20 Top Fast-Casual Restaurants of Midtown Manhattan - Eater NY

"The newest location of this fast-casual restaurant mini-chain from Eater Young Gun Lucas Sin serves the same northern Chinese bing wraps, noodle bowls, and salads, as well as a few sweets made with seasonal ingredients. The wraps, made of thin flour-pressed dough, have a build-your-own option with a selection of braised meats, pickled and stir-fried vegetables, sauces, and different spice levels. There are also two types of noodles to choose from: wide, wavy, rippled knife noodles (which have a variety of textures and thickness), and thin, chewy spring noodles." - Jasmine Ting, Eater Staff

Junzi Kitchen is trending recently as a new & Asian option for a quick fix lunch. The decor is artsy and bright with a couple of indoor seating & cozy ambiance. We did a take out order for 2 Rice Bowls and they were not the best but pretty decent. The options aren’t in a great variety, so we might get bored if we have it for lunch for a couple of days in a row.

Junzi, you have for sure impressed me. I just ordered a meal from you on the food for all app, which you just joined apparently. I think your ingredients are obviously top and extremely fresh. The staff are super nice. Everything here is extremely clean and spacious. Thank you so much for being part of the movement, and for providing me with this amazing meal. I hope my photos do a better job of explaining it all then I just have.

I ordered the signature tomato pork noodles. Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high. This is much more Western style than Chinese style. If you are looking for real Chinese noodles this may not be the place. The pork itself did taste good but probably just wasn’t what I was looking for. The official photos were definitely looking way much better and appetising than the actual meal itself.

Their jaja noodles are dope! One of the best jaja noodles in nyc! Love this store interior, fast and quick and their servers are friendly! Remember to lychee drink!

Weird tasting furu chicken noodles with white pasta sauce of some sort. BEWARE. They sell drinks that contains harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness. If i fall sick, i am going to sue them. Fineprints in the bottle dont cut it.

Had my first vegan noodle bowl and I was bowled over! Such great quality, fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Staff is super friendly. The place has a very zen - minimalistic vibe which I love! Totally my aesthetic. This will be my new favorite lunch spot. Mango pudding and tea were top notch too!

Pretty tasty! Each bite was surprisingly good. You have plenty of options for protein, base, toppings, etc. The place reminded me of Dig Inn style but with Chinese food. Tip: not a whole lot of seating so just be ready to wait a little during rush hour. They also do catering, which I've done for one of my events. Pretty good service.

The food is delicious. The staff there is really great and helpful. They are there for suggestions and do not rush you. Allow you to take your time to figure out what you want. Had the furu chicken noodle bowl but switched up the sauce for the spicy sesame sauce and it was great. Definitely recommend that for anyone who likes spice. That and their homemade chili oil!! Never had buddha palm till here and gives a great crunch. Can't wait to try the rice bowls or a bing.
