, and drive safe. The stop to buy the national park pass was closed already but you can always buy that online. Juniper Hotel is a private property so patrol is not allowed to check for cars there (the check-in guy told us that.) Service: Warmly welcomed when we stepped in. They occasionally have snacks available in the front as well. Check in was not difficult and when our airline lost our baggage, Juniper moved it into our room. We also used our coffee/ sugar a lot but housekeeping never refilled it for us. So each night, we had to call front desk to ask for me. It might have been better if the person brought it in a basket or bag since it was a lot to hold for him. But he usually ran back and forth to bring us everything. Thank you to the person that helped us though! Interior/ Exterior: Small but clean hotel. Really cozy/home vibe. There is no elevator here so if you live in the upper floors, be prepared to carry your luggage. Like other reviews mentioned, paying extra for the view is worth it. You see the sunrise from the mountain and the beautifully fresh snow everyday. The outdoor jacuzzi is worth going to. There wasn't much guest around the time we went so I always had the jacuzzi to myself. It's pretty fun to be seeing the snow while staying warm but again, be prepared to run back afterwards because it's so cold! Hahaha~ Adding on, there's a turn to get into the Juniper driveway but it's slightly hidden by the trees so be on a lookout for the correct turn. The hotel itself is located close to multiple sightseeing locations and not too far from downtown Banff. Bistro here is pretty delicious with good hospitality. Brunch is a great price but dinner is super expensive. Will be posting about the Juniper Bistro review soon! Overall, a great hotel that is close to markets, shops, and sight seeing locations. It's not a big hotel but they do provide the essential you'll need. Again, the view is beautiful from the scenery rooms to the view at the bistro. Enjoy your stay and thank you for reading!

Yelp
Great location away from then crazy of downtown! The restaurant is delicious and we had breakfast and dinner there. Great staff, great food, awesome location. Looking forward to coming back to enjoy the food and accommodations!

Ellen Y.

Yelp
The hotel is way at the end of Juniper road, which is nice and quiet. The check in process took absolutely forever. I think I fell asleep & took a nap and they were still figuring out rooms. We got a room with a balcony, but the chairs on the balcony was so low comparatively to the railing. You couldn't see anything!

Donna R.

Yelp
I loved this mid century mod hotel! The room was huge and the view was amazing! It was nice to be a little out of town and not worry about parking. The check in staff was friendly! The only issue I have is with the media. I know we are not here to watch tv, but after a long day hiking, it's nice to relax to a movie in the room. But here the media is as mid century as the architecture. Only 10 channels on a standard tv. No premium channels or Netflix. Let's get some tech in here!

Vicky L.

Yelp
We stayed here for a total of two stays, the first one was three nights in the beginning of a Banff trip and then after a short stay in Jasper, we stopped again before heading back into Calgary. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Our first three nights was comfortable and the updated hotel fit the bill. It wasn't outrageously priced like other Banff hotels; compensating for its location that's on the other side of the freeway. It wasn't an issue for us as we had a rental car and parking was easy to find in the town of Banff. Given that the hotel was fully booked; they still had enough parking for all the vehicles. Comparison on the differences between first and second floor rooms: The double beds on the second floor are Full Sized mattresses, the doubles on the first floor are Queen Sized mattresses. I would recommend requesting a second floor room as they are carpeted and the first floor is hardwood (probably to keep it dog friendly.) The sound proofing upstairs was better as downstairs was horrible. They also had a placard advising the thermostat not to be adjusted and any changes had to go through the front desk for the first floor room. The staff was loud and noisy on the first floor; they left their walkie talkie's on the loudest setting and we were woken with the chirpy electronic noises. Check out was a breeze; we didn't capitalize on all their facilities as we ended up coming back super late at night and used this place as a crash pad. They offered free wifi with the stay but the wifi was spotty and excruciating slow.

Hebegebe H.

Yelp
It was just ok. They have highlighted a few things to do while there but they are only available IF the kitchen staff is able to accommodate, ie s'mores around the campfire. There is a hot tub but I think my hot tub at home is bigger. Shuttles to and from Banff are not accommodating after 5 pm. Our rooms only had small double beds when they were advertised as queens. We booked 2 nights, skied after the first night then decided to go home to get the amenities that we thought we were going to get at the hotel. Would not go back. Nice enough, but they really don't know how to capitalize on what they have. Not much to do there after skiing, the restaurant was not very accommodating due to the fact that it didn't open until 9 AM . Who does that?

ben p.

Yelp
Guess all the positive reviews are from guests who stayed for a night. If you are staying for more than a night remember there's no housekeeping, microwave, need to request for a kettle and deal with the noise from the rooms.

Iliana A.

Yelp
Hotel has a perfect location with amazing views! The room are small but comfy. The main complain is that the floors were not vacuumed as I could always feel dirt when barefoot walking. The other complain is that being in hospitality business, the ladies in the front desk must be more attentive and at least smile at the guess as they enter/walk by the reception. The guy who checked us in was very cordial though. The bistro adds to the value of this hotel as their food is wonderful.

Anna L.

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay here and truly hated to leave! Pros: Convenient location but not right in the thick of the downtown craziness, gorgeous view from our room, porch with outdoor seating, clean and cozy room, and the food at the Bistro was amazing. The only downside was hearing traffic from the interstate below, but once the windows and doors were closed, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Justine W.

Yelp
This hotel is very cute and the view is magnificent!!! Love waking up to the beauty that is offered through the giant window in our room. A huge lack in hospitality from the staff of the hotel. The front desk employees were very rude and cold when we expected warmth and greetings as we arrived at the hotel from a long journey. We stayed there for three nights and the front desk staff treated us poorly the entire time. Otherwise the beds were made, rooms cleaned, towels replaced all before we returned to the room each day. The bistro is very cute too with great food. Best part of the hotel is the view in the hot tub! A must if you stay at the Juniper.

Miranda S.

Yelp
This place was so wonderful!! The people are so friendly and our experience was the best ever. The hotel is a little smaller which we really loved, but it's RIGHT next to town. It was about a miles drive/4 minutes to town. This hotel is up on a hill and the back opens up into the woods so it's very private and comfortable. There is a restaurant within the hotel as well which was great on a night we didn't feel like going out. The food at the bistro was a little expensive but very yummy. I loved our stay here and would be so happy to stay again!

M G.

Yelp
This hotel is wonderful! I stayed here for my entire trip to Banff and would recommend it to anyone! It is a 30 minute walk or 3-4 minute drive from the downtown Banff Avenue. The hotel itself is stunning. It has a "glamping", luxury sleep away camp vibe. The view is incredible. The hotel has a hot tub that is simple and clean, with a gorgeous Mountain View. The staff is accommodating and full of suggestions. The restaurant within the hotel is insanely convenient, and the host of beautiful indoor and outdoor fire places, romantic indoor seating and outdoor picnic tables with the best view!

Chris D.

Yelp
Seriously loved this place - great location, great staff, rooms that are tasteful though a tad small. BONUS: the food is amazing as well, some of the best in Banff hands down. Overall, close to perfect. Thanks to everyone there on the staff - really a nice experience for me and my family. We will be back!

Diane H.

Yelp
We were very happy with our room. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were just right. We had WiFi and TV. It was just divine. The only thing was that the housekeeping was off. When we got back to our room after 3 pm, our room wasn't serviced. We got a knock on our door and they asked we wanted them to clean up. By then, we didn't need it. We just wanted new towels. Then, it was just only bath towels and I had to get them before they left for wash cloths. I forgot there wasn't hand towels and bath mat. Oh well. They were just kids. Looks like they were learning how to clean. There were 4 of them. If we were staying longer, I would have asked them to come earlier and clean next time. They were good kids. The Front Desk was superb.

Julia S.

Yelp
Even though hotel is not located in town, it's still easy to get around if you have a car or a bike, town is about 2 miles away. I actually thought it was rather nice staying away from all the crowd. Our room was not facing Highway 1 so we didn't experience the noise other Yelpers mentioned. Plus, our stay was during a slow period (2nd week in May) so there weren't as many cars around, it was pretty quiet and serene. The size of our room and bathroom were rather small but everything looked recently upgraded. In the bathroom, they provided organic natural toiletries (Beecology brand), that was a plus for me! I also loved the fact it was made from biodegradable material. During our stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I noticed they are dog friendly hotel, made me regret not bringing my dog on this trip. For dining, we only had breakfast here. Service was ok. First morning we had a good waitress but the second morning we had a flaky waiter. Otherwise, food was great! I had the smoked salmon with bagel that was very yummy! Smoked salmon was fresh, bagel was chewy and toasted just right. BUT, best part of the breakfast experience was really the view of the mountains from the dining room! I would definitely stay here again, perhaps with the dog next time.

Megan G.

Yelp
Amazing!!!! Service was amazing and food was so great. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Banff about a 2 min drive into downtown banff but the out door hot tub and view of the mountains while having a cup of coffee was just perfect.

Karen S.

Yelp
Jas (the best boyfriend in the whole world) surprised me and took me here for a weekend getaway. What a wonderful place! We had a lovely room with a view of the mountains, and despite the proximity to the freeway, I didn't notice the noise. I was very glad to be away from the bustle of downtown. I prefer the quiet. The bed was very comfy and the room itself was modern and clean. We ordered in room service one night and the food was pretty good too. Kudos for superior service. When I got back to Southern Alberta I realized I left something there. They didn't hesitate to send it to us likety split. Overall it was a really nice experience and I would stay here again.

S G.

Yelp
Excellent stay at this hotel. We had a Mountain View room and it was spectacular. The property is a little dated but it's clean and the views are amazing. We didn't hear any highway noise and we appreciated being away from the crowds in downtown Banff. The staff was helpful and accepted delivery of our package containing the flowers for our wedding.

Monica L.

Yelp
The Juniper is relaxing, quiet, and offers a lot of great amenities. On-site bistro specializing in local "Canadian cuisine," beautiful views of the Bow River Valley, free wi-fi, hot tub, etc etc. The hotel is part of the Decore chain, so the entire place has a kind of boutique feel to it, without ridiculous boutique prices. The room in which I stayed had a nice balcony that looked out over Mt. Rundle, but also, unfortunately, Trans-Canadian Route 1, so I could hear the cars going by late into the evening. The hotel is also located a bit of a distance from town, about 20 minutes walking or 5 by taxi. Not a huge deal, unless it is bitterly cold and dark outside by 5:30.

Sarah B.

Yelp
A little pricy, but very pretty. I was here for a wedding and we stayed the first night in the Penthouse suite, which is basically a three bedroom apartment with 4 beds and 3 couches. AMPLE room for sleeping, so if you're having a group there, you could consider all splitting the cost and it wouldn't be too bad per person. Our standard room on the next night was nice, even though we were only there about 6 hours. The food was good, and it's great that they allow dogs. I think they probably do a lot of weddings here, and the hotel is quite small. If you're staying on a weekend, make sure to ask if they have a wedding booked for those nights. If they do, maybe re-think your plans. The music will undoubtedly keep you up

J C.

Yelp
The bed was too hard. The HCAV system sounded like a diesel truck. Couldn't adjust the temperature without contacting the front desk. The walls were too thin (I literally heard a phone ringing and wife heard someone snoring). Floors were creaky.

Elisa Z.

Yelp
This hotel is unsurpassed for the best views in Banff. If you stay here PLEASE pay the extra fee for a mountain view room IT IS WORTH IT. We loved hanging out on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the mountain tops. The room itself is nice and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. I will say that the cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired (our trash can was not emptied for 3 days) but we weren't in our room much anyway as we spent most of the time exploring (Type A Travel blog). The restaurant is also great and in our opinion, breakfast/brunch was MUCH better than dinner although the dinner views are nice as well. Highly recommend this hotel. It's not exactly in town but the town is only a short cab ride away and the proximity of this hotel to the highway makes traveling to destinations like Lake Louise way easier.

Jessica S.

Yelp
Nice place found through Hotels Tonight while in Banff in September. Room was clean and nice with a parking lot view. Staff was pleasant and helpful, plenty of parking and the hot tub helped relax muscles after days on the road and in the park.

Kyle W.

Yelp
Juniper was a nice alternative to staying in downtown Banff. If you have a rental car, this hotel is a great choice because only 3 minutes outside of the city proper, just across the Route 1 overpass. What you gain is avoiding the noise and crowds of downtown and, in many of the rooms, a comanding view of the mountains surrounding Banff. Yes, Route 1 adds some noise during the day but at night we had no issues, save for the occasional noise from a neighboring room - walls are thin. Hotel looks recently and completely remodeled. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked nice and had quite a few people eating there each evening. Definitely recommend this one!

Miche H.

Yelp
My husband and I got married in Juniper. There are no words to describe how beatiful and amazing our wedding was. Hotel staff was so helpful: they helped us organize, set everything up (except decorations of course), went out of their way to get things done on time. The person in charge of organizing weddings there, Melanie Dickson, sent me countless emails helping make menu, drink and other choices, sending advice on how to save money on decorations, hair stylists, etc. etc.. She was simply amazing. A month or two before or wedding she gave us an incredible gift - free use of terrace for the ceremony. Which was great, because we were both students, and every $500 mattered. Food was delicious.. I heard a couple people complain about steak, and a couple people saying "FINALLY someone who knows how to make steak" - you know how it is, to each their own, but overall food was really great, our guests loved everything there. The setting was breathtaking. Away from the hustle and bustle of Banff, yet comfortable and luxurious enough (not lavish though). Our wedding photos are gorgeous. Would recommend this place over any other in Banff - and the price is definitely the best for what is offered (I checked)!

Tom H.

Yelp
3 stars for the spectacular view from their restaurant patio and the good food and their Bistro. As for the hotel itself, they had no elevator to bring your luggage to the second floor. The rooms were small, very basic old furniture. Shower curtain leaked water all over the floor. No soap for shower just the sink. No cups or Kleenex in the room. But they demand high prices. I compared them to my next hotel, Lake Louise Inn and even though there was a $20 difference in room prices the hotel, rooms, furniture, added amenities there was no comparison. The Junper needs to renovate.

Rick C.

Yelp
We returned to the Juniper Hotel last July for our third stay in five years. Our first visit had been superlative in all aspects, but the second was a bit disappointing because their new chef hadn't measured up to the one they'd had during our first stay. This recent visit, though, surpassed all our expectations. The Juniper now has a new chef who prepares delicious, cutting-edge cuisine, so good it's hardly necessary to go into Banff. In fact, their restaurant is apparently now ranked as one of the finest in the area. Not only is it consistently delicious (we ate there four out of seven nights), it's incredibly convenient if you're staying in the hotel, and it boasts hands-down the most gorgeous view of any restaurant in Banff. Another advantage is that it's one of the few places in Banff that allows guests to bring their own wine for a reasonable corkage fee. The only downside now is that it's become so popular that it's necessary to make reservations most nights, even if you're staying in the hotel--it's that good. Though this depends on which side you stay, the Juniper's rooms share the same spectacular view as the restaurant, and are quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. Each has its own patio or balcony. There's a wonderful, usually deserted hot tub which also has an amazing view of the mountains. Though the hotel is only five minutes from the center of Banff, the town is almost invisible from the hotel because of the trees. This gives guests a feeling of being secluded among heavenly, wild scenery, though the location is supremely convenient. Last but not least, we have to mention the employees. The hotel staff is uniformly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We'd like to single out Thami, one of the front-desk clerks who's been there since our first visit. He's helped to make our stays memorable. We almost hesitated to post this review because this hotel is such a hidden gem that we really would love to keep it to ourselves! But the Juniper is such an excellent hotel in every way that it deserves all the publicity it can get. We'll be back soon (if we can get a reservation)! ; )

Joseph C.

Yelp
Hotel is okay. Like a nicely refurbed motel. Nice to be away from the downtown craze. The bistro food is shockingly good. Burger is excellent (hold the BBQ sauce) and sweet potato fries are perfectly salted and crispy. Spinach salad was fresh and yummy. Wedding parties will be loud regardless of time or what part of hotel your room is in. They WILL wake you at night, so stay somewhere else if you find that there's a wedding there. Service staff seemed unhappy to receive guests. The outdoor hot tub is fantastic after a long day of hiking or skiing. Overall, the food was better than the hotel.

Jenny Z.

Yelp
Nice hotel, outside banff town, but within walking distance. The whole area is nice, surround by mountains. At night, after I came back, I like to sit at their restaurant patio. You can do that without order anything.

Fernie C.

Yelp
I thought I had an ok time but after the fiasco of them not refunding my deposit until now, I would not come back. Bed was a double bed when I booked for a King Panoramic Suite (would expect a King size, right?) Can't even open the curtains all the way without your neighbor peeking through the weird window on the side (had the corner room). Room was small for what I paid. I don't mind the highway noise but I didn't like the creeking sound from the floor above. But 2 stars for the view.

Peter V.

Yelp
The Juniper is a bit pricy but isn't everything in Places like Banff or Jasper? Location outside town is perfect: no battles for parking places here. Rooms are quite noisy and walls are thin. Get a room at the back: there you are not pounded by the highway noise. What really disturbed us was the constant noise of hotel machnery: airco's, air circulation units, bath room ventilators etc all run around the clock. Disturbing, unnecessary and all but sustainable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and facilities ok. The restaurant serves good food but take your time: the kitchen is heavily understaffed and can not handle a full house. We were told to order quickly if we wanted our food within a reasonable time: there was a group of 8 just sitting down. Also book a table in advance: if you don't you may not get the service you deserve. The floor manager had great trouble seating us while there were enough empty tables. As we left after a two course dinner three of them were still unoccupied.

Yelp
A little rough around the edges but a pretty good hotel with friendly staff. They allow dogs which is road trip convenient and the pillows are super comfy.
