I had the pleasure of trying the Ramen Your Way, selecting the house broth with regular noodles, sea salt, tare, and tender chicken. To complement it, I added half an egg, bok choy, and shiitake mushrooms. The bowl arrived vibrant and fragrant, each ingredient fresh and perfectly balanced. It was so delicious that I intended to take a photo, but every bite disappeared too quickly. My husband chose the spicy shrimp ramen, featuring six impressively large shrimp nestled in a ginger-infused broth that was both bold and comforting. To finish, we shared a slice of house-made orange rum cake—moist, fragrant, and the ideal sweet note to close the meal. Discovering this restaurant, tucked just across from Hobby Lobby, felt like stumbling upon a hidden treasure. Every dish radiated care and craftsmanship, with flavors that spoke of both passion and precision. An unforgettable experience that leaves you eager to return.

NO MILITARY DISCOUNT ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸 Very cute restaurant! We arrived for lunch and we're the only people in the restaurant. The waiter took our order and we were excited to get our food. We started with takoyaki balls which came out quickly. They were nice and hot and had plenty of eel sauce for dipping. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. We ordered a combination of cooked food and sushi, well the chef worked on the sushi first. The sushi was delivered to the table about 15 minutes before the cooked meals. This was very strange as, again we were the only table there. We asked the waiter several times for different items, extra eel sauce, napkins and lime. Each time the waiter had to be reminded of the request. We ended up ordering desert which took an additional 30 minutes. Overall the sushi was good, but extremely small for the price. Personally, the sushi at Sprouts is just as good and 1/4 of the price. The wait time for food was unacceptable and we will not go back. This is unfortunate as we were looking forward to a really good meal.

We ordered the edamame, vegetarian ramen, Thai tea and mochi for dessert and everything was delicious! The service was excellent too. I would totally recommend it!

Google
All the food was such a disappointment. Almost $4 for 2 tempura shrimp is a joke. The ramen noodles stuck together and the octopus balls we’re undercooked. Sad to say the best thing we had were our drinks. Definitely not worth the hour long wait in an almost empty restaurant.

Went with a large party at 11:30 am and didn't get the food served until 1:10 pm, we were the first ones there too! We didn't even get to eat there which was the initial plan, but we had to request for take out due to the lack of preparation by the chefs. There were only 2 chefs, one making ramen and another making sushi rolls. I felt bad for the 3rd employee being our waitress since she could notice individuals losing patience over the course of almost a 2 hour wait. In addition, the protein ramen was below expectations as there was lack of flavor and the skewers were cold. Not to mention that I ordered a diet coke and couldn't take it with me due to having to leave and was already poured into the glass. I have gone to other local Ramen restaurants near the area which are defintely better all around than here. I DON'T recommend this place due to lack of service and not great food. This was not worth spending 32 dollars and not worth wasting my lunch time here ever again.

I had a great meal with my daughter here after work today and it was great. This was the first time we tried it. The waitress was attentive. They took plates away timely and we didn’t wait long for food and service. I would come back. Everything was delicious!

I came with my son today, let me tell you I have tasted ramen before but not like this one. It’s delicious I’m definitely coming back. I also got some sushi and also the taste was very good. Now let me inform you about the service, she was a very nice lady who give us a little more of information of ingredients that can harm those with allergies. I like that we don’t have food allergies but still was a good way to help customers. Atmosphere was 100% chill and lovely.

Yelp
Surprised at how pleasant this lil ramen spot is! If I'm being completely honest, I would have to say the ramen is worth it for the customizing aspect and the portion of the bowls. So you definitely get what you pay for. I love a good Tonkotsu miso based broth with pork cutlets and half a boiled egg. What's even better is enjoying that with the kikurage, bok choy, fried onions, and green onions. My bowl was bomb! Service was good and very attentive. The place is very casual and our waitress had a very cheery attitude which was perfect. She did have to tell us that some options for sushi were unfortunately unavailable so we would have to opt for other options last minute. The sushi is subpar at best so I recommend to go more for ramen and some other side options. I feel like it took awhile though for our orders to be prepared and there was only one other table that night. Luckily we weren't in a hurry but I couldn't help but notice. I would come back for the ramen and try their yakitori or fried potato shrimp which look divine. They also have a katsu bowl option that looks promising.

Yelp
Took my kids here today to eat. I'm glad it was not packed. We got a good table and ordered our food. My daughter loved the noodles and the fish pastry they had. I had the California sushi rolls and prrk chop bowl. My sone han the build your own noodle bowl. We got so full they fell asleep on the way home. I glad we chose some place different to eat today. The waitress did and excellent job on getting the food out . We will be going back again.

Yelp
Very below average ramen. Disappointed In how long our food take compared to what we got. There were 3 other people in the restaurant. The music was on point! Classic 80s hits were great. But unfortunately didn't outweigh the store bought tasting ramen. I'm not trying to be mean - it was literally the same quality as store bought ramen. The staff was so friendly! I politely explained I was "full" when I gave back a nearly full bowl. I appreciated their service and attempt to serve enjoyable food, but it was far from it.

Yelp
I stopped at Food King for my hunt for the Pepsi Blue after going to the movies. Was tempted to pick up some Chinese food but realized the business that used to be there was now Juns Ramen & Sushi. My family and I decided to check it out anyway. Upon entering the place wasn't too packed and there was enough room for my mom's wheelchair, and the waitress greeted us really nicely compared to some other places who feel like having someone in a wheelchair is a hassle. My mother immediately had to use the restroom and so did I and I can say they are very well maintained and very clean. We ended up ordering sushi for my mom and my brother and I got ramen with slight differences. My mom ordered the Rainbow Roll and the California Roll. The Rainbow Roll was her favorite and she found the salmon to be absolutely delicious. It was also quite stunning if I should say so myself. The California roll was also good, but compared to the Rainbow Roll it really didn't stand a chance. As for the ramen, we really liked the make your own ramen concept but if you have never ordered ramen before it is possible to be confused by a few of the options. It was my brother's first time ordering ramen so I helped him. My brother chose the Tonkotsu soup, Regular noodle, Shio (sea salt), Chashu (pork belly), and he ordered 1/2 egg, nori (seaweed), green veggies, and the naruto. I decided for my ramen I wanted the house soup, regular noodle, nori, green veggies and the naruto. The only thing that really set our ramens apart was the choice of soup and I had tofu and I am very happy I went with the House soup. The house soup had more taste than the tonkotsu in my personal opinion, and my brother tasted mine and enjoyed mine better as well. Overall though I still enjoyed the ramen and want to come back and test different combinations. Service was a dream. Our server was very attentive and even got us to try the Tornado Shrimp appetizer and we ordered the gyoza as well. The gyoza was perfect and the tornado shrimp was good but not something we really need to try again. I would be back because of the food and service. Service only was a 5/5.

Yelp
Just tried out a new place that opened on the Westside called Jun's Ramen and Sushi. It's a cool make-your-own-ramen concept and reminds a little me of an Izakaya (Japanese bar) with the emphasis on appetizers, but no alcohol just yet. The boba selection was good though. We tried the potato shrimp and it was like the tornado potatoes on a stick you get at the street fairs in Asia wrapped around shrimp. It was very light and crispy. Very airy, I think it tastes better than the normal tempura shrimp that's more common. Lightly drizzled with mayo and ponzu, this was a solid order, although a little pricey. The ramen wasn't anything to write home about. I liked that they had kids sizes which Sophia (our friendly server) told us was off menu and $4+ a bowl, which she charged us full price for anyways. ‍ You can customize your base (House, Tonkotsu, Veggie), your noodles (thin to thicc) and I asked for a more firmer al dente noodle, and your tare (Ship, Shoyu, and Miso). Honestly even though I ordered a different tare (miso) vs my kids (ship) and a firmer noodle, they were basically the same taste and texture. 2 outstanding things in their ramen are: PERFECT Shoyu ramen eggs and their chashu was clearly made ahead but they propane torch it before serving which gives it a great texture and flavor, but the cut was thin like Yamaguchi Ramen's, I prefer Silverlake's cut and flavor. The matcha boba was made fresh so the boba was really firm at first (not good) and then as it settled, it became delightfully chewy as it should be. The tea base was definitely Oolong and they added powder because it was pretty gritty. I liked it and would come for boba again. I'll probably stop by to try the sushi and rice bowls once it's warm again. I like that they had more variety and wish them luck, since they've only been open for 2 weeks. Come out and #supportlocal

Yelp
Cute ramen and sushi joint !! it wasn't busy when I arrived and the waitress and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had the build your own ramen and a boba milk tea (Thai) it was delicious! I'll be back

Yelp
Great food presentation. Food is delicious. Tonkatsu ramen is creamy and has good flavor. Boba is not too sweet nor bland, it's just right! Rice bowls are packed with flavor and are pretty filling. Overall, great place for a quick lunch. Great service too!

Yelp
Where do I even begin... I've gone back and forth about posting this review because I can't find the words to describe how I feel about this restaurant. Of course, good things all around. From the service to the food, my experience has always been good. Whenever I go in with my daughter and son, we all leave satisfied (mind you, they are picky). Yes there are many ramen restaurants here in El Paso, but this place holds a special place in my heart and tummy. Like any other restaurant, wait times to be served and receive your food may vary but that isn't an issue to me (even when I'm hangry) because the owner, his son and the staffs' welcoming and accommodating vibes make up for that. Just this past weekend, it was my daughter's 3rd birthday and she requested "noodles". I am so grateful for the owner for working with me to make sure I get what I needed for her dinner party and taking on my big takeout order. He even called the next day to follow up to see how it went and if my guests enjoyed it. And they most certainly did! If you ever get the chance to try out this place, please do. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do :)

Yelp
This was a nice surprise! We were in the upper valley yesterday and there aren't many ramen places nearby, so we decided to try this since it was the closest. The ramen was delicious with great flavors, and the veggies were very fresh. My only complaint would be that the chicken was a little tough/dry, but that was a minor issue since the rest of the dish was so good. I also tried the passion fruit tea which was equally yum. (FYI the teas are huge) It was pretty dead while we were there, and I hope more people discover this place because they definitely deserve the business. I don't remember our server's name but she provided the best service!

Yelp
Really great food and solid service. Just can't give it a 5 because there are better ramen options and better sushi options. Wish I could give it a 4.5.

Yelp
This place has fantastic service. They have a lot of options for vegetarians. The food is great and healthy.

Yelp
HORRIBLE Customer Service!! Waited over more than an hour for our food. First time trying this place would never go back. The manager and waitress laughed at us... horrible customer service! Go eat somewhere else and save your time.

Yelp
First time! Very tasty. The food was lovely, presentation was great. Great space, plenty of seating, cute booth areas and tables. Open lighting. Service was delayed- but you could tell it was oddly busy for a weekday! I was not bothered at all. Wait staff/host was super friendly and menu knowledgeable. Party and I had a few things, including the boba Thai! Super delicious. Ramen was amazing, salmon bowl was a delight. Small to the point menu, but filled with flavor. Would deft come back.

Yelp
Excellent food presentation, with very good sushi and their miso soup was very good!! Good service!

Yelp
Noddles are very tasty. Make sure to ask about the different bases to pick the one you'll like the most. The fried pork dumplings were very good too. The tofu's was very soft and flavorful. The chicken was good too.

Yelp
Great find! Just getting reacquainted with the area and ran into this awesome establishment. Shrimp tempura was my appetizer and will be again. The broth and ingredients are top shelf and obviously traditionally prepared. Our server was very responsive and had great menu and food preparation knowledge. Others at our table had some sushi and non was left over. Cheers!

Yelp
Terrible service, I went with my family and it took more than 10 min between each person. To get their food. The place was empty so there was no excuse for the delay

Andrea S.

Yelp
This gem is well worth a visit! This is by far some of the best ramen I've had. It was the Tonkotsu soup with thick noodles, shio base with chashu (pork), egg, menma and green veggies. The staff was friendly, attentive, and expertly helped me with my selections.

Yelp
First time trying and everything was delicious! My husband and I each had different variations of Ramen and both were delicious. We also each enjoyed a Boba. Finally, we ordered some gyoza, which my four year quickly claimed as hers. Overall, great experience. We ordered ahead and everything was ready in 30 minutes and was thoughtfully packaged. Very excited this is on the way home from work and will be adding it in to the weekly restaurant rotation.

Yelp
In search of a brunch place near the Upper Valley Artists & Farmer's Market, I spotted this place across the street in a strip center. While no expert, I'm a big lover of sushi & occasionally enjoy ramen. The sushi rolls are smaller than other places, so the spicy tuna roll I had was more like an appetizer. I did have to ask for ginger/wasabi. The menu has a step by step on how to order ramen. The server helped me decide on veggie broth, chicken, large noodles, & good selection of toppings. I will mix it up next time but definitely have the black fungus that gave broth lots of extra flavor in addition to requested chili oil. The servings are worth the price. While I'll go to my usual for sushi, I'd come back for the ramen. Good ambiance and excellent service.

Yelp
Excellent food and waitstaff. Our lunch was delicious, absolutely fresh, and very attractively plated. Our waiter was attentive and so courteous! The new decor is pleasing and spotlessly clean. We definitely will go back soon, it's a treasure.
