11 Buzzy Palm Beach Hotel Restaurants to Check Out This Season | Eater Miami

"Though it’s billed as an American restaurant Sinclairs is full of surprises. Chef Ricky Gopeesingh, a native of Trinidad, amps up flavors, adding lemongrass, pineapple salsa, and chipotle aioli to his lump crab cakes; blueberry goat cheese, pesto vinaigrette, and asiago crostini to lemon basil shrimp; and serving tempura duck breast with farro medjool date risotto, asparagus and stone fruit bacon. There is also an emphasis on healthy fare — don’t miss out on the lunchtime earth grain bowls." - Beth Landman

From the time you pull up you are well taken care of. Staff at Front Desk were wonderful was able to accommodate me with early check in. The rooms are clean, gorgeous and are taken care of daily with turn down service. Anywhere you eat the food is great and the service outstanding. The Beach Valets take excellent care of you. This is a great experience all the way. I can’t wait to return

Above and beyond. The staff and service at this beautiful beachfront hotel are wonderful. Great food at the restaurants. Excellent bar service even late night. Our first night room service dinner order arrived fast and hot. The front desk team, along with bell guys and valets are top notch. Pool and especially the beach team could not be better. Some of the fastest hotel elevators I’ve ever experienced. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping up with the guests’ needs, resupplying with towels, water, coffee pods, etc. Rooms with ocean view are quite nice although a touch small for the price. The hotel grounds are beautifully designed and kept immaculately clean. Very comfortable resort hotel property. Strong recommend. We will be back.

Regularly stayed here. $$$. Great food and staff all around very pleasant. Ample staffing can’t miss. Remodel dining 5 star decor. Beach (outdoors) services outstanding. Cafe very convenient. Sometimes loud noisy depending on the time of year; wedding parties, kids running the hallways (late), holidays…however the areas has minimal tourists due lack of hotels. Lots of physical activities. FYI, valet parking only w/ charges.

Google
Latitudes restaurant was amazing. Stick to the sandwiches and small plates… also Nick the bartender is unbelievable!! The resort is clean and beautiful. |The spa was gorgeous but there’s a small problem with the ladies locker area having both doors propped open and no privacy.|Massage was not the best… recommend breath mints and gas pills as the garlic breath and tummy noises during my massage were hard to ignore. For a $175 massage and $35 tip that was mandatory, not exactly pleased.|The resort itself is beautiful, clean and wonderful. Spa was beautiful and clean but why no privacy?? I personally took the doorstop out to the locker room only to have a spa worker put it back in!! Please! I don’t want strangers to see my naughty bits. I had to explain to her that privacy at a spa is a RIGHT!! Duh|Otherwise, you can’t go wrong here. We love it!!

Google
Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish!!! This is hands-down the BEST hotel. So good that our family comes back every single year. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like old friends. The ambiance is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and every detail is thoughtfully handled to perfection. Huge shoutout to Jared!! His hospitality is truly unmatched. Jared went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our visit exceptional. If you’re looking for comfort, class, and incredible service, this hotel sets the standard. Can’t wait to come back again next year!!

Google
What a beautiful hotel! It was our first time visiting Jupiter and I’m so glad we got to spend it at this hotel. The food was some of the best I’ve had in a hotel (get the chicken sandwich, trust me) and the staff were very welcoming and professional. Shoutout to Jared at the front desk! The rooms are very clean and everything looks modern. The only small issue was the room service website you can use to order food to your room doesn’t work so I had to call each time. Hopefully that can get fixed for next time. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This resort continues to exceed my expectations and remains one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s the kind of place that restores your faith in small chain and independent hotels—and today only reinforced that.||Due to an unexpected emergency, I had to cancel a reservation I was truly looking forward to. I spoke with Collin at the front desk, and he could not have been more kind, understanding, or helpful. He handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care, which only deepened my appreciation for this wonderful property. We’re already making plans to reschedule our stay.||From our last visit in September, I can say everything about the experience was flawless. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with a smart, spacious layout and breathtaking oceanfront views. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Beach service was peaceful and attentive, check-in was seamless, and even valet parking was prompt and efficient. Latitudes restaurant was also a standout—absolutely delicious.||A heartfelt thank you again to Collin and the entire team. I honestly can’t wait to return. This place is truly a gem.

Google
I don’t normally leave one star reviews but I think other people need to hear of my experience. After breakfast, as I was walking up the door too my room, an employee of the Jupiter Beach Resort opened it and stepped out. Weird… she quickly said she was “checking to see if we had checked out yet” I was well before my checkout time and had the do not disturb sign on my door. I then noticed that this employee had stolen one of my personal items and quickly ditched the item back in my room as she made her exit. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and never experienced anything like this. After paying a significant amount of money for this hotel room, I expected a better experience. I even contacted the resort and gave them an opportunity to make this right and never heard back. Take your business to another hotel.

Yelp
Boutique style resort . Friendly staff that remember our names from past stays . Live music by the beach bar everyday . Great restaurant and spa . This place has the whole package!.

Yelp
It gives me no great pleasure to write this review, but I feel compelled. I have no complaint with the hotel itself - the rooms were nice, all the line staff I interacted with were lovely, and the experience of staying at the hotel was on par with what I expected. However, my family and I had a billing issue, the (non-)resolution process for which was so abysmal that I will never stay at or recommend this hotel or any other Opal resort again. When I discovered the billing issue I called the resort to correct the error. The person at the front desk transferred me to the billing department with a promise of a call back within a day that never came. A few similar calls later, I requested to speak to Joseph Villa, the resort's Assistant General Manager. We spoke on the phone, and he promised to fix the issue 'that day.' I followed up a few weeks later over email for a status update and received no response. A month after that, I reached out to Justin Earle, the resort's General Manager. He did respond to my email, but placed the burden on my family member to call him to fix their mistake. She called and never received a call back. The stats between November 2024 - March 2025: - 4: the number of months I spent trying to get my issue resolved before giving up - 6: the number of phone calls I made with an empty promise of a call back - 1150: the number of dollars I was charged by mistake - 0: number of times someone apologized At some point this became as much or more about the customer service experience as it had about the initial error. What a truly disappointing experience. I hope no one else ever has to go through the experience I did.

Yelp
It was just ok. Great for Jupiter Florida, but I wasn't impressed. They have a great pool area, with full bar, a place for the kids, and plenty of chairs in the area to sunbathe. There is a full bar and restaurant inside the hotel. The bar gets pretty busy at night so that's fun. There are pickleball courts and other outdoor activities on the property. Lots of wedding parties and business seminars seem to be held there, which imo detracts from the "resort and spa" The beach is clean but it sucks to swim in. There are huge sharp boulders in the water down the whole beach property. Everyone who was swimming got scraped up in one way or another: however like I stated, they do have a pool.

Yelp
As a Jupiter resident I haven't been here in quite a while. Lunch was great Service was great. MAJOR complaint is this: it is mid May. Snow birds are gone . We HAD to valet the car - cost was $5.00 AND it was not validated after spending $210 for lunch for three!! Insutling!! We then tipped the guy $5.00 That is ridiculous!! I'm sure a lot of people stiff the valet guy. 1000 North - free valet Most restaurants in area = Free Valet. we have a lot of choices here and most have a much better view than looking at a hotel pool. Won't be back. Anne O.

Yelp
Outstanding hotel, I cannot say enough good things about this place, and I can be a tough critic! First off, the location - it's right on the Atlantic Ocean and the water is almost crystal clear in the summer. Many hotel rooms have full or partial views of the ocean. Also, it's off the beaten path, so it's quiet and relaxing, and yet there are still many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. The rooms - all brand-new rooms, beds are comfortable, nice balconies in every room, and if you're lucky enough to upgrade to a suite, the views are unreal! The service was incredible - from the helpful valet guys to the check in staff, the bartenders, waiters, and outside pool staff, everyone was warm, friendly, personable, and hospitable. The restaurant inside has some incredible food, and cocktails. We ate here a few times, and it did not disappoint. We invited many of our friends and family to eat here too and they were all extremely impressed with the food. The interior of the restaurant is stunning too. You definitely feel like you're on vacation. We also used the pool, and the water was the perfect temperature, I loved the little jacuzzi they have hidden in the corner. The outdoor bar is awesome, and the staff was all so kind and overall, everyone had a blast. I also love that they have live music on the weekends. I did not hear one bad thing from anyone in my party, and we had some picky people coming down from up north. I may be biased but of all the Opal properties I have been at, this one is my favorite. (My one gf agreed as she often stays at the one in Delray, I think I converted her).

Yelp
Walmart style customer service, absolutely disgusting. I booked a trip for my father last minute at this resort (7days in advance), unfortunately 2 days later we find out he has cancer and needs to undergo emergency treatment. I called to cancel the reservation and they said they would not refund despite me calling 5 days in advance and their cancellation policy not being ANYWHERE on their policies and guidelines, see attached as proof. I googled and it said 72 hours but they do not list cancellation policy on their actual site. I asked for a call back from the general manager given this was a provable medical emergency and was transferred to his voicemail. It's been 2 full days and no call back. I told them I could provide doctor's notes as this was an emergency and this hotel really was worse than dealing with customer service at Walmart. Trash customer service which was shocking for a hotel that charges those rates. Would Never recommend anyone stays at such an awful ran hotel.

Yelp
Clean up your beach!!!! This is not NY, this is unacceptable This is an expensive resort and the locals like to walk on the beach in the morning, sea turtles nest in this area and you leave trash and plastic all over this beautiful pristine sand. Get it together

Yelp
Stunning views, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, and a tropical vibe that puts you in a vacation mindset. As a Jupiter native, I've been here many times but never stayed the night until recently. The results of the remodel are stunning, and the staff went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable.

Yelp
I wanted to love this resort so much. Unfortunately, it wasn't up to what the other Opal collection resorts are. We travel with kids, and unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side. There was nothing to do other than pool (that we didn't use due to rain). We couldn't go to the beach either as it was high tide and water comes up to shore. Many rocks close by prevented us from swimming , even in high tide. Rooms are great for families of 5. Renovated with 2 bathrooms and living space. Staff were amazing (I give them all five stars). The hotel itself is just... not existing.

Josh C.

Yelp
Didn't tell us that construction was going on. Valet area is CHAOS and only 2 cars - too many valet/bellmen talking and ignoring guests. Subpar front desk - asked for change for a $10 bill, specifically 5 and 1 ones, after going in back for an extraordinary amount of time, and came back with 2 $5 bills. Disappointing.

Yelp
What an amazing staycation. I wanted a luxurious tropical place to relax and rejuvenate and this place did not disappoint. Our room overlooked th beach and was surprisingly quiet but it was the weekday.. maybe ill try coming back on the weekend next time. Service was impecable and room was super clean. I can't recommend enough.

Beth R.

Yelp
Asked front desk to extend stay one night. Was told couldn't stay in same room because someone had booked it. Even though it was a Sunday and no one was checking in. We were supposed to switch into new room early but next day was told not possible and we would have to check out and have luggage stored until new room was ready. Very frustrating and unorganized. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Yelp
Picked this property because it was on the beach. Was warmly greeted on check in. Room wasn't ready but were directed to a bathroom where we could change. By 1pm, we were poolside ordering drinks. At 4 pm room was ready and we were very happy with what we saw. The recently renovated rooms were beautiful and tastefully done. The mattress was wonderful and lead to a nice night of sleep every night. Upgraded bathroom fixtures in the shower and the lighted mirror were nice touches. Room had a refrigerator, but would have been nice to have microwave as well. Had a Nespresso machine but no directions on how to use it so we didn't. Coffee available in lobby at 7am. I along with others would have preferred it available at 6am or compromise at 630am. Breakfast at restaurant not available till 8 am. This was a "pop up" restaurant since renovations were not complete on restaurant and bar area were being completed. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast at restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Food at pool area was just average at best. Highlight was the chicken tenders that were excellent. Cheeseburger was very bland and Mahi tacos were fishy smelling. Pizza was a joke. It was tomato sauce and cheese on a rectangular piece of tortilla or something very thin(lavash perhaps?). Drinks made you wonder if there was any alcohol in them. By third day we didn't bother ordering anymore drinks. Service in the pool area was very good, but after first day we moved to a landing right before the beach to get away from all the small kids. Unfortunately, it didn't appear there was service there. I think there is supposed to be but you couldn't get anyone's attention. Last day I just went to the bar and ordered from the bartender and signed the charges and got my food in a timely manner. This would be the way to go next time. Staff everywhere was very nice. Two that stood out were Nick the bartender in the "pop up" bar which we did not know existed till the last night we were there. Nick was cool and upbeat and excited about the new restaurant and bar that would be opening in April 2023. Elaine in the gift shop was awesome. She was so nice. Asked how our trip was going every day and overall just a warm and kind woman. She is a great ambassador for the Jupiter Beach Resort and an example of how everyone should treat the guests at the hotel. Management please acknowledge her. You have a gem there. Not much in walking distance so consider a rental car. Will definitely consider returning when the construction is over. Only issue was construction noise during breakfast. Otherwise, wasn't aware of it. I would return after the renovations are complete.

Yelp
Went to the spa/ booked an expensive 80 min massage with add on- lady was sick who gave me the massage - coughing , had a coughing attack so had to stop, sniffing/ just not appropriate for a massage treatment- not enjoyable. After spending more than $700 and another $100 on lunch/ we were also not able to use the beach/ said resort guests only/ attendant was extremely rude to us - so went and got car from valet/ only way to park- and they also charge you $5 even if you are a spa guest. If you want to be nickled and dimed and have average service (sick massage anyone?) this is your place. Will not be going back her again, EAU spa is totally better experience and you can use all of the properties amenities and valet is complimentary.

Andy S.

Yelp
Staying for our wedding! They upgraded us and gave us credit for the restaurant! Travis at the front desk is amazing!

Matt H.

Yelp
I paid $2200 for two nights for an "ocean view" room and we are stuck looking at a parking lot. Very deceptive advertising and we will not be back. Will remove if they address it properly.

Snooping S.

Yelp
The pictures for this resort are deceiving. There is NOWHERE near the beachfront area they show in the pictures. Additionally there are LOTS of rocks ON the beach they don't show in the pictures. Online they claim to be "Jupiter's ONLY Seaside dining". This is FALSE. You CAN'T see the water from any of their tables without standing up. IF you would like to dine "seaside" ... try, UTikki, Jetty's, Topside, Beacon, Lucky Shuck, Square Grouper, 1000 North, Jupiter Grill and many many more!!!

Vivian M.

Yelp
We were trying new spots for lunch . This one is a jewel for view. Oceanside drinks and small plates. While the lunch area was open to the public, make sure to respect the signs before venturing far up the walk....private beach. But not far from Dubois if you get stuck out there.

Yelp
I had a wonderful stay. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and always will to help. The pool was refreshing. Dinner was wonderful. Try the fish tacos ! I used a local golf cart ride to a local restaurant too. You just tip him for the ride. Be generous.

Yelp
Location is great. They' are undergoing renovations Front desk great. Pool restaurant staff great. Housekeeping stinks. And with COVID they need to up their game While you're here do not expect your room cleaned until 3pm or later When cleaned they will take the garbage, hang towels & make your bed But. Day of departure: expect a knock on your door at 845am to clean. Check out is 11am. And I had a late check out at 12. But. 845. AM. Knocking away with the surprised look that you're still in the room when you should be checked out There are other places to stay

Lisa S.

Yelp
Great resort with great food options. Also a perfect venue for an event. Recent renovations look great!
google avatar

Jmy M.

Yelp
Great spot in a fantastic location. Jupiter doesn't have much in the way of hotels so this one is a great destination right on the beautiful beach.
google avatar

Paul T.

Yelp
Finished the evening with my son with a dessert downstairs (for him), while I enjoyed a Sauvignon Blanc and a double espresso. A bit of a long wait, as they only had 2 waiters, but once seated, Chris was top notch.

Yelp
This is my new, favorite place to be in Florida. It is an exceptional Hilton property in Jupiter, FL. This was our best stay this year; and, our first on Jupiter Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; and, the public areas are well maintained, clean, and the staff is super. The front-desk staff was very helpful and very efficient. We only needed extra blankets and housekeeping brought them right up. The parking valets were not working due to the pandemic; but, self-parking was easy; and, the bellman was very friendly and helpful. Normal housekeeping was also suspended, due to the virus, but we adjusted quickly. We had a great stay; and, would have extended our stay if we hadn't already made plans for work conferences. I attended one meeting virtually in the conference area; but, too many people thought that this was a good place to let their kids play, so I had to stay muted most of the time. The beach, the restaurant, the close-by attractions al made for a wonderful stay. And, I would return in a heartbeat.

Yelp
Perfect place. Nice rooms. Cool breeze. Good staff. Nice amenities. More later. We just arrived. Pool looks good beach and a pier for Fishing. Oh

Yelp
My family has enjoyed the on-site restaurant for years. In particular, we loved the Mother's Day brunch buffet. The food was delicious, the waitstaff was attentive and the view was unbeatable. The last two years, we had a very different experience. I called repeatedly during normal business hours and was unable to get literally anyone to answer the phone (not just the restaurant-I also called concierge, sales, reservations, etc.). I didn't see a brunch on the website, but we took a chance, thinking that, of course there's no way they wouldn't be doing a Mother's Day brunch that they have had great success with for years. It was ALWAYS a full house. We drove up and found it has changed to mandatory $5 valet parking. We would always tip more than $5 and we liked knowing that all of it went straight to the person doing the work. I'm afraid that the mandatory fee discourages proper tipping and results in more money for the hotel and less for the people actually doing the work. We went inside and didn't see the usual brunch buffet so we asked and were informed it was not offered anymore. We all ordered. I'm not a picky eater and the food was fine, but you could definitely tell they are trying to cut corners wherever they can. The waitress was clearly under pressure to get us in and out as quickly as possible. This is NOT her fault, she was very kind. In previous years, my family would always walk down to the water for a few minutes before heading out. Last year, there was an employee sitting at the boardwalk to ensure no one could walk down there unless they were staying at the hotel. While I understand having policies, I guarantee our party easily spent more than the equivalent of a night at the hotel on brunch. My suggestions to Jupiter Beach Resort are the following: make sure your changes aren't going to put your employees at a disadvantage. Bring back the Mother's Day brunch buffet. Allow those who dine at your restaurant beach access. And lastly-before implementing changes, please consider if they are a good long-term strategy for repeat customers or if they are simply causing longtime customers to not want to return. We will not return unless the changes above are implemented, but thank you for being such a special gem for so many years for my family.

Yelp
LEFT WITH A "SOUR TASTE" -- We were excited to dine at Latitudes (the new restaurant replacing the Sinclair Ocean Grill at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa). While the restaurant is beautiful and the food is good, the experience was "spoiled" by the newly introduced $5 mandatory valet parking fee. We asked, "If we are dining here, do you validate the valet ticket so it is complimentary?" We received a flat-out "no". We have been coming here for two decades -- and self-parking was always free, so a mandatory valet fee was "distasteful" to us. We understand mandatory valets in downtown West Palm Beach. But, Jupiter, with a large open parking lot, really? While the $5 mandatory valet fee is reasonable, it still left a "sour taste" in our mouths upon departure. We have the Opal Collection "re-thinks" the mandatory $5 fee for valet parking service. Thank you for this consideration.

Yelp
Wonderful time. Booked two days out with ocean view room. Valet and front desk was the best. Pool side bar tenders know what's up and pool attendant helped grab us chairs. Food was great all around. Breakfast and pool side munchies. Walked to food shack for dinner one night. Amazing seafood Never felt too crowded. Will be back with kids another visit. Blowing rock beach just north

Yelp
Wow! What a G-R-E-A-T time! Thank you so much for the excellent staff - especially Jennifer at the Front Desk. She was the first and last face at check in and departure and was typical of everyone that I came into contact with. The room, restaurant and even the beach staff were outgoing, kind and you could see their smiles from behind their face masks. Thanks Jennifer and team for making the seven days PERFECT. Thanks SO MUCH Jennifer and Jupiter Beach Resort!!

Yelp
For more than eight years, several of us senior citizens enjoyed a weekly lunch at the Jupiter resort and then played bridge. The restaurant was never full and we didn't prevent any turning of tables. Over the past 18 months during renovations, we were moved from the back rooms to the lobby, eating and playing through sledgehammers and drills. Today, upon the reopening of the restaurant, we were informed that we could play at the bar, but the restaurant was reserved for residents. Regular servers, hostesses and others whom we have known for years declined to make eye contact with us. The bar was inappropriate for bridge. Our lunch was served grudgingly. Hamburgers were cold and undercooked. When this was pointed out to MaryGrace, she responded that the kitchen makes burgers one way. Now I understand that this is policy at McDonald's, Burger King and Five Guys but have never been to a restaurant beyond that fast food style that didn't inquire how you wanted your meat cooked. In addition, upon arrival, we were told that valet parking was obligatory at $5. Now there are many restaurants which require valet parking, but few so crass as to put an amount on it. In addition, the former valet staff who were always more than pleasant were nowhere to be seen. They were replaced by a younger staff. To be generous, they were inept. After a 10 to 15 minute wait, one of our party's cars was brought up and deposited roughly 100 meters away and the valet pointed it out to her. I personally had to make a nuisance of myself as the valet with my ticket busied himself elsewhere. Had we been informed last week that we were no longer welcome, we would have been disappointed. But that would have been the professional, not to say kind thing to do. Policies change. However being treated in such a shabby manner today was unwarranted, unprofessional, ageist and rude. We will not return, which I understand was the establishment's point. However, the manner in which the message was delivered was beneath contempt.

Yelp
My husband surprised me with a staycation this past weekend. We had a lovely room with a great view. The food at the restaurant and pool bar was excellent . My only complaint was that we couldn't use the spa or the indoor bar. Hope to visit again when everything is open.

Russ D.

Yelp
I have been traveling for over a 60 years this is actually the worst place I've ever been to in my entire life. world including nigeria in a fire fight This is the epitome of you go woke you go broke. This place is shot and my local friends agree with me. I strongly suggest going to the Wyndham across the street. Much much much better. You havre 5 great restaurants in walking distance .

Jennifer D.

Yelp
The staff needs to step up their game and be more professional for those prices. Beach is nice but you can stay anywhere in that area and have access to the beach

Amber G.

Yelp
We stayed there 3 months ago and I gave it a glowing review. However we had plans to go back last week but unfortunately they were about to be hit by a hurricane and the governor of Florida called for a state of emergency for the entire state. They refused to return my deposit because I was canceling at the last minute and was not able to give a rebook date..uumm sorry I am unable to provide you a specific date when my whole trip is suddenly being turned upside down. The airline however had no problems giving me a full refund, probably because they knew that it was not going to be safe to fly in and out of Florida. This hotel clearly did not care about their guests but only their bottom dollar... shame on you

Yelp
This place is an absolute dump. It looks like a nice place until you arrive and discover that it's an out dated and poorly maintained sad excuse of a resort. Rooms with poor ventilation. AC that doesn't work. Mold smelling rooms. Fixtures falling out of the bathroom walls. Plumbing that doesn't work right. Running out of hot water. Sewage backups. This place is an absolute nightmare and should be condemned. Not only is the place a complete dump. The hospitality and staff are rude, unhelpful, in accommodating, threatening, and just don't care. If you're going to run a poorly maintained resort that's falling apart, you could atleast make up for it with good hospitality.

Yelp
Beautiful property even during the renovations. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Restaurant is romantic and the food was delish! Wait staff couldn't do enough for us.

Lauren T.

Yelp
PHENOMENAL staff. so personal, so professional. I felt so welcomed and special during my dinner at Latitudes. A HUGE thank you to Richard, Jared, GiGi, Danielle, Chris and everyone else. What amazing people!

Yelp
What can I say besides look at that view! We went to the Jupiter beach resort and spa for drinks at their bar. Parking was full so we went to Valet parking. That was perfect the men there were very nice and took great care of our truck. Valet was no charge but of course we tipped. While at the bar we admired the wonderful view of the ocean. When we first sat down at the outdoor table two of the servers came over one got water for our dog the other got drinks. I didn't personally eat, my husband had the chicken quesadilla it looked great and my husband liked it. Drinks we good and the bartenders were quick, nice and efficient.

Yelp
Property is beautiful, I've been coming here for years. Apparently new management or management group.. waited 3 hours for our room to be "ready" after the front desk told us they put us on an expedited cleaning list. Front desk was not extremely helpful but Peter and Garfield were very accommodating in checking on our room every 30 minutes. They continued to stall and tell us it was 10 min away from ready and still no room. I went to the restroom in the lobby and the toilet was filthy unfortunately. I am disappointed because the JBR I remember was so accommodating and efficient.

Yelp
nice place however for the price very disappointing. the money wasn't an issue however going down to the pool at 8 am and finding few chairs available in a sea of many was disheartening ... the plastic bag and plastic serving containers for breakfast room service was unexpected not to mention I had no utensils for my yogurt ...so I guess no one is watching making sure all is in good order in my opinion this starts at the top ... the rooms are nice and clean more attention in my opinion should be paid to what we as patrons think we are paying for and that is a higher end experience ... I cld of spent 100$ a night and stayed in a comfort in for the experience I had here

Yelp
Very Dated property and was disappointed to learnn that my "resort view" was of the parking lot and shipping containers. Not inclined to return!

Yelp
Love this place! Cozy, right on the beach. A great place to relax, swim, see the turtles nest (do a guided tour with marine loggerhead institute down the road and remember no lights on the beach or disturbing the turtles when they nest). Rooms could be refreshed in terms of furniture but to me that's part of the charm. Has free car charging stations. Reasonable prices and good food. Worth it!!

Yelp
This isn't your normal hotel. I say this because I've traveled all over the us. I have received the best service from the hotel staff. They are always respectful, they open up the door as soon as you walk up. Giving you a very welcoming feeling. They are quick to help you with all your needs. I also appreciated the outside staff. (On the beach) they are Very helpful. They will take your order, bring you a menu for the restaurant, bring you towels and set up a nice place to lay/sit with an umbrella. The staff here really makes you feel like royalty! The maids did a wonderful job keeping my room spotless. Towels freshly stacked daily, bed maid perfect and I have left valuables in the room. Yet, nothing has gone missing. The hotel does need updated. I have seen way cheaper rooms in this area that are better kept up. Other then that, the location is beautiful. So, who cares what the room looks like you won't spend much time in there.

Yelp
I came with my family on Christmas Day expecting a nice getaway and I was received with the absolute most rudeness and disrespect I have ever encountered. I have come here many times with my family over the years as I am a local and it's really disheartening that the staff would treat us this way after being here and spending money at the restaurant and bars over so many years. I honestly would never recommend this establishment to anyone who is interested in staying in Jupiter, FL because I was so embarrassed by the staff for their behavior. Stay anywhere else because this establishment is an absolute embarrassment. So sad between security and bar staff - so rude and unaware.

Yelp
Jupiter Beach Resort is hands down one of my favorite staycation spots! It's elegant, peaceful and offers superb amenities and customer service. The spa services never disappoint nor do the bartenders at the pool. The beach is exquisite and the chair service is on point. Hotel rooms are fantastic, especially the Mac daddy beachfront suite! Room service is excellent and the food is more than edible. This venue is a magnificent place to hold a wedding and work conferences aren't painful to attend with these amenities and view. Whether you're a local or out of towner, I assure you won't be disappointed with this resort. I highly recommend booking a service at the spa or your next vacation! JBR for the win!

Yelp
My husband, my pup and I stayed here last weekend. It was VERY clean, customer service was outstanding and they were extremely accommodating. We had breakfast and lunch at the onsite restaurant and the food was also great. Juno dog beach was a quick drive from the hotel which was super convenient. The hotel could probably use some updating but as long as its clean, it's an A+ from me. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Terrible holiday vacation, mostly because of the food and service. We ordered the mahi mahi, the salmon wrap and French Fies. My wife got food poisoning. I also felt sick. The French fries tasted cold as if they were sitting out for 2 days. The fish smell bad. Not sure what is going on with this hotel, but just terrible experience!

Yelp
Mediocre hotel trying to play dress up. It's ok but don't stay here thinking it's luxury in any way.

Yelp
security guard very aggressive and rude, ok to take $$$$ for dinner and lunch should not treat paying guests like that food was cold and stale go to jup waterfront inn where they treat guests with respect.
